[ piping for Water Combined Room 3 ]
Fig. 4 is a perspective view of the rear surface (outer surface of the side wall) of the water use modular room 3 of embodiment 1 as viewed from below. As shown in fig. 4, internal piping such as a water supply pipe 13, a hot water supply pipe 14, and a drain pipe 15(15a, 15b) is disposed on the back side of the shower stall 4. The drain pipe 15 of embodiment 1 includes a wash drain pipe 15a and a floor drain pipe 15 b. The wash drain pipe 15a is a structure through which drain from the wash implement flows from the shower stall 4, and the floor drain pipe 15b is a structure through which drain flows concentrated on one portion of the floor 12 shared by the shower stall 4 and the toilet 5.
Of the internal pipes of the water supply pipe 13, the hot water supply pipe 14, and the drain pipe 15(15a, 15b) on the back surface (outer surface of the side wall) side of the shower stall 4, connection ends for connecting to external pipes led from external piping equipment are arranged so as to be concentrated in a certain area. In the water utility-combined type room 3 according to embodiment 1, the connection end portions of the water supply pipe 13, the hot water supply pipe 14, and the water discharge pipe 15(15a, 15b) are provided to protrude from the back surface of the shower stall 4 by a predetermined length. A pipe joint for connecting to an external pipe led from an external pipe facility is provided at the protruding end portion of each connection end portion.
Further, a sewage pipe (toilet drain pipe) 16 is disposed on the back surface (outer surface of the side wall) of the toilet 5 in the water use modular room 3. The connection end of the sewage pipe 16 is projected from the rear surface of the toilet 5 by a predetermined length, similarly to the connection end of the internal piping provided on the rear surface side of the shower stall 4.
In the water using modular room 3 according to embodiment 1, the connection end portions of the water supply pipe 13, the hot water supply pipe 14, the drain pipes 15(15a, 15b), and the sewage pipe 16 protrude substantially horizontally by a predetermined length toward the outer wall surface 2a as the rear surface of the modular house 2. The predetermined length of the connection end portion is, for example, about 50mm to 150mm from the back surface (outer surface of the side wall) of the water modular room 3. Therefore, the water using modular room 3 is disposed so that the rear surface thereof is close to the outer wall surface 2a of the modular house 2 facing thereto, but the respective connection ends (joint portions) protruding from the rear surface of the water using modular room 3 are provided so as not to contact the outer wall surface 2a of the modular house 2.
As described above, the water supply pipe 13, the hot water supply pipe 14, and the drain pipe 15 are disposed on the back surface (outer surface of the side wall) of the shower stall 4 of the water using block type room 3, and the connection ends as the protruding portions of these internal pipes are concentrated in a predetermined area. Further, a connection end portion (joint portion) of the sewage pipe 16 is disposed below the rear surface of the toilet 5 so as to project in a substantially horizontal direction. In this way, water appliances such as the shower appliance 6, the water supply switch appliance 7, the wash implement 8, and the toilet appliance 9 of the water use integrated type room 3 are disposed on the inner surface side opposite to the outer surface of the side wall on which the connection end portion is disposed, and the internal piping from these water appliances to the connection end portions is disposed short as a whole. As described above, in the water use modular room 3 according to embodiment 1, the entire internal piping of the shower stall 4 and the toilet 5 is short, and the connection end portions (protruding portions) of the internal piping are intensively arranged on the lower side of the back surface of the water use modular room 3.
The connection end portions of the internal pipes of the water modular room 3 are arranged to protrude substantially in the same direction, and a pipe joint for connecting to an external pipe is provided at the connection end portion as the protruding end portion of each internal pipe.
In the configuration of embodiment 1, the connection end (joint portion) of the internal piping disposed on the back side of the shower stall 4 is concentrated on the lower side of the back side of the shower stall 4, and the connection end (joint portion) of the piping disposed on the back side of the toilet 5 is provided on the lower side of the back side of the toilet 5.
Openings (18, 19) for connecting to external piping are formed in the outer wall surface 2a of the built-up house 2 in which the water-use built-up room 3 configured as described above is disposed. In the structure of embodiment 1, two openings, i.e., a 1 st opening 18 and a 2 nd opening 19, are formed (see fig. 2).
