In the present embodiment, the dust inlet 225 and the dirt inlet 226 are disposed on the same side wall of the container 220, so that the dry cleaning element 250 and the wet cleaning element 260 are both disposed on the front side of the container 220, and above the dirt inlet 226 with respect to the bottom of the container 220, so that the dry cleaning element 250 and the wet cleaning element 260 are disposed back and forth. It will be appreciated that in other embodiments, the dust inlet 225 and the dirt inlet 226 may be formed in two opposite side walls of the container 220, respectively, which are inclined downward.
Referring to fig. 6 to 9, fig. 6 shows a top view of a base station of the cleaning system according to the present embodiment, fig. 7 shows a cross-sectional view of the base station of fig. 6 along line I-I, fig. 8 shows an exploded view of the base station of fig. 6, fig. 9 shows another exploded view of the base station of fig. 6, and the base station 300 includes a housing 310, a garbage collection module 320, and a garbage packing module 330, the garbage collection module 320 and the garbage packing module 330 are all disposed on the housing 310, and the garbage collection module 320 communicates with the garbage packing module 330. The garbage collection module 320 can empty the garbage in the container 220 by using negative pressure to collect the garbage, then process the garbage, and output the processed solid garbage to the garbage packing module 330. The garbage packing module 330 can pack and pack the solid garbage and automatically output the packed garbage to the outside of the housing 310, and a user only needs to throw away the packed garbage without taking out the dust bag full of dust from the conventional dust bin and throwing away the dust bag. The specific structure of the garbage collection module 320 and the garbage packaging module 330 will be described in detail below.
The base station 300 further comprises a base station water tank 340 and an automatic water supply and drain mechanism 350, wherein the automatic water supply and drain mechanism 350 comprises a water supply pipe group 352 and a water drain pipe group 354, and the water supply pipe group 352 is communicated between tap water and the base station water tank 340 so as to automatically supplement clean water in the base station water tank 340. The sewer pipe group 354 is communicated between the garbage collection module 320 and the floor drain (sewer pipe), and the sewage collected by the garbage collection module 320 can be automatically discharged to the floor drain through the sewer pipe group 354, so that the automatic sewer of the base station 300 is realized. The water supply line group 352 may include a pressure reducing valve 356, and the pressure reducing valve 356 may reduce the water pressure of tap water. The sewer pipe group 354 can include a sewage pump 358 to convey sewage in the garbage collection module 320 to a floor drain, and the sewage pump 358 can better discharge sewage containing smaller solid garbage, thereby improving the automatic sewage discharge effect. Of course, the drain pipe group 354 may be just a drain pipe. It should be noted that, in other embodiments, the water supply pipe set 352 or the water drain pipe set 354 may be separately configured according to actual needs and be connected to the corresponding structure, so as to implement separate water supply (water supply) or separate sewage discharge (water drain).
Referring to fig. 10 and 11, fig. 10 is a front view of a garbage collection module of a base station of the cleaning system according to the present embodiment, and fig. 11 is a cross-sectional view of the garbage collection module along line II-II in fig. 10, where the garbage collection module 320 includes a collection device 321, a filtering structure 322, and a pushing mechanism 323. The collecting device 321 comprises a collecting container 324, the collecting container 324 is used for sucking garbage under negative pressure, and the collecting container 324 is provided with a sewage outlet 324a and a solid outlet 324b. The filter structure 322 is disposed within the collection container 324 and is used to filter the waste. A pushing mechanism 323 is provided to the collection vessel 324 and is used to push filtrate on the filter structure 322 to the solids outlet 324b. Through set up filtration 322 in collecting vessel 324, filtration 322 can filter negative pressure inspiratory rubbish, and filter out great rubbish, wherein, less rubbish can be followed sewage and discharged from sewage export 324a, and great rubbish can be pushed to solid outlet 324b through push mechanism 323, the user can place garbage bin in solid outlet 324 b's below or solid outlet 324b passes through pipeline intercommunication rubbish baling module 330, and realize the automatic discharge of solid rubbish, need not the user and take out the dirt bag that is full of dirt in the traditional dust collection barrel manually, intelligent degree has been improved, user experience has been promoted.
