Based on the embodiments of the present invention, all other embodiments obtained by a person of ordinary skill in the art without creative efforts belong to the protection scope of the present invention.
Fig. 1 is an exploded view of a power battery fixing device 1 according to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention, and referring to fig. 1, in the present embodiment, the fixing device 1 may include a screw 11 adapted to be connected to a vehicle body and a clamping mechanism 12 adapted to be connected to a power battery, and the power battery may be detachably fixed to the vehicle body through the connection of the screw 11 and the clamping mechanism 12. Wherein, clamping mechanism 12 includes: a housing main body 121, jaws 122, a rotating body 123, an anti-rotation chuck 124, a spring 125, and a base 126.
Specifically, fig. 2 shows the structure of the screw 11, and referring to fig. 2, in the present embodiment, the screw 11 includes a first screw portion 111 and a second screw portion 112. The first screw part 111 is adapted to be connected to a vehicle body, and preferably, the first screw part 111 is cylindrical and has a surface provided with threads for being screwed with the vehicle body. The second screw portion 112 is located below the first screw portion 111 and is adapted to be detachably connected to the clamping mechanism 12, and preferably, the second screw portion 112 is of a truncated cone shape to prevent loosening after clamping. In an alternative embodiment, the bottom end of the second screw portion 112 may further be provided with a conical head 1121, and the outer diameter of the conical head 1121 is slightly larger than that of the bottom end of the second screw portion 112, so as to prevent the second screw portion 112 from loosening from the clamping mechanism 12 after clamping failure.
Fig. 3 shows a cross-sectional view of the clamping mechanism 12, referring to fig. 3, in the present embodiment, the housing main body 121 has an inner space 1211 defined by inclined inner walls, and the housing main body 121 has a first opening 1212 at a top end and a second opening 1213 at a bottom end, the first opening 1212 and the second opening 1213 are communicated with the inner space 1211, and an inner diameter of the first opening 1212 is smaller than an inner diameter of the second opening 1213. Thus, the housing main body 121 is formed in a truncated cone shape, and has an internal space 1211 defined by a boundary of the truncated cone shape.
In the present embodiment, the claws 122 are disposed in the internal space 1211 and are disposed against the inner wall of the housing main body 121 so as to be slidable up and down along the inner wall. Preferably, referring to fig. 4, a sliding groove is provided on an inner wall of the housing main body 121, and the jaw 122 is disposed in the sliding groove so as to slide up and down along the inner wall.

Preferably, the rotation hole 1234 may be a hexagon socket type.
In this embodiment, referring to fig. 4 and 5, the inner surface of the pawl 122 is provided with a thread, and the outer surface of the first portion 1231 of the body is provided with a thread engaged with the inner surface, and after the engagement of the threads, when the rotating body 123 rotates, the pawl 122 slides up and down along the inner wall of the housing main body 121 by the thread.
Fig. 6 shows a cross-sectional view of the fixing device 1 in a clamping state, and referring to fig. 6, in the present embodiment, by rotating the rotating body 123 in a tightening direction, the jaws 122 are driven to slide upwards along the inner wall of the housing main body 121 by rotating the tapered threads on the outer surface of the first portion 1231 of the body 123, so as to reduce the size of the inner diameter formed by the jaws 122, thereby clamping the screw 11. Similarly, rotating the rotating body 123 in the loosening direction causes the jaws 122 to slide down along the inner wall of the housing body 121 by the tapered threads on the outer surface of the first body portion 1231 of the rotating body 123, thereby increasing the size of the inner diameter formed by the jaws 122 to loosen the screw 11.
In order to prevent the screw 11 from being loosened by the self-rotation of the rotating body 123 in the loosening direction after the clamping mechanism 12 clamps the screw, a rotation prevention measure needs to be applied to the rotating body 123. In the present embodiment, the spin prevention chuck 124 is provided to prevent the spin body 123 from spinning in the loosening direction. Meanwhile, in order to maintain the engagement state of the anti-rotation teeth 1233 and the reverse-tapered teeth 1241, in the present embodiment, the clamping mechanism 12 further includes a spring 125. Referring to fig. 3, the spring 125 is sleeved on the rotating body and located between the claw 122 and the anti-rotation chuck 124, and the anti-rotation chuck 124 is pressed down by its own elastic force, so as to keep the anti-rotation teeth 1233 and the inverted cone teeth 1241 in a meshed state all the time.
Similarly, to prevent the anti-rotation chuck 124 from rotating, referring to fig. 7, at least 4 protrusions 1242 are provided on the outer surface of the anti-rotation chuck 124 and are embedded in the base 126, so that the anti-rotation chuck 124 is not rotatable relative to the base 126.
Specifically, in the present embodiment, the clamping mechanism 12 further includes a base 126, and referring to fig. 3, the base 126 is located at the second opening 1213 and detachably connected to the housing main body 121 for holding the jaws 122, the rotating body 123, the rotating chuck 124, and the spring 125 in the inner space 1211. Referring to fig. 8, the outer surface of the base 126 is provided with threads matching the threads of the inner surface of the second opening 1213, so that the base 126 is detachably fixed at the second opening 1213. The inner surface of the base 126 is provided with a groove 1261 matched with the protrusion 1242 on the outer surface of the anti-rotation chuck 124, so that after the anti-rotation chuck 124 is matched and embedded in the base 126, the anti-rotation chuck 124 can be prevented from rotating, but the anti-rotation chuck 124 can slide up and down along the groove 1261.
In this embodiment, at least 4 unlocking holes 1262 are further formed in the bottom end of the base 126, and an unlocking tool can pass through the unlocking holes 1262 to jack up the rotation preventing chuck 124, so that the rotation preventing teeth 1233 and the inverted cone teeth 1241 are disengaged, and the rotation direction of the rotating body 123 is unlocked and can be rotated in the loosening direction.
The following will illustrate the use of the power battery fixing device 1 provided by the present invention:
(1) the installation process comprises the following steps:
the clamping mechanism 12 is mounted to the power cell by screwing the first portion 111 of the screw 11 into the body, with the pawl 122 in a bottom-most position, i.e., with the largest opening. The power cell is raised such that the second portion 112 of the screw 11 enters the interior 1211 through the first opening 1212. At this time, the rotating tool engages the hexagonal socket-shaped rotating hole 1234 at the bottom end of the rotating body 123, which drives the rotating body 123 to rotate in the tightening direction, so that the jaws 122 slide upward along the inner wall of the housing main body 121 until the screw second portion 112 is clamped, and the installation is completed.
(2) The disassembling process comprises the following steps:
