With the continuous rise of medical level, dental appliances have become common medical appliances for people to correct teeth. The dental appliance needs to be reused several times during the medical cycle of correcting teeth and it needs to be placed in the mouth to fit the teeth when the dental appliance is used. However, when the dental appliance is not used, bacteria are easy to attach during storage, so that a user can easily infect the bacteria when using the dental appliance, and effective bacteriostasis on the dental appliance which is not used becomes a key for protecting the health of the user.
In the prior art, the storage box with antibacterial performance is used for storing the unused tooth appliance, so that the antibacterial purpose is achieved. In the existing storage boxes of the tooth appliance, some storage boxes have antibacterial performance through antibacterial materials or antibacterial coatings, and some storage boxes are subjected to ultraviolet irradiation sterilization through ultraviolet lamps so as to achieve the antibacterial purpose.
However, the antibacterial performance of the storage box adopting the antibacterial material or the antibacterial coating is reduced due to surface layer damage, stain pollution and the like, and the antibacterial performance of the storage box is unstable. The storage box irradiated by ultraviolet rays can ensure stable antibacterial effect, but the ultraviolet lamp is easy to be in a working state under the condition that the storage box is opened, so that the storage box is not humanized. Therefore, how to ensure the stability of the antibacterial performance of the storage box and make the storage box more humanized becomes a technical problem to be solved.
In order to solve the technical problems, the utility model provides a storage box for a dental appliance. The storage box of the tooth appliance is provided with the first contact and the second contact which can be mutually contacted and separated along with the closing and opening actions of the storage box of the tooth appliance when the ultraviolet lamp is reserved, and the connection and disconnection of an ultraviolet lamp circuit are controlled through the mutual contact and the separation of the first contact and the second contact, so that the ultraviolet lamp is always in a non-working state when the box cover is opened, and the antibacterial effect of the storage box of the tooth appliance is stable and humanized.
In order to facilitate understanding of the structure of the dental appliance, please refer to fig. 1, 2 and 3, fig. 1 is a schematic structural view of a storage box for a dental appliance according to the present embodiment. Fig. 2 is a schematic cross-sectional view of the dental appliance housing case corresponding to fig. 1 when closed, and fig. 3 is a schematic electrical circuit diagram of the dental appliance housing case corresponding to fig. 1. As shown in fig. 1, 2 and 3, the dental appliance housing case 01 includes: a case body 10, a case cover 20 and an ultraviolet lamp 30; the box body 10 is provided with a containing cavity 12 for containing the dental appliance 60; when the box cover 20 is in a buckling state, the box cover 20 and the storage cavity 12 form a closed cavity 13; the ultraviolet lamp 30 is disposed in the closed chamber 13 to sterilize the dental appliance 60 in the closed chamber 13; the box body 10 is provided with a first contact 11; the cover 20 is provided with a second contact 21 corresponding to the first contact 11; when the cover 20 is in the buckled state, the first contact 11 and the second contact 21 are contacted with each other to complete the circuit of the ultraviolet lamp 30; when the cover 20 is in the opened state, the first contact 11 and the second contact 21 are separated from each other, and the electric circuit of the ultraviolet lamp 30 is opened.
Wherein the case 10 is a member for receiving the dental appliance 60, and the cover 20 is a member for being fastened to the case 10. When the box cover 20 is fastened to the box body 10, the box cover 20 is in a fastened state, and the fastening surface 22 of the box cover 20 shields the storage cavity 12 on the box body 10, so as to form a closed cavity 13. When the cover 20 is out of the locked state, the cover 20 is opened, and the closed chamber 13 formed by the cover 20 and the case body 10 is opened.
The case body 10 and the case cover 20 may be connected to each other, for example, by a hinge member to enable the case cover 20 to be fastened to or opened from the case body 10. Alternatively, the case body 10 and the case cover 20 may be completely separated from each other without connection, and correspondingly, the user performs the locking operation by aligning the case cover 20 with the case body 10, and the user directly removes the case cover 20 from the case body 10.
The ultraviolet lamp 30 is a light emitting device that emits ultraviolet rays when a circuit is turned on. The electric circuit of the ultraviolet lamp 30 is simultaneously controlled by the first contact 11 and the second contact 21, that is, the first contact 11 and the second contact 21 constitute an operation control switch of the ultraviolet lamp 30 such that the electric circuit of the ultraviolet lamp 30 is turned on and off with the closing and opening operations of the cover 20.
