In addition, the present disclosure provides examples of various specific processes and materials, but one of ordinary skill in the art may recognize applications of other processes and/or use of other materials.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, a bed 100 includes a water mattress 10, an air mattress 20, and an array of support pins 30. The water mat 10 includes an upper surface 11 and a lower surface 12. Air cushion 20 is disposed on lower surface 12 of water mattress 10. The air cushion 20 is used for driving the water cushion 10 to move up and down. The array of support pins 30 is carried on the upper surface 11 of the water mat 10. The array of support pins 30 is adapted to move as the water mat 10 moves.
The bed 100 of the embodiment of the present invention can drive the water cushion to move through the air cushion (or other methods, such as a motor) when the user lies on the bed 100, so as to make the supporting pin array 30 float up and down, and due to the action of the water cushion 10, the supporting pin array 30 is adaptive to the body curve along with the posture change of the user, thereby improving the sleeping comfort of people.
The vertical direction in the present embodiment refers to the thickness direction of the water mat 10. That is, the air mattress 20 serves to drive the water mattress 20 to move in the thickness direction of the water mattress 20.
Of course, in other embodiments, other driving devices connected to the water cushion, such as a motor, an air cylinder, and a hydraulic cylinder, may be used, and the driving devices may drive the water cushion 10 to move up and down.
In one example, when the driving device is an air cylinder, the air cylinder can move in a telescopic manner, so that the water cushion 10 is driven to move up and down. The driving device is further described as an air cushion 20.
Referring to fig. 2, in some embodiments, the bed 100 includes a support base 40. The air cushion 20 is carried on a support base 40. The support base 40 provides a relatively smooth support environment for the air mattress 20. The support base 40 allows the cushion 20 to be placed in a gentle, low friction environment, whether inflated or not.
Specifically, the material of the supporting base 40 may be wood. To reduce wear of the support base 40 to the air mattress 20, a rubber pad of a certain thickness may be provided between the support base 40 and the air mattress 20. The rubber pad has less friction with the air cushion 20, which helps to prolong the service life of the air cushion 20.
Referring to fig. 2 and 3, in some embodiments, the bed 100 includes a first position-limiting frame 50 connected to the support base 40. The first position-limiting frame 50 surrounds the air cushion 20. The first limiting frame 50 is used for limiting the lateral movement range of the air cushion 20, and preventing the air cushion 20 from diffusing outwards and being unable to be fixed in shape, so that the water cushion 10 cannot be driven to move in the up-down direction.
Specifically, in the present embodiment, fig. 2 is a state in which the air cushion 20 is filled with a large amount of air, and fig. 3 shows a state in which the air cushion 20 is filled with a small amount of air. In the uninflated state, the cushion 20 is rectangular. During inflation, the cushion 20 bulges upward within the limits of the first stop frame 50.
Referring to fig. 2, in some embodiments, bed 100 includes a second restraint frame 70 coupled to water mattress 10. The second position limiting frame 70 functions similarly to the first position limiting frame 50. The second position-limiting frame 70 is used to limit the movable range of the water mat 10 and prevent the water mat 10 from moving in the lateral direction of the water mat 20.
Referring to fig. 2-3, in some embodiments, the bed 100 further includes an elastic member 60, the elastic member 60 is connected to the water mat 10, and the elastic member 60 is used for providing a downward force to the water mat 10 to control the deformation degree of the water mat 10.
As such, the elastic member 60 provides a downward acting force to the water mattress 10 to control the deformation degree of the water mattress 10, so that the stroke difference of the support pin array 30 is reduced, which is beneficial to the user experience.
It should be noted that the elastic member 60 may be directly connected to the water mattress 10 or indirectly connected to the water mattress 10. In the present embodiment, the elastic member 60 is indirectly connected to the water mat 10.
It can be understood that when the human body acts on the support pin array 30, the liquid of the water cushion 10 flows after being acted on by the support pin array 30, so that the water cushion 10 is deformed. After the force of the elastic member 60 is applied to the water mattress 10, the fluidity of the liquid in the water mattress 10 is weakened, and the degree of deformation of the water mattress 10 is reduced to control the degree of deformation of the water mattress 10.
Referring to fig. 2 and 4, in some embodiments, bed 100 includes a deck 90, and deck 90 is disposed above water mattress 10. The elastic member 60 is disposed between the bed plate 90 and the water mattress 10.
In this way, the bed plate 90 serves as an external structure of the bed 100, and can shield the internal structure of the bed 100 and protect the internal structure of the bed 100. Alternatively, the deck 90 may cover the resilient member 60 to make the bed 100 more aesthetically pleasing. In addition, the bed plate 90 can also provide support for the human body.
