Referring to fig. 1 to 3, in the present embodiment, the housing 10 is substantially rectangular, and may be formed by splicing a plurality of panels, such as a front panel, a back panel 14, and side panels, which extend vertically, and a top panel 11 and a bottom panel 12, which are fixedly connected to the back panel and are perpendicular to the back panel. Furthermore, a partition 13 is provided in the housing between the top plate 11 and the bottom plate 12. As shown in fig. 3, the partition plate 13 includes a fixed plate 131 fixedly connected to the back plate 14 by caulking or the like, and a detachable plate 132 detachably attached to the fixed plate 131. In the present embodiment, in order to reduce the emission of nitrogen oxides, the burner is water-cooled, that is, a cooling water pipe 42 passes through the head of each fire row fin 41 to reduce the flame temperature, thereby reducing the emission of nitrogen oxides. The cooling water pipe 42 has a water inlet pipe section 421 and a water outlet pipe section 422, wherein the water inlet pipe section 421 is detachably connected to the first pipe section 82 connected to the water inlet pipe 81, and the water outlet pipe section 422 is detachably connected to the second pipe section 83 connected to the water pipe passing through the heat exchanger 47. The pipelines can be connected in a threaded mode through nuts and pipe orifices.
The burner 40 may be fixedly mounted on the detachable plate 132 directly or indirectly via the gas distribution device 30. In this embodiment, the gas distribution device 30 is disposed between the partition 13 and the burner 40, and is fixedly mounted on the detachable plate 132. The gas distribution device 30 includes a gas distribution frame 31, the gas distribution frame 31 is disposed to extend lengthwise and has a plurality of gas outlets facing the burner 40 and corresponding to the plurality of fire fins 41, so as to distribute the gas to the corresponding fire fins respectively. The burner 40 is provided at both longitudinal ends thereof with a pair of holding plates 43, and the holding plates 43 are fixedly connected to the gas distribution frame by screws 311, so that the burner 40 is fixedly connected to the detachable plate 132 through the gas distribution device 30. In the present embodiment, in order to ensure that the burner 40 is reliably fixed in the housing 10, the burner 40 is detachably mounted on the back plate 14 by screwing the fixing piece 45 provided thereon to the fixing frame 141 provided on the back plate.
The heat exchanger 47 is installed above the burner 40. A combustion casing 46 is provided between the burner 40 and the heat exchanger 47, and an expansion part 461 is formed at the bottom thereof to cover the top of the burner 40, thereby defining a combustion chamber in the combustion casing 46. The heat exchanger 47 may be a finned tube heat exchanger, i.e., a heat exchanger comprising a plurality of fins through which a heat absorbing water tube is circuitously passed. The gas-air mixture is combusted in the combustion chamber, the generated heat is absorbed by the fins and further transferred to water flowing from the water inlet pipe 81 and sequentially flowing through the first pipe section 82, the cooling water pipe 42 and the second pipe section 83 to enter the heat absorption water pipe, and the heated water is discharged through the water discharge pipe 84, thereby providing water required for life for the user.
The gas distribution device 30 also has an end 32 projecting beyond the bottom of the removable plate 132, and a gas pipe 22 is removably connected, for example by means of a nut 23, between said end 32 and the gas valve 21. The air valve 21 is located between the partition plate 13 and the base plate 12 and is mounted on the base plate 12. The gas valve 21 may be a gas proportional valve, which is communicated with an external gas pipeline and is connected with a control circuit board (not shown) to controllably control the amount of gas supplied to the gas distribution device 30 by adjusting the valve opening degree thereof.
The bottom of the air valve 21 extends out of a gas pipe section 211. The bottom plate 12 is formed with an elongated slot 1211 opened at a side away from the back plate 14 and extending toward the back plate, and the gas pipe section 211 extends through the elongated slot 1211 and is protruded outside the bottom plate 12 to be connected to an external gas pipe. In the present embodiment, a depressed area 121 is formed at the valve installation position of the bottom plate 12, and the long groove 1211 is formed in the depressed area 121. In this way, a relatively abundant space can be provided for arrangement and installation of the vertical upper air valve and the gas pipe thereof.
