Abstract
The present disclosure provides an electronic device. The electronic device includes: casing, display screen subassembly and protection glue subassembly. Technical Field
The present disclosure relates to electronic devices, and particularly to an electronic device.
Background
With the development of electronic devices, a full-screen is more and more favored by users. At present, electronic equipment includes center and display screen subassembly, and the center is including supporting the step, and the display screen subassembly overlap joint is on supporting the step, and this makes electronic equipment's frame size great, is unfavorable for promoting electronic equipment's screen and accounts for the ratio. Optionally, the first protective colloid is disposed at an edge of the back surface of the display screen assembly.
Optionally, the edge of the back surface of the display screen assembly extending towards the first sub-side portion is provided with the first protective colloid.
Optionally, the side portion further includes a second sub-side portion, an inner wall of the second sub-side portion is provided with a support step protruding inwards, and at least one edge of the display screen assembly is lapped on the support step.

Fig. 1 is a partial sectional view of an electronic device provided in the related art. In the related art, referring to fig. 1, an electronic device includes a housing 110, a display screen assembly 120, and a gel 130. The housing 110 includes a support portion 111 and a plurality of side portions 112 surrounding a circumference of the support portion 111, and an inner wall of the side portion 112 is inwardly protruded to form a support step 113. The display screen assembly 120 includes a transparent cover 121 and a display layer 122, the transparent cover 121 covers the display surface of the display layer 122, the edge of the transparent cover 121 is overlapped on the supporting step 113, and the adhesive 130 is adhered between the transparent cover 121 and the supporting step 113. The display screen assembly 120 is fixed by the glue 130 and plays a role in sealing, so that external pollutants such as water, grease, dust and the like are prevented from entering between the display screen assembly 120 and the supporting part 111 to pollute and damage electronic devices such as the display screen assembly 120, a main board and the like. However, the width of the supporting step 113 increases the size of the frame of the electronic device, which is not favorable for increasing the screen occupation ratio of the electronic device. Wherein, the size of the frame refers to: the distance D1 between the edge of layer 122 and the outer surface of side 112 of housing 110 is displayed.
In order to solve the above problem, embodiments of the present disclosure provide an electronic device, which is described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings:
FIG. 2 illustrates a partial cross-sectional view of an electronic device shown in the present disclosure according to an exemplary embodiment. Referring to fig. 2, the electronic device includes a case 210, a display screen assembly 220, and a protective adhesive assembly 230.
The housing 210 includes a support portion 211 and a plurality of side portions 212 surrounding a circumference of the support portion 211, the support portion 211 and the side portions 212 forming a receiving groove 213, the side portions 212 including a first sub-side portion 214, an inner wall of the first sub-side portion 214 being smooth. In other words, the inner wall of the first sub-side 214 is not provided with the supporting step, which smoothes the inner wall of the first sub-side 214. For example, the inner wall of the first sub-side portion 214 may have a straight surface, a slant surface, or a curved surface. Illustratively, the housing 210 includes a middle frame including a support portion 211 and a plurality of side portions 212 surrounding the support portion 211 in a circumferential direction.
The display screen assembly 220 is located in the receiving groove 213, and at least one side wall of the display screen assembly 220 is opposite to the inner wall of the first sub-side portion 214. That is, at least one edge of the display screen assembly 220 is not overlapped on the first sub-side 214, but is located in the receiving groove 213. The front side of the display screen assembly 220 refers to the display side of the display screen assembly 220, and the back side of the display screen assembly 220 is opposite to the display side.
The protective adhesive assembly 230 includes a first protective adhesive 231 adhered between the back surface of the display panel assembly 220 and the supporting portion 211. Illustratively, the first protective colloid 231 includes a waterproof foam colloid, which not only firmly fixes the display panel assembly 220 to the housing 210, but also provides a buffer protection for the display panel assembly 220, and adheres between the display panel assembly 220 and the supporting portion 211, so as to prevent dirt such as water, grease, dust, etc. from entering between the display panel assembly 220 and the supporting portion 211 to damage the display panel assembly 220 or other electrical components.
Based on the above, according to the electronic device provided by the embodiment of the present disclosure, based on that the inner wall of the first sub-side portion 214 of the housing 210 is smooth, at least one side wall of the display screen assembly 220 is opposite to the inner wall of the first sub-side portion 214, the display screen assembly 220 is fixed to the supporting portion 211 through the first protective colloid 231, which does not need to provide a supporting step on the inner wall of the first sub-side portion 214, so that the width generated by providing the supporting step on at least one frame of the electronic device is reduced, and further, the size D2 of the frame of the electronic device is reduced, which is beneficial to increasing the screen occupation ratio of the electronic device.
