Description
[ technical field ] A method for producing a semiconductor device
The present invention relates to a developing cartridge, and more particularly to a developing cartridge mounted in an electrophotographic image forming apparatus having a detecting member.
[ background of the invention ]
In general, a developing cartridge is detachably used in an electrophotographic image forming apparatus, in which a developer in the developing cartridge is available for image formation during printing, and when the developer in the developing cartridge is exhausted, it is necessary to replace a new developing cartridge for use. When a newly replaced developing cartridge is mounted into an electrophotographic image forming apparatus, the electrophotographic image forming apparatus needs to detect the developing cartridge to determine whether the developing cartridge is new or the printable amount of the developing cartridge, the specification of the developing cartridge, and the like. Therefore, the electrophotographic image forming apparatus is provided with a detection member, and the corresponding developing cartridge is provided with a device to be detected for detection matching.
In the prior art, a device to be detected of a developing cartridge is a gear device, and the gear device comprises a stirring member gear and a tooth-missing gear which are positioned on one side of a shell; the missing gear comprises a protrusion which can be contacted with a detection component in the electronic photographing imaging equipment, when the stirring rack gear is meshed with a toothed part of the missing gear, the stirring rack gear drives the missing gear to rotate, the protrusion on the missing gear pulls the detection component in the electronic photographing imaging equipment, and then information is transmitted with the electronic photographing imaging equipment to detect whether the developing box is new or not. Generally, the difference in the number of projections on the toothless gear also detects the printable amount of the developing cartridge. When the rotating surface of the gear of the stirring frame is opposite to the non-toothed part of the non-toothed gear, the gear of the stirring frame is not meshed with the non-toothed gear, the gear of the stirring frame continues to rotate at the moment, but the non-toothed gear does not rotate along with the gear of the stirring frame, the detection is completed, and the non-toothed gear cannot rotate when the developing box is detached and installed again. However, in the prior art, the detected device with such a structure needs to be tightly matched with the stirring member gear through the toothed part and the tooth-lacking part of the tooth-lacking gear, so that the manufacturing precision requirement is high, the production cost is increased, the structure is complex, and the detection result is affected by the fact that the stirring member gear and the tooth-lacking gear are easily jammed in the contact detection process.

As shown in fig. 13, a developing cartridge 400 of embodiment 4 is substantially the same in structure as the developing cartridge of embodiment 1, mainly differing in that the developing cartridge 400 in embodiment 4 further includes an elastic member; in this embodiment, the elastic member is an elastic arm 408 having one end fixed to the detected member 4033, the elastic arm 408 has a free end 4081, the free end 4081 abuts against the second end cap 4015, and the elastic arm 408 has an elastic force on the detected member 4033. The elastic arm 408 may be compressed to store an elastic force during rotation of the detected member 4033 from the first position to the second position, and release the elastic force during return of the detected member from the second position to the first position, so that the detected member 4033 can smoothly return from the second position to the first position.
Example 5
As shown in fig. 14, the developing cartridge 500 of embodiment 5 is substantially the same in structure as the developing cartridge of embodiment 1, mainly differing in that the first force application portion of the movable member 5032 in embodiment 5 is provided on a protrusion 50324 having a cylindrical shape; the developing cartridge 500 further includes an elastic member 508, the elastic member 508 in this embodiment is a resilient lever 508 provided on the detected member 5033, the resilient lever 508 has an abutting portion 5081, the abutting portion 5081 abuts on the second side wall 5013, the protrusion 50324 abuts on the detected member 5033, and the resilient lever 508 and the first protrusion 50334 and the second protrusion 50335 of the detected member 5033 are spaced apart from each other so that the protrusion 50324 does not interfere with the resilient lever 508 during movement. The rebound lever 508 is stretched due to the abutment portion 5081 of the rebound lever 508 abutting against the second side wall 5013 during the rotation of the detected member 5033 from the first position to the second position, and the detected member 5033 is smoothly rotated from the second position to the first position by the elastic restoring force of the rebound lever 508 during the return of the detected member 5033 from the second position to the first position.
The above embodiments are only used to illustrate the technical solutions of the present invention, and the scope of the present invention is not limited thereto, and those skilled in the art should understand that: the technical solutions described in the foregoing embodiments may still be modified, or some technical features may be equivalently replaced, for example, the shape and number of the force-receiving portion of the detected member may be set as required; and such modifications or substitutions do not depart from the spirit and scope of the present invention in its essence.