In the present embodiment, the sewage outlet 324a of the collection container 324 is communicated with the sewer pipe group 354 of the automatic water supply and drain mechanism 350, and the sewage collected in the collection container 324 can be output to the floor drain through the sewer pipe group 354, thereby realizing automatic sewage drainage. Wherein, the input end of the sewage pump 358 of the sewer pipe group 354 is communicated with the sewage outlet 324a through a pipeline, and the output end of the sewage pump 358 is communicated with the floor drain through a pipeline. The collection device 321 further comprises a negative pressure source 325 and an evacuation conduit 326, the negative pressure source 325 being in communication with the collection container 324 for evacuating air from within the collection container 324. One end of the evacuation conduit 326 may be in communication with the evacuation port 223 of the receptacle 220 via the docking port 314 and the other end may be in communication with the collection container 324. When the collecting device 321 is operated, the negative pressure source 325 sucks air in the collecting container 324, and negative pressure is formed at one end of the emptying pipe 326, so that sucked garbage enters the collecting container 324 through the emptying pipe 326. The negative pressure source 325 may be a suction pump or a blower assembly. It should be noted that, in other embodiments, the drain pipe set 354 may be a part of the garbage collection module 320, so as to implement an automatic draining function of the sewage of the garbage collection module 320.
In the present embodiment, the pushing mechanism 323 includes a motor 323a and a screw 323b, the motor 323a is provided in the collection container 324, one end of the screw 323b is connected to the motor 323a, the other end of the screw 323b is provided corresponding to the solid outlet 324b, and the screw 323b is located above the filter structure 322. When the motor 323a drives the screw 323b to rotate, the screw 323b can squeeze the garbage to squeeze out moisture in the garbage, and can drive the garbage to move towards the solid outlet 324b. Wherein, the motor 323a is located on the outer side surface of the collecting container 324, and the rotating shaft thereof penetrates through the side wall of the collecting container 324 and is connected with one end of the screw 323 b. It should be noted that, in other embodiments, the pushing mechanism 323 may include an electric telescopic rod and a scraper, where the electric telescopic rod is connected with the scraper, and the scraper is disposed on the filtering structure 322, and after the filtering structure 322 completes filtering, the electric telescopic rod drives the scraper to move, so as to push the garbage on the filtering structure 322 to the solid outlet 324b.
To better push the waste on the filter structure 322, both sides of the filter structure 322 are inclined downward toward the middle area, and are generally trapezoidal. The screw 323b is disposed corresponding to the middle region of the filter structure 322. When the filtering structure 322 filters the garbage, the filtered garbage is gathered toward the middle area, and the garbage is gathered toward the middle area under the driving of the screw 323b and then is driven into the solid outlet 324b, so that the cleaning effect of the filtered matters on the filtering structure 322 is improved.
The solid outlet 324b is connected to an outlet pipe 324c, one end of the outlet pipe 324c away from the solid outlet 324b is connected to a garbage packing module 330, the screw 323b extends into the outlet pipe 324c through the solid outlet 324b, and garbage can enter the outlet pipe 324c along the screw 323b, so that the garbage can be pushed into the outlet pipe 324c more easily.
In this embodiment, the filtering structure 322 is a filtering net, and the closer the filtering net is to the screw 323b, the better the pushing effect of the screw 323b on the filter residue on the filtering net is.
Referring to fig. 12 to 14, fig. 12 shows a schematic structural diagram of a garbage packing module of a base station of a cleaning system in the present embodiment, fig. 13 shows a cross-sectional view of the garbage packing module of the base station of the cleaning system in the present embodiment, and fig. 14 shows an exploded view of the garbage packing module of the base station of the cleaning system in the present embodiment, the garbage packing module 330 includes a module cavity 331, a bagging mechanism 332, a sealing device 333, and an ejector 334. Wherein, the module cavity 331 is provided with a solid inlet 331a. The bagging mechanism 332 includes a support 335 and a garbage bag 336, the support 335 is disposed in the module cavity 331, the garbage bag 336 includes an open end 336a, a sealed end 336b, and a bag body 336c, the open end 336a is disposed on the support 335 and corresponds to the solid inlet 331a, and the bag body 336c is connected between the open end 336a and the sealed end 336b and has a variable length. The sealing device 333 is disposed in the module cavity 331 and is used to seal the processing bag 336c to form a sealed and wrapped bag separate from the bag 336 c. The pushing device 334 is disposed in the module cavity 331, and is used for pushing out the sealed packing bag to the outside of the module cavity 331.