Specifically, one end of the elastic member 60 may abut against the bed plate 90, may be connected with the bed plate 90 through another medium, or may be spaced apart from the bed plate 90. Since the bed plate 90 is generally fixed and the water mattress 10 moves relative to the bed plate 90, the bed plate 90 can provide a force point for the elastic member 60 during the movement of the water mattress 10, so that the elastic member 60 can provide a force to the water mattress 10.
Referring to fig. 2 and 3, in some embodiments, bed 100 includes a mounting layer 80 covering upper surface 11 of water mattress 10. The mounting layer 80 has a first array of through holes 81. Each support pin 31 of the support pin array 30 is inserted through a corresponding one of the first through holes 811 of the first through hole array 81. In other words, each support pin 31 of the support pin array 30 is disposed corresponding to a corresponding one of the first through holes 811 in the first through hole array 81, and at least one support pin 31 is sleeved with the elastic member 60.
Thus, the first through hole 811 enables the support pin 31 to be always perpendicular to the water mat 10, thereby preventing the support pin 31 from shaking left and right. In addition, the elastic member 60 may apply a force to the water mattress 10 through the installation layer 80 during the movement of the water mattress 10.
Specifically, the mounting layer 80 may be a rigid layer or a flexible layer. When the mounting layer 80 is a rigid layer, the mounting layer 80 may be made of plastic or the like. When the mounting layer 80 is a flexible layer, the mounting layer 80 can be made of a woven mesh.
Referring to fig. 4, in some embodiments, the support pin 31 includes a pin cap 311 and a support rod 312 connected to the pin cap 311, the pin cap 311 is disposed at an end of the support rod 312 near the water mat 10, the support rod 312 is disposed through the first through hole 811, and the elastic member 60 is sleeved on the support rod 312 of at least one support pin 31.
Thus, the elastic member 60 is sleeved on the support rod 312, so that the matching structure between the support nail 31 and the elastic member 60 is compact, the elastic member 60 can be prevented from moving, and the manufacturing cost of the bed 100 is reduced.
In other embodiments, the elastic member 60 may not be sleeved on the elastic member 60. For example, the elastic member 60 may be juxtaposed with the support bar 312 and abut against the support bar 312.
In some embodiments, the support rods 312 at the edge portions of the array of support pins 30 are sleeved with the elastic members 60.
It can be understood that when a human body lies on the support pin array 30, the waist, back, buttocks, etc. of the human body are heavy, the leg, hand, etc. are light, the middle position of the water pad 10 corresponds to the heavy parts of the waist, back, buttocks, etc., and the edge portion of the water pad 10 corresponds to the light parts of the hand, leg, etc.
Therefore, the liquid in the middle of the water cushion 10 will flow to the edge, and the height of the middle of the water cushion 10 is less than that of the edge, so that the supporting pins 31 at the edge of the supporting pin array 30 protrude from the bed plate 90 to a higher degree, and the hands and feet of the user are lifted up, which is not favorable for the user experience.
In addition, the supporting pins 31 located at the edge of the supporting pin array 30 may not contact with the human body, and under the action of the water cushion 10, the strokes of the supporting pins 31 are relatively large and the height of the supporting pins protruding from the bed plate 90 is relatively high, which not only affects the beauty, but also prevents the human body from turning over.
In the application, the bracing piece 312 cover that is located the marginal part of support nail array 30 is equipped with elastic component 60, make elastic component 60 can apply decurrent effort to the marginal part of water pad 10, reduce the marginal part's of water pad 10 degree of deformation, thereby make the support nail 31 that is located the marginal part lower for the convex height of bed board 90, not only can avoid human hand, parts such as foot are lifted up, can also improve the aesthetic property of bed 100, still be favorable to the human body to make actions such as standing up, be favorable to user experience.
In the present embodiment, the number of the support pins 31 ranges from 1500 to 2000. The support bar 312 is in contact with the skin of the human body when the user lies on the bed 100. Due to the fact that the number of the supporting nails 31 is large, the arrangement is fine, and the skin of a human body does not feel pain when the nails are stuck.
Furthermore, in this embodiment, the supporting rod 312 may be made of bamboo or wood. Bamboo and wood fibers have strong water absorption, higher strength than cotton, higher toughness and wear resistance and better antibacterial effect.
Referring to fig. 3-5, in some embodiments, the bed 100 includes a limiting member 313 disposed on the bed plate 90, the limiting member 313 is connected to the supporting rod 312, the limiting member 313 is used for limiting the movement of the supporting nail 31 on the bed plate 90, and two ends of the elastic member 60 are disposed at intervals from the nail cap 311 and the limiting member 313, respectively.
