Description

Foldable baby crib and foldable support frame thereof
Technical Field
The utility model relates to a foldable living appliance, in particular to a foldable crib and a foldable support frame thereof, and additionally provides a folding method.
Background
Many foldable stands are used to assist in recreational activities. This avoids the appliance being placed directly on the ground when in use, since one can be elevated. Also, the user does not have to bend over or crouch down for use. The bracket is folded when not used for a while, and the space is saved for storage and preservation.
Ambulatory household appliances in a domestic environment, such as tubs, movable swimming pools, children's rest beds, etc., are commonly used as cleaning or playful containers for children or pets. This non-stationary furniture is convenient for most homes, for example, where a user may move the non-stationary furniture as desired into a bathroom or yard. It is well known that the non-fixed furniture in the domestic environment does not need to be used all the time, even daily, which makes it a matter of primary concern how to store the non-fixed furniture, especially for urban inhabitants, the immense urban residential land results in an increasingly smaller per capita housing area for the average household, and how to store the non-fixed furniture to reduce the space occupied by the non-fixed furniture when not in use is a matter that has to be faced. The existing unfixed furniture has the defects that the existing unfixed furniture cannot solve the real problems faced by users.
In particular, in order to reduce the space occupied by the non-stationary furniture when not in use, the non-stationary furniture is now designed to be inflatable, which means that the inflatable non-stationary furniture needs to be inflated first and then used, whereas normally an inflator is required for inflating the inflatable non-stationary furniture. Before using the non-fixed furniture, it is necessary to place the non-fixed furniture in a predetermined position and then inflate the non-fixed furniture for more than five minutes using the inflator, which makes it very troublesome to use. If the inflator is damaged or lost, the inflatable non-fixed furniture cannot be used normally. Furthermore, in order to facilitate deflation so as to fold the inflatable non-fixed furniture after use, an air outlet is required, and if the air outlet has poor sealing performance, air leakage is easy to occur.
In the case of liquid containers, if the non-fixed furniture that is inflated becomes air-leaking, the shape of the non-fixed furniture is easily collapsed, and the children playing in the non-fixed furniture are frightened or go to the sea. Especially for the non-fixed furniture used in living room, if the water or cleaning liquid in the non-fixed furniture leaks out, the household environment will be damaged. However, in the process of manufacturing the non-fixed furniture that is inflatable, it is very difficult to provide the exhaust port communicating with the air chamber of the side wall at the side wall of the non-fixed furniture and to ensure the sealability between the exhaust port and the side wall. Particularly for holding furniture for resting children, the inflation operation not only wastes time, but also requires additional energy and physical strength. Before the inflation is not completed, parents can only hold the child and are inconvenient to put down anywhere. However, hands are also needed to be saved for inflating the bed body, and the deformation work of the bed body is finished, so that a lot of problems are bound to occur in the busy and foot conditions.
In addition, for the case that needs to be used in different indoor or outdoor places, the existing non-fixed furniture basically cannot provide a rest place. This is true not only for children, but also for infants and young children. Sometimes, infants and children do not have a place for lying down for rest outdoors, and parents do not choose to place the infants and children on the ground or a bench of the Dubang for cold ice. Not only is uncomfortable, but also is easy to have accidents or fall after the patient turns over and rolls. Since non-fixed furniture does not necessarily guarantee the stationarity of the rest area, safety is the most critical factor, especially for children.
In addition, the process of retracting the non-fixed furniture requires complicated operations and long time. Basically, a plurality of safety locking parts need to be released, and a folding operation needs to be performed with both hands. However, this task becomes an additional time and effort burden if care is taken for the child at the same time. Therefore, parents cannot be occupied for too long time when the unfixed furniture is required to be packed.
In addition, the non-fixed furniture is directly placed on the ground when being used, which results in that parents must bend down when helping children or pets to put them in the home, and also needs to continuously bend down in case of care, which easily causes bad influence on the health of users, especially on the health of the waist.
Although the existing foldable bracket can be folded, the folding work needs many steps. Basically, the action of closing the bracket by two hands is needed, and the frame of different parts may need to be rotated to be folded. The conventional direct folding process is cumbersome. It is possible that the user may give up folding and keep unfolding for use because the folding process is complicated and difficult, which runs counter to the starting point of stowability.