The 1 st opening 18 formed in the outer wall surface 2a of the combination house 2 is formed to face the lower side of the back surface of the shower stall 4. The position where the 1 st opening 18 is formed is a position facing a predetermined region of a connection end (joint portion) of each internal pipe of the water supply pipe 13, the hot water supply pipe 14, and the drain pipe 15, which are collectively arranged in the shower enclosure 4. Therefore, when the outer wall surface 2a of the modular house 2 is viewed from the outside, the connection end (joint portion) of each internal pipe of the water supply pipe 13, the hot water supply pipe 14, and the drain pipe 15 can be checked through the 1 st opening 18. That is, the connection ends of the internal pipes are intensively arranged in a predetermined region of the outer surface of the side wall of the water modular room 3, and are arranged inside the 1 st opening 18 of the outer wall surface 2a of the modular house 2. The size of the 1 st opening 18 is a size that enables an operator to easily access each connection end portion, and has a shape that facilitates connection work between each internal pipe and each external pipe.
The 2 nd opening 19 formed in the outer wall surface 2a of the modular house 2 is formed to face the lower side of the rear surface of the toilet 5. The position where the 2 nd opening 19 is formed is a position facing an area of the toilet 5 where the connection end portion (joint portion) of the sewage pipe 16 is disposed. Therefore, when the outer wall surface 2a of the modular house 2 is viewed from the outside, the connection end (joint portion) of the internal pipe of the sewage pipe 16 can be confirmed through the 2 nd opening 19. That is, the connection end of the internal pipe is disposed in a predetermined region of the outer surface of the side wall of the water modular room 3 and is disposed inside the 2 nd opening 19 of the outer wall surface 2a of the modular house 2. The size of the 2 nd opening 19 is a size that allows an operator to easily access the connection end of the sewage pipe 16, and has a shape that facilitates the connection operation between the sewage pipe 16 and external piping.
In addition, in the case of the configuration in which the connection ends (joint portions) of all the pipes of the water modular room 3 are concentrated at one location as in the above-described modification, the external wall surface 2a of the modular room 2 may be formed with 1 opening facing the region in which the connection ends (joint portions) of the internal pipes are concentrated, and the connection work may be easily performed.
In the structure in which the ventilating fan 10 is provided on the ceiling of the water modular room 3, a ventilating opening (the 3 rd opening) 21 (see fig. 2) may be formed in an upper portion of the outer wall surface 2a of the modular house 2, and the ventilating fan 10 and the ventilating opening 21 may be communicated with each other by a ventilating duct.
[ arrangement of Water-filled Room with respect to Combined House ]
Fig. 5 is a plan view schematically showing a configuration in which, in a prefabricated structure 1 in which a plurality of building blocks 2 are arranged, a water use building room 30 provided with a shower room 4, for example, is provided for at least one building block 2. The water utility apartment 30 shown in fig. 5 is disposed close to an outer wall surface 2a, which is a wall on the rear side of the apartment 2, and a lighting window 2b is provided in a part of the outer wall surface 2 a. In the shower room 4 of the water using combination room 30, similarly to the configuration shown in fig. 4, connection end portions (joint portions) of the respective internal pipes of the water supply pipe 13, the hot water supply pipe 14, and the water discharge pipe 15 are collectively provided in a selected region on the rear surface side.
As described in the above-described embodiment, an opening having a predetermined shape is formed at a predetermined position on the outer wall surface 2a of the prefabricated house 2 in which the water prefabricated room 30 is installed. The connection operation of the connection end (joint part) of the internal piping such as the water supply pipe 13, the hot water supply pipe 14, and the water discharge pipe 15 of the water utility room 30 and the external piping is performed through the openings (18, 19).
The flow of installing the water modular room 30 in the prefabricated structure 1 assembled at a construction site or the like will be described below. The following description will discuss a case where the water utility room 30 is installed in a selected one of the plurality of modular houses 2 constituting the prefabricated structure 1, with respect to the water utility room 30.
As described above, for example, the water use combination room 30 having the shower stall 4 is assembled in advance at a factory or the like and packaged so as to be transportable. The packaged water use assembled room 30 is directly delivered to the site in this state. At the site, the water modular room 30 is installed at a predetermined position on the floor surface of the modular house 2 in which the water modular room 30 is to be installed in the prefabricated structure 1 by using a transportation system such as an elevator or a crane. After the water use prefabricated room 30 is installed at a predetermined position on the floor surface of the prefabricated room 2, predetermined various plate materials including side walls, a ceiling plate, and the like of the prefabricated structure 1 (the prefabricated room 2) are attached and fixed so as to surround the water use prefabricated room 30.
After the prefabricated structure 1 (modular house 2) is mounted and fixed with predetermined various plate materials, the work of connecting pipes is performed through the openings (18, 19) formed in the outer wall surface 2a of the modular house 2 in which the water modular room 30 is installed. At this time, the operator can check the connection state between the connection end (pipe joint) of each internal pipe and the external pipe from the outside through the openings (18, 19) of the outer wall surface 2a, and therefore the connection operation between the connection end of the internal pipe and the external pipe is facilitated. In this connection operation, connection of the ventilation duct, connection of the electric wire, and the like are also performed.
