The pedal panel 140 includes a tread (upper surface) 141 on which a user steps, and a lower surface 142 (see fig. 3) opposite to the tread 141, and the tread 141 may be provided with a tread pattern 143, and the tread pattern 143 may be formed of a portion (block, bar, etc.) protruding from the tread 141 or recessed from the tread 141, which may not only provide an aesthetic and unique appearance but also have a function of preventing slipping. The pedal panel 140 may have any shape suitable for providing a tread surface for a vehicle boarding pedal, and typically the pedal panel 140 is an elongated plate-like structure having a length direction L and a width direction W, the dimensions of which may be non-uniform in at least one of the length direction L and the width direction W. For example, in the illustrated embodiment, the pedal panel 140 has a structure in which the front portion is narrow and the rear portion is wide, that is, the width of the front portion in the longitudinal direction of the pedal panel 140 is smaller than the width of the rear portion. The pedal panel 140 is also provided with at least one catch 145 (see fig. 3 and 5) extending downwardly from its lower surface 142. A plurality of snaps 145 may be discretely distributed on the lower surface 142 of the pedal panel 140 to enable secure mounting of the pedal panel 140. In some embodiments, at least one row of clips 145, or further, at least two rows (e.g., three or four rows) of clips 145, are arranged along the length of the tread panel 140. In some embodiments, a larger width portion of the pedal panel 140 may be provided with more snaps 145 in the width direction W than a smaller width portion. The pedal panel 140 may be made of plastic and, in some embodiments, may also be surface treated as desired.
The pedal body 150 is provided with at least one through slot 153, and the through slot 153 may allow a corresponding buckle 145 to pass therethrough so as to be clamped with the frame 110 below the pedal body 150. The through slots 153 may be disposed at positions corresponding to the positions of the catches 145 on the pedal panel 140. The step body 150 may include a horizontal portion 155 substantially parallel to the step panel 140 and a vertical portion 156 substantially perpendicular to the horizontal portion 155, wherein the horizontal portion 155 may have a shape substantially conforming to the step panel 140 with a narrow front and a wide rear, and the vertical portion 156 extends upward from one side (e.g., a side near a vehicle body) in a width direction of the horizontal portion 155. The through groove 153 is disposed on the horizontal portion 155, and the vertical portion 156 may be connected to a body sheet metal of the vehicle through a connector such as a snap. The inner side of the vertical portion 156 (the side facing the horizontal portion 155) may further be provided with a sealing rubber strip 157, the sealing rubber strip 157 may be an integrally injection-molded rubber strip, and the sealing rubber strip 157 may be fixed to the inner side of the vertical portion 156 by a snap-fit. The front and rear ends of the pedal body 150 are connected to the front and rear end brackets 161 and 162 by fasteners such as fasteners and adhesive tapes, respectively, and the front and rear end brackets 161 and 16 serve to support the front and rear ends of the pedal body 150.
In some embodiments, the pedal body 150 may include two or more detachable portions. In the illustrated embodiment, the pedal body 150 includes a first pedal body part 151 and a second pedal body part 152 which are assembled together along the length direction thereof (substantially the same as the length direction L of the pedal panel 140), and the first pedal body part 151 and the second pedal body part 152 are detachable from each other when necessary. The split joint 158 of the first and second pedal body portions 151, 152 can have any suitable shape and can be located at any suitable location, such as generally at the first position along the length of the pedal body 150. The pedal panel 140 may be made of plastic, and in some embodiments, it may be made of the same plastic as the pedal panel 140.