After the garbage output by the garbage collection module 320 enters from the solid inlet 331a, the garbage falls into the garbage bag 336 through the open end 336a, when the garbage bag 336 is detected to be full, the sealing device 333 works to seal the bag body 336c of the garbage bag 336 to form a sealed packing bag, the sealed packing bag is separated from the bag body 336c, then the pushing device 334 pushes the sealed packing bag out of the module cavity 331, the sealed packing bag is located outside the shell 310, a user can directly throw the sealed packing bag into the garbage can, the dust bag full of dust does not need to be taken out from the traditional dust collecting can, hands are not dirty, user experience is improved, and intelligent degree is improved.
The pushing device 334 comprises a pushing motor 334a and a pushing plate 334b, wherein the pushing motor 334a is connected with the pushing plate 334b and drives the pushing plate 334b to rotate, and the pushing plate 334b can push the sealed and packaged bag to move. The pushing device 334 has simple structure and good pushing effect. The ejector 334 is not limited to the above structure, and may be a telescopic mechanism, a guiding mechanism, or other mechanism to drive the push plate 334b to move, so as to eject the sealed and packaged bag.
The sealing device 333 includes a transverse seal, a longitudinal seal, and a heating element, where the transverse seal can move transversely to press the bag 336c, the longitudinal seal can move longitudinally to press the bag 336c, and the heating element is disposed on the longitudinal seal and can fuse and plastic-seal the bag 336c. When the sealing device 333 works, the transverse seal presses the bag 336c transversely, then the longitudinal seal presses the bag 336c longitudinally, so that the bag 336c is gathered, and finally the heating element fuses and plastic packages the gathered bag 336c.
The garbage packing module 330 further comprises an automatic bag changing device 337, wherein the automatic bag changing device 337 is arranged at the bottom of the module cavity 331 and is used for sucking the sealing end 336b under negative pressure so as to extend the bag 336c to the bottom of the module cavity 331. Automatic change of bags device 337 has realized the automatic change of disposal bag 336, need not the manual change of bags of user, has improved the intelligent degree of rubbish packing module 330, has further promoted user experience. The garbage bag 336 is in a long cylinder shape, and can be wound and collected in the supporting piece 335, and the wound part of the garbage bag 336 is unreeled under the suction action of the automatic bag changing device 337, so that the bag body 336c can be stretched to the bottom of the module cavity 331; alternatively, the long cylindrical garbage bag 336 may be folded and collected in the support 335, and the folded portion of the garbage bag 336 is stretched by suction of the bag changing device 337 to release the folded portion. It will be appreciated that in other embodiments, the garbage bag 336 may be continuously filled with the weight and quantity of garbage while the bag body 336c is filled within the module cavity 331.
In the present embodiment, a receiving cavity 331b is disposed at the bottom of the module cavity 331, and the receiving cavity 331b communicates with the main cavity of the module cavity 331 through a plurality of through holes. The automatic bag changing device 337 is a fan assembly, is disposed in the accommodating cavity 331b and corresponds to the plurality of through holes, and sucks air in the main cavity of the module cavity 331 through the plurality of through holes, so that the bag body 336c is automatically stretched and filled, and bag changing is completed.
The garbage bagging module 330 further includes a sterilization and disinfection device 338, wherein the sterilization and disinfection device 338 is disposed at the top of the module cavity 331 and above the open end 336 a. The sterilizing device 338 can sterilize and disinfect the garbage in the garbage bag 336 to reduce bacteria breeding and remove peculiar smell.
