Abstract

轻质保温砌块涉及一种用于垒砌建筑物墙体的 砌块,由轻骨料和填充于轻骨料内腔中的隔热保温材 料构成。轻骨料为长方体形,底部封闭、顶部为开口, 内部为空腔并带有加强筋板,两端分别带有与相邻砌 块互相咬合的凸块和凹槽。隔热保温材料可为珍珠 岩、发泡塑料或锯末等,填充于轻骨料内腔中并用水 泥砂浆封闭。本实用新型质轻、垒砌方便、保温性能 好,采用本实用新型垒砌的墙体整体性好,故可广泛 用作垒砌各种建筑物墙体的砌块。

Description

本实用新型涉及一种用于垒砌建筑物墙体的砌块。
作为现代建筑墙体材料,除应满足轻质、高强和易于施工的要求外,还应具有良好的隔热保温性能,在我国北方地区,冬季室内一般都有采暖设施,围护结构的良好保温则更显重要。现有技术中,解决建筑物围护结构的隔热保温问题主要有以下三个途径。第一是增加墙体的厚度,这不但要增加建筑物的自重,工程造价也要大大增加。第二是在内墙体上增设保温材料层,这既要增加工程造价,又要占用室内使用空间。第三是从改善墙体材料本身的隔热保温性能入手,于是出现了诸如空心砖之类的墙体材料。公告号为CN20381328U的中国专利所公开的陶粒混凝土空心砌块实用新型即属此类,该实用新型利用砌块内腔中的空气层减少通过墙体的传导散热具有一定的作用,但对防止辐射散热则效果不明显,故该实用新型的实际隔热保温性能并不理想。此外,由于相邻砌块之间缺乏适当的咬合,所以采用这种砌块垒砌的墙体,其整体性较差。
本实用新型的目的是设计一种能有效地提高墙体整体性和隔热保温性能的轻质砌块。
为了实现上述目的,本实用新型在长方体形空心砌块的内腔中填充隔热保温材料,以减少墙体的辐射散热;同时,在长方体形砌块的两端增设与相邻砌块互相咬合的凸块和凹槽,以提高墙体的整体性。以下结合具体实施例对本实用新型轻质保温砌块的技术特征作进一步的详细说明。

参考附图1、2,本实用新型轻质保温砌块主要由轻骨料1和隔热保温材料2构成。轻骨料1为长方体形,底部封闭,顶部为开口,内部为空腔并带有加强筋板3,其两端分别带有与相邻砌块互相咬合的凸块4和凹槽5。隔热保温材料2可以是珍珠岩、发泡塑料或锯末等,填充于轻质料1内腔中并用水泥砂浆6封闭。
本实用新型质轻、垒砌方便、保温性能好,采用本实用新型垒砌的墙体具有较好的整体性。因此,本实用新型可广泛用作垒砌各种建筑物墙体的砌块。

1、一种用于垒砌建筑物墙体的砌块,其特征在于它是由轻骨料和填充于轻骨料内腔中的隔热保温材料构成;所述轻骨料为长方体形,底部封闭,顶部为开口,内部为空腔并带有加强筋板,其两端分别带有与相邻砌块互相咬合的凸块和凹槽;所述隔热保温材料填充于轻骨料内腔中并用水泥砂浆封闭。