When the foldable support frame 10 is operated to be unfolded, the bed 30 is unfolded simultaneously. In addition, it is also similar to fold the bed 30 by folding the foldable support frame 10. When the foldable support frame 10 is folded, the foldable support frame 10 drives the bed 30 to fold. Therefore, the folding or unfolding of the foldable baby crib can be changed by easy operation.
As shown in fig. 3A, the foldable support stand 10 comprises at least two top arms 11, at least two folding arms 12 and at least four support legs 13, wherein each of the top arms 11 is fittingly disposed between the folding arms 12 and the support legs 13, wherein the support legs 13 support the folding arms 12 and the top arms 11. Preferably, the number of the top arms 11, the folding arms 12 and the supporting legs 13 are designed to be mutually adapted, and each of the top arms 11 and each of the folding arms 12 is correspondingly supported by the supporting legs 13.
More particularly, one end of the support leg 13 is pivotally connected to one end of the top arm 11. The folding arm 12 is connected axially to the middle of the supporting leg 13. Through the two folding arms 12 from the unfolded state to the folded state, the two supporting legs 13 are also folded oppositely, and the two top arms 11 are driven to be folded oppositely, so that the foldable support frame 10 is also turned from the unfolded state to the folded state. When the switch 20 is operated, the two folding arms 12 are folded oppositely. When the two folding arms 12 are unfolded, the switch 20 can define the unfolded state of the folding arms 12, so that the two folding arms 12 are stably opened relatively. It is worth mentioning that the user can directly operate the two folding arms 12, or can operate the top arm 11 to indirectly unfold the folding arms 12 by driving the folding arms 12 through the supporting legs 13. That is, the unfolding of the folding arm 12 is lockable by the switch 20, and the folding arm 12, the supporting leg 13 or the top arm 11 cannot be folded without operating the switch 20.
It is worth mentioning that the folding arms 12 are pivotally connected to each other by the switch 20. The rotation of the folding arm 12 can drive the movement of the top arm 11 to fold or unfold with the support leg 13. When the foldable support frame 10 is in the folded state, the two folding arms 12 can be folded to overlap each other, and when the foldable support frame 10 is in the unfolded state, the two folding arms 12 can be unfolded to be flat. Therefore, when the folding arm 12 is folded, the top arm 11 and the support leg 13 are folded following the folding of the folding arm 12. Therefore, it is convenient to operate by folding only the folding arms 12 and folding the entire foldable support stand 10. And when the foldable support frame 10 is folded, the bed 30 is also folded.
As shown in fig. 3A, the switch 20 is connected between the two folding arms 12 to control the foldable support stand 10 to switch between folding and unfolding. The switch 20 is preferably fixed to one of the folding arms 12 and is rotatably connected to the other folding arm 12.
The switch 20 may be further operated by being pulled to change the folding arm 12 from the unfolded state to the folded state. In other words, when the foldable support stand 10 is in the unfolded state, the switch 20 is pulled to change the condition of the folding arm 12, i.e. the folding arm 12 is folded due to losing the supporting force and due to gravity. The foldable support stand 10 is folded by pulling the switch 20 in a pulling manner.
In particular, the two folding arms 12 are pivotally connected to each other about a rotary rod 121, the rotary rod 121 being interposed between the ends of the two folding arms 12. That is, the two folding arms 12 are mutually rotatable around the rotating rod 121, so that the two folding arms 12 are mutually foldable or unfoldable with the rotating rod 121 as an axis.
The rotating rod 121 is installed at the switch 20. The two folding arms 12 rotate about the switch 20, while the switch 20 limits the rotation of the folding arms 12 relative to each other. According to the present embodiment, one of the folding arms 12 is fixed to the switch 20, and the other is relatively free to rotate with respect to the switch 20. Here it is defined that one of said folding arms 12 is a fixed arm 1202 and the other is a free arm 1201. The fixing arm 1202 is mounted to the switch 20 together with the rotating lever 121. The free arm 1201 is rotatably provided to the switch 20 around the rotating rod 121.
