Detailed Description
In order to make the technical problems, technical solutions and beneficial technical effects to be solved by the present invention more clearly understood, the present invention will be further described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings and a plurality of embodiments. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the present invention and are not intended to limit the scope of the invention.
Fig. 1 shows a cross-sectional view of a curtain wall according to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 1, the curtain wall 100 comprises: a wall 10 and a bay window 20. According to the utility model discloses a curtain 100 is applicable to the prefabricated building in the arbitrary environment that has shading and ventilation demand. In particular, the present invention is applicable to prefabricated buildings in areas with intense lighting, such as the southern region of china.
The wall 10 is configured to be suitable for use as an exterior wall of a prefabricated building. The wall 10 may be constructed of a corresponding material according to the requirements of the prefabricated building. For example, the wall 10 may be constructed of a metal composite sandwich panel. The types, thicknesses and the like of the metal material and the sandwich material can be set according to the use requirements. The wall 10 thus constructed may have a better light-shielding effect than the wall 10 constructed of glass or the like, thereby reducing energy consumption generated by air conditioning or the like indoors.
The bay window 20 is attached to the wall and protrudes from the wall 10 and is configured for shading and ventilating. Here, as an example, the wall 10 may be provided integrally with the bay window 20, or the wall 10 may be provided detachably with the bay window 20. When the wall body 10 is integrally provided with the bay window 20, the installation procedure of the prefabricated building can be simplified. When the wall 10 and the bay window 20 are detachably disposed, transportation and storage of the curtain wall may be facilitated, and a user may flexibly match different wall 10 and bay window 20.
Specifically, the bay window 20 includes an upper light shielding portion 21, a side movable portion 22, and a lower movable portion 23.
The upper light shielding portion 21 is provided on the upper side of the bay window 20, forms the upper surface of the bay window 20, and is configured to be adapted to shield light. Preferably, in order to enhance the light shielding effect, the upper light shielding portion 21 may be composed of an opaque material. Further, the upper light shielding portion 21 may be formed of a translucent material or a material with adjustable transparency, so that the user can adjust the transparency of the upper light shielding portion 21 according to the need for light. Further, the upper light shielding portion 21 may have different configuration forms, for example, the upper light shielding portion 21 may be configured in a plate type, a leaf type, a curtain type, a canopy type, a wall type, a framework type, or the like.
The side movable portions 22 are provided at both sides of the bay window 20 for forming both side surfaces of the bay window 20, and are configured to be adapted to allow the airflow to flow through the side movable portions 22. As an example, the side movable portion 22 is configured to be adapted to shift between an open state and a closed state. When the side movable portion 22 is placed in the open state, an air current may flow through the side movable portion 22, so that ventilation in the room is enabled; when the side movable portion 22 is placed in the closed state, the airflow cannot flow through the side movable portion 22. Here, the side movable portion 22 may be constituted by any structure that can be placed in the open state and the closed state. Preferably, the side flap 22 may be a pivoting structure or a louver structure. Further, as an example, the side active portions 22 may be in the form of a wind guide wall (e.g., a horizontal wind guide wall or a vertical wind guide wall), a quarter window, or the like. The side movable portion 22 shown in fig. 1 is a pivotal structure that is pivotable along a vertical axis.
Further, in order to enhance the light shielding effect of the bay window 20, the side movable portion 22 may also be configured to be adapted to shield light, as an example. For example, the side active portion 22 may be constructed of an opaque material. In addition, the side activity portion 22 may also be composed of a translucent material, or a material with adjustable transparency, so that the user can adjust the transparency of the side activity portion 22 according to the need for light.
The lower movable portion 23 is provided at a lower side of the bay window for forming a lower surface of the bay window 20, and is configured to be adapted to allow the air flow to flow through the lower movable portion. As an example, the lower movable portion 23 is configured to be adapted to shift between an open state and a closed state. When the lower movable portion 23 is placed in the open state, the air flow can flow through the lower movable portion 23; when the lower movable portion 23 is placed in the closed state, the airflow cannot flow through the side movable portion 22. Therefore, the provision of the lower movable portion 23 can enhance the ventilation effect in the room. For example, in the case of rain, the indoor ventilation can be performed by placing the side movable portion 22 in the closed state and placing the lower movable portion 23 in the open state. Further, the ventilation effect in the room can be enhanced by simultaneously placing the side movable portions 22 and the lower movable portion 23 in the opened state.
Here, the lower movable portion 23 may be configured by any structure that can be placed in the open state and the closed state. Preferably, the lower movable portion 23 is a pivoting structure or a louver structure. Further, the lower movable portion 23 may be in the form of a wind guide wall, a quarter window, or the like, as an example. The lower movable portion 23 shown in fig. 1 is a pivotal structure that is pivotable along a horizontal axis.
Further, bay window 20 may also include an outer closure 24, as an example. An outer enclosure 24 may be disposed outside of the bay window 20 for forming an outer surface of the bay window 20 and configured to transmit light. For example, the outer enclosure 24 may be constructed of glass for light transmission and aesthetic appeal. For example, the outer enclosure 24 may be composed of low emissivity glass (low-e glass). It should be understood that outer enclosure 24 may also be constructed of any other material capable of transmitting light.
As an example, in order to further facilitate the user to enhance the shading effect according to the user's needs, the wall 10 of the curtain wall 100 according to the present invention is provided with the auxiliary shading portion 11 therein. The auxiliary light shielding portion 11 is configured to be adapted to perform auxiliary light shielding in a use state. As an example, the auxiliary light shielding portion 11 may be a roller blind disposed in the wall 10, wherein in the use state, the roller blind is partially or completely pulled out of the wall 10, thereby shielding the light incident from the bay window 20. As shown in fig. 1, when the user desires to enhance the light shielding effect, the auxiliary light shielding portion 11 may be partially or entirely pulled out from the wall 10 to further shield the light emitted into the room from the bay window 20.
As an example, the auxiliary light shielding portion 11 is also provided to be suitable for ventilation. For example, when the auxiliary light shielding portion 11 is partially or entirely pulled out of the wall 10, the auxiliary light shielding portion 11 is adapted to allow the airflow flowing through the side movable portion 22 and/or the lower movable portion 23 to smoothly flow through the auxiliary light shielding portion 11.
Here, by providing the auxiliary light shielding portion 11 in the wall body 10, it is possible for a user to do without additionally installing a light shielding member in a room when desiring further light shielding, regardless of whether the additionally installed light shielding member is matched with a member of a curtain wall, saving indoor space and making the interior more beautiful.
Fig. 2 shows a side view of a curtain wall 100 according to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention.
As can be seen from fig. 2, since the auxiliary light shielding portion 11 (not shown) is disposed inside the wall 10 of the curtain wall 100, the provision of the auxiliary light emitting portion 11 does not occupy an indoor space, and a user can conveniently use the auxiliary light shielding portion 11 indoors.
Fig. 3 shows an outdoor isometric view of a curtain wall 100 according to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention.
Fig. 3 shows a schematic view of a curtain wall 100 according to the invention viewed from the outside. In fig. 3, the outer enclosure 24 is provided in a one-piece structure in order to enhance light transmission and aesthetic effects. It should be understood that the outer enclosure 24 may have other forms. For example, the outer enclosure 24 may be constructed of two or more parts.
