The utility model provides a connection unit additionally has at least one fixed component, can confirm the swing angle between drawer front and the drawer side component in the mounted state with the help of fixed component.
Improved properties in terms of structure can be achieved by the configuration. In particular, possible manufacturing tolerances can be compensated, which can lead in particular to an uneven spacing of the drawer front, in particular of the surface of the drawer front, from the appliance body. A uniform and thus improved sealing can be achieved if the drawer front also performs the function of sealing the refrigeration compartment. This makes it possible to provide particularly efficient and cost-effective alignment possibilities for the front of the drawer. In particular, a particularly accurate and/or user-friendly orientation of the front of the drawer can be achieved. This makes it possible in particular to identify the exact position and to adjust it easily.
A "domestic appliance device", in particular a "domestic refrigeration appliance device", is to be understood in particular as meaning at least a part, in particular a component, of a domestic appliance, in particular a domestic refrigeration appliance. The household appliance can be, for example, a cooking appliance, in particular an oven, which in particular has a drawer for a baking pan and/or a baking cart. The domestic appliance is preferably a domestic refrigeration appliance which is provided in particular for cooling a product to be cooled, in particular a food product, for example a drink, meat, fish, milk and/or a milk product, in at least one operating state, in particular in order to achieve a long shelf life of the product to be cooled. The domestic refrigerator appliance may in particular be a refrigerator, freezer or combination refrigerator-freezer appliance.
"provided" is to be understood in particular as specifically designed and/or equipped. An object is intended to mean a specific function, in particular an object which, in at least one application and/or operating state, implements and/or executes the specific function.
A "drawer front" is to be understood to mean, in particular, a surface element of a drawer of a household appliance device, which surface element faces a user in the assembled state and, in particular, in the closed state of the drawer and can be grasped and/or operated by the user. A "drawer-side element" is to be understood to mean, in particular, an element of a drawer of a household appliance device, which is arranged on a side of the drawer and which, in particular in at least one assembled state, is arranged at least substantially perpendicularly to a front face of the drawer and which, in particular in the assembled state, is connected to a connection unit. The drawer-side element is arranged in particular at least substantially parallel to the pull-out direction of the drawer. The drawer-side element can be designed in particular as a drawer pull-out device and/or as a pull-out rail of a drawer. Alternatively or additionally, the drawer-side element can be configured as a side wall of a drawer, in particular a side wall of a food cooler container.
The expression "at least substantially perpendicular" is to be understood here to mean, in particular, an orientation of a direction relative to a reference direction, wherein the direction and the reference direction, in particular when viewed in a plane, enclose an angle of 90 ° and the angle has a maximum deviation, in particular of less than 8 °, advantageously of less than 5 °, and particularly advantageously of less than 2 °. "at least substantially parallel" is to be understood here to mean, in particular, an orientation of a direction, in particular in a plane, relative to a reference direction, the direction having a maximum deviation, in particular of less than 8 °, advantageously less than 5 °, and particularly advantageously less than 2 °, relative to the reference direction.
A "connection unit" is to be understood to mean, in particular, an assembly of a drawer which is provided for the fixed connection of the drawer front to the drawer side element, at least in the assembled state. The connection unit connects the drawer front to the drawer side element at least in a rotationally fixed and non-positive and/or positive manner. The connecting unit has in particular at least one connecting element, an orientation element, a fastening element and a pivot bearing element. The connection unit can additionally have at least one fastening element, in particular at least one screw.
The term "assembled state" is to be understood to mean, in particular, a state which is available in the assembly position, in which, in particular, the drawer-side element is connected to the drawer front in a rotationally fixed and non-positive and/or positive manner. In particular the entire drawer is oriented and assembled, in particular in a state provided for use purposes. In particular, any number of installation states are possible, wherein one installation state can be distinguished from another installation state at least by a correspondingly different pivot angle of the drawer side element relative to the drawer front. The term "preassembled state" is to be understood to mean, in particular, a state in which the drawer-side elements, although connected to one another, in particular positively connected, with the drawer front, can be pivoted relative to one another, in particular by means of the orientation element. The drawer front can be pivoted about a pivot axis relative to the drawer-side element by actuating the orientation element in the preassembled state. In particular, it is advantageous to provide the entire drawer and in particular the drawer front in the preassembled state in a pivotable manner. The ability to pivot in the preassembled state can be achieved in that the fastening element is at least partially loosened.