In addition, the fixed arm 1202 is asymmetrical to the rotation of the free arm 1201 about the rotating rod 121. That is, when the fixed arm 1202 and the free arm 1201 are folded to each other, the fixed arm 1202 and the free arm 1201 are stacked while being staggered from each other, and do not contact or collide with each other. On the one hand, the fixed arm 1202 and the free arm 1201 are not mechanically damaged during folding and unfolding, and on the other hand, a holding channel is formed between the fixed arm 1202 and the free arm 1201 after folding.
It is worth mentioning that the end of the free arm 1201 is further connected transversely to a switch lever 122. When the folding arm 12 is unfolded flat, the switch lever 122 is firmly supported by the switch 20, and the free arm 1201 is parallel to the fixed arm 1202. When the switch lever 122 is supported, the free arm 1201 is supported oppositely on the same side as the fixed arm 1202. If the switch 20 remains supporting the switch lever 122, the free arm 1201 remains relatively parallel to the fixed arm 1202. If the switch 20 releases the switch lever 122, the free arm 1201 loses support and rotates around the rotating lever 121 and folds toward the fixed arm 1202 under the influence of gravity. In other words, when the switch lever 122 is supported by the switch 20, the folding arm 12 is unfolded and hardly changes its position due to the restriction of the switch 20. Once the switch lever 122 is clear of the switch 20, the folding arm 12 can be rotated about a swivel lever to be folded. Thus, the folding arm 12 is controlled in terms of movement by the switch 20, and the folded state or unfolded state of the collapsible support 10 is indirectly determined by the switch 20.
Furthermore, the support legs 13 and the folding arms 12 are each pivotally connected about a pivot axis 130. When the folding arms 12 are rotated about the rotating rods 121, the angle and distance between the folding arms 12 are changed. And the support legs 13 are forced to rotate about the pivot axis 130. Each of the support legs 13, each of the folding arms 12 and the pivot shaft 130 are formed as a rotatable X-shaped frame. Since the movement of the folding arm 12 is transmitted to the support legs 13, there is no need to move the support legs 13 to further fold or unfold.
More specifically, as shown in fig. 3B, the bed 30 is detachably connected to the foldable support 10. The bed 30 may be further removed and cleaned or disinfected.
More particularly, the top arm 11 is rotated by the supporting leg 13 through a folding assembly 110, and the folding assembly 110 is installed at the top end of the supporting leg 13. When the support legs 13 are folded or unfolded as the folding arms 12 are rotated, the top arms 11 are forced to rotate about the folding assemblies 110. Each of the support legs 13, each of the top arms 11 and the folding assembly 110 are formed as a rotatable Λ -shaped frame. Due to the movement of the folding assembly 110, the support legs 13 do not have to be folded or unfolded, since the movement of the folding assembly 110 is transferred to the support legs 13.
In detail, the folding assembly 110 comprises a folding base 111 and a linkage 112. The folding base 111 is provided at an end of the top arm 11 and receives an upper end of the support leg 13 therein. The linkage 112 includes two link arms 1121 respectively mounted at the top ends of the support legs 13 and the top arm 11. The yoke pieces 1121 are connected by a yoke shaft 1122 so that the angle between each top arm 11 and each support leg 13 can be controlled with a maximum angle limitation. Each of the top arms 11, each of the supporting legs 13 and the linking arm 1121 is shaped like a from a front view, and the top arms 11 thereof will drive the supporting legs 13 to move, and the supporting legs 13 will drive the top arms 11 to move around the folding base 111.
Preferably, the switch lever 122 is released by operating the switch 20 to fold the folding arm 12, thereby folding the support legs 13 and the top arm 11. Preferably, the top arm 11 is unfolded to further drive the folding arm 12 to rest on the switch 20 and bring the support leg 13 to unfold.
More specifically, each of the support legs 13 is adapted to be correspondingly provided with an elongated leg 14 for raising the height of the top arm 11 and maintaining the bed 30 on the top arm 11 at a predetermined position, as shown in fig. 5. The bed 30 is supported at a predetermined height from the ground by the elongated legs 14 to provide convenient access to the parent during use. Also, the user comfortably uses the crib without stooping.
