In the embodiment of the present application, the massage apparatus 100 includes a housing 110, a driving mechanism 130, and a massage member 150. The casing 110 is formed with a movable space 115 communicated with the outside, the driving mechanism 130 is mounted on the casing 110, the massage member 150 is in transmission connection with the driving mechanism 130 and extends into the movable space 115, and when the driving mechanism 130 works, the massage member 150 swings relative to the casing 110 under the driving of the driving mechanism 130, so that at least part of the structure of the massage member 150 can extend out of the movable space to massage the part to be massaged positioned outside the casing 110.
According to the massaging apparatus 100 of the embodiment of the application, the movable space 115 is formed on the casing 110, the massaging member 150 is located in the movable space 115, and the driving mechanism 130 drives the massaging member 150 to act relative to the casing 110 in a swinging manner, so that at least part of the massaging member 150 extends out of the movable space 115 and contacts with a portion to be massaged in the swinging process, in the process, due to the arrangement of the movable space 115, the massaging member 150 has a sufficient movement space, under the condition of being subjected to resistance of the portion to be massaged, the massaging strength can still be ensured to have a relatively high massaging strength, the massaging force is easy to control, and under the condition that the massaging member 150 is arranged by adopting an elastic structure, adaptive deformation can effectively occur when the massaging member 150 is slapped to the portion to be massaged, so that the massaging member 150 can generate a relatively wide massaging contact range with the portion to be massaged, and the massaging effect is effectively improved.
The housing 110 may be a column, a square, a rectangular parallelepiped, a disk, a dendritic shape with branches, etc. having a rounded outer surface, which is not particularly limited in this application. In the practical use process, the massage apparatus 100 of the present application may be a wearing piece such as a telescopic belt, a binding belt with a buckle, or the like, connected to the casing 110, and the whole massage apparatus 100 is fixed to a limb portion such as a neck, a waist, or the like through the wearing piece to perform massage, and the massage apparatus 100 of the present application may also be a massage apparatus in which a user directly holds the casing 110 to place the massage apparatus at a portion to be massaged, wherein a specific use environment may be contact with a body surface of a human body to perform massage, or may be an internal portion of the human body such as a cavity environment to perform massage, or may be a simultaneous massage on a body surface and a cavity environment of the human body, and the present application is not limited in specific use manner.
In one form, the housing 110 may also be integrally formed of, for example, silicone, rubber soft material. In other structural forms, referring to fig. 2, the casing 110 may include a hard inner casing 113 and a flexible outer casing 111 wrapping the hard inner casing 113, where the hard inner casing 113 provides a supporting function for the massage device 100, and the flexible outer casing 111 is in direct contact with a portion to be massaged, so that the whole machine has higher structural strength and better use experience. The flexible outer shell 111 may be made of silica gel, rubber or the like, the flexible outer shell 111 may be a whole structure and sleeved outside the hard inner shell 113, and the flexible outer shell 111 may be provided with a plurality of sub-outer shell parts and respectively cover different parts of the hard inner shell 113 through the plurality of sub-outer shell parts.
The rigid inner shell 113 may be configured to support the entire flexible outer shell 111, or may be configured to support a portion of the flexible outer shell 111, which is not limited in this application. The hard inner shell 113 may be made of plastic, metal, wood, or other materials with a certain structural strength, and may include two sub-shells that are covered with each other, and the two sub-shells may be detachably and fixedly connected together in a manner of fastening, screw connection, or the like, so that the two sub-shells may be enclosed into the installation cavity 117 in a matching manner, and the driving mechanism 130 may be installed in the installation cavity 117 to achieve installation. It will be appreciated that in other configurations, the drive mechanism 130 need not be integrally mounted within the housing 110, but may be embedded within a channel structure formed by the housing 110 and at least partially exposed. The driving mechanism 130 is preferably provided in the mounting cavity 117 of the housing 110 in view of convenience of use and integrity of appearance.