In this embodiment, the sterilization and disinfection device 338 is an ultraviolet device, and ultraviolet light emitted by the ultraviolet device irradiates the garbage in the garbage bag 336 through the open end 336a, so as to sterilize and disinfect the garbage, and keep the inside of the base station 300 sterile and odorless. It will be appreciated that in other embodiments, the sterilization and disinfection unit 338 may be an ozone generating device that generates ozone that enters the garbage bag 336 through the open end 336a, as well as performing sterilization, disinfection, and odor removal functions.
In order to smoothly push out the sealed and packaged bag out of the module cavity 331, a side wall of the module cavity 331 is rotatably opened and closed for pushing out the sealed and packaged bag. The pushing device 334 pushes the sealed packing bag to move, and the openable and closable side wall of the module cavity 331 is opened under the pushing action of the sealed packing bag until the sealed packing bag is pushed out of the module cavity 331, and the openable and closable side wall can be automatically closed under the action of gravity. It should be noted that the openable and closable side wall of the module cavity 331 may be driven by a power mechanism to rotate or move up and down to realize the opening and closing. The casing 310 is disposed in a partially-spaced relationship with the openable side wall, so that the sealed packaging bag is conveniently pushed out of the casing 310.
In this embodiment, the cleaning system 100 operates as follows:
when it is detected that the garbage in the storage container 220 is full, the surface cleaning apparatus 200 automatically returns to the base station 300 and stops on the stop platform 312 of the base station 300, so that the emptying port 223 of the surface cleaning apparatus 200 is in butt-joint communication with the butt-joint port 314 on the stop platform 312;
then, the negative pressure source 325 of the garbage collection module 320 of the base station 300 works, the input end of the emptying pipe 326 of the negative pressure suction baffle 222 of the interface 314 causes the baffle 222 to deform and turn outwards, the emptying port 223 is opened, and the garbage in the storage container 220 falls into the input end of the emptying pipe 326 under the action of gravity and is continuously sucked into the collection container 324 of the garbage collection module 320 and falls onto the filtering structure 322 for filtering;
after the base station 300 finishes garbage collection, the surface cleaning device 200 starts the first self-cleaning mechanism 240, the first water pump 244 conveys clear water in the device water tank 230 to the first spray head 242, the first spray head 242 sprays clear water downwards, and the residual garbage in the storage container 220 is cleaned, in the process, sewage generated by cleaning is continuously sucked into the collection container 324, and the sewage is filtered by the filtering structure 322;
After a period of time, the first self-cleaning mechanism 240 and the negative pressure source 325 stop working, the pushing mechanism 323 of the garbage collection module 320 is started, the motor 323a drives the screw 323b to rotate, and garbage on the filtering structure 322 is pushed to the solid outlet 324b and enters the garbage packing module 330 through the outlet pipeline 324 c;
when the garbage packing module 330 detects that the garbage in the bag body 336c is full, the sealing device 333 seals the bag body 336c, so that the sealed and packed bag is separated from the bag body 336c, the pushing device 334 pushes the sealed and packed bag out of the module cavity 331, and then the automatic bag changing device 337 works, so that the bag body 336c is filled in the module cavity 331 again, wherein the sterilizing device 338 always keeps working to sterilize and disinfect the entering garbage.
It should be noted that, the maintenance function of the surface cleaning apparatus 200 by the base station 300 is not limited to the above-mentioned case, and the base station 300 may be provided with other maintenance functions, such as a self-cleaning function of the cleaning member of the surface cleaning apparatus 200, an automatic water replenishment function of the water tank of the surface cleaning apparatus 200, and an automatic sewage pumping function of the sewage tank of the surface cleaning apparatus 200, as needed. Wherein, regarding the self-cleaning function of the cleaning member, after the cleaning member is self-cleaned, the sewage (solid-liquid mixture) in the cleaning tank of the base station 300 can be treated through the garbage collection module 320 and the garbage packaging module 330, so that the garbage is not required to be cleaned manually, the intelligent degree of the cleaning system 100 is improved, and the user experience is greatly improved.