The bed 30 is sealingly connected to the wall 31 by a wall 31 and a bottom 32 to form a bowl shape for the bed 30. An edge 310 of the surrounding wall 31 is positioned on the top arm 11 of the foldable support stand 10. In some alternative modes of the present invention, the bed body 30 is detachably mounted on the top arm 11 for replacement.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 3B, the edge 310 of the surrounding wall 31 is rollable. The edge 310 of the wall 31 is rolled from the inside to the outside so that the edge 310 of the wall 31 can contact the outer surface of the wall 31. More preferably, the surrounding wall 31 further includes a fixing portion 320 formed on an outer surface so as to be connected to the edge 310 of the surrounding wall 31. When the edge 310 of the surrounding wall 31 is rolled outward to surround the top arm 11 and the folding member 110, the edge 310 and the fixing portion 320 can be connected to each other. In a possible way, the edge 310 and the fixing portion 320 are mutually zippered, so that the surrounding wall 310 is hung on the top arm 11. That is, the top arm 11 is tightly surrounded and cannot be directly touched.
The base 32 also includes a handle 321 connected to the switch 20. The switch 20 can be operated by operating the handle 321 to fold the folding arm 12.
As shown in fig. 4, the switch 20 includes a main body 21, a slider 22 movably installed in the main body 21, and an elastic member 23 connecting the main body 21 to the slider 22 to secure the slider 22 in the main body 21. The body 21 is constructed and shaped to be retained on the end of one of the folding arms 12. In particular, said main body 21 rotatably houses said free arm 1201 and fixedly houses said fixed arm 1202. It is worth mentioning that the slider 22 partially protrudes out of the main body 21 due to the pushing force of the elastic member 23. When the elastic member 23 pushes the slider 22 to protrude to the outside of the main body 21, the slider 23 can support the folding arm 12 in position. Once the slider 22 moves towards the inside of the main body 21, the folding arm 12 loses support and falls and rotates around the rotating rod 121. When the folding arm 12 is no longer supported by the slider 22 of the switch 20, the folding arm 12 is folded, i.e. the two folding arms 12 overlap each other.
When the free arm 1201 is rotated to be supported by the slider 22 and parallel to the fixed arm 1202, the folding arm 12 is unfolded flat and the folding support stand 10 is in an unfolded state. When the slider 22 moves back inside the main body 21, the free arm 1201 drops down and folds with the fixed arm 1202.
According to the preferred embodiment, the body 21 is formed by two fixed arm cavities 211, two free arm cavities 212 and a slider cavity 213. The end of the fixed arm 1202 is fixedly mounted in the fixed arm cavity 211, and the rotating rod 121 passes through the fixed arm cavity 211. The end of the free arm 1201 is movably disposed in the free arm cavity 212 and rotatably coupled around the rotating rod 121. Accordingly, the rotating rod 121 passes through the fixed arm cavity 211 and the free arm cavity 212. In other words, both ends of the free arm 1201 and both ends of the fixed arm 1202 surround the rotating rod 121. The fixed arm 1202 remains stationary with the fixed arm cavity 211 of the main body 21 and the free arm 1201 rotates in the free arm cavity 212 of the main body 21. The slider 22 is movably disposed in the slider cavity 213 to be moved in, or moved out of the slider cavity 213 by being pushed by the elastic member 23.
The switch lever 122 is disposed outside the main body 21 and can apply a pushing force to the slider 22 to move the slider 22 rearward in the slider cavity 213. When the switch lever 122 is lifted to force the slider 22 in, and the free arm 1201 is rotated about the rotating lever 121 to expand, the slider 22 is pushed back into the slider cavity 213. When the slider 22 is not urged after the switch lever 122 passes over the slider 22, the slider 22 is pushed out of the slider cavity 213 by the elastic member 213 to protrude again. And the switch lever 122 is supported by the protruding slider 22. In this case, the switch lever 122 cannot be pushed back to the slider 22, and the slider 22 bears the weight of the switch lever 122. If the slider block 22 is kept protruding and the switch lever 122 is still supported by the slider block 22 of the switch 20, the free arm 1201 is unfolded opposite to the fixed arm 1202, and the folding arm 12 is unfolded flat and stable.
The slider 22 comprises a supporting end 221 shaped as a unidirectional ramp. The switch lever 122 pushes the support end 221 to move on the slope. The support end 221 supports the switch lever 122 on a plane to bear the weight of the switch lever 122 without being pushed back.