After the connection operation of the internal pipes of the modular room with water 30 is completed, the opening portion of the opening of the outer wall surface 2a of the modular room 2, which is the remaining portion not occupied by the connection pipes, may be closed by the closing member. The closing member may be configured to close an opening portion other than the pipe with a film-like rubber member, to fit a hard member (e.g., wood, resin, or the like) having a shape corresponding to the opening portion, or to close the gap by closing the gap with a sealing material. As described above, in the opening through which the connection pipe connecting the internal pipe and the external pipe passes, the opening portion not occupied by the connection pipe is in a state of being closed by the closing member. Here, the sealing may not be complete sealing, and may be a state in which rain or wind does not directly enter the inside.
As described above, in the modular house 2 of the prefabricated structural body 1 according to embodiment 1 of the present invention, after the water modular room 3 is set at a predetermined position, a predetermined plate material is attached to the interior of the prefabricated structural body 1, an appliance is installed, a predetermined connecting operation is performed, and the assembling operation is finally completed. On the other hand, the prefabricated structure 1 used after completion of the above-described operations is configured to be capable of performing disassembly operations in a flow reverse to the flow of the assembly operations and assembly operations (connection operations) at another site, and is configured to be easily reusable.
(embodiment mode 2)
Hereinafter, a water use combination type room and prefabricated structure according to embodiment 2 of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. Embodiment 2 is different from embodiment 1 in the method of installing a modular water room to a modular house, and the prefabricated structure, modular house, and modular water room of embodiment 2 have the same structures as those of prefabricated structure 1, modular house 2, and modular water rooms 3 and 30 of embodiment 1.
By using the installation method of the modular house 2 for the water modular room 3 according to embodiment 2, it is possible to facilitate connection between the internal pipe and the external pipe disposed on the outer surface of the side wall of the water modular room 3, and to reduce the shape of the opening of the outer wall surface 2a of the modular house 2 through which the pipe led from the internal pipe passes.
In the description of embodiment 2, elements having the same functions, structures and functions as those of embodiment 1 are denoted by the same reference numerals, and the description thereof may be omitted to avoid redundant description.
[ arrangement of Water-filled Room with respect to Combined House ]
Fig. 6a, 6b, and 6c are plan views schematically showing a method for installing a water modular room 3 including, for example, a shower room 4 and a toilet 5 in at least one modular house 2 in a prefabricated structure 1 in which a plurality of modular houses 2 are arranged in line.
Fig. 6a shows a state where the water using prefabricated room 3 is temporarily installed in the central portion of the prefabricated house 2. As shown in fig. 6a, at the initial stage of temporarily installing the water using prefabricated room 3 in the prefabricated house 2, the water using prefabricated room 3 is temporarily installed at a position having a predetermined interval L, for example, an interval of at least 700mm to 800mm from the position where the side wall panel 70 (including the outer surface wall 2a) of the prefabricated house 2 is installed. In the case of the modular house 2 shown in fig. 6a, the state is shown in which the water modular room 3 is temporarily set at a position rotated by 90 degrees from a predetermined setting position in order to secure a predetermined interval L.
By temporarily installing the water using prefabricated room 3 at the predetermined interval L in the interior of the prefabricated house 2 as described above, the installation of the plurality of side wall panels 70 constituting the side surfaces of the prefabricated house 2 becomes easy after the temporary installation of the water using prefabricated room 3. That is, the worker can enter the space formed between the water use assembled room 3 and the side wall panel 70 with the predetermined gap L, and can easily perform the mounting work of the side wall panel 70.
The modular house 2 according to embodiment 2 has the following structure: after the floor and the ceiling are attached to the frame as described later, the water modular room 3 is temporarily installed on the floor, and the plurality of side wall panels 70 are fitted to assemble the modular house 2.
Fig. 6b shows a state in which after the side wall panel 70 of the prefabricated house 2 is installed, the temporarily installed modular water rooms 3 are rotated by 90 degrees and arranged in the same direction as the predetermined installation position, and the modular water rooms 3 are laterally moved (moved leftward in fig. 6 b) to be in contact with the side wall panel 70 of the prefabricated house 2. In the water using prefabricated room 3, a plurality of spacers 40 are provided on the outer surface of the side wall disposed opposite and close to the inner surface of the side wall panel 70 of the prefabricated house 2. In the water use modular room 3 shown in fig. 6b, when the surface provided with the door 37 is the front surface, the spacers 40 are provided on the outer surfaces of the side walls on the rear surface side and the left surface side, respectively. The water utility room 3 shown in fig. 6b is configured to be disposed close to the side wall panel 70(2a) on the rear side and the side wall panel 70 on the left side of the utility room 2. In embodiment 2, a configuration in which a plurality of spacers 40 are provided on the outer surface of the side wall is described, but the configuration can be handled by 1 spacer extending along the outer surface of the side wall.