The pivot bearing element is preferably designed as a recess. Alternatively, the pivot bearing element can also be designed as a sleeve and/or as another sliding bearing which is considered appropriate by the person skilled in the art. The drawer front can "pivot" relative to the drawer-side element in the preassembled state, in particular, means that the pivot angle between the surface of the drawer front, in particular facing the user, and the drawer-side element can be changed, for example, by means of an adjustment by means of the orientation element.
The "stepless" adjustment of the pivot angle between the drawer front and the drawer side element is to be understood in particular to mean that the pivot angle can be selected arbitrarily within the range of pivot angles and can in particular assume any value. In particular, the adjustment of the orientation element by a maximum of 90 ° to the left and/or by a maximum of 90 ° to the right steplessly changes the pivoting angle.
The possibility of determining the pivot angle between the drawer front and the drawer side element is to be understood in particular as meaning that the orientation of the drawer front relative to the drawer side element can be fixed, in particular in order to finally determine and/or fix the pivot angle selected beforehand by means of the orientation element. In particular, the drawer front is thereby fixed in a rotationally fixed manner relative to the drawer-side element. In particular, the pivot angle is thereby locked in a non-changeable manner during use of the household appliance.
The fastening element can be configured, for example, as a plastically deformable connecting element, in particular as a rivet. Alternatively or additionally, the fastening element can be designed as a pin and/or a bolt. Advantageously, the fastening element is designed as a screw, whereby a particularly simple and in particular reversible fastening possibility can be provided. In particular, this makes it possible to achieve a particularly efficient, in particular rapid, fastening.
Furthermore, it is proposed that the drawer-side element has a receptacle, in particular an internally threaded receptacle, corresponding to the fastening element, which can be designed, for example, as a compression nut and/or a compression screw rivet. A particularly efficient connection can thereby be established. In particular, additional components, such as fixing nuts, can be dispensed with. In addition, assembly can be simplified.
Furthermore, it is proposed that the orientation element has at least one release prevention device, which protects the orientation element from falling out in the assembled state and/or the preassembled state. Improved properties with regard to assembly and/or maintenance friendliness can thereby be achieved.
The securing device can, for example, have a detent pin or be designed as a detent pin. Alternatively or additionally, the anti-release device can have a wire positioning safeguard, in particular in the transverse through-hole. Alternatively or additionally, the anti-release device may have a stop washer. The locking means are advantageously designed as a projection, whereby a particularly effective assembly can be achieved. In particular, additional components can be omitted, as a result of which components, in particular reduced components, and thus particularly cost-effective components can be provided. In particular, this makes it possible to produce the anti-loosening device particularly economically and efficiently.
Furthermore, it is proposed that the alignment element engages behind the drawer-side element in the assembled state and/or in the preassembled state. This makes it possible to provide a particularly stable structure. In particular, additional components as anti-loosening means can be dispensed with, as a result of which components, in particular reduced components, and therefore particularly cost-effective components, can be provided.
The drawer-side element can be mounted rotatably about a bearing axis in the assembled state and/or in the preassembled state, for example, by means of a separate sliding bearing, which is inserted into the drawer-side element. Advantageously, however, the orientation element has at least one bearing region, which is mounted on the drawer-side element so as to be rotatable about a bearing axis in the assembled state and/or in the preassembled state. This makes it possible to provide particularly advantageous possibilities for orientation. In particular, the number of components can be reduced thereby, since in particular a bearing which can be rotated without additional rotational bearing components can be provided.
When the orientation element has at least one tool receiving area, the orientation of the front of the drawer can be simplified. This makes it possible in particular to provide particularly user-friendly handling possibilities. In particular, this makes it possible to orient the pivot angle particularly accurately and/or quickly. The tool receiving region can also be provided, for example, for receiving a cross-shaped recess and/or a triangular and/or quadrangular and/or hexagonal and/or square-head and/or internal hexagonal tool. The tool receiving area may for example have an outer hexagon. Alternatively or additionally, the tool receiving region can be provided for actuation by means of a wrench and/or by means of a socket wrench. Alternatively or additionally, the tool receiving area may have an area for receiving coins. Alternatively or additionally, the orientation element may have an area configured as an embossing, so that a user's hand can be used as a tool.
