A pot 100 for a cooking appliance and the cooking appliance according to embodiments of the present invention are described below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
The utility model discloses in, cooking utensil can be chafing dish, electric rice cooker, electric pressure cooker, electric saucepan, electromagnetism stove or health preserving kettle, and this application uses cooking utensil to explain as the chafing dish, but this is not right the utility model discloses protection scope's restriction. After reading the description of the present application, it is obvious for a person having ordinary skill in the art to apply the cooking appliance of the present application to an electric cooker, an electric pressure cooker, an electric stewpan, an induction cooker, a health preserving pot, or the like, knowing the technical idea of the present application.
Referring to fig. 2 and 3, a pot 100 for a cooking appliance according to an embodiment of the present invention may include: a main body part 10, a housing part 20, and a medium replacement part 30.
Specifically speaking, have cooking chamber 11 in this part 10, hold portion 20 and set up in cooking chamber 11, hold portion 20 and can be used for holding edible material, for example meat, and medium replacement portion 30 sets up in cooking chamber 11, and medium replacement portion 30 is used for realizing the replacement of first medium and second medium to change the liquid level in cooking chamber 11, and then change the liquid level in holding portion 20, scald the function with the realization edible material is automatic.
For example, the medium displacing part 30 is configured to displace the liquid second medium in the medium displacing part 30 with the first medium, so that the displaced second medium can exit the medium displacing part 30 and flow into the cooking chamber 11, so that the liquid level in the cooking chamber 11 can be changed. Here, the first medium may come from outside the medium replacement section 30, and replacement of the second medium is achieved by entering into the medium replacement section 30; alternatively, the first medium may come from inside the medium displacing portion 30, for example, by heating a liquid such as water inside the medium displacing portion 30 so that a gaseous first medium is formed inside, and the first medium may discharge the liquid water from inside out of the medium displacing portion 30; of course, the source of the first medium may also be a combination of the two possibilities, but is not limited thereto.
As another example, the medium displacing portion 30 is further configured to enter the medium displacing portion 30 with the second medium that is outside the medium displacing portion 30 and is in a liquid state to occupy at least a part of the space occupied by the first medium, thereby lowering the liquid level in the cooking chamber 11. In other words, the liquid second medium may enter the medium replacement part 30 to occupy at least a part of the space previously occupied by the first medium, for example, when the cooking utensil stops heating or the heating power is reduced, the first medium, such as water vapor, in the medium replacement part 30 is liquefied, and the liquid second medium, such as water, outside the medium replacement part 30 enters the medium replacement part 30 to replace the space previously occupied by the first medium.
Moreover, holding portion 20 can communicate with culinary art chamber 11, and the second medium flows into culinary art chamber 11 after, can make the liquid level in holding portion 20 rise, and the second medium can also be by holding portion 20 backward flow to culinary art chamber 11 in to the liquid level that makes in holding portion 20 descends. It should be noted that the first medium may be water vapor, and the second medium may be water, but the present invention is not limited thereto.
Specifically, when using pan 100 to rinse the chafing dish, after putting into water in pan 100, when heating for pan 100, eat the material and put into holding portion 20, pan 100 is at the heating process, and the in-process of boiling gradually is being held to the water in the medium replacement portion 30, and the pressure in the medium replacement portion 30 increases gradually, and when the pressure of medium replacement portion 30 increased to a certain extent, the medium replacement portion 30 water can flow into culinary art chamber 11 under the effect of pressure, and the liquid in the culinary art chamber 11 can get into and hold portion 20. When the heating lasts, most of the water in the medium replacement part 30 flows to the cooking cavity 11 and then flows into the containing part 20, and the water flowing into the containing part 20 can scald and rinse the food materials in the containing part 20. When stopping heating pan 100, perhaps when reducing heating power, pressure in the medium replacement portion 30 reduces gradually, and the water that holds in the portion 20 flows back gradually cooking chamber 11, and then flows back in the medium replacement portion 30, and at this moment, the edible material of holding in the portion 20 is tiled in holding in the portion 20, and convenience of customers eats. Therefore, automatic boiling (or intermittent boiling) of the food materials is realized.