As described above, since the plurality of spacers 40 are provided on the outer surfaces of the selected side walls of the water using prefabricated room 3, the water using prefabricated room 3 can be reliably and easily arranged at a predetermined position inside the prefabricated room 2 by moving (sliding) the water using prefabricated room 3 in the lateral direction inside the prefabricated room 2 (on the floor). That is, since the spacer 40 is brought into contact with the inner surface of the predetermined side wall plate 70 by the lateral movement of the modular room 3, the modular room 3 is accurately arranged at a predetermined position inside the modular house 2 (see fig. 6 c).
The state shown in fig. 6b shows a state in which the room 3 is rotated by 90 degrees and moved laterally in the left direction inside the prefabricated house 2 to abut against the side wall panel 70 on the left side surface as described above. The state shown in fig. 6c shows a state where the water portion room 3 is moved laterally toward the rear side in the portion of the built-up house 2 from the state shown in fig. 6b and is brought into contact with the side wall panel 70(2a) on the rear side.
In embodiment 2, since the water modular room 3 is moved laterally from the state shown in fig. 6b to the state shown in fig. 6c, the internal pipes 50 such as the water supply pipe, the hot water supply pipe, the drain pipe, and the sewage pipe protruding from the rear side of the water modular room 3 are reliably inserted into the openings 60 formed in the outer wall surface 2a of the modular house 2 and facing the internal pipes 50.
In the installation method of the water using multi-type room 3 in embodiment 2 with respect to the multi-type house 2, when the water using multi-type room 3 is moved laterally from the state shown in fig. 6b to the state shown in fig. 6c, the following installation method may be used: the connection pipe previously inserted into the corresponding opening 60 is connected to the internal pipe 50 protruding from the rear side of the water installation room 3, and each internal pipe 50 is guided to the corresponding opening 60 by the connection pipe. Further, when the water utility type room 3 is moved laterally to the rear side, the internal pipe 50 and/or the connection pipe protruding from the rear side of the water utility type room 3 may be supported by the worker, and the internal pipe 50 may be guided to the corresponding opening 60.
In embodiment 2, since the water utility room 3 is reliably disposed at a predetermined position inside the building 2 as described above, the opening 60 formed in the outer wall surface 2a of the building 2 is disposed at a position reliably opposed to the protruding position of the internal pipe 50 protruding from the rear surface side of the water utility room 3. That is, since the protruding position of the internal pipe 50 of the water modular room 3 is selected in advance, the shape of the opening 60 formed in the outer wall surface 2a of the modular room 2 and into which the internal pipe 50 is inserted can be set to a shape corresponding to the outer diameter of the internal pipe 50. As a result, the shape of the opening 60 can reduce the gap with the inserted internal pipe 50, and the fitting of the closing member and the like to the gap is also facilitated.
As described above, in the method of installing the modular room for water 3 in embodiment 2 to the modular house 2, the projecting end portion of the internal pipe 50 led from the modular room for water 3 is arranged outside from the opening 60 formed in the outer wall surface 2a of the modular house 2. Therefore, by using the installation method of the water utility room 3 in embodiment 2 with respect to the apartment 2, the work of connecting the internal piping and the external piping is facilitated, and the work such as maintenance and inspection of the connection state is facilitated.
As described above, in the water utility room 3 according to embodiment 2, the plurality of spacers 40 are provided on the outer surface of the side wall disposed to face and be close to the inner surface of the side wall panel 70 of the utility room 2. In this way, since the spacer 40 is provided and positioned in contact with the inner surface of the side wall panel 70 of the prefabricated house 2, the arrangement of the water prefabricated room 3 in the prefabricated house 2 can be accurately performed. As a result, the position of the internal piping led out from the water utility type room 3 can be accurately selected, and the connection with the external piping is facilitated.
Further, in the modular water rooms 3 according to embodiment 2, since the spacers 40 positioned as described above are provided, the modular water rooms 3 can be accurately arranged inside the modular house 2, and the size of a decorative plate, for example, a decorative plate including a door member, for forming the outer surface of the modular water rooms 3 is defined inside the modular house 2, so that the decorative plate can be accurately cut and attached in advance, the yield is improved, and the operation efficiency is high.
