Description
Technical Field
The utility model relates to a furniture accessory, furniture accessory has: a mounting body via which the furniture fitting can be fixed on the inner side of the furniture body; an adjusting mechanism which can be adjusted relative to the mounting body between a first and a second end position, the adjusting mechanism having at least one fastening interface for at least one receiving container, wherein the first end position corresponds to a position of the at least one receiving container in which the at least one receiving container is arranged substantially completely within the furniture body, and the second end position corresponds to a position of the at least one receiving container in which the at least one receiving container is arranged outside the furniture body and below the mounting body. The invention also relates to a combination system comprising two furniture parts of this type and at least one receiving container, and to a piece of furniture having a furniture body and a combination system of this type.
Background
The following furniture fitting is shown in CN 101116581B, the furniture fitting having: a mounting body via which the furniture fitting can be fixed on the inner side of the furniture body; an adjusting mechanism which can be adjusted relative to the mounting body between a first and a second end position, the adjusting mechanism having at least one fastening interface for at least one receiving container, wherein the first end position corresponds to a position of the at least one receiving container in which the at least one receiving container is arranged substantially completely within the furniture body, and the second end position corresponds to a position of the at least one receiving container in which the at least one receiving container is arranged outside the furniture body and below the mounting body. Fig. 1 of this document shows a furniture fitting with an adjusting mechanism, wherein a receiving container that can be moved by the adjusting mechanism is moved outward on a circular path. In the position in which it is arranged in the furniture carcass, the receiving container fills almost the entire interior of the furniture carcass.
This constructive solution has several drawbacks: no object can be arranged below the receiving container. Although there is a free space above the receiving container, this free space cannot be used as well, since the receiving container sinks into this space on the basis of a circular path when moving from the first end position into the second end position. A further disadvantage is that the receiving container in the second end position is pivoted very far away from the furniture carcass into the space towards the user, which therefore forces the user to move back. This is associated with an increased risk of tripping. At the same time, a shaking movement of the receiving container is therefore also associated, as a result of which the object arranged in the receiving container, for example a fragile glass, can fall over.
SUMMERY OF THE UTILITY MODEL
The object of the present invention is to avoid these disadvantages and to provide an improved furniture fitting in relation to the prior art, a combination system having such an improved furniture fitting, and a piece of furniture having such a combination system.
The object is achieved by a furniture fitting having: a mounting body via which the furniture fitting can be fixed on the inner side of the furniture body; an adjusting mechanism which can be adjusted relative to the mounting body between a first and a second end position, the adjusting mechanism having at least one fixing interface for at least one receiving container, wherein the first end position corresponds to a position of the at least one receiving container in which the at least one receiving container is arranged completely within the furniture body, and the second end position corresponds to a position of the at least one receiving container in which the at least one receiving container is arranged outside the furniture body and below the mounting body. The adjusting mechanism is designed such that the at least one receiving container connected to the adjusting mechanism via the at least one fastening interface can be moved from a first end position on a first straight line oriented parallel to the longitudinal extension of the mounting body, can be moved from a second end position on a second straight line oriented perpendicular to the first straight line, and can be moved between the first straight line and the second straight line on a transition curve, wherein the transition curve has radii of different sizes at least two points.
The object is also achieved by a combined system comprising two furniture parts according to the invention and at least one receiving container. Two furniture fittings are each connected to the at least one receiving container via the at least one fastening interface at opposite points of the at least one receiving container.
The object is also achieved by a piece of furniture having a furniture body and a combined system according to the invention. The two furniture parts are each fastened to opposite inner sides of the furniture carcass via a mounting body.
In the furniture fitting according to the invention, it is therefore provided that the adjusting mechanism is designed such that the at least one receiving container connected to the adjusting mechanism via the at least one fastening interface can be moved from the first end position on a first straight line oriented substantially parallel to the longitudinal extension of the mounting body, can be moved from the second end position on a second straight line oriented substantially perpendicular to the first straight line, and can be moved between these two straight lines on a transition curve, wherein the transition curve has radii of different sizes at least two points.
This has several technical effects: since the first straight line is oriented substantially parallel to the longitudinal extension of the mounting body, the receiving container fixed to the furniture fitting can initially be moved substantially horizontally from the furniture carcass, starting from the first end position, when the furniture fitting is arranged on the inner side of the furniture carcass. The space provided in the furniture carcass below and/or above the receiving container or the mounting body can therefore be used without restriction, since it is not occupied for the receiving container to be moved between the two end positions.
Furthermore, the user of the receiving container does not have to (as in some cases of the prior art) move upwards from the first end position against the pivoting force.
A transition curve is adjoined by the first straight line, the transition curve having radii of different magnitudes at least two points. It is therefore possible for the transition curve to be designed such that a harmonic transition to the second straight line occurs. Any shaking can thus be avoided, whereby the object arranged in the receiving container may fall over. If the transition curve has only one radius, slight unevenness occurs in the transition to the two straight lines. This can be reduced by: the transition curve is approached by a circular trajectory with a very large radius. However, this has the following disadvantages: the receiving container must be moved very far into the space upstream of the furniture body and towards the user.
Since the transition curve has radii of different sizes at least two points, it is also possible to extend the second straight line at a very small distance from the end face of the furniture carcass.
The term "having a radius at one point" means: the transition curve has a circle with a radius, also called a circle of curvature or an osculating circle, at this point, wherein the circle preferably approximates the transition curve at this point.
