and the power supply module is arranged on one side of the shell and is electrically connected with the upper heating module, the lower heating module, the transmission module and the control module.
2. The meat roasting apparatus with dual heating sources of claim 1, wherein said upper heating module and said lower heating module are far infrared plates/tubes.
3. The rotisserie apparatus with dual heat sources of claim 2, further comprising a cover having a hole therethrough, one side of the cover being connected to the housing, and the other side of the cover being connected to the oven body such that the cover completely covers the upper heating module when the cover is closed.
4. The meat roasting apparatus with dual heating sources of claim 3, wherein said upper lid is connected to said oven body by a hinge structure.
5. The rotisserie apparatus with dual heat sources of claim 3, further comprising a handle disposed on the lid.
6. The rotisserie apparatus with dual heating sources of claim 1, further comprising a thickness sensor for sensing the thickness of the food material, the thickness sensor being electrically connected to the control module and the power module.
7. The rotisserie apparatus with dual heat sources of claim 1, further comprising a fan embedded in the housing and electrically connected to the control module and the power module.
8. The rotisserie apparatus with dual heat sources of claim 1, further comprising a plurality of wheels and a plurality of fasteners, the wheels and fasteners being disposed at the bottom of the housing, each wheel being disposed adjacent to each fastener.
9. The rotisserie apparatus with dual heat sources of claim 1, further comprising an exhaust tube disposed in the through hole of the lid and in communication with the oven body.
10. The rotisserie apparatus with dual heat sources of claim 1, wherein the housing is provided with an openable door.