Further, since the spacer 40 can be provided to form a predetermined gap between the water utility room 3 and the utility room 2, it is possible to suppress the conduction of vibrations therebetween to achieve noise reduction, and it is also possible to dispose a member such as a pipe in the gap to achieve space saving.
As described above, in the initial stage of the installation method of the modular house 2 for the water modular room 3 according to embodiment 2, as shown in fig. 6a, the water modular room 3 is temporarily installed so as to have a predetermined interval L, for example, an interval of at least 700mm to 800mm from the side wall panel 70(2a) of the modular house 2. In this way, since the water modular room 3 has a predetermined distance L from the side wall panel 70 of the modular house 2, the work of attaching the side wall panel 70 can be easily performed. An example of a method of attaching the side wall plate 70 by the operator will be described below.
Fig. 7a and 7b are side cross-sectional views schematically showing an example of a method of attaching the side wall panel 70 (outer wall surface 2a) on the back side in the built-up house 2 with the ceiling panel 71 and the floor panel 72 attached. As shown in fig. 7a, first, a protrusion 70a formed at the lower end of the side wall plate 70 on the back side is inserted into a recess 72a formed in the floor plate 72. Next, the side wall plate 70 is raised with the lower end thereof as a fulcrum, and the upper end outer surface side of the side wall plate 70 is brought into contact with a stopper 71a formed at the end of the top plate 71. In this way, the upper end outer surface of the side wall plate 70 is brought into contact with the stopper 71a, whereby the side wall plate 70 on the rear surface side of the building 2 is placed in a state of being arranged along the substantially vertical direction.
Fig. 7b shows that, in the modular house 2, after the side wall panel 70 on the back side is disposed in the substantially vertical direction, a molding (japanese: モール)80 is disposed at an inner corner portion between the side wall panel 70 and the top panel 71, and the side wall panel 70 is securely fixed between the top panel 71 and the floor panel 72.
Fig. 8 is a sectional view showing a state where a plurality of side wall panels 70 of the prefabricated house 2 are installed as viewed from above, and schematically shows a state where the plurality of side wall panels 70 are installed with their side portions fitted into each other. As shown in fig. 8, a protruding portion 70b formed on one side surface portion of the side wall plate 70 is fitted into and coupled to a recessed portion 70c formed on the other side surface portion of the side wall plate 70 to form a flat surface structure.
A connection frame 90 is disposed at a corner portion of the modular house 2, and a concave portion 90a is formed at a position of the connection frame 90 facing the side wall panel 70. A protruding portion 70b formed on one side surface portion of the side wall panel 70 is fitted into a recessed portion 90a formed on the connecting frame 90, and a side wall surface of the built-up house 2 is formed by the plurality of side wall panels 70.
As described above, the plurality of side wall panels 70 installed between the top panel 71 and the floor panel 72 have the following structure: the projections 70a of the side wall plates 70 are inserted into the recesses 72a of the floor plate 72 and raised, and then slid to be fitted into each other. Therefore, the modular house 2 of embodiment 2 has a desired rigidity and a highly reliable structure.
As described above, as specifically described in each embodiment, the utility model is configured to be transported to the site in a preassembled state and set at a predetermined position of a prefabricated structure (modular house), and therefore, basically, simple connection work of piping, electricity, and the like is the main work as work on the site of the utility model. As a result, the water use prefabricated room installed in the prefabricated structure (prefabricated house) can be equally realized in a high quality state at any site, and the prefabricated structure having the water use equipment with high reliability can be provided.
As described above, in the modular house of the prefabricated structure according to the present invention, after the water modular room is set at a predetermined position, a predetermined plate material is installed in the prefabricated structure, an appliance is installed, a predetermined connecting operation is performed, and the assembling operation is finally completed to complete the prefabricated structure. On the other hand, the prefabricated structure used after completion of the above-described operations is configured to be capable of performing disassembly operations in a flow reverse to the flow of the assembly operations and performing assembly operations (connection operations) at another site, and is configured to be easily reusable. In this case, the connection end (pipe joint) of the pipe can be easily detached from the water modular room provided inside the prefabricated structure, and the disassembled prefabricated structure can be transported to another site together with the water modular room and reused.
As described above, the utility model provides a water use combination room with a water space such as a shower room, a toilet, and the like is configured to be reusable in the interior of the prefabricated structure, and has a structure in which pipes can be easily and reliably connected.
The present invention has been described in each embodiment with a certain degree of detail, but the configurations are examples, and the disclosure of the embodiments should be changed in detail.