In addition, as shown in fig. 1, when the user uses the medium replacement part 30 installed in the main body 10 after pouring a sufficient amount of water into the main body 10, air is accumulated in the medium replacement part 30 if the medium replacement part 30 is not provided with an air discharge structure, and an upward pushing force is generated against the medium replacement part 30, so that the medium replacement part 30 is not easily installed.
Therefore, the medium replacement part 30 of the present invention is further provided with the air vent hole 31, the air vent hole 31 communicates with the inside of the medium replacement part 30 and is used for exhausting air, and thus, in the process of installing the medium replacement part 30 into the main body part 10, air in the medium replacement part 30 can be exhausted through the air vent hole 31, so as to reduce the pressure inside the medium replacement part 30, reduce the resistance when the medium replacement part 30 is installed into the main body part 10, and make the installation easier.
In addition, since the first medium needs to be accumulated in the medium replacement part 30 to replace the second medium during the cooking process, if the exhaust hole 31 is opened during the cooking process, the first medium may be leaked from the exhaust hole 31, which may cause the pressure in the medium replacement part 30 to be slowly increased, thereby affecting the cooking efficiency, for example, the automatic boiling efficiency in the containing part 20.
Therefore, in the present invention, the exhaust hole 31 is provided with an opening/closing mechanism 40 for opening/closing the exhaust hole 31. The opening and closing mechanism 40 may open the discharge hole 31 during the process of installing the medium replacement part 30 into the main body part 10 so that the air in the medium replacement part 30 can be smoothly discharged, and the opening and closing mechanism 40 may close the discharge hole 31 during the cooking process so that the first medium in the medium replacement part 30 can be rapidly accumulated, thereby improving the cooking efficiency.
According to the utility model discloses a pan 100 for cooking utensil, realize the replacement of medium through medium replacement portion 30, the separation mechanism of eating material and water has been improved, the separation of eating material and water becomes controllable, be favorable to realizing the automatic culinary art of eating the material, and through setting up exhaust hole 31, the resistance in the medium replacement portion 30 installation has been reduced, it is easier to make the assembly, through setting up switching mechanism 40, the efficiency that medium replacement portion 30 is gathering at the first medium of culinary art in-process has been guaranteed, medium replacement efficiency has been improved, and then be favorable to improving cooking efficiency.
It should be noted that the present invention does not have any special limitation on the installation position and number of the exhaust holes 31.
Alternatively, in some embodiments, the air vent 31 may be disposed at an upper portion of the medium replacement chamber 32 in the medium replacement portion 30, so that air accumulated in the medium replacement chamber 32 during the loading process may be exhausted as much as possible, and further more second medium may be accommodated in the medium replacement chamber 32 before cooking, and during the cooking process, the volume of the second medium that may be discharged to the cooking chamber 11 is larger, and further the height at which the liquid level in the accommodating portion 20 may be raised is higher, which is beneficial to improve the cooking effect. For example, the air vent hole 31 may be provided in the upper portion of the peripheral wall 34 of the medium replacement chamber 32 as shown in fig. 2 and 3, or may be provided in the top wall 33 of the medium replacement chamber 32 as shown in fig. 4, which may enhance the air venting effect.
Alternatively, in some embodiments, the number of the exhaust holes 31 may be two as shown in fig. 2 and 3, or may be one as shown in fig. 4, and of course, the number of the exhaust holes 31 may also be three, four or more, as long as the exhaust effect can be achieved. In the embodiment in which one or two air vents 31 are provided, the difficulty in mounting the medium replacement part 30 can be effectively reduced, and the number of the opening and closing mechanisms 40 can be reduced, which is advantageous to reduce the production cost.
