Referring to fig. 1 and 6, in one embodiment of the present application, a spray structure of a dishwasher 10 is disclosed, which is assembled in a receiving chamber of the dishwasher 10, the spray structure including a water supply line 400, a first spray assembly 200, and a second spray assembly 300, the water supply line 400 being disposed on a sidewall of the receiving chamber; the water supply pipeline 400 is communicated with a water pump of the dishwasher 10, and the first spraying assembly 200 and the second spraying assembly 300 are both connected with the water supply pipeline 400 and are used for spraying water to the objects to be cleaned in the accommodating cavity, wherein the spraying range of the first spraying assembly 200 is a first flushing area; the area except the first flushing area in the accommodating cavity is a second flushing area; the second spraying assembly 300 is arranged in the first flushing area in a foldable manner, sprays water to the first flushing area, can extend into the second flushing area, and sprays water to the second flushing area.
The first spraying component 200 disclosed in this embodiment can spray water, the first flushing area is sprayed by rotating, the second spraying component 300 can flexibly rotate and extend to the area outside the first flushing area to spray water, so that the objects to be cleaned in the dish washer 10 are all in the station range of the flushing area, the washing area of the dish washer is increased, and the problem of dead angle cleaning is avoided; in addition, the second spraying assembly 300 can be folded and rotated into the first flushing area, so that the cleaning in the first flushing area is enhanced, and the working efficiency is ensured. By providing the first spray assembly 200 and the second spray assembly 300, the spray range is fully free of dead angle coverage, and the working performance of the dishwasher 10 is integrally improved.
Specifically, the items to be cleaned disclosed in the present embodiment include, but are not limited to, tableware, cups, and tea sets.
Specifically, the first spray assembly 200 and the second spray assembly 300 disclosed in the present embodiment spray water in a high pressure spray manner, and spray water temperature may be high temperature. The method combines the saponification and decomposition of the greasy dirt and residues on the surface of the object to be cleaned by washing with the detergent, and the soaking of the hot water into the food residues is expanded, so that the greasy dirt, residues, food residues and the like on the surface of the tableware are rapidly decomposed and shed, and the surface of the object to be cleaned is cleaned and brightened again.
As shown in fig. 2, as one implementation of the present embodiment, a first spray assembly 200 is disclosed that includes a first joint 210 and a main spray arm 220, wherein one end of the first joint 210 is connected to the water supply line 400, and the other end of the first joint 210 extends to a central position of the receiving chamber and is connected to the main spray arm 220; the main spray arm 220 may rotate in a horizontal direction with the free end of the first joint 210 as a rotation center; wherein the area covered by the main spray arm 220 is the first flushing area. One end of the first joint 210 is connected with the water supply pipeline 400 to form a stable butt joint state, so that shaking is avoided during working; the other end of the main spray arm 220 connected with the first joint 210 can maintain the stability of the main spray arm 220 when in operation, and extend to the central position of the accommodating cavity, and when in operation, the main spray arm 220 rotates by taking the free end of the first joint 210 as the rotation center, and the spray washing area forms a first washing area, so that the basic washing work in the first washing area is completed.
Optionally, the connection portion of the main spray arm 220 to the first joint 210 is the axial position of the main spray arm 220. The main spray arm 220 performs axis rotation water spray. The position of the main spray arm 220 connected with the first joint 210 is the axis position of the main spray arm 220, so that the stability of the main spray arm 220 during working is further improved.
Alternatively, the circle formed by rotation of the main spray arm 220 may provide the dishwasher 10 receiving cavity with a maximum inscribed circle of the main spray arm 220 in the same horizontal plane, with half the length of the main spray arm 220 being the radius of the maximum inscribed circle. The spray washing area forms a first washing area which covers the main central area of the area to be washed, and the basic washing work of the object to be washed is ensured by spraying spray water under high pressure.
In another embodiment of the present utility model, as shown in fig. 3, a second spray assembly 300 is disclosed comprising a docking tube 330, a folding link 310, and a secondary spray arm 320, the docking tube 330 being detachably connected to the water supply line 400; one end of the folding connecting rod 310 is rotatably connected with the docking tube 330, and the other end of the folding connecting rod can be extended into the second flushing area; and the auxiliary spray arm 320 is connected to an end of the folding link 310 facing away from the docking tube 330, and the auxiliary spray arm 320 may rotate in a horizontal direction.
The folding connecting rod 310 disclosed in the embodiment is connected with the rotary auxiliary spray arm 320, and can be extended to the second flushing area, so that on one hand, the washing area is increased, the washing dead angle is reduced, the washing effect of the objects to be washed is better, and the cleaning capability of the dish washer 10 is improved; on the other hand, when the auxiliary spray arm 320 does not work, the folding connecting rod 310 can be folded, so that the space occupation is small, and the storage is convenient.
In addition, in this embodiment, the folding connecting rod 310 can rotate at an angle, so that the auxiliary spray arm 320 moves into the first flushing area, and the first flushing area is strengthened to be cleaned, so that the object to be cleaned in the first flushing area can be cleaned for multiple times at multiple angles, the object to be cleaned is cleaned more thoroughly, and the cleaning efficiency of the dish washer 10 is improved.
Specifically, the docking pipe 330 is detachably connected with the water supply line 400, so that the installation and the disassembly are convenient, and when the second spray assembly 300 is used for a long time and stains remain on the second spray assembly, the second spray assembly can be detached to be cleaned independently, and the cleaning of the second spray assembly 300 is maintained, so that the service life of the second spray assembly is prolonged.
In another embodiment of the present utility model, as shown in fig. 4, a docking port 410 is horizontally provided on the water supply line 400, the docking port 410 is detachably connected to the docking tube 330, and the docking tube 330 is rotatable around the docking port 410.
In this embodiment, the folding connecting rod 310 and the auxiliary spray arm 320 are sequentially connected with the butt joint pipe 330, when the butt joint pipe 330 rotates, the folding connecting rod 310 and the auxiliary spray arm 320 are connected, the auxiliary spray arm 320 inclines for a certain angle, the object to be cleaned can be cleaned at multiple angles, the omnidirectional multi-angle cleaning is realized, and the cleaning effect is improved.