The movable space 115 may be formed by a portion of the housing 110 where the flexible outer case 111 and the hard inner case 113 are simultaneously present, so that the housing 110 has a relatively high structural strength at the position of the movable space 115 and can be effectively supported during the swing of the massage member 150. Of course, in some cases where the use environment is not high, the movable space 115 may be formed by a portion of the casing 110 having only the flexible casing 111. The movable space 115 may be located in the middle of the casing 110 or near an edge of the casing 110, and when the casing 110 is in a long structure, the movable space 115 may be located between two ends of the casing 110 in the length direction, or near one end of the casing 110 in the length direction.
Further, the housing 110 of the present application includes two supporting portions 110a for defining the movable space 115, the two supporting portions 110a are respectively located at opposite sides of the massage member 115, and the thickness dimension of the supporting portions 110a is 1mm to 150mm. By limiting the size of the support portion 110a to this range, it is possible to achieve a secure structural strength in the case of movement of the massage member 115, without making the structural size of the entire massage apparatus excessively large, which is disadvantageous for massaging some human body parts having a small space.
The structural form of the movable space 115 includes, but is not limited to, a form of a through hole penetrating therethrough, a form of a groove having a groove bottom, and the like. Wherein, the through hole and the groove can be closed or semi-closed, wherein, the closed state refers to a completely enclosed state in the circumferential direction of the opening of the through hole or the groove, and the semi-closed state refers to a state of not completely enclosed in the circumferential direction of the opening of the through hole or the groove, but having a gap. The open shape of the movable space 115 may be a regular shape or an irregular shape, that is, the open shape of the through hole and the groove is one of a circle, an ellipse, a square, a rectangle, a regular polygon with a number of sides greater than 4, a trapezoid, a gourd shape, a drop shape, a semicircle, a racetrack shape, a triangle, a fork shape, a heart shape, a D shape, or a combination of at least two of them. For example, the open portion of the active space 115 may be square and the other portion may be rectangular, wherein the rectangular portion and the square portion may overlap partially on one side, the massage member 150 may be of an elongated structure as a whole so as to generate a swinging motion, the cross-sectional shape of the massage member 150 may be a regular shape or an irregular shape, the cross-sectional shape of the massage member 150 may be one of a circle, an ellipse, a square, a rectangle, a regular polygon with a number of sides greater than 4, a trapezoid, a gourd, a drop shape, a semicircle, a racetrack, a triangle, a Y-shape, a heart shape, a D shape, or a combination of at least two of these shapes, for example, a portion of the cross-sectional shape of the massage member 150 may be square and the other portion may be rectangular, wherein the rectangular portion and the square portion may overlap partially on one side. The projected contour shape of the massage member 150 may be adapted to or different from the opening shape of the movable space 115, for example, in the case where the opening shape of the movable space 115 is a heart shape, the projected shape of the massage member 150 may be a regular shape or an irregular shape, the projected shape of the massage member 150 may be one of a circle, an ellipse, a square, a rectangle, a regular polygon with a number of sides greater than 4, a trapezoid, a gourd shape, a drop shape, a semicircle, a racetrack shape, a triangle, a split fork shape, a heart shape, a D shape, or a combination of at least two of these shapes, for example, a part of the projected shape of the massage member 150 may be a square, and another part may be a rectangle, wherein a part of the rectangle and a part of the square may overlap on one side, of course, the opened shape of the movable space 115, the cross-sectional shape of the massage member 150, and the projected shape of the massage member 150 may be other shapes besides the above examples, which are not particularly limited.
The massage member 150 extends into the movable space 115, and may be that the massage member 150 is entirely located in the movable space 115, or that a part of the structure of the massage member 150 is located in the movable space 115 and a part of the structure extends out of the movable space 115. In the solution exemplarily shown in fig. 1 and 2, the movable space 115 is located between both ends of the housing 110 in the length direction and is formed in the form of a through hole penetrating in the thickness direction of the housing 110, and the massage member 150 is integrally accommodated in the movable space 115 in the form of the through hole in the thickness direction, and in this structural form, at least part of the structure of the massage member 150 can protrude from both openings of the through hole to massage a portion to be massaged located outside the housing 110 when the massage member 150 swings with respect to the housing 110.