The side molding 170 is connected to the outside of the pedal body 150, and may be connected to the pedal body 150 by a snap and/or a fastener. In the illustrated embodiment, the side molding 170 is coupled to the outer side of the pedal body 150 by both a snap and a self-tapping screw 174. The side molding 170 may have a corner-shaped design at corresponding portions to match the effect of the narrow front and wide back of the pedal body 150. The side molding 170 may also include two or more detachable portions. In the illustrated embodiment, the side molding 170 includes a first side molding portion 171 and a second side molding portion 172 that are assembled together along a length direction thereof (substantially the same as the length direction L of the pedal panel 140), and a splicing seam 173 thereof is located at a second position substantially in the length direction. In some embodiments, the first location at which the splice seam 158 is located and the second location at which the splice seam 173 is located are spaced apart from each other in the length direction L. In some embodiments, the side molding is made of a chrome-surfaced plastic (e.g., an ABS material) and thus is not only abrasion resistant, but also has a shiny decorative effect.
The frame 110 is provided with at least one clamping groove 115. The buckles 145 on the pedal panel 140 pass through the corresponding through slots 153 on the pedal body 150 and then are buckled with the corresponding buckles 115 on the framework 110, so as to be detachably installed on the framework 110. The fastening of the fastener 145 to the fastening groove 115 may be any suitable fastening method, for example, the fastener 145 may pass through the corresponding through groove 153 and then pass through the corresponding fastening groove 115 to fasten the lower surface of the upper layer of the framework 110 to achieve connection and fixation. Since the fastener 145 of the pedal panel 140 passes through the through slot 153 of the pedal body 150 and is fastened to the fastener slot 115 of the frame 110, the pedal body 150 is also mounted on the frame 110, and the pedal panel 140 and the pedal body 150 are also detachably assembled together through this connection. The armature 110 is generally parallel to the pedal panel 140 and the horizontal portion 155 of the pedal body 150, which may have a substantially uniform exterior shape.
The frame 110 may also include two or more detachable portions. In the illustrated embodiment, the skeleton 110 includes a first skeleton portion 111 and a second skeleton portion 112 that are assembled together in a width direction thereof (substantially the same as the width direction W of the pedal panel 140). The second frame portion 112 has a length smaller than that of the first frame portion 111, and is attached to one side (e.g., a side away from the vehicle body) of the first frame portion 111 in the width direction thereof to increase a local width of the frame 110, so that the frame 110 includes a narrower section and a wider section along the length direction thereof (substantially the same as the length direction L of the pedal panel 140), wherein the width of the narrower section is the width of the first frame portion 111, and the width of the wider section is the sum of the width of the first frame portion 111 and the width of the second frame portion 112. In the illustrated embodiment, the first frame portion 111 is an elongated structure having a uniform width, and the second frame portion 112 is an elongated structure having a wide middle and narrow ends, and more particularly, the second frame portion 112 is an elongated structure having a width gradually decreasing from the middle to the ends along the length direction. The first spine portion 111 and the second spine portion 112 may be connected together by fasteners such as rivets 116, with the tack seams 117 extending substantially along the length of the spine 110. The skeleton 110 may be made of any suitable metal or alloy material, and in some embodiments, the skeleton 110 comprises an aluminum alloy, or more specifically, the skeleton 110 is made of an aluminum alloy.

8. The boarding pedal of claim 7, wherein the horizontal portion is substantially parallel to the pedal panel.
9. The boarding pedal of claim 4, further comprising a side molding connected to an outer side of the pedal body.
10. The boarding pedal of claim 9, wherein the side molding is connected with the pedal body by a snap and/or fastener.
11. The boarding pedal of claim 9, wherein the side molding comprises a first side molding portion and a second side molding portion that are assembled together along a length direction thereof.
12. The boarding pedal of claim 9, wherein the side molding is made of chrome-plated plastic.
13. The boarding pedal of claim 4, wherein the pedal body comprises first and second pedal body portions that are assembled together along its length.
14. The boarding pedal of claim 4, wherein the pedal panel and the pedal body are both made of plastic.
15. A vehicle boarding pedal device characterized by comprising:
the framework is fixed on the body of the vehicle and provided with at least one clamping groove;
a pedal panel provided with at least one buckle; and