The slider 22 includes a pull end 222 adapted to be securely attached to a pull strap 24. By pulling out the pull tape 24, the slider 22 moves rearward in the slider cavity 213 against the elastic force of the elastic member 23.
The slider 22 further includes a stopper 223 protruding to the main body 21 to catch the slider 22 inside the slider cavity 213, preventing the slider 22 from leaving the slider cavity 213 by the urging of the elastic member 23. In other words, the slider 22 is pushed by the elastic member 23 and held by the stopper 223 so as to be held in the slider cavity 213. And the slider 22 is constrained to move along a particular path within the slider cavity 213. According to the preferred embodiment, the slider cavity 213 further includes at least one sliding rail 2134 formed inside the slider cavity 213 to limit the moving direction and distance of the slider 22. The slider 22 further comprises at least one slider foot 224, the slider foot 224 correspondingly engages with the slider track 2134 of the slider cavity 213.
The slider cavity 213 has a support opening 2131 corresponding to the free arm 1201 and a pull opening 2132 corresponding to the fixed arm 1202. The slider 22 protrudes from the support opening 2131 and is pressed by the elastic member 23, and when pressed by the switch lever 122, the slider 22 is pulled back toward the pull opening 2132. The slider cavity 213 further includes the stop window 2133. The stop window 2133 is preferably located at the top of the body 21. The stop window 2133 receives the stop 223 of the slider 22 therein. The stop window 2133 is capable of catching the stop 223 and moving within the area of the stop window 2133. In other possible alternatives, the stop window 2133 can be shaped as a slot to limit the movement of the stop 223.
The pull strap 24 extends from the pull end 222 of the slider 22 through the pull opening 2132 and out of the main body 21. When the pull tape 24 pulls the slider 22 back into the slider cavity 213, the support end 221 moves backward, and the switch lever 122 loses support due to the backward movement of the support end 221. The stops 223 are restricted from continuing rearward movement by the stop windows 2133 to avoid excessive movement of the slide 22.
One end of the pulling belt 24 is connected to the handle 321 of the bottom 32 of the bed 30. The other end of the pull tape 24 is attached to the slider 22. Therefore, when the handle 321 is pulled to lift the bed 30, the pulling belt 24 transmits a force to pull the slider 22 to move into the slider cavity 213. The switch 20 can be operated to fold the foldable support frame 10 only by one step of pulling the handle 321 of the bed 30.
In addition, the relationship and movement of the foldable cot according to the preferred embodiment during the unfolding process is shown in fig. 6A to 6C.
The top arm 11 is unfolded from a folded state, for example, when the foldable baby crib is to be used. The top arm 11 will move the support legs 13 to unfold around the folding assembly 110. The support legs 13 drive the folding arms 12 open about the pivot axis 130. In other words, the folding arm 12 is rotated about the pivot shaft 130 by the movement of the support leg 13. When the folding arms 12 are to be unfolded to lie flat against each other, the folding arms 12 are rotated about the rotating rods 121. The folding arm 12 will be supported against further movement by the switch 20.
Specifically, when the free arm 1201 is rotated to the fixed arm 1202, the free arm 1201 is rotated to be supported by the slider 22 of the switch 20 and parallel to the fixed arm 1202 to unfold the folding arm 12 flatly. The collapsible support 10 is in an expanded state. When the free arm 1201 rotates, the switch lever 122 is lifted to apply force to the support end 221 of the slider 22. The slider 22 is then pushed back into the slider cavity 213. After the switch lever 122 is continuously raised to pass over the slider 22, the slider 22 is not pushed, and the slider 22 is pushed out of the slider cavity 213 by the elastic member 23 to protrude from the slider cavity 213. The switch lever 122 is supported on the slider 22 by the protruding slider 22, in which case the switch lever 122 cannot push back the slider 22 but exerts its weight on the slider 22. Thus, the folding arm 12 is unfolded and stably supported by the switch 20. The collapsible support 10 is also in an expanded state. The bed 30 is opened as the top arm 11 is unfolded.
Generally, as the top arm 11 of the foldable support stand 10 is unfolded, the folding arm 12 is stably supported by the switch 20, and the bed 30 is unfolded by the movement of the top arm 11.