In the present invention, the specific structure of the opening/closing mechanism 40 can be flexibly set according to the actual situation. The opening and closing mechanism 40 according to some embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 5-10, the opening and closing mechanism 40 is configured as a temperature-controlled opening and closing mechanism that changes with temperature to open or close the exhaust hole 31. Because the cookware 100 inevitably generates temperature change in the using process, the opening and closing of the opening and closing mechanism 40 can be realized by utilizing the temperature change, and a driving structure for driving the opening and closing mechanism 40 to act is not required to be additionally arranged, so that the cookware 100 has simpler structure and lower cost.
Further, the temperature-controlled opening-closing mechanism has a predetermined temperature, and is configured to open the exhaust hole 31 when the internal temperature of the medium replacement part 30 is lower than the predetermined temperature, and close the exhaust hole 31 when the internal temperature of the medium replacement part 30 is not lower than the predetermined temperature. The opening and closing of the temperature-controlled opening and closing mechanism is adapted to the temperature change in the medium replacement chamber 32, and the opening and closing control is more sensitive.
For example, when cooking is not started, the temperature inside the medium replacement unit 30 is low, and the temperature-controlled opening/closing mechanism opens the air vent hole 31 to discharge the air inside the medium replacement unit 30. After the installation, cooking is started, the temperature inside the medium replacement part 30 is gradually raised while heating the temperature-controlled opening/closing mechanism, and when the temperature reaches a predetermined temperature, the temperature-controlled opening/closing mechanism is operated to close the exhaust hole 31.
Further, in some embodiments the predetermined temperature is T and satisfies: t is more than or equal to 40 ℃ and less than or equal to 60 ℃. In this temperature range, the predetermined temperature is substantially higher than the room temperature in different seasons, that is, higher than the temperature of the liquid in the pot 100 when cooking is not performed, and it is ensured that the vent hole 31 is in an open state when the medium replacement part 30 is installed. And the predetermined temperature is lower than most cooking temperatures to ensure that the vent 31 is closed during cooking. For example, in some embodiments, the predetermined temperature may be 42 ℃, 45 ℃, 48 ℃, 50 ℃, 53 ℃, 55 ℃, 58 ℃, and so on.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 5-7, the temperature-controlled opening/closing mechanism includes a bimetal 41, and when the bimetal 41 is heated to a specific temperature, it will deform, and when the bimetal 41 recovers to the specific temperature, the deformation will be eliminated, and the original design state will be recovered. Therefore, the automatic opening and closing of the exhaust hole 31 can be realized through the temperature change of the bimetallic strip 41, and the device has the advantages of sensitive reaction, long service life and low cost.
As shown in fig. 7, the bimetal 41 includes: a first panel 411 and a second panel 412. The first plate 411 is connected to an edge of the exhaust hole 31 to fix the bimetal 41, and the second plate 412 is connected to the first plate 411 and adapted to open and close the exhaust hole 31. The angle between the second sheet 412 and the first sheet 411 when the vent hole 31 is opened is smaller than the angle when the vent hole 31 is closed.
For example, in the example shown in fig. 5 to 10, one end of the second sheet 412 is connected to the first sheet 411 and the other end is used to open and close the air discharge hole 31. As shown in fig. 5-7, when the second sheet 412 opens the exhaust hole 31, an included angle formed between the second sheet 412 and the first sheet 411 is an obtuse angle; as shown in fig. 8-10, when the second sheet 412 closes the exhaust hole 31, an included angle formed between the second sheet 412 and the first sheet 411 is a straight angle.
Further, as shown in fig. 10, the second plate 412 may be provided with a protrusion 413, and when the bimetal 41 closes the exhaust hole 31, the protrusion 413 may be inserted into the exhaust hole 31, so as to improve the sealing effect of the bimetal 41 closing the exhaust hole 31, further improve the pressure boosting efficiency inside the medium replacement part 30, and improve the cooking efficiency.
In other embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 11-15, the vent hole 31 is provided in the top wall 33 of the medium replacement chamber 32 in the medium replacement part 30. The opening and closing mechanism 40 comprises a floater 42, the floater 42 is arranged to open the exhaust hole 31 under the action of gravity, the floater 42 is also arranged to close the exhaust hole 31 under the action of liquid buoyancy or gas pressure in the medium replacement cavity 32, no additional driving structure is needed in the process of opening and closing the exhaust hole 31, the structure of the cooker 100 is simplified, and the production cost is reduced.
