Tooth cleaning device provided with ultrasonic sheet fitting tooth surface and toothbrush containing same
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of tooth cleaning, in particular to a tooth cleaning device provided with an ultrasonic sheet attached to the surface of teeth.
Background
Tooth cleaning is a good tooth health-care means and is a primary measure for treating periodontal diseases, and not only can plaque and calculus on teeth be thoroughly removed through regular tooth cleaning, so that periodontal tissues can be kept healthy and the periodontal diseases can be prevented and treated, but also tiny and imperceptible dental diseases such as hidden decayed teeth can be easily found during tooth cleaning, so that the purpose of early discovery and early treatment can be achieved. The tooth cleaning in hospitals can be divided into three types, namely ultrasonic tooth cleaning, sand blasting tooth cleaning and manual tooth cleaning. The tooth cleaning in the modern home generally refers to ultrasonic tooth cleaning and sand blasting tooth cleaning, and the indications of the two tooth cleaning methods are different. The so-called daily tooth cleaning is the most common tooth cleaning method in daily life. The most common and necessary method of cleaning teeth to maintain oral hygiene is by brushing the teeth, and in addition, rinsing, toothpicks, and the like are common methods of cleaning teeth.
The existing ultrasonic tooth cleaning device is divided into two types, namely an electric toothbrush which mainly uses a toothbrush and has vibration frequency reaching the vibration frequency of ultrasonic waves, and an ultrasonic tooth cleaner in a hospital.
The electric toothbrush capable of vibrating to reach the ultrasonic vibration frequency does not necessarily have to be capable of generating ultrasonic waves, that is, many electric toothbrushes on the market currently claim that the purpose of ultrasonic tooth cleaning cannot be achieved, and even if ultrasonic waves can be generated, so-called ultrasonic electric toothbrushes mainly enable a brush head to rapidly clean teeth in unit time through rapid vibration, and therefore teeth are not really cleaned by ultrasonic waves.
The ultrasonic tooth cleaner consists of an ultrasonic generator (host) and a transducer (handheld), wherein the generator vibrates and amplifies power, then ultrasonic electric energy is converted into ultrasonic vibration for more than 2.5 ten thousand to 3 ten thousand times per second, and the tip of a working tip of the transducer is in direct contact with bacterial plaque and calculus to generate the effect of scraping or shearing, so that the ultrasonic tooth cleaner is helpful for treating oral diseases such as periodontitis.
The existing ultrasonic tooth cleaning has several problems, one is that the ultrasonic tooth cleaning must be completed in a hospital, because the ultrasonic tooth cleaning belongs to a micro operation and is divided into a main machine and a hand-held part, the size is large, the ultrasonic tooth cleaning needs a professional to operate, and people who do not know the operation can cause damage to gums and teeth, namely, the ultrasonic tooth cleaning cannot be applied in life.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide an ultrasonic tooth cleaning technology which can be used for a long time in daily life.
Preferably, in order to solve the above technical problems, the present invention provides a tooth cleaning device having an ultrasonic sheet attached to a tooth surface, the tooth cleaning device including an inlet portion, the inlet portion including an inner arc plate and an outer arc plate, the inner arc plate being located inside the tooth, the outer arc plate being located outside the tooth, the inner arc plate and the outer arc plate having at least one ultrasonic sheet, wherein the ultrasonic sheet generates cavitation in a liquid to generate micro bubbles during tooth cleaning, and the oral cavity is cleaned by breaking the micro bubbles. The ultrasonic directional ultrasonic wave of the ultrasonic sheet is utilized, and the liquid is utilized to generate the directional flowing tiny bubbles, when the bubbles are broken on the surface of the tooth, a large amount of energy is released, and the broken stone and dental plaque are knocked off, so that the effect of cleaning and whitening the tooth is achieved.
Preferably, the inner arc-shaped plate and the outer arc-shaped plate are respectively provided with at least one ultrasonic sheet. When used inside and outside simultaneously, the utility model is more convenient than the design with single face.
Preferably, at least 4 ultrasonic sheets are arranged on the inner arc-shaped plate or the outer arc-shaped plate. The reason for the 4 pieces in one row is that in the case of all teeth that need to be covered, four pieces are the most reasonable ones to cover the teeth and the ultrasound piece is the size that is appropriate, since the mouth part cannot be too large to affect the tongue and other organs in the mouth, and again to reasonably cover all teeth, we have found that 4 ultrasound pieces are the most suitable ones to be placed in the mouth.
Preferably, at least 4 ultrasonic sheets are respectively arranged on the inner arc-shaped plate and the outer arc-shaped plate.
Preferably, the inner arc-shaped plate and the outer arc-shaped plate are arc-shaped plates, and the radian of the arc-shaped plates is preferably matched with the arrangement mode of the teeth.
Preferably, be equipped with the trompil on the entering part, the trompil utilizes ultrasonic conduction piece sealed, ultrasonic piece laminating ultrasonic conduction piece set up in the trompil. Because the ultrasonic sheet can not be directly placed in the water environment, the ultrasonic sheet is attached to an ultrasonic conducting sheet, a closed space can be formed by the ultrasonic conducting sheet and the opening, and ultrasonic waves are transmitted from the ultrasonic sheet, then transmitted to the ultrasonic conducting sheet and then transmitted to the oral cavity.
Preferably, the ultrasonic conduction sheet is a metal sheet or a ceramic sheet.
Preferably, the frequency of the ultrasonic waves emitted by the ultrasonic sheet is 20-250 kHz. Ultrasonic waves at this frequency are best suited for use with the prophy device of the present invention, cleaning the cleanest.
Preferably, the entrance part is sleeved with a toothbrush part, and the toothbrush part is provided with a plurality of teeth. When the cleaning brush is used together with a toothbrush, the cleaned dental plaque and calculus can be quickly cleaned.
This embodiment further discloses a toothbrush comprising one of the constructions of the above-described prophy device provided with an ultrasonic blade engaging the surface of the teeth, and wherein the head of the toothbrush is the entrance part.
The invention has the following beneficial effects:
1. the ultrasonic tooth cleaning device really applies ultrasonic cleaning to teeth in daily life for the first time, so that ultrasonic tooth cleaning is realized at home, and the healthy development of human teeth is facilitated.
2. The invention reduces the side effect of the traditional ultrasonic tooth washing to the minimum, can clean the oral cavity by using the invention without damaging gingiva and gums, can eat hard objects after washing, can not bleed, can not cause oral infection, and is a safe and stable long-term tooth cleaning way.
3. The invention introduces the ultrasonic sheet into the tooth cleaning field, really realizes portable ultrasonic tooth cleaning, and can realize the tooth cleaning work by everyone himself without the operation of professional personnel.
4. The ultrasonic tooth cleaning device changes the current situation that the traditional ultrasonic tooth cleaning only utilizes jet flow generated by ultrasonic to clean teeth, further utilizes the cavitation phenomenon of the ultrasonic sheet in liquid to generate a large amount of micro bubbles, and utilizes the rupture of the micro bubbles to repeatedly knock dental plaque and dental calculus on the surfaces of the teeth, thereby achieving the effect of cleaning and whitening the teeth.