Specifically, the first contact 11 is disposed on the case body 10, and the second contact 21 is disposed on the case cover 20. And, the positions of the first contact 11 and the second contact 21 on the case body 10 and the case cover 20 correspond to each other, so that the first contact 11 and the second contact 21 can just contact to complete the circuit of the ultraviolet lamp 30 when the case cover 20 is fastened, and the first contact 11 and the second contact 21 can be separated from each other to complete the circuit of the ultraviolet lamp 30 when the case cover 20 is opened.
It should be clear that the first contact 11 and the second contact 21 merely constitute an operation control switch of the ultraviolet lamp 30, and that the light emission of the ultraviolet lamp 30 is also controlled by the energizing switch 50. That is, the contact of the first contact 11 and the second contact 21 with each other turns on the circuit of the ultraviolet lamp 30, and means that the current loop of the ultraviolet lamp 30 is not turned on after the contact of the first contact 11 and the second contact 21, and the current of the ultraviolet lamp 30 can flow through the first contact 11 and the second contact 21 after the contact of the first contact 11 and the second contact 21, so that a complete current loop is formed when the energizing switch 50 is turned on, so that the ultraviolet lamp 30 emits light. When the cover 20 is opened, the first contact 11 and the second contact 21 are separated from each other to form an open circuit, and even when the power switch 50 is opened at this time, current cannot flow through the first contact 11 and the second contact 21, so that the ultraviolet lamp 30 is always in a non-operating state, i.e., a non-light emitting state, when the cover 20 is opened.
The specific mounting manners of the first contact 11 and the second contact 21 are numerous, and the first contact 11 and the second contact 21 may be exemplarily disposed along the surface of the box body 10 or the box cover 20, or the first contact 11 and the second contact 21 may be disposed in the casing of the box body 10 and the box cover 20 to be hidden, which is not limited herein.
Further, the first contact 11 and the second contact 21 may be provided as a point contact structure, a surface contact type conductive sheet, or other shaped structures, respectively, without limitation. Specifically, the first contact 11 and the second contact 21 may both be provided in a point-contact structure, so that the mutual contact of the first contact 11 and the second contact 21 is constituted as a point-to-point contact. One of the first contact 11 and the second contact 21 may be provided as a point contact structure, and the other may be provided as a conductive sheet, so that the first contact 11 and the second contact 21 are in point-to-surface contact with each other. Or the first contact 11 and the second contact 21 are each provided as a conductive sheet so that the mutual contact of the first contact 11 and the second contact 21 is a face-to-face contact.
In addition, since the first contact 11 and the second contact 21 contact each other to complete the circuit, in order to prevent the circuit from being disturbed by other factors when the first contact 11 and the second contact 21 contact each other, the first contact 11 and the second contact 21 may be configured as plug-in contacts, so that when the lid 20 is in the locked state, the first contact 11 and the second contact 21 that contact each other are hidden in the housing of the dental appliance housing case 01, and are isolated from the outside.
There are many embodiments in which the first contact 11 and the second contact 21 are provided as plug-in contacts, one possible embodiment of which is shown in fig. 1: the first contact 11 is arranged as a first contact protrusion 111 protruding from the housing surface of the cartridge 10; the second contact 21 is configured as a second contact interface 211 retracted in the housing surface of the lid 20; when the cover 20 is in the buckled state, the first contact point protrusion 111 extends into the second contact point interface 211, so that the first contact point 11 and the second contact point 21 are contacted with each other.
Alternatively, the first contact 11 may be provided as a first contact interface 112 (not shown) retracted to the housing surface of the case 10; the second contact 21 is arranged as a second contact protrusion 212 (not shown) protruding from the housing surface of the lid 20; when the cover 20 is in the snap-fit condition, the second contact protrusion 212 extends into the first contact interface 112 to effect contact between the first contact 11 and the second contact 21.
Of course, in other embodiments, the first contact 11 or the second contact 21 may be configured to automatically extend and retract along with the closing and opening actions of the lid 20, and may be specifically implemented by a spring, a spring plate, a rocker, or the like, which is not particularly limited herein.
In addition, it should be apparent that the first contact 11 broadly refers to all contacts provided on the case body 10 for completing the electrical circuit of the ultraviolet lamp 30, and likewise, the second contact 21 broadly refers to all contacts provided on the case cover 20 for completing the electrical circuit of the ultraviolet lamp 30. That is, the first contact 11 and the second contact 21 do not mean that the pair of contacts that match each other only means that there is only one pair, and the number of specific contacts that match each other may be plural, and there is no specific limitation thereto.
In addition, the energizing switch 50 and the power supply 70 for supplying power to the ultraviolet lamp 30 may be disposed at different positions according to specific requirements, and other electric components may be added based on the basic circuit shown in fig. 3, without being particularly limited thereto.