In addition, the relationship and movement of the foldable cot according to the preferred embodiment during the folding process is illustrated in fig. 7A to 7C.
To collapse the foldable crib, the handle 321 is pulled to lift the bed 30 and the pull strap 24 transmits a pulling force to pull the slider 22 back within the slider cavity 213. In the folded arm 12 when unfolded, the support end 221 supports the switch lever 122 on its plane and bears the weight of the switch lever 122 without being pushed back. The slider 22 will resist the elastic force of the elastic member 23 when moving backward in the slider cavity 213. The switch lever 122 of the folding arm 12 descends after losing support and causes the free arm 1201 to rotate about the rotating lever 121. In other words, the free arm 1201 drops down to fold with the fixed arm 1202.
When the two arms of the folding arm 12 are folded onto each other, the top arm 11 and the support leg 13 also follow the folding. Rotation of the folding arm 12 moves the support leg 13 about the pivot axis 130. In other words, the supporting legs 13 are rotated along with the folding of the folding arms 12, and the top arm 11 is rotated about the folding assembly 110 to be folded.
Normally, the switch 20 is operated by pulling the pull belt 24, the folding arm 12 loses the support from the switch 20, and then the support leg 13, the top arm 11, and the bed 30 are folded as the folding arm 12 is folded due to gravity. Thus, the foldable cot is folded in a pull manner.
In another possibility, as shown in fig. 8 to 10, it is worth mentioning that the bottom 32 has a connection buckle 40A further fixed so that a mattress 50A can be further comfortably used. More, the connection button 40A may be implemented as a hook and loop fastener, etc., for use with the mattress 50A.
The pulling strip 24 is connected to the bottom 32 of the bed 30 in a penetrating manner and further connected to the bottom of the mattress 50A by the connecting buckle 40. The pull strip 24 is operable by a user pulling on the mattress 50A at the exterior of the collapsible support frame 10. And the child cannot pull to the bottom of the mattress 50A, so that the whole stability and safety are ensured.
Preferably, the mattress 50A is covered on the handle 321 to avoid the child touching it by mistake.
It is worth mentioning that at least two folding arms 12 and at least four supporting legs 13 are designed accordingly, wherein each of said folding arms 12 is supported by two of said supporting legs 13 respectively. Similarly, the support legs 13 are pivotally interconnected about the pivot axis 130. And the support legs 13 are rotated about the pivot shafts 130 by the folding arms 12. As the folding arms 12 are folded or unfolded by rotating around the rotating rod 121, the angle and distance between the folding arms 12 are changed. The support legs 13 are also driven to rotate about the pivot axis 130. The switch 20 is mounted on one of the folding arms 12. The switch 20 has the same structure and function as the above-described embodiment, and will not be described again.
It is worth mentioning that the elongated leg 14 of the collapsible support stand 10 is implemented differently in the preferred embodiment. The extension leg 14 further includes a swing lever 141, a corner lever 142 and a leg 143, wherein the swing lever 141 is curvedly formed between the two corner levers 142, and wherein the leg 143 is rotatably mounted to the corner lever 142. The rocking lever 141 is provided at the lower portion of the supporting leg 13 along the outer convex arc. The supporting leg 143 includes a supporting leg 1431 and a rocking leg 1432, wherein the supporting leg 1431 is rotated to be extended from the supporting leg 13, the elongated leg 14 is in a fixed state, wherein the rocking leg 1432 is rotated to be extended from the supporting leg 13, and the elongated leg 14 is in a rocking state.
Further, the stand leg 1431 and the shaking leg 1432 are integrally formed to be rotatably mounted to the corner bar 142. As shown in fig. 9, when the swing foot 1432 is rotated to a direction extended from the support leg 13, the swing lever 141 is supported on the ground. The elongated leg 14 can be swung left and right by the curvature of the swing lever 141. Therefore, when the mattress 50 is placed on the bed 30, the bed 30 is suitable for a child to rest, and the foldable support stand 10 can be shaken to assist the application as a child cradle.