In the embodiment shown in fig. 3, the movable space 115 is a groove penetrating in the thickness direction of the casing 110 and having an opening at the end side wall of the casing 110, and the main structure of the massage member 150 is located in the movable space 115 while part of the main structure is protruded from the opening, so that when the massage member 150 swings, part of the main structure of the massage member 150 may be protruded from both side notches in the thickness direction of the casing 110 to massage, and the portion of the massage member 150 protruded from the opening on the side wall swings to massage.
In the above structure, the movable space 115 provides a sufficient movable space for the swing process of the massage member 150, and the massage member 150 can massage the parts to be massaged on the opposite sides of the massage apparatus 100, so that the massage range can be further enlarged, and the massage effect can be improved.
In other structural forms, as a modification of the solution exemplarily shown in fig. 1, the movable space 115 may also be a groove structure having an opening on a side wall of the housing 110, in which the massage member 150 is integrally located, and when the massage member 150 swings, a part of the structure of the massage member 150 may enter and exit the movable space 115 through the opening on the side wall during the swinging process to perform the massage. The scheme of the embodiment also has the characteristic of compact structure under the condition of higher massage effect.
That is, the massage member 150 of the present application is reciprocally swung along the depth direction of the movable space 115, and during the swing, the movable space 115 provides the movable space 115 in the depth direction of the movable space 115, so that even when there is a blockage of the tissue to be massaged of the human body outside the housing 110, the massage member 150 can effectively transfer the kinetic energy to the portion to be massaged due to the movement space, thereby producing a good massage effect. On the basis that the massage member 150 is in a strip shape, the range of the width dimension of the massage member 150 is 1mm to 150mm, the range of the thickness dimension of the massage member 150 is 1mm to 150mm, and the range of the length dimension of the massage member 150 is 5mm to 150mm. The depth dimension of the movable space 115 in the swinging direction of the massaging member 150 is greater than or equal to the thickness dimension of the massaging member 150, so that the through holes or the grooves are configured to block at least part of the resistance from the part to be massaged of the human body, and thus the massaging action is not stopped due to the blocking of the part to be massaged of the human body when the massaging member 150 makes the reciprocating swinging motion in the movable space. The massage member 150 swings reciprocally with a certain frequency during the operation of the massage apparatus 100, so that the massage member 150 has weak structural strength in case of too small width and thickness, and is prone to mechanical fatigue, and the whole casing 110 has a relatively large size for adapting to the structure in case of too large width, length and thickness, which results in a bulky volume of the whole apparatus, so that the present application can ensure that the massage member 150 is not prone to fatigue fracture phenomenon in long-term use by setting the width, length and thickness of the massage member 150 to the above sizes, and does not cause the multiple effects of bulkiness of the massage apparatus 100.
Referring again to fig. 2, a gap is formed between the outer wall of the massaging element 150 and the inner wall of the movable space 115, and the size of the gap ranges from 0.5mm to 100mm. The outer wall of the massage part 150 and the inner wall of the movable space 115 all keep certain clearance, can avoid the massage part 150 swing in-process to collide with the inner wall and have friction interference, so the clearance through the outer wall of the massage part 150 and the inner wall of the movable space 115 is set to 0.5mm to 100mm, wherein the value of the clearance can be 0.5mm, 1.5mm, 3mm, the. This ensures that the massage member 150 does not easily interfere with the inner wall of the movable space 115 during the swing and does not cause an excessive overall volume of the massage apparatus 100. In addition, the interval between the inner wall of the movable space 115 and the outer wall of the corresponding massaging element 150 with different orientations may be the same or different, but the above setting range needs to be met.
Referring to fig. 5 and fig. 6 in combination, in an embodiment, the massaging device 150 includes a massaging portion 151 and a hard support 153 connected to the massaging portion 151, where the hard support 153 is rotatably connected to the housing 110 and extends into the mounting cavity 117 to be in driving connection with the driving end of the driving mechanism 130. The massage member 150 is in a two-part structure of the hard support 153 and the massage part 151, and the driving force of the driving mechanism 130 can be efficiently transmitted to the massage member 150 through the hard support 153, so that the stability and the effectiveness of the massage member 150 in the swinging process can be effectively ensured. The hard support 153 may be made of plastic, metal, wood, etc., the massage part 151 may be made of silica gel, rubber, etc., and the hard support 153 and the massage part 151 may be integrally fixed by injection molding in a pre-buried manner, or may be integrally fixed by gluing, clamping, screwing, etc.