Referring to fig. 15 and 16, fig. 15 is a side view of a second embodiment of the cleaning system according to the embodiment of the utility model, fig. 16 is a partial cross-sectional view of the cleaning system of fig. 15, and compared with the first embodiment, in the cleaning system 100 of the present embodiment, the second self-cleaning mechanism 360 is disposed on the base station 300, but not on the surface cleaning apparatus 200, and the second self-cleaning mechanism 360 sprays water into the storage container 220 through the drain hole 223 to realize self-cleaning of the storage container 220.
In this embodiment, the barrier 222 has a split structure, that is, includes two barrier parts 227 that are arranged in a split manner, each barrier part 227 is rotatably arranged, and further, the two barrier parts 227 can rotate in opposite directions to be butted to close the drain hole 223; alternatively, the two barrier sections 227 may be rotated back and forth to separate to open the drain 223. Wherein each of the barrier sections 227 is driven to rotate by a driving mechanism (not shown). By adopting the partition piece 222 with a split structure, the partition piece 227 can be rotated outwards to completely open the emptying port 223, so that garbage can be better discharged through the emptying port 223, and the second self-cleaning mechanism 360 can also be beneficial to spraying water into the storage container 220 through the emptying port 223. Moreover, the barrier 227 has a small barrier effect on the refuse, which is advantageous for the refuse to be sucked into the base station 300.
Referring to fig. 17 to 19, fig. 17 is a schematic view showing the structure of a base station of the cleaning system of the present embodiment, fig. 18 is an exploded view of the base station of the cleaning system of the present embodiment, fig. 19 is another exploded view of the base station of the cleaning system of the present embodiment, and the base station 300 includes a housing 310, a garbage collection module 320, and a second self-cleaning mechanism 360. The housing 310 is provided with a docking platform 312, the docking platform 312 being for docking the surface cleaning apparatus 200, wherein the docking interface 314 of the base station 300 is provided on the docking platform 312 to dock with the evacuation port 223 of the surface cleaning apparatus 200 in place. The waste collection module 320 includes an evacuation conduit 326, the input end of the evacuation conduit 326 being disposed through the docking platform 312 exposed to the interface 314 and being configured to dock with the evacuation port 223 for negative pressure evacuation of waste within the receptacle 220. The second self-cleaning mechanism 360 includes a second spray head 362 and a second water pump 364, the second spray head 362 is disposed in the input end of the evacuation pipe 326 and is used for spraying water from bottom to top, and the second water pump 364 is communicated between the second spray head 362 and the water source through a pipeline.
Through add second automatically cleaning mechanism 360 in basic station 300, the second shower nozzle 362 of second automatically cleaning mechanism 360 sets up in the input of evacuation pipeline 326, the second water pump 364 of second automatically cleaning mechanism 360 communicates between water source and second shower nozzle 362, and can carry the clear water that the water source supplied to second shower nozzle 362, second shower nozzle 362 can spray clear water from bottom to top on the internal surface of receiver 220 through the evacuation mouth 223 of opening, and then wash away the rubbish of adhering to on the internal surface of receiver 220, reduce the residual of rubbish in the receiver 220, realized the automatically cleaning of receiver 220, the cleanliness factor in the receiver 220 after having improved the clearance or after the evacuation, can restrain the breeding of bacterium in the receiver 220, slow down or avoided the condition that residual rubbish mildewed or stinked, user experience has been promoted.
In the present embodiment, the water supply pipe group 352 of the automatic water supply and drain mechanism 350 is directly connected to the second water pump 364 of the second self-cleaning mechanism 360, so as to supply water to the second self-cleaning mechanism 360. It will be appreciated that in other embodiments, the base station 300 may also include a water storage tank with which the water supply line set 352 communicates and with which the second water pump 364 of the second self-cleaning mechanism 360 communicates.
The second spray head 362 is provided with a plurality of second water spray holes 366, the second water spray holes 366 are arranged side by side at intervals, and each second water spray hole 366 is arranged upwards. The second water spraying holes 366 arranged in rows spray water upwards, and the water spraying range from bottom to top can cover most of the inner surface of the storage container 220, so that the residue of garbage is further reduced, and the self-cleaning effect of the inner surface of the storage container 220 is improved.
