In a preferred embodiment, an operation window 230 is provided on the glass cover 200. The operation window 230 is disposed on the glass cover 200, so that an arm of an operator can extend into the glass cover 200 from the operation window 230 to operate on the working platform 100, thereby ensuring cleanliness of the working platform 100 in the glass cover 200.
In a preferred embodiment, the first driving mechanism 510 includes a pair of first electric telescopic rods, the pair of first electric telescopic rods are oppositely disposed at two sides of the work platform 100, and the fixed seat 520 is connected to the movable ends of the pair of first electric telescopic rods. In this embodiment, a pair of electric telescopic rods extend or contract simultaneously to drive the liquid spraying structure 530 and the wiping structure 540 to clean the working platform 100 at various positions. In other preferred embodiments, the first driving mechanism 510 may also be configured as a driving structure of a lead screw and a nut.
In a preferred embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, the liquid spraying structure 530 comprises a hollow liquid spraying cavity 531 and a plurality of nozzles 532 communicated with the liquid spraying cavity 531 and arranged corresponding to the working platform 100; the liquid storage tank 220 is arranged on the outer side of the glass cover 200 corresponding to the liquid spraying cavity 531, and the liquid storage tank 220 is communicated with the liquid spraying cavity 531 through a liquid conveying hose 221. In the preferred embodiment, the disinfectant for cleaning the working platform 100 is filled into the liquid storage tank 220, preferably, a water pump is disposed outside the glass cover 200 corresponding to the liquid storage tank 220, and the disinfectant in the liquid storage tank 220 enters the liquid spraying cavity 531 through the liquid conveying hose 221 via the water pump, and is uniformly sprayed on the surface of the working platform 100 by the plurality of nozzles 532. As first drive mechanism 510 drives spray structure 530 and wiping structure 540 to move along the surface of work platform 100, during the movement of the cleaning device, spray structure 530 sprays the disinfectant while wiping structure 540, which is located at the rear side of spray structure 530 with respect to the fluid outlet, wipes and dries work platform 100. A wiping structure 540 is disposed at the rear side of the liquid spraying structure 530 to absorb the waste liquid after cleaning and disinfection, so as to prevent the waste liquid from remaining on the working platform 100.
In a preferred embodiment, a pair of the supporting columns 300 corresponding to the cleaning device are respectively provided with a hydraulic cylinder 600, and the movable end of the hydraulic cylinder 600 is connected to the lower surface of the working platform 100; the ends of the pair of support posts 300 remote from the hydraulic cylinder 600 are hingedly connected to the lower surface of the work platform 100. In a preferred embodiment, the wiping structure 540 comprises an elongated sponge block. In the preferred embodiment, the sponge has good water absorption and can effectively absorb waste liquid generated in cleaning and disinfection.
In a preferred implementation manner of the above preferred embodiment, as shown in fig. 3, 4 and 5, a second driving mechanism 710 that moves up and down is disposed on a side of the top of the glass cover 200 close to the liquid flowing port, and a pressing block 720 that can press the sponge block is disposed at a movable end of the second driving mechanism 710. In the preferred embodiment, when the wiping structure 540 is moved to a side close to the liquid flowing port, in order to ensure the effective water absorption of the sponge strip, the second driving mechanism 710 moves downwards to make the pressing block 720 at the movable end of the second driving mechanism 710 press the sponge block, so that the waste liquid absorbed in the sponge block is discharged into the temporary storage chamber 210 through the liquid flowing port.
In the above preferred embodiment, preferably, the second driving mechanism 710 includes a pair of second electric telescopic rods, and the pressing block 720 is connected to the movable ends of the pair of second electric telescopic rods. The pair of second electric telescopic rods drives the pressing block 720 to move up and down.