As shown in fig. 10, when the stand foot 1431 is rotated to be extended from the supporting leg 13, the stand foot 1431 is supported on the ground. The swing lever 141 is elevated in height and the lengthened leg 14 is stably supported to stand on four feet. Therefore, when the mattress 50 is placed on the bed 30, the bed 30 is suitable for a child to rest, and the foldable support 10 can be shaken to assist the application as a children's bed.
It is worth mentioning that the application of the elongated legs 14 does not affect the unfolding and folding operations of the foldable support stand 10. The mattress 50 is further provided with a handle 51 at the bottom, the handle 51 being connected to the switch 20 to be pulled up to trigger the folding function of the switch 20.
More specifically, in another embodiment, the foldable support stand 10 further comprises a heightening arm 15A, wherein the heightening arm 15A comprises an auxiliary rod 151A and a supporting rod 152A. As shown in fig. 11 and 12, the heightened arm 15A is coveringly attached to the top arm 11. The heightened arm 15A is placed on the top arm 11 in a stretchable manner so as to be away from the top arm 11 by a certain height to allow the surrounding wall 31 to be lifted.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 11, the support rods 152A are a plurality of reinforcing rods prefabricated in the surrounding wall 31, and are preferably connected to the auxiliary rods 151A through the top arm 11 so that the auxiliary rods 151A can be telescopically placed between being covered on the top arm 11A and being separated from a certain height. Preferably, the attachment rod 151A is the same shape as the top arm 11. That is, in the unfolded state, the support rods 152A are raised, and the height of the auxiliary rods 151A is increased, so that the entire space of the bed 30 is lifted. Therefore, the foldable crib is suitable to be placed at the side of a main bed body 70A and is applied as an auxiliary primary-secondary bed for infants to rest. It is worth mentioning that, because the elongated legs 14 can be changed between shaking and standing, the user can conveniently lay on the main bed 70A for rest while providing various resting manners for the child. Also, the foldable stand 10 can be conveniently stored and transferred so that the infant can rest in different rooms following the user.
Additionally, the support rod 152A of the heightening arm 15A is rotatably connected to the top arm 11. When the support rod 152A is placed on the top arm 11 in a covering manner, the bed body 30 is not raised. When the supporting rod 152A is rotated to a certain angle, the supporting rod 152A is lockingly lifted up the auxiliary rod 151A to a certain height from the top arm 11, so that the height of the surrounding wall 31 is raised.
Preferably, the support rod 152A is fixed by interlocking the auxiliary rod 151A. The support bar 152A can also be changed in state by the user's pulling up and pushing down operation of the attachment bar 151A.
More, the support bar 152A is surrounded by the surrounding wall 31. Preferably, the surrounding wall 31 has a side opening 153A at one side of the upper portion of the top arm 11, wherein the side opening 153A is formed by two adjacent supporting rods 152A. That is, the surrounding wall 31 is not necessarily continuous, and although it surrounds the supporting rods 152A, a space may be left between the supporting rods 152A according to a predetermined design, so that the bed 30 forms a side door after being lifted, thereby facilitating communication between a user and a child.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, there is further provided a folding method including the steps of:
the bed body 30 is pulled to be folded; and
the folding of the bed 30 triggers the transformation of the collapsible support 10 from the unfolded state, in which the bed 30 is supported by the collapsible support 10, to the folded state, in which the collapsible support 10 is folded together with the bed 30.
Preferably, the pulling action is one-handed. That is, the operation of the user pulling the bed 30 with one hand triggers the foldable support frame 10 to lose the support state, so as to further fold the bed 30 by folding the foldable support frame 10.
More specifically, the bed 30 is connected to the switch 20. The switch 20 is triggered to collapse the collapsible stand 10. That is, the operation of the bed 10 can drive the operation of the switch 20, so as to realize the operation of folding the foldable support frame 10 from the bed 30. Because the bed body 30 is folded by pulling the bed body 30, and the folding of the foldable support frame 10 is further triggered, the transformation action of the whole folding is automatically completed by one operation action.
It will be understood by those skilled in the art that the embodiments of the present invention as described above and shown in the drawings are given by way of example only and are not limiting of the present invention. The objects of the present invention have been fully and effectively accomplished. The functional and structural principles of the present invention have been shown and described in the embodiments without departing from the principles, embodiments of the present invention may have any deformation or modification.