In the present embodiment, the self-cleaning process of the storage container 220 is as follows:
when it is detected that the garbage in the storage container 220 is full, the surface cleaning apparatus 200 automatically returns to the base station 300 and stops on the stop platform 312 of the base station 300, so that the emptying port 223 of the surface cleaning apparatus 200 is in butt-joint communication with the butt-joint port 314 on the stop platform 312; then, the two driving mechanisms simultaneously drive the two baffle parts 227 of the baffle 222 to rotate outwards to open the emptying port 223, and the garbage in the storage container 220 falls into the input end of the emptying pipeline 326 through the butt joint 314 under the action of gravity; then, the negative pressure source 325 of the garbage collection module 320 is operated, and the emptying pipe 326 sucks garbage at a negative pressure, so that the garbage is sucked into the collection container 324; after the base station 300 finishes garbage collection, the second self-cleaning mechanism 360 is started, the second water pump 364 is connected with tap water through the water supply pipe group 352 and conveys the tap water to the second spray head 362, the second spray head 362 sprays clean water upwards, and the garbage remained in the storage container 220 is cleaned, in the process, sewage generated by cleaning is continuously sucked into the collection container 324, and after a period of cleaning, the second self-cleaning mechanism 360 and the negative pressure source 325 stop working.
As for other aspects of the cleaning system 100 of the present embodiment, which are substantially the same as those of the cleaning system 100 of the first embodiment, reference is made to the description of the first embodiment, and details thereof are not repeated herein.
Referring to fig. 20 and 21, fig. 20 is an exploded view of a base station of a third embodiment of a cleaning system according to an embodiment of the present utility model, fig. 21 is a cross-sectional view of a garbage collection module of the base station of fig. 20, and in comparison with the second embodiment, the garbage collection module 320 of the base station 300 of the cleaning system 100 of the present embodiment includes a collection device 321 and a crushing device 327. The collecting device 321 comprises a collecting container 324, the collecting container 324 is used for sucking garbage under negative pressure, and the collecting container 324 is provided with a sewage outlet 324a. The crushing device 327 is arranged in the collecting container 324 and is provided with a crushing inner cavity 327a, a filtering part 327b is arranged at the bottom of the crushing inner cavity 327a, and the filtering part 327b is used for separating out solids in garbage and screening out crushed solids. Through set up reducing mechanism 327 in collecting vessel 324, reducing mechanism 327's 327 filter unit 327b carries out solid-liquid separation to getting into the rubbish of smashing inner chamber 327a earlier, then smash the solid that separates out, filter unit 327b filters once more to the solid after smashing, the less solid of granule can get into collecting vessel 324 through filter unit 327b in, finally the rubbish after smashing can be discharged along with sewage together through sewage outlet 324a, from this, solid rubbish can be discharged through the sewer, and can not block up the sewer, need not the manual clearance solid rubbish of user, user experience has been promoted.
In the present embodiment, the filtering portion 327b is provided with a plurality of filtering holes, and the sewage can flow to the bottom of the collecting container 324 through the filtering holes. The pore size of the filter pores determines the size of the crushed particles falling into the bottom of the collection vessel 324, and it is apparent that the smaller the filter Kong Yuexiao, the easier it is to drain the crushed particles from the sewer.
In the present embodiment, the sewage outlet 324a of the collection container 324 communicates with the sewer pipe group 354 of the automatic water supply and drain mechanism 350, and crushed garbage and sewage can be output to a sewer or a floor drain through the sewer pipe group 354, thereby realizing automatic discharge of garbage. Wherein, the input end of the sewage pump 358 of the sewer pipe group 354 is communicated with the sewage outlet 324a through a pipeline, and the output end of the sewage pump 358 is communicated with a sewer or a floor drain through a pipeline.
In this embodiment, the crushing device 327 further includes a tooth-type crushing structure 327c, the tooth-type crushing structure 327c is disposed in the crushing cavity 327a, and the crushing device crushes (including impact, shearing, collision, friction, etc.) the separated solids by relatively running the fixed gear ring and the rotating gear ring at a high speed, so that the crushed qualified particles can fall into the bottom of the collecting container 324 through the filtering holes of the filtering portion 327 b. In other embodiments, the crushing device 327 may be a hammer crusher, a knife crusher, a turbine crusher, or other types of crushers.