The gas-fired water heating apparatus 100 is typically hung from a wall in the user's home and does not require the apparatus to be removed from the wall when maintenance or repair of the burner is required. Referring to fig. 3, first, the front panel and the side panels of the housing are detached; then, the connection of the first pipe section 82 and the second pipe section 83 with the cooling water pipe 42 and the connection between the fixing bracket 141 on the back plate 14 and the fixing plate 45 of the burner 40 are released; then, the connection between the end 32 of the gas distribution device 30 and the gas pipe 22 is released; finally, the detachable plate 132 is disconnected from the fixed plate 131, and then the detachable plate 132, the gas distribution device 30, and the burner 40 are moved together toward the base plate 12 a distance to be separated from the combustion casing 46 and further moved away from the back plate 14, thereby detaching the burner 40 from the apparatus. After the burner 40 is removed, other components such as a heat exchanger above the partition 13 may be further removed, if necessary.
If the parts below the partition 13, such as the gas valve 21, need to be removed, the device need not be removed from the wall as well. Referring to fig. 4, first, the front panel and the side panels of the housing are detached; then, the screw 311 between the burner 40 and the gas distribution device 30 is removed to disengage them; then, the connection between the air valve 21 and the bottom plate 12 is released; finally, the connection between the detachable plate 132 and the fixed plate 131 is released, and then the detachable plate 132, the gas distribution device 30, the gas pipe 22, and the gas valve 21 are moved together in a direction away from the back plate 14, thereby detaching the gas valve 21 from the apparatus.
Because the partition plate is provided with the detachable part and the burner is fixedly arranged on the detachable part, when the burner needs to be cleaned and maintained, the burner and the detachable part of the partition plate can be detached together. Since this construction does not require the apparatus to be removed from the wall and only a small number of parts are involved in the disassembly process, it is convenient for maintenance personnel to disassemble the burner and clean it for maintenance at the user's home.
The smoke exhaust assembly for collecting smoke (exhaust gas containing carbon monoxide, nitrogen oxides, etc.) generated by combustion and discharging the smoke to the outside includes a smoke collecting hood 50 and a fan 60. The hood 50 is located above the burner 40 and the heat exchanger 47, and has a longitudinal portion and a vertical portion connected to the longitudinal portion and extending vertically. Referring to fig. 5 and 6 together, the top plate 11 of the housing is provided with a nozzle and a pipe wall 111 formed around the nozzle. The above-mentioned flue pipe portion 61 is disposed close to the nozzle, and preferably, the central axis of the flue pipe portion 61 coincides with the central axis of the nozzle. Of course, in other embodiments, the central axis of the flue pipe portion 61 and the central axis of the nozzle may be parallel to each other with a small displacement therebetween. The apparatus further comprises a positioning member 70, which is cylindrical in shape since the nozzle is circular in this embodiment, and has a diameter equal to or slightly smaller than the diameter of the nozzle. The inner peripheral wall 73 of the positioning member 70 defines a receiving cavity for receiving the smoke evacuation pipe portion 61. The diameter of the containing cavity is equal to or slightly larger than that of the smoke exhaust pipe part. When the retainer 70 is fitted into the opening, its outer peripheral side wall abuts against the inside of the pipe wall 111 entirely or partially, and its inner peripheral side wall 73 abuts against the outer wall of the smoke exhaust pipe portion 61 entirely or partially. Thereby make the smoke exhaust pipe portion reliably fix a position for the mouth of pipe, avoid taking place the condition of skew for the mouth of pipe when storage or transportation.
The positioning member 70 has a through hole 71 at a top center region thereof and a notch 72 at a top peripheral side thereof. The two notches 72 may be symmetrically radially spaced so that the retainer can be easily removed from the top plate 11 of the housing by grasping the two notches. In other embodiments, there may be only one notch, in which case the retainer may be removed from the spout of the housing top plate 11 by pinching the notch and the inside of the through hole 71.