Thus, the limit member 313 limits the movement of the support nail 31 on the bed plate 90, and the support nail 31 is prevented from being separated from the bed plate 90, so that the movement of the support nail 31 is more stable, and the user experience is better. In addition, the stopper 313 may provide a force application point for the elastic member 60, so that the elastic member 60 may be deformed to apply a force to the water mat 10.
More specifically, in the embodiment of the present application, two ends of the elastic member 60 are spaced apart from the mounting layer 80 and the stopper 313, respectively.
In another embodiment, the stopper 313 may be omitted, and in this case, both ends of the elastic member 60 are spaced apart from the installation layer 80 and the bed plate 90, respectively. In the moving process of the water cushion 10, two ends of the elastic member 60 can respectively abut against the bed board 90 and the mounting layer 80; or, during the movement of the water mattress 10, the elastic member 60 passes through the installation layer 80, and both ends of the elastic member 60 may abut against the bed plate 90 and the nut 311, respectively.
In another embodiment, the mounting layer 80 may be omitted, and in this case, both ends of the elastic member 60 are spaced apart from the water mat 10 and the stopper 313, respectively. During the movement of the water mat 10, the two ends of the elastic member 60 may respectively abut against the stopper 313 and the nut 311.
In another embodiment, the installation layer 80 and the stopper 313 may be omitted, and in this case, both ends of the elastic member 60 are spaced apart from the water mat 10 and the bed plate 90, respectively. During the movement of the water mattress 10, both ends of the elastic member 60 may abut against the bed plate 90 and the nut 311, respectively.
As shown in fig. 1, 2, and 5, in some embodiments, the deck 90 has a second array of through-holes 91. Each support pin 31 of the support pin array 30 is disposed corresponding to a corresponding one of the second through holes 911 in the second through hole array 91. The position-limiting member 313 includes a guide shaft 3131 passing through the second through hole 911, and the support rod 312 passes through the guide shaft 3131. Both ends of the elastic member 60 are spaced apart from the nut 311 and the guide shaft 3131, respectively.
Thus, the guide shaft 3131 guides the movement of the support rod 312 to prevent the support rod 312 from shaking in the second through hole 911, thereby improving the user experience. In addition, the guide shaft 3131 may provide a point of force for the elastic member 60 during the movement of the water mat 10.
Specifically, the extending direction of guide shaft 3131 is the up-down direction of bed 100, i.e., the thickness direction of bed 100. Thus, the movement direction of the guide shaft 3131 is ensured to be the vertical direction of the bed 100, and the guide shaft 3131 is prevented from shaking.
Of course, in other embodiments, both ends of the elastic member 60 may abut against the bed plate 90 and the upper surface 11 of the water mat 10, respectively, or both ends of the elastic member 60 may abut against the bed plate 90 and the installation layer 80, respectively, and the specific installation manner of the elastic member 60 is not particularly limited herein.
Referring to fig. 2 and 4 again, the supporting rod 312 can protrude from the bed plate 90, and the diameter of the second through hole 911 is larger than or equal to the size of the nut 311. So, the nail cap 311 can deviate from one side of installation layer 80 from bed board 90, and the second through-hole 911 is passed to the upside of bed board 90 promptly to make bracing piece 312 wear to locate second through-hole 911, need not to overturn bed 100, can improve installation and maintenance efficiency.
In some embodiments, the inner diameter of the guide shaft 3131 is greater than or equal to the diameter of the support rod 312 and less than the size of the nut 311.
Thus, the supporting rod 312 can move in the guiding shaft 3131, and the nut 311 cannot be disengaged from the guiding shaft 3131, so that the nut 311 is prevented from penetrating through the second through hole 911 from bottom to top, and the supporting nail 31 is prevented from disengaging from the bed plate 90.
Referring to fig. 4, in some embodiments, the position-limiting member 313 includes a position-limiting block 3132, the position-limiting block 3132 abuts against the bed plate 90 and is disposed at an end of the guide shaft 3131 away from the mounting layer 80, and a size of the position-limiting block 3132 is larger than a diameter of the second through hole 911.
Thus, the limiting member 313 is fixed on the bed plate 90 through the limiting member 3132, so that the guide shaft 3131 is fixed on the bed plate 90, and the guide of the guide shaft 3131 to the support rod 312 is more stable.
Specifically, the stopper 3132 may be cylindrical. Thus, the stopper 3132 corresponds to the support rod 312 in shape, so that the appearance is more attractive. Of course, the stopper 3132 may have a rectangular parallelepiped shape, a square shape, a spherical shape, or other shapes. The specific form of the stopper 3132 is not limited herein.