Furthermore, it is proposed that the connection unit has at least one connection element, which is connected to the drawer front and to the drawer side element in the assembled state and/or in the preassembled state. Improved properties with regard to structure and in particular with regard to stability can be achieved by means of the configuration. In particular, a particularly efficient and/or effective connection between the drawer front and the drawer side element can thereby be established.
The connecting element can be configured, for example, as a milling part. Alternatively or additionally, the connecting element can be designed as a casting, in particular as a die-cast part. Alternatively or additionally, the connecting element may be configured as an extrusion. Alternatively or additionally, the connecting element can be designed as a further thermoformed part and/or a thermoformed part. Particularly cost-effective components can be provided if the connecting element is designed as a stamped and bent part, in particular as a stamped and bent sheet metal part, which can be reinforced, in particular, by a reinforcement, for example a welding point.
Advantageously, the connecting element has at least two fastening regions, viewed along its longitudinal extent, which are oriented perpendicularly to one another. The connecting element can, for example, have a fastening region on a web of the U-shaped profile. The connecting element can also have a plurality of fastening regions, for example. Alternatively or additionally, the fixation areas can be oriented at other angles relative to each other. Particularly advantageously, the connecting element is at least substantially L-shaped, viewed along its longitudinal extension. A particularly efficient fastening can thereby be achieved. In particular, a particularly cost-effective connecting element can thereby be provided.
The orientation element can, for example, pass through the connecting element and/or the drawer-side element in the assembled state and/or in the preassembled state at least in some regions. Advantageously, however, the orientation element passes completely through the connection element and/or the drawer-side element in the assembled state and/or in the preassembled state. This makes it possible to achieve improved properties with regard to stability. In particular, an effective and structurally simple anti-loosening device is thereby achieved.
Furthermore, it is proposed that the alignment element has an alignment region which is eccentric with respect to the bearing axis and which acts on the connecting element at least in the preassembled state. This makes it possible to achieve a particularly easy and precise adjustment of the pivot angle. In particular, the configuration enables the swing angle to be adjusted in a stepless manner according to the invention.
It is furthermore proposed that the eccentricity of the orientation zone, in particular relative to the bearing axis, is at least 0.2mm, in particular at least 0.4mm, advantageously at least 0.5mm, preferably at least 0.6mm and particularly preferably at least 0.8 mm. The eccentricity of the orientation zone, in particular with respect to the bearing axis, is at most 5mm, in particular at most 3mm, advantageously at most 2mm, preferably at most 1.7mm and particularly preferably at most 1.5 mm. A particularly advantageous adjustment of the pivot angle can thereby be achieved. In particular, structures having improved properties with respect to stability can be provided thereby.
Furthermore, it is proposed that the orientation element has at least one stop region which, during assembly, in particular in order to achieve the preassembled state, defines the insertion depth of the orientation element into the connecting element. This can simplify assembly. In particular, improved properties with regard to the rotatability of the orientation element can be achieved thereby. In particular, a structure having improved properties with respect to user friendliness can be provided thereby. The stop region can be designed in particular as a central disk, in particular as a washer. However, the stop region can also have a quadrangular geometry, for example.
The orientation element can, for example, be configured to be screwed in. Alternatively or additionally, the orientation element can be provided for assembly by means of a snap-on connection. Advantageously, the orientation element is provided for fitting into the drawer-side element according to the keyhole principle. The term "keyhole principle" is to be understood in particular to mean that the orientation element can be inserted only in a defined, structurally dependent position. In particular, it should be understood that the drawer-side element must be in the installed position relative to the connecting element in order to fit the orientation element. The installation position differs in particular from the preassembly and/or assembly state. This makes it possible to provide a particularly advantageous construction, in particular with regard to user friendliness. In particular, the locking device according to the invention is thereby realized.
It is also proposed that the domestic appliance device is a domestic refrigeration appliance device.
Furthermore, a household appliance having at least one household appliance device according to the invention is proposed. The domestic appliance may in particular be a domestic refrigeration appliance. The domestic refrigeration appliance may for example be a refrigerator, freezer or combination refrigerator-freezer appliance.
The domestic appliance device should not be limited to the aforementioned applications and embodiments. The household appliance device can have a number, in particular for realizing the functional manner described here, which is different from the number described here of the individual elements, components and units.
