Referring to fig. 1, 2 and 5, the disclosed embodiment provides a sun visor fixing base for fixing a sun visor 20 to a vehicle body. The sun visor holder may include a holder body 100, and the holder body 100 may include a case 110 formed with an opening and a cover 120 for closing the opening, so that the cover 120 can be opened or closed as necessary. The sun visor fixing seat may be fixedly connected to the vehicle body through the fastening member 30, and the cover 120 may be rotatably connected to the housing 110, so that the fastening member 30 may be inserted into the housing 110 when the sun visor fixing seat is mounted to the vehicle body, and may be closed after the sun visor fixing seat is mounted to the vehicle body. That is, the arrangement of the blocking cover 120 is mainly used for assembling the fastening member 30, and the fastening member 30 can be installed on the vehicle body from the inside of the housing 110 by opening the blocking cover 120, so that the fastening member 30 is prevented from being exposed. The positioning plate 112 protrudes out of the positioning block 111, i.e. the height of the positioning plate 112 is greater than the height of the positioning block 111. Still further, referring to fig. 5, the above-described fasteners 30 may be configured as threaded fasteners such as bolts, and the roof of the vehicle body may be correspondingly provided with nuts 40 threadedly engaged with the threaded fasteners. The nut 40 can be prewelded on the ceiling metal plate 52, so that the installation of the sun visor fixing seat is more convenient. The fastener 30 may also have other forms, and the present disclosure is not limited thereto.
In the disclosed embodiment, the holder body 100 may be made of plastic, for example, nylon material, and the holder body 100 may be integrally formed, i.e., the housing 110 and the cap 120 may be regarded as a unitary structure. Referring to fig. 2 and 5, an opening may be formed at a front side of the housing 110, and a top end of the cap 120 may be formed with a reduced thickness portion so that the top end of the cap 120 is rotatably coupled to the housing 110. The rotatable connection between the blocking cover 120 and the housing 110 in the embodiment of the present disclosure may be realized by using the characteristics of a plastic material. That is, referring to fig. 2 and 4, a local thinning structure may be provided at a top end position of the cap 120 to have a thickness smaller than that of other portions, so that a hinge structure that can rotate relative to the housing 110 can be formed with the cap 120 so that the cap 120 can rotate relative to the housing 110 about the thickness thinning portion. Thereby can realize the rotation of blanking cover 120 for casing 110 through set up the thickness portion of reducing on blanking cover 120, avoid additionally using other connecting pieces, simple structure, preparation convenience.
Further, in order to fix the blocking cover 120 on the housing 110 after being closed, a clamping groove may be formed on the housing 110, and a clamping jaw matched with the clamping groove may be correspondingly formed on the blocking cover 120, so as to fixedly connect the blocking cover 120 with the housing 110 in a clamping manner.
In addition, referring to fig. 1 and 2, the bottom end of the cap 120 may be formed with a notch 121 to facilitate opening of the cap 120 when the fastener 30 is installed.
According to the embodiment provided by the present disclosure, referring to fig. 3 and 5, the sun visor fixing base may further include an arc-shaped bayonet 200 for fitting with the rotating shaft 21 of the sun visor 20, that is, the sun visor 20 is fixedly mounted on the sun visor fixing base by the snap-fit action of the rotating shaft 21 and the arc-shaped bayonet 200. It should be noted that, in the embodiment of the present disclosure, in order to achieve the detachable connection of the sun visor 20 and the sun visor fixing seat so as to pull the sun visor 20 out of the sun visor fixing seat or put the sun visor 20 into the sun visor fixing seat according to actual requirements, the fastening form between the sun visor 20 and the sun visor fixing seat is adopted, as described above, the fixing seat body 100 may be made of an elastic material such as nylon, and the arc bayonet 200 of the sun visor fixing seat is formed into an arc structure having a circumferential opening with an arc greater than 180 °, and an inner circumferential surface of the arc structure is matched with an outer circumferential surface of the rotating shaft 21 of the sun visor 20 so as to increase a contact area between the arc structure and the rotating shaft 21, thereby performing a sufficient clamping. As shown in fig. 3, the fixing base body 100 may be provided with an elastic piece 300, and the elastic piece 300 and the fixing base body 100 together form the arc-shaped bayonet 200. That is, in the embodiment provided by the present disclosure, the arc-shaped bayonet 200 may be formed by combining a partial structure of the fixing base body 100 and a partial structure of the elastic sheet 300, and the elastic sheet 300 may be, for example, a spring steel sheet, so that the clamping force between the arc-shaped bayonet 200 and the rotating shaft 21 may be more stable and firmer for a longer time, and the use experience of the user may be improved. The clamping force between the arc-shaped bayonet 200 and the rotating shaft 21 can be adjusted by adjusting the thickness of the elastic piece 300, so that the clamping force can be adjusted conveniently and easily.
Further, referring to fig. 3 and 4, the arc bayonet 200 may include a first sub-body 210 formed on the holder body 100 and a second sub-body 220 formed on the elastic piece 300, and the first sub-body 210 may be formed by a partial structure of the housing 110. As described above, the first sub-body 210 may be formed as the left and lower portions of the C-shaped structure, and the second sub-body 220 may be correspondingly formed as the upper portion of the C-shaped structure, that is, the arc length of the first sub-body 210 may be greater than that of the second sub-body 220, that is, the arc length of the arc bayonet 200 of the first sub-body 210 is greater than that of the arc bayonet 200 of the second sub-body 220, so that the clamping force between the rotating shaft 21 and the arc bayonet 200 may be long and firm on the premise of ensuring easy assembly and disassembly of the rotating shaft 21 and the arc bayonet 200.
In addition, referring to fig. 3 to 5, in the embodiment of the disclosure, the elastic sheet 300 may be inserted into the fixing base body 100 and fixedly connected to the vehicle body by the fastening member 30. It should be noted that, in the embodiment of the present disclosure, a partition board may be disposed inside the casing 110, the partition board divides the fixing base body 100 into a front space structure and a rear space structure, the front space structure may be used for accommodating the fastening member 30, the rear space structure may be correspondingly used for accommodating the elastic sheet 300, and the partition board may also play a role in limiting the elastic sheet 300 to some extent.