FIG. 3 illustrates a partial schematic view of an electronic device shown in accordance with an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure. In some embodiments, referring to fig. 2 and 3 in combination, the first protective gel 231 is disposed on the edge of the back surface of the display panel assembly 220. In this way, it is prevented from the edge of the display screen assembly 220 that external dirt such as dust, water and grease enters the gap between the display screen assembly 220 and the supporting portion 211 to contaminate or damage the display screen assembly 220 and other electrical components 202. Illustratively, one edge, two edges, three edges, or all edges of the back surface of the display screen assembly 220 are respectively provided with the first protective colloid 231, which may be arranged based on the specific structure of the electronic device, and the present disclosure is not particularly limited thereto.
In some embodiments, with continued reference to fig. 2, a first protective gel 231 is disposed on an edge of the back surface of the display screen assembly 220 that extends from the display screen assembly 220 toward the first sub-side 214. In other words, the first protective colloid 231 is disposed near the first sub-side 214. In this way, the edge of the display panel assembly 220 near the first sub-side portion 214 is firmly fixed to the supporting portion 211 by the first protective colloid 231. In addition, the first sub-protective colloid 231 may also be disposed on the edge of the display panel assembly 220 that extends toward the other side portion without affecting the arrangement of the electrical component 202.
FIG. 4 illustrates a partial cross-sectional view of an electronic device shown in the present disclosure according to an exemplary embodiment. In some embodiments, referring to fig. 3 and 4 in combination, side 212 further includes a second sub-side 215, an inner wall of second sub-side 215 is provided with an inwardly protruding support step 216, and at least one edge of display screen assembly 220 overlaps support step 216. When the electrical component 202 is disposed between the display panel assembly 220 and the supporting portion 211, the area of the display panel assembly opposite to the electrical component 202 cannot be directly adhered to the supporting portion 211, and at least one edge of the display panel assembly 220 is overlapped with the supporting step 216, so that a third gap is formed between the display panel assembly 220 and the electrical component 202, and the electrical component 202 is not damaged by the force applied by the display panel assembly 220.
Further, in some embodiments, with reference to fig. 4, the display screen assembly 220 includes a transparent cover 221 and a display layer 222, the transparent cover 221 is attached to a surface of the display layer 222 facing away from the supporting portion 211, at least one edge of the transparent cover 221 is overlapped with the supporting step 216, and the display layer 222 is located in the receiving groove 213. The transparent cover 221 protects the display layer 222, so as to prevent the display layer 222 from being damaged due to direct contact with the supporting step 216. Illustratively, the transparent cover 221 may comprise a glass cover and the display layer 222 may comprise a flexible screen.
In some embodiments, with continued reference to fig. 3 or 4, the protective adhesive assembly 230 further includes a second protective adhesive 232, and the second protective adhesive 232 is adhered between the transparent cover 221 and the supporting step 216, so that the transparent cover 221 is firmly adhered to the supporting step 216. Illustratively, the second protective colloid 232 comprises a hot melt colloid.
With continued reference to fig. 3, the number of first sub-sides 214 may be three, the number of second sub-sides 215 may be one, and three first sub-sides 214 are connected in sequence and then connected with one second sub-side 215 to form a frame-shaped structure. Illustratively, three first sub-sides 214 respectively form a left side, a top side and a right side of the electronic device, a second sub-side 215 is opposite to the top side, and the second sub-side 215 correspondingly forms a bottom side. In this way, the electrical component 202 can be disposed adjacent to the second sub-side 215, and the display screen assembly 220 can avoid damage to the electrical component 202 by the display screen assembly 220 applying a force to the electrical component 202 by overlapping the support step 216 of the second sub-side 215.
In some embodiments, with continued reference to fig. 3, the protective adhesive assembly 230 further includes a third protective adhesive 233, wherein the third protective adhesive 233 is bonded between the first protective adhesive 231 and the second protective adhesive 232. In this way, the third protective colloid 233 is adhered between the first protective colloid 231 and the second protective colloid 232, so that the damage of the electrical component 202 and other parts caused by the dirt such as water, grease, dust and the like entering between the display screen assembly 220 and the supporting portion 211 through the gap between the first protective colloid 231 and the second protective colloid 232 is avoided. The third protective colloid 233 illustratively comprises a silicone colloid, and for example, a liquid silicone glue may be filled between the first protective colloid 231 and the second protective colloid 232, and the third protective colloid 233 is formed by solidification. The liquid silicone glue has good fluidity and good adhesion, and the formed third protective colloid 233 can be effectively adhered between the first protective colloid 231 and the second protective colloid 232.