In the structure of the massage member 150 comprising two parts of the massage member 150 and the hard support 153. The hard support 153 is in the form of a rod, the middle part of the hard support 153 is pivotally connected with the hard inner shell 113, one end of the hard support 153 is embedded into the massage member 150 and is fixed with the massage member 150 into a whole, the other end of the hard support 153 is in transmission connection with the output end of the driving mechanism 130, and thus the driving force generated by the output end of the driving mechanism 130 is transmitted to the massage member 150 through the hard support 153.
It will be appreciated that in other environments where strength requirements are low, the massage member 150 may be a separate piece and may be made of a flexible material such as silicone, rubber, or the like. In addition, in the case that the massage member 150 is a separate member of the massage member 150, it may be a hard material having a good deformability, such as a metal material, a plastic material, or the like.
The driving mechanism 130 may be in various structural forms, for example, the driving mechanism 130 may be formed by a transmission structure of a rotating motor 131 and a crank rocker or a cam mechanism 133, and the crank rocker or the cam mechanism 133 is movably connected with the hard support 153, so that the rotation of the rotating motor 131 is converted into the vibration of the massage member 150.
For example, as shown in fig. 5 and 6, the driving mechanism 130 includes a vibration motor, a linear motor, or a driving motor, and in one configuration, the driving mechanism 130 rotates the motor 131 and the cam mechanism 133, the cam mechanism 133 is fixedly sleeved on an output shaft of the rotating motor 131, the cam mechanism 133 includes a cam shaft, and a clamping groove 155 is provided at an end of the hard support 153 facing the cam mechanism 133, and the cam shaft is movably clamped into the clamping groove 155, so that the rotating motion is converted into a reciprocating swing of the hard support 153 by the cam mechanism 133 during the rotation of the rotating motor 131. In other structural forms, the driving mechanism 130 is in the form of a vibration motor, the vibration motor directly transmits vibration to the hard support 153, the driving mechanism 130 is in the form of a linear motor, the output end of the linear motor is rotationally connected with the hard support 153, the hard support 153 is rotationally connected with the casing 110, and in the reciprocating process of the linear motor, the hard support 153 is driven to reciprocate to drive the massage piece 150 to oscillate, and the part to be massaged is flapped to massage in a flapping mode. In such a massage form, the massage member 150 can be deformed adaptively after being beaten to the portion to be massaged during the massage process, thereby having a large massage contact area, and thus, the massage effect is greatly improved.
It will be appreciated that in other configurations, the connection between the driving mechanism 130 and the massage member 150 may be located in the movable space 115 instead of the housing 110. And the connection position of the driving mechanism 130 and the massage member 150 may be at the end portion or the middle portion of the massage member 150, and one or more connection positions may be provided.
In still other transmission forms, the driving connection form of the driving mechanism 130 and the massaging member 150 may be a non-contact transmission form, for example, a magnetic connection form may be adopted, for example, in the case that the massaging member 150 is in a strip shape, the massaging member 150 may be rotationally connected to the casing 110 in the middle through a rotation shaft form, and a magnetic attraction and repulsion condition is formed between the driving mechanism 130 and the massaging member 150, that is, the driving mechanism 130 may also be in the form of an electromagnet, when the driving mechanism 130 is powered with currents in different flow directions, the magnetism of the electromagnet is changed, so that the magnetic attraction or repulsion between the driving mechanism 130 and the massaging member 150 is realized, and a seesaw general swinging action is formed by the massaging member 150, so that the tissue to be massaged outside the casing 110 is realized.
Further, referring to fig. 5 and 6 again, the massage member 150 of the present application is further provided with massage bumps 157 on the outer wall. The massage bumps 157 may be made of the same material as the massage member 150 and integrally molded, or the massage bumps 157 may be made of a different material from the massage member 150 and integrally fixed to the massage member 150 by gluing, hot melting, clamping, or the like.
