As described above, the classification treatment and the pulverization treatment of the waste water mixture discharged from the toilet bowl assembly 10 are performed by installing the pre-pump discharge valve 21 and the waste disposer 22 on the waste water pre-treatment line and controlling the operation time period and the operation timing with the waste water discharge valve 31 on the waste water discharge line 30 of the toilet bowl assembly 10.
The FCU controller 40 controls the signal feedback of the toilet 100, for example, controls the flush valve 14, the pre-suction drain valve 21, the waste disposer 22, and the waste water drain valve 31, respectively.
In use, an exemplary operational flow of the toilet may be as follows:
1) when the passenger presses the toilet flushing button 13, the flushing valve 14 is opened, and water in the water supply pipeline 12 enters the pot body of the toilet body 11 through the flushing valve 14 to flush waste in the toilet body;
2) the pre-pumping discharge valve 21 is opened, the wastewater and the wastes are conveyed into the wastewater pretreatment pipeline 20 under the action of the pressure difference between the wastewater pretreatment pipeline 20 and the passenger cabin until the front part of the discharge valve 31, and the pre-pumping discharge valve 21 is closed after being opened for a certain time;
3) the waste disposer 22 is turned on for a certain amount of time;
4) the wastewater discharge valve 31 is opened, communicating the interface of the pre-treatment line 20 and the vacuum wastewater system, and discharging the wastewater mixture into the wastewater tank through the wastewater discharge line 30 and the wastewater discharge valve 31 by a pressure difference therebetween;

When the flying height of the aircraft is low and the pressure difference between the inside and the outside of the aircraft does not meet the requirement of waste water delivery, the vacuum generator can be started so as to ensure that the vacuum waste water system reaches the required vacuum degree. In this process, the feedback of the electronic signal is controlled by the FCU controller, i.e. the FCU controller will automatically activate the vacuum generator when the atmospheric pressure value measured by means of the vacuum sensor is below a predetermined threshold. In addition, for vehicles used at other than high altitudes, such as high speed trains, passenger cars, etc., the vacuum generator may be activated before the normal operation of the toilet 100, so that a desired degree of vacuum can be generated in the wastewater pretreatment line 20 and the wastewater discharge line 30.
By way of non-limiting example, a possible installation and operation mode, for example on a commercial aircraft, may comprise the following steps:
1) selecting proper materials and lengths of the wastewater pretreatment pipeline 20 according to the installation requirements of the pre-pumping discharge valve 21 and the waste processor 22, and determining the wall thickness of the pipeline, the diameter of a storage part of the wastewater pretreatment pipeline 20 and the connection form between the pipe sections according to the operating condition parameters of the system;
2) a function of opening the waste water discharge valve 31 by one key is provided on the cabin service panel, and after the aircraft is powered on, the FCU controller 40 is operated by a crew member to open the waste water discharge valve 31 to achieve a desired degree of vacuum in the waste water pretreatment line 20.
3) After the toilet flushing button 13 is pressed, the FCU controller 40 controls the flushing valve 14 to open so as to flush the toilet bowl, the spray water seals the toilet discharge outlet, and when the pre-pumping discharge valve 21 is opened, the wastewater mixture is delivered to the waste disposer 22 end of the wastewater pretreatment pipeline 30 under the action of the pressure difference between the two sides. The pre-pump discharge valve 21 is controlled to open, for example, 2 seconds and then to close by logic setting, and cabin air is introduced into the wastewater pretreatment line 30 while delivering the wastewater mixture, thereby reducing the vacuum therein. The FCU controller 40 then controls the waste disposer 33 to operate for, for example, 4 seconds, after which the waste discharge valve 31 is automatically opened to discharge the pulverized waste water mixture to a waste tank under the vacuum pressure difference between the waste pretreatment line 20 and the waste discharge line 30.
4) Before the flush valve 14 is opened, whether the vacuum degree of the wastewater system meets the requirement or not can be judged through the vacuum sensor, if the vacuum degree required by discharge is reached, the flush valve 14 is opened for discharge, otherwise, the vacuum generator is started until the vacuum degree reaches enough vacuum degree, and then the discharge is carried out.
In summary, the toilet 100 according to the embodiment of the present invention overcomes the disadvantages of the prior art, and achieves the intended purpose of the present invention.
Although the toilet of the present invention has been described above with reference to the preferred embodiments, it should be understood by those skilled in the art that the above examples are illustrative only and should not be taken as limiting the present invention. Therefore, various modifications and changes can be made to the present invention within the spirit and scope of the claims, and these modifications and changes will fall within the scope of the claims of the present invention.