The above is the basic tooth appliance storage box 01 that this embodiment provided, set up first contact 11 on the box body 10 of this tooth appliance storage box, set up second contact 21 on lid 20 to first contact 11 and second contact 21 can follow the closing and opening action of lid 20 and contact each other and separate, thereby control ultraviolet lamp 30's circuit switch-on and off, make ultraviolet lamp 30 be in non-operating condition necessarily when lid 20 is in the open state, thereby avoided the waste of electric energy, make tooth appliance storage box 01 more humanized.
In a specific implementation process, more specific setting can be performed on the basis of the dental appliance storage box 01, or other feasible structures can be added, so that more functions or performances can be obtained, and the requirements of different application scenes can be met. The following is a further detailed description based on the construction of the basic dental appliance housing case 01 shown in fig. 1 to fully understand the seatbelt retractor provided by the present utility model.
In order to improve the bacteriostatic effect of the ultraviolet lamp 30, a plurality of ultraviolet lamps 30 may be provided, or the inner surface of the receiving chamber 12 and the fastening surface 22 of the cover 20 constituting the closed chamber 13 may be provided as a smooth reflective surface to improve the ultraviolet irradiation effect.
In addition, a supporting structure of the dental appliance 60 can be arranged in the accommodating cavity 12, so that the dental appliance 60 is kept at a distance from the cavity wall (the inner wall of the accommodating cavity 12 and the buckling surface 22 of the box cover 20) of the closed cavity 13, and the periphery of the dental appliance 60 can be fully irradiated by ultraviolet light.
The support structure may be a bracket structure for placing the dental appliance 60, a boss structure, or the like. The support structure may be fixed in the storage chamber 12 or may be removable, and is not limited thereto.
Of course, the support structure may be further optimally provided to enhance the ultraviolet irradiation effect. By way of example, the support structure may be protected from ultraviolet radiation by using a transparent material such as silica gel, glass, or the like as the material of the support structure. The cavity structure can be arranged on the supporting structure, so that the blocking of the supporting structure to ultraviolet light is reduced, and reflected ultraviolet light can fully irradiate the supporting structure.
Taking a bracket-type supporting structure as an example, one specific embodiment of the present utility model may be shown in fig. 4 and 5, fig. 4 is a schematic structural view of a dental appliance storage box provided with a supporting bracket, and fig. 5 is a schematic structural view of the supporting bracket in the dental appliance storage box of fig. 4. Specifically, a support frame 14 for placing the dental appliance 60 is arranged in the accommodating cavity 12 of the box body 10; the support frame 14 keeps the dental appliance 60 at a preset distance from the inner wall of the chamber closing the chamber 13; the supporter 14 is provided with a cavity 141 through which the ultraviolet light of the ultraviolet lamp 30 passes, so that the ultraviolet light of the ultraviolet lamp 30 can be irradiated to the circumference of the dental appliance 60.
In order to make the dental appliance storage box 01 more humanized, the support structure for placing the dental appliance 60 can be a movable support structure, so that the support structure can extend out of the storage cavity 12 along with the opening action of the box cover 20 and retract into the storage cavity 12 along with the closing action of the box cover 20, and the dental appliance storage box 01 can be more convenient for placing and taking the dental appliance 60.
Specifically, one possible movable support structure is shown in fig. 6 and 7, where fig. 6 is a schematic cross-sectional view of a dental appliance storage box provided with a movable plate in a closed state, and fig. 7 is a schematic cross-sectional view of the dental appliance storage box of fig. 6 in an open state. Specifically, the supporting frame 14 is fixed on the moving plate 15 in the accommodating cavity 12; the moving plate 15 is connected with the box body 10 and the box cover 20 through the moving control assembly 16; when the box cover 20 is in a buckling state, the moving plate 15 drives the support frame 14 to be positioned at a sterilization position under the action of the moving control assembly 16; when the box cover 20 is opened, the moving plate 15 moves along with the opening action of the box cover 20, and the supporting frame 14 is driven to extend out of the accommodating cavity 12 under the action of the moving control assembly 16 to reach a holding position; when the box cover 20 is buckled again, the moving plate 15 drives the supporting frame 14 to retract to the sterilization position under the action of the moving control component 16 along with the buckling action of the box cover 20.
The movement control unit 16 is a member for controlling the movement of the moving plate 15 according to the closing and opening movements of the cover 20. Specifically, the movement control unit 16 may be a sensor type control structure or may be a mechanical control structure.
The mechanical control structure may specifically transfer the motion state of the lid 20 to the moving plate 15 through a spring, a guide rod, a contact post, etc., so that the moving plate 15 moves correspondingly with the closing and opening of the lid 20.