In the present embodiment, the guide shaft 3131 and the stopper 3132 are an integral structure. Thus, the production efficiency can be improved. In other embodiments, the guide shaft 3131 and the stopper 3132 may be formed separately and connected by bonding, snap-fitting, or the like.
In one example, the outer surface of the guide shaft 3131 may be formed with a first screw thread, the hole wall of the second through hole 911 may be formed with a second screw thread corresponding to the first screw thread, and the stopper 313 may be fixed to the bed plate 90 by the first and second screw threads.
In another example, a glue layer is formed between the guide shaft 3131 and the wall of the second through hole 911, and the position-limiting member 313 may be fixed on the bed plate 90 through the glue layer.
In another example, a glue layer is formed between the stopper 3132 and the upper surface of the stopper 3132, and the stopper 313 may be fixed to the base plate 90 through the glue layer.
The specific manner in which the stopper 313 is provided on the top plate 90 is not limited here.
In some embodiments, the resilient member 60 comprises a spring. Thus, the springs are easily accessible, easy to install, and can reduce the manufacturing cost of the bed 100.
Referring to fig. 6, in some embodiments, bed 100 includes an inflator 92 connected to cushion 20. Inflation device 92 is used to inflate mattress 20 so that inflation of mattress 20 pushes mattress 10 upward. The up and down movement of the water mattress 10 is performed by means of the air mattress 20, and the amount of air charged in the air mattress 20 determines the rising height of the water mattress 10.
Specifically, the air charging device 92 may be an electric air pump or a manual air pump. The inflation device 92 may be located either within the bed 100 or outside the bed 100. In this embodiment, the inflator 92 is provided inside the bed 100. Specifically, the inflation device 92 may be located underneath the head of the bed 100 or the foot of the bed 100.
Further, referring to fig. 4 and 6, after the air cushion 20 is inflated, the air cushion 20 pushes the water cushion 10, the second limiting frame, and the supporting pin array 30 to move upward, and the supporting pins 31 lift the person lying on the bed 100. When the supporting pin array 30 is lifted to a certain height, the supporting pin array 30 is lifted or dropped under the pressure of the human body, and meanwhile, both ends of the elastic member 60 abut against the mounting layer 80 and the guide shaft 3131, respectively, the elastic member 60 is compressed by being elastically deformed by the pressure, and the elastic member 60 thus forms a downward force applied to the water mat 10.
In one example, when a user lies down, the support pin array 30 is pressed by the buttocks of the person, which is heavy, and the corresponding water mat 10 is depressed; because the weight of the foot of the person is light, the pressure on the support nail array 30 is small, the support nail array 30 corresponding to the waist of the person can be lifted, meanwhile, the corresponding water cushion 10 is raised, under the action of the elastic piece 60, the height of the support nail array 30 corresponding to the leg of the person, which is lifted up, is lower than the height of the support nail array 30 without the elastic piece 60, and the situation that the leg of the person is lifted up relatively to the hip is avoided.
After the air cushion 20 is inflated, when a human body lies on the bed 100, the supporting pin arrays 30 are in a state of being uneven in height due to uneven stress, the supporting pin arrays 30 press the water mattress 10, and the water mattress 10 is in a state of being uneven and undulated. Due to the elastic member 60, the support nails 31 which are not or less stressed do not protrude from the bedplate 90 by too much height relative to the bedplate 90.
Referring to fig. 7, after the air cushion 20 is deflated, the support pin array 30 may protrude from the bed plate 90 by about 10 mm. At this time, both ends of the elastic member 60 are substantially in a suspended state, and the elastic member 60 is not deformed, thereby generating no acting force on the water mattress 10. Part of the weight of the human body presses on the bed plate 90 and part of the weight presses on the array of support pins 30 as if sleeping on the mat. The array of support pins 30 will appear to sleep on the cushion when raised half way up.
In summary, the bed 100 of the present embodiment includes a water cushion 10, a support pin array 30, and an elastic member 60, wherein the support pin array 30 is disposed on the upper surface of the water cushion 10. The elastic member 60 is coupled to the water mat 10, and the elastic member 60 serves to provide a downward force to the water mat 10 to reduce the degree of deformation of the water mat 10.
The utility model discloses in embodiment's bed 100, elastic component 60 provides decurrent effort to water cushion 10, has reduced the mobility of the water in the water cushion 10 in order to reduce the deformation degree of water cushion 10 for the stroke difference of support nail array 30 reduces, is favorable to user experience.