Further, in some embodiments, with continued reference to fig. 3, the first protective colloid 231, the second protective colloid 232, and the third protective colloid 233 form a closed ring-shaped structure. The electrical component 202 may be located in the ring structure, so that the first protective colloid 231, the second protective colloid 232 and the third protective colloid 233 cooperate to effectively prevent external dirt such as dust, water and grease from entering the ring structure through the gap between the display screen assembly 220 and the supporting portion 211 to damage the electrical component 202.
FIG. 5 illustrates a partial cross-sectional view of an electronic device shown in the present disclosure according to an exemplary embodiment. In some embodiments, referring to fig. 5, the display screen assembly 220 includes: the display device comprises a transparent cover plate 221 and a display layer 222, wherein the transparent cover plate 221 is attached to one surface, back to the supporting part 211, of the display layer 222, and a protective film 223 is arranged on the side wall of the display layer 222. In this way, the side wall of the display layer 222 is protected by the protective film 223, so that the display layer 222 is prevented from being contaminated or damaged by external dirt such as water, grease, and dust entering the display layer 222. Illustratively, the protective film 223 may be formed on the sidewalls of the display layer 222 using a spraying process. Illustratively, the material of the protective film 223 may include MS glue.
In summary, according to the electronic device provided by the embodiment of the disclosure, based on the fact that the inner wall of the first sub-side portion 214 of the housing 210 is smooth, at least one side wall of the display screen assembly 220 is opposite to the inner wall of the first sub-side portion 214, the display screen assembly 220 is fixed to the supporting portion 211 through the first protective colloid 231, and it is not necessary to provide the supporting step 216 on the inner wall of the first sub-side portion 214, so that the width generated by the arrangement of the supporting step 216 on at least one frame of the electronic device is reduced, the size of the frame of the electronic device is further reduced, and the screen occupation ratio is favorably improved. For example, the size of the frame can be reduced by 0.2-0.25 mm. Because the inner wall of the second sub-side 215 is provided with the inwardly protruding supporting step 216, at least one edge of the display screen assembly 220 overlaps the supporting step 216 through the second protective colloid 232, which facilitates the arrangement of the electrical component 202 in the area close to the second sub-side 215, and prevents the display screen assembly 220 from applying a force to the electrical component 202 to damage the electrical component 202. The first protective colloid 231, the second protective colloid 232 and the third protective colloid 233 are matched to effectively protect the electrical component 202. The display layer 222 can be effectively protected by the protective film 223.
The above embodiments of the present disclosure may be complementary to each other without conflict.

Claims (10)
1. An electronic device, characterized in that the electronic device comprises:
the shell comprises a support part and a plurality of side parts surrounding the circumferential direction of the support part, wherein the support part and the side parts form a containing groove, the side parts comprise first sub-side parts, and the inner walls of the first sub-side parts are smooth;
the display screen assembly is positioned in the accommodating groove, and at least one side wall of the display screen assembly is opposite to the inner wall of the first sub-side part; and
the protective adhesive assembly comprises a first protective adhesive body, and the first protective adhesive body is bonded between the back face of the display screen assembly and the supporting portion.
2. The electronic device of claim 1, wherein the first protective gel is disposed on an edge of the back surface of the display screen assembly.
3. The electronic device of claim 2, wherein an edge of the back surface of the display screen assembly extending toward the first sub-side portion is provided with the first protective gel.
4. The electronic device of claim 1, wherein the side portion further comprises a second sub-side portion, an inner wall of the second sub-side portion is provided with an inwardly protruding support step, and at least one edge of the display screen assembly is lapped on the support step.
5. The electronic device of claim 4, wherein the display screen assembly comprises a transparent cover plate and a display layer, the transparent cover plate is attached to a surface of the display layer facing away from the supporting portion, and at least one edge of the transparent cover plate is overlapped with the supporting step.
6. The electronic device of claim 5, wherein the protective adhesive assembly further comprises a second protective adhesive bonded between the transparent cover plate and the support step.
7. The electronic device of claim 6, wherein the protective adhesive assembly further comprises a third protective adhesive bonded between the first protective adhesive and the second protective adhesive.
8. The electronic device of claim 7, wherein the first protective gel, the second protective gel, and the third protective gel form a closed loop structure.
9. The electronic device of claim 7 or 8,
the first protective colloid comprises waterproof foam colloid; and/or
The second protective colloid comprises a hot-melt colloid; and/or
The third protective colloid comprises a silicone colloid.
10. The electronic device of claim 1, wherein the display screen assembly comprises: transparent cover plate and display layer, transparent cover plate laminate in the display layer dorsad the one side of supporting part, the lateral wall of display layer is equipped with the protection film.
