Detailed Description
In order to make the technical solutions of the present application better understood, the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present application will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present application, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present application, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present application.
The application provides a monitoring devices for ward, through set up the infrared induction lamp between sick bed and lavatory and set up the infrared induction lamp between lavatory and door and realize the monitoring to the disease, solved and just monitored based on the camera, when unmanned looking over the camera, the old man takes place easily to tumble, old man is lost all the time and waits various problems of having up night, and these nursing staff are difficult to the technical problem of quick discovery.
For easy understanding, please refer to fig. 1, which is a schematic structural diagram of an embodiment of a monitoring device for a patient room provided by the present application;
a first aspect of an embodiment of the present application provides a monitoring device for a patient room, including:
a pressure sensor 10, a first infrared induction lamp 20 and a second infrared induction lamp 30, all connected to the controller 40;
the pressure sensor 10 is used for sensing whether the patient gets out of the bed or not, and when sensing that the patient gets out of the bed, the monitoring circuit is connected;
the first infrared induction lamp 20 is used for inducing whether a patient approaches a toilet in a ward;
the second infrared induction lamp 30 is used for sensing whether the patient approaches the door;
the controller 40 is configured to acquire monitoring data of the pressure sensor 10, the first infrared sensor lamp 20, and the second infrared sensor lamp 30, and issue an alarm when a time interval between two times of sensing a patient by the first infrared sensor lamp 20 or the second infrared sensor lamp 30 exceeds a preset time interval.
It should be noted that the monitoring device for the ward provided by the embodiment of the application realizes the function of the small night lamp through the two infrared sensors, senses whether the patient with the senile dementia leaves the ward or returns to the ward through the parallel placement areas, and judges whether an alarm needs to be given to prompt a caregiver to go to the ward to check the patient by judging the toilet entering time of the patient with the senile dementia, being difficult to fall asleep in the ward, falling down or leaving the room for too long time and the like. In the area where the patient contacts the bed, the pressure sensor 10 can be arranged, and the pressure sensor 10 is used as a trigger point of the whole monitoring device, for example, under a pillow, when the patient leaves the pillow and rises up at night, the pressure sensor 10 under the pillow can be connected with the monitoring device, so that the patient can be accurately and timely monitored. In the ward at disease place, on the must pass between sick bed and lavatory way, can set up first infrared induction lamp 20, so, when the disease is going to the lavatory, can monitor whether the action of going to the lavatory of disease accords with predetermineeing, also be exactly the time that the disease passes through this first infrared induction lamp 20 once more and the time interval of last process, whether accord with preset time interval, perhaps the disease does not have again in preset time interval to pass through this first infrared induction lamp 20, it is unusual to express the action that the patient went to the lavatory promptly, need the nursing staff to go to this ward and look over. And, at lavatory route door or beside the door, set up second infrared induction lamp 30, when the disease passes through these induction lamps, through seeing whether the disease turns back in the time interval of predetermineeing, if do not, then need the nursing staff to go to the ward and look over. In particular, the preset time interval may be preset according to actual requirements, the number of the pressure sensors 10 is not limited, and the set position may be any area as long as the patient is in frequent contact with the hospital bed, the number of the first infrared induction lamps 20 is not limited, and any area may be provided as long as the patient is scattered to be disposed in a toilet near the hospital bed, or in an area beside the toilet, and the number of the second infrared induction lamps 30 is not limited, and any area may be provided as long as the set position is in an area beside a door of a hospital room.
Further, the pressure sensor 10 is disposed under a pillow in the ward.
It should be noted that the pressure sensor 10 can be disposed under the pillow of the patient, and when the head of the patient leaves the pillow, the pressure sensor 10 can be connected to the circuit of the whole monitoring device according to the change of the force.
Further, the pressure sensor 10 is specifically an HM91 miniature pressure sensor 10.
It should be noted that, in order to provide the pressure sensor 10 without affecting the use feeling of the patient, i.e. without making the patient feel obvious foreign body sensation, the adopted pressure sensor 10 may be an HM91 miniature pressure sensor 10 adopting a 24-bit AD MCU microprocessor, which has a small volume and does not cause strong discomfort to the patient when being disposed on the patient bed.
Further, the first infrared induction lamp 20 is embodied as TMD 2635.
It should be noted that the first infrared induction lamp 20 may be a TMD2635 of emmis semiconductor.
Further, the second infrared induction lamp 30 is embodied as TMD 2635.
It should be noted that the second infrared induction lamp 30 may be a TMD2635 of an emmis semiconductor. Illustratively, when the patient goes to the toilet, passes through the first ir-sensing lamp at the wall of the toilet, and does not pass through the first ir-sensing lamp 20 again within 15 minutes, the ir-sensing lamp is triggered, and the PC of the nurse, that is, the controller 40, will display that the time for the patient to go to the toilet is too long.
If the patient leaves the toilet within a preset time interval and passes the first infrared induction lamp 20 again, the infrared induction is triggered, but the patient does not get back to the bed again within 15 minutes, the nurse PC end can display that the patient is not in bed for a long time.
If the old people leave the toilet at the preset time interval and return to the bed for sleeping at the preset time interval, the pressure sensor arranged on the pillow is disconnected, and then no alarm is generated at the PC end.
When the patient leaves the ward and passes through the second infrared induction lamp 30 on the side of the door wall, the induction is triggered within 15 minutes without passing through the second infrared induction lamp 30 again, and the time that the patient leaves the room is displayed at the PC end of the nurse to be too long. If the patient returns to the room within the preset time interval and passes the second infrared sensor lamp 30 again, the sensing is triggered, but the patient enters the toilet, the first infrared sensor is triggered when the patient does not pass the first infrared sensor again within 15 minutes, and the PC end displays that the time for the patient to go to the toilet is too long.
If the patient returns to the room within the preset time interval and passes the second infrared sensor lamp 30 and the first infrared sensor lamp 20 again to trigger the sensing, but does not trigger the sensing when getting to bed again within 15 minutes, the PC end will display that the patient does not get to bed for a long time. If the patient returns to the room at the preset time interval and returns to the bed for sleeping at the preset time interval, the nurse's PC end will not display an alarm. In particular, in the present application, when any one of the pressure sensor 10, the first infrared sensor lamp 20, or the second infrared sensor lamp 30 is activated, a corresponding alarm is activated as long as one is not sensed again within a preset time interval.
Further, an alarm is also included and connected to the controller 40.
It should be noted that an alarm is arranged at the PC end of the nurse to prompt the nursing staff to go to the ward for checking.
The above embodiments are only used for illustrating the technical solutions of the present application, and not for limiting the same; although the present application has been described in detail with reference to the foregoing embodiments, it should be understood by those of ordinary skill in the art that: the technical solutions described in the foregoing embodiments may still be modified, or some technical features may be equivalently replaced; and such modifications or substitutions do not depart from the spirit and scope of the corresponding technical solutions in the embodiments of the present application.