In this embodiment, the garbage collection module 320 further includes a self-cleaning device 328, where the self-cleaning device 328 is disposed on the top of the collection container 324 and above the pulverizing device 327, and the self-cleaning device 328 is used to spray the liquid downward. The self-cleaning device 328 can spray out liquid while flushing the inner side of the collecting container 324 and the crushing device 327, thereby realizing self-cleaning of the inside of the collecting container 324, and the sprayed liquid can take away dirt accumulated at the bottom of the collecting container 324. When the crushing device 327 is used for crushing dry garbage, the crushed garbage can be taken away by the liquid sprayed by the self-cleaning device 328, and the self-cleaning and garbage discharging effects are achieved.
Specifically, self-cleaning device 328 includes a spray structure 328a and a liquid pump 328b, with spray structure 328a being disposed on an inner surface of the top of collection vessel 324. The liquid pump 328b is disposed on the outer surface of the top of the collection vessel 324 and is in communication between the spray structure 328a and a water source via a conduit.

In the present embodiment, the collection vessel 324 is also provided with a solids outlet 324b. The garbage collection module 320 further comprises a pushing mechanism 323, wherein the pushing mechanism 323 is disposed in the collection container 324 and is configured to push the filtrate on the filtering structure 322 to the solid outlet 324b. The filtrate is pushed to the solids outlet 324b by the pushing mechanism 323, and is output from the solids outlet 324b to the outside of the collection vessel 324, and falls into a trash can or into the trash bagging module 330. It will be appreciated that in other embodiments, since there is less waste that cannot be crushed, the user can take out the filter structure 322 periodically to clean the waste on the filter structure 322 without having to provide the pushing mechanism 323 and the waste packing module 330, which simplifies the structure of the base station 300 and reduces the cost.
In the present embodiment, the pushing mechanism 323 includes a motor 323a and a screw 323b, the motor 323a is provided in the collection container 324, one end of the screw 323b is connected to the motor 323a, the other end of the screw 323b is provided corresponding to the solid outlet 324b, and the screw 323b is located above the filter structure 322. When the motor 323a drives the screw 323b to rotate, the screw 323b can squeeze the garbage to squeeze out moisture in the garbage, and can drive the garbage to move towards the solid outlet 324b. Wherein, the motor 323a is located on the outer side surface of the collecting container 324, and the rotating shaft thereof penetrates through the side wall of the collecting container 324 and is connected with one end of the screw 323 b. It should be noted that, in other embodiments, the pushing mechanism 323 may include an electric telescopic rod and a scraper, where the electric telescopic rod is connected with the scraper, and the scraper is disposed on the filtering structure 322, and after the filtering structure 322 completes filtering, the electric telescopic rod drives the scraper to move, so as to push the garbage on the filtering structure 322 to the solid outlet 324b.
To better push the waste on the filter structure 322, both sides of the filter structure 322 are inclined downward toward the middle area, and are generally trapezoidal. The screw 323b is disposed corresponding to the middle region of the filter structure 322. When the filtering structure 322 filters the garbage, the filtered garbage is gathered toward the middle area, and the garbage is gathered toward the middle area under the driving of the screw 323b and then is driven into the solid outlet 324b, so that the cleaning effect of the filtered matters on the filtering structure 322 is improved.
The solid outlet 324b is connected to an outlet pipe 324c, one end of the outlet pipe 324c away from the solid outlet 324b is connected to a garbage packing module 330, the screw 323b extends into the outlet pipe 324c through the solid outlet 324b, and garbage can enter the outlet pipe 324c along the screw 323b, so that the garbage can be pushed into the outlet pipe 324c more easily.
In this embodiment, the filtering structure 322 is a filtering net, and the closer the filtering net is to the screw 323b, the better the pushing effect of the screw 323b on the garbage on the filtering net is.

