Abstract
一种组合绳，该绳由内芯绳和外表层组成，其内芯绳为一定规格的钢丝绳，在钢丝绳的外圆周面包复着用纤维或塑料制成的外表层。本实用新型所形成的绳体柔软，强度高，不易损坏或被剪割，不仅适用于货物运输中的捆刹，也可适用各行各业物品捆刹的需要。
Description
本实用新型涉及一种物品的捆刹用具，具体地说是一种由内芯绳和外表层构成的组合绳。
目前，货物运输的捆刹绳体，大多数采用多股麻、塑料、纤维材料制成的绳体，此种结构的产品，易磨损、腐烂、易老化，特别是不能防止由利器剪割。而使用钢丝绳来替代上述绳体，虽然钢丝绳不易老化、腐烂、剪割，但绳体极易损伤被捆刹的货物，而且使用、携带都不方便。
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种既柔软，又可防止剪割，不易损坏，使用携带方便的组合绳。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的：一种组合绳，该绳是由内芯体(1)和外表层(2)组成，在内芯体(1)的外圆周面设有外表层(2)，外表层(2)的材质为麻、纤维、塑料其中一种，其组合绳至少为一股。
内芯体为钢丝绳或钢丝。
组合绳为3-6股。

图2为多股绞合的绳体。
如图1所示，内芯钢丝绳可选用市售成品，也可自己绕制，又可选用单根钢丝，钢丝绳的直径根据形成绳体的直径来选择，即绳体的直径与选钢丝绳的直径成正比，一般比值为1/5-1/2，钢丝绳为芯材，在其外表缠绕丙纶丝，也可选用尼龙丝、塑料、麻等类似材料，使之形成一绳体。也可将上述形成的绳体作为一股，而也可将若干股加力绞合为一体制成多股绳体。
本实用新型取得的技术进步：绳体柔软，强度高，即柔中带钢，不易损坏或被剪割，使用携带方便，不仅适用于货物运输的捆刹，也可满足各行各业捆刹物品的使用。
Claims (3)
1、一种组合绳，其特征在于该绳是由内芯体(1)和外表层(2)组成，在内芯体(1)的外圆周面设有外表层(2)，外表层(2)的材质为麻、纤维、塑料其中一种，其组合绳至少为一股。
2、根据权利要求1所述的组合绳，其特征在于所说的内芯体为钢丝绳或钢丝。
3、根据权利要求1所述的组合绳，其特征在于所说的组合绳为3-6股。