During the process of installing the medium displacing portion 30 into the body portion 10, the float 42 is not subjected to the buoyancy of the liquid or the pressure of the gas, so that the float 42 can be spaced apart from the gas discharge hole 31 by the gravity to open the gas discharge hole 31. When the medium replacement part 30 is mounted in place, the float 42 comes into contact with the liquid in the body part 10, and the float 42 closes the air discharge hole 31 by the buoyancy of the liquid. After cooking is started, the first medium replaces the second medium in the cavity 32, so that the liquid level is lowered, the gas pressure is increased, and the floater 42 can keep closing the vent hole 31 under the action of the gas pressure, thereby ensuring that the vent hole 31 is closed in the whole cooking process.
Further, as shown in fig. 13 and 15, a first cover 43 is disposed at the exhaust hole 31, the float 42 is movably located in a first cover cavity 431 of the first cover 43, and the first cover 43 can guide and limit the float 42, so that the float 42 can smoothly and repeatedly open and close the exhaust hole 31.
Further, as shown in fig. 13 and 15, the first cover 43 may be provided with a first cover through hole 432, and the first cover through hole 432 may communicate the first cover cavity 431 and the medium replacement cavity 32, so that the air in the medium replacement cavity 32 may be discharged sequentially through the first cover through hole 432, the first cover cavity 431 and the air discharge hole 31 during the process of installing the medium replacement part 30 into the main body part 10, thereby ensuring the smoothness of the air discharge. Alternatively, the first cover through hole 432 may be provided in at least one of the bottom wall and the side wall of the first cover 43, as long as the effect that the first cover chamber 431 and the medium replacement chamber 32 communicate through the first cover through hole 432 in the process that the float 42 opens the vent hole 31 is satisfied.
According to further embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 16-21, the vent hole 31 is provided in the top wall 33 of the medium replacement chamber 32 in the medium replacement part 30. The opening and closing mechanism 40 includes a pressing lever 44, and the pressing lever 44 is provided to open the gas discharge hole 31 at least under its own weight and to close the gas discharge hole 31 against the inner bottom surface of the body portion 10. The cooker 100 has a simpler structure and lower production cost without an additional driving structure for driving the opening and closing mechanism 40 to open and close. Furthermore, the medium replacement part 30, the containing part 20, the food material, and the liquid in the containing part 20 can ensure the stopping force between the body part 10 and the pressure rod 44, and ensure the stability and the sealing effect of the pressure rod 44 for closing the exhaust hole 31.
Further, as shown in fig. 16 to 21, the opening and closing mechanism 40 may further include a restoring member 45, and the restoring member 45 is provided to apply a restoring force to the pressure lever 44, which is moved in a direction to open the exhaust hole 31, at least when the pressure lever 44 closes the exhaust hole 31. Thus, as shown in fig. 18 and 19, when the medium replacement part 30 is not mounted in place, the reset member 45 drives the pressing rod 44 to move in a direction to open the air vent hole 31, and as shown in fig. 20 and 21, when the medium replacement part 30 is mounted in place, the pressing rod 44 contacts the inner bottom surface of the body part 10, and the pressing rod 44 overcomes the elastic force of the reset member 45 to close the air vent hole 31 under the stopping action of the inner bottom surface of the body part 10. The resetting piece 45 can improve the sensitivity and effectiveness of the pressure lever 44 in opening the exhaust hole 31, and the effect of automatic resetting of the pressure lever 44 is better.
Further, as shown in fig. 19 and 21, the pressing lever 44 includes: a rod body 441, a blocking portion 442 and a limiting portion 443. The lower end of the rod body 441 can be abutted against the inner bottom surface of the body 10, the blocking portion 442 is disposed at the upper end of the rod body 441, the blocking portion 442 is used for blocking the exhaust hole 31, and the limiting portion 443 is disposed on the outer peripheral surface of the rod body 441 and is located below the blocking portion 442.