Claims (21)

1. A surface cleaning apparatus comprising:
an apparatus main body;
the storage container is arranged on the equipment main body and is used for storing garbage;
the equipment water tank is arranged on the equipment main body; and
the first self-cleaning mechanism comprises a first spray head and a first water pump, the first spray head is arranged in the storage container, and the first water pump is communicated between the equipment water tank and the first spray head through a pipeline.
2. A surface cleaning apparatus as claimed in claim 1, wherein,
the first spray head is arranged on the top wall of the storage container, and a plurality of first water spray holes are formed in the first spray head;
the first water spraying holes are arranged side by side at intervals and located between two opposite side walls of the storage container, and one side wall is provided with a garbage inlet.
3. A surface cleaning apparatus as claimed in claim 1, wherein,
the storage container comprises a container cavity and a baffle;
the first spray head is arranged in the container cavity, and an emptying port is formed in the bottom of the container cavity and used for discharging garbage in the container cavity;
the baffle piece is arranged in the container cavity and is used for opening or closing the emptying port.
4. The surface cleaning apparatus of claim 1, further comprising:
a dry cleaning member provided at a bottom of the apparatus main body; and
a wet cleaning member provided at a bottom of the apparatus main body, the wet cleaning member being located behind the dry cleaning member in a forward direction of the surface cleaning apparatus;
the side wall of the storage container is provided with a dust inlet and a dirt inlet, the dust inlet is used for enabling garbage cleaned by the dry cleaning piece to enter, and the dirt inlet is used for enabling garbage cleaned by the wet cleaning piece to enter.
5. The surface cleaning apparatus of claim 4 wherein the sidewall with the dust inlet and/or dirt inlet opening is generally downwardly sloped.
6. The surface cleaning apparatus of claim 4 wherein the dust inlet and the dirt inlet are provided on the same side wall of the receptacle, the dust inlet being located above the dirt inlet relative to the bottom of the receptacle.
7. A base station for maintaining a surface cleaning apparatus, the surface cleaning apparatus comprising a receptacle for receiving waste, the bottom of the receptacle being provided with an emptying port that is openable and closable, the base station comprising:
the shell is provided with a stopping platform;
the garbage collection module comprises an emptying pipeline, wherein the input end of the emptying pipeline is exposed out of the parking platform, and is used for being in butt joint communication with the emptying port to empty garbage in the storage container under negative pressure; and
the second self-cleaning mechanism comprises a second spray head and a second water pump, wherein the second spray head is arranged in the input end of the emptying pipeline and is used for spraying water from bottom to top, and the second water pump is communicated between the second spray head and a water source through a pipeline.

and the pushing mechanism is arranged on the collecting container and is used for pushing the filtered matters on the filtering structure to the solid outlet.

The base station of claim 9, wherein the pushing mechanism comprises a motor and a screw, the motor is disposed on the collection container, one end of the screw is connected with the motor, the other end of the screw is disposed corresponding to the solid outlet, and the screw is disposed above the filtering structure.
11. The base station of claim 10, wherein the filter structure is disposed obliquely downward from both sides toward a middle region, and the screw is disposed corresponding to the middle region of the filter structure.
12. A base station according to any of claims 9 to 11, wherein the sewage outlet is connected to a sewer pipe group for draining sewage from the collection container, the sewer pipe group comprising a sewage pump, the input of the sewage pump being connected to the sewage outlet by a pipeline.
13. The base station according to any of the claims 9 to 11, further comprising:
the garbage packaging module is communicated with the solid outlet of the garbage collection module and used for packaging garbage output by the solid outlet and outputting the packaged garbage outside the shell.

19. The base station of claim 18, wherein the self-cleaning device is in communication with a water supply line, the water supply line being in communication with a water source, the water supply line being configured to automatically supply liquid to the self-cleaning device.
20. A cleaning system comprising a base station and a surface cleaning apparatus, wherein the surface cleaning apparatus is a surface cleaning apparatus as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 6.
21. A cleaning system comprising a base station and a surface cleaning apparatus, wherein the base station is a base station as claimed in any one of claims 7 to 19.