A sun visor mount for securing a sun visor (20) to a vehicle body, comprising a mount body (100), the mount body (100) comprising a housing (110) formed with an opening and a cover (120) for closing the opening, the sun visor mount being fixedly connected to the vehicle body by a fastener (30), the cover (120) being rotatably connected to the housing (110), and the cover (120) being opened when the sun visor mount is mounted to the vehicle body such that the fastener (30) protrudes into the housing (110) and is closed after the sun visor mount is mounted to the vehicle body.

The visor holder of claim 1, wherein the holder body (100) is integrally molded of plastic, the opening is formed at a front side of the housing (110), and a top end of the cover (120) is formed with a reduced thickness portion so that the top end of the cover (120) is rotatably connected to the housing (110).
3. The fixed seat of the sun visor according to claim 2, wherein the housing (110) is formed with a snap groove, and the cover (120) is formed with a claw cooperating with the snap groove.
4. A sun visor holder according to claim 2, characterized in that the bottom end of the cover (120) is formed with a notch (121).

A sun visor holder according to any one of claims 1-4, characterized in that the sun visor holder further comprises an arc-shaped bayonet (200) for fitting with the rotation shaft (21) of the sun visor (20), an elastic sheet (300) being arranged on the holder body (100), the elastic sheet (300) and the holder body (100) together constituting the arc-shaped bayonet (200).
6. The visor holder of claim 5, wherein the arc bayonet (200) comprises a first part (210) formed on the holder body (100) and a second part (220) formed on the spring plate (300), and the arc radii of the first part (210) and the second part (220) are the same.
7. The visor holder of claim 6, characterized in that the arc length of the first partial body (210) is greater than the arc length of the second partial body (220).
8. The sun visor holder of claim 5, wherein the elastic sheet (300) is inserted into the holder body (100) and is fixedly connected to the car body by the fastening member (30).