A particularly harmonious transition between two straight lines can be achieved by: the transition curve corresponds at least in some regions to a clothoid curve and/or the transition curve transitions steplessly into two straight lines.
Clothoid curves, also known as clothoid spirals, are special flat curves. In addition to similarity, the clothoid is unambiguously determined in the plane by the following properties: the curvature at each point of the curve is proportional to the length of its arc up to that point.
The curvature change of the clothoid curve increases linearly and serves to move the at least one receiving container smoothly. Smoothing is mathematically represented: the curvature of the curve is a continuous function of length.
How the adjusting mechanism is specifically constructed is secondary to the present invention. Various embodiments are possible, wherein the following aspects (alone or in combination with one another) prove to be advantageous:
the adjusting mechanism comprises at least two levers which are movable relative to each other.
The adjusting mechanism comprises at least one locking receptacle and at least one stop element, wherein the at least one stop element is arrangeable in the at least one locking receptacle in one of the end positions. This enables a stable end position.
The adjusting mechanism comprises at least one guide rail and at least one sliding body which interacts with the at least one guide rail, preferably only in a partial section between the two end positions, particularly preferably the at least one guide rail has an opening for the at least one sliding body to pass through. By this measure, the movement direction of the adjusting mechanism can be controlled in a targeted manner.
The adjusting mechanism comprises at least two guide bodies which are linearly movable relative to one another, preferably at least one fixing mechanism is provided, via which the relative position of the at least two guide bodies can be releasably fixed. A particularly compact and space-saving design can thus be achieved, which is distinguished at the same time by high stability.
The adjusting mechanism comprises at least one movable component which is mounted so as to be movable such that, when the at least one receiving container connected to the adjusting mechanism via the at least one fastening interface is moved on a second straight line from the second end position, the movable component has a movement component which is parallel to the first straight line.
The adjusting mechanism comprises at least one fixing interface via which the adjusting mechanism is movably fixed on the at least one receiving container.
As initially specified, a combined system comprising two furniture fittings according to the invention and at least one receiving container is also claimed, wherein the two furniture fittings are each connected to the at least one receiving container via the at least one fastening interface at opposite points of the at least one receiving container, in particular, the opposite points are arranged on two opposite side walls of the at least one receiving container.
Finally, a piece of furniture having a furniture body and such a combination system is claimed, wherein the two furniture parts are each fastened to opposite inner sides of the furniture body via a mounting body.
It has proven to be particularly advantageous if a storage space for accommodating at least one object is provided below the mounting body of the two furniture fittings, said storage space being directly adjacent to the mounting body and being of substantially cuboid shape, wherein the at least one accommodating container is arranged completely outside the substantially cuboid-shaped storage space in each intermediate position, wherein the at least one accommodating container occupies the intermediate position when moving between a position in which the at least one accommodating container is arranged substantially completely inside the furniture carcass and a position in which the at least one accommodating container is arranged outside the furniture carcass and below the mounting body. The storage space is thus "bypassed" by the receiving container.
Alternatively or additionally, it can be provided according to an advantageous embodiment that, if the at least one receiving container is in a position in which the at least one receiving container is arranged substantially completely within the furniture carcass, a free space which is directly adjacent to the upper side of the at least one receiving container and is formed substantially in the shape of a cuboid is provided above the at least one receiving container, wherein the at least one receiving container is arranged completely outside the substantially cuboid free space in each intermediate position, wherein the at least one receiving container occupies the intermediate position when the at least one receiving container is moved between the position in which the at least one receiving container is arranged substantially completely within the furniture carcass and the position in which the at least one receiving container is arranged outside the furniture carcass and below the mounting body.
The fully available storage space below the mounting body and/or the free space above the receiving container also enable the mounting of other furniture parts which can be moved relative to the furniture carcass, for example furniture doors or flaps which close the furniture carcass and/or drawers which can be arranged in the furniture carcass.

Detailed Description
Fig. 1a) to 1c) show a piece of furniture comprising a furniture carcass 8 and a receiving container 14 which can be arranged via a furniture fitting 101 in a position inside the furniture carcass 8 (fig. 1a), in a position outside the furniture carcass 8 (fig. 1c)) and in a position between them, of which one is shown by way of example in fig. 1 b). The furniture fittings 101 are each fixed to two opposite inner sides 7 of the furniture carcass 8 via a mounting body 104. Furthermore, the furniture fittings 101 each have an adjusting mechanism 109 with a fastening interface 111, via which the receiving containers 14 are each connected to the furniture fitting 101.
The receiving container 14 has two opposite side walls 52, on the outer side of which the receiving container 14 is rotatably connected to a fastening interface 111 of the furniture fitting 101. The receiving container 14 can furthermore, as in the case shown, have a bottom 61, a rear wall and a front panel 63.
The adjusting mechanism 109 has a lever which is mounted on the mounting body 104 in a pivotable manner on the one hand and on the receiving container 14 in a pivotable manner on the other hand. During the movement between the two end positions, the receiving container 14 moves on a circular path, as is known from the prior art.
In contrast, fig. 2 diagrammatically shows the present invention:
a furniture fitting 1 with a mounting body 4 is schematically shown, via which the furniture fitting 1 can be fixed on an inner side 7 of a furniture carcass 8. In the illustration, an adjusting mechanism which is adjustable relative to the mounting body 4 between a first and a second end position is omitted for the sake of overview and has at least one fastening interface for the at least one receiving container 14, wherein the first end position corresponds to a position of the at least one receiving container 14 in which the at least one receiving container 14 is arranged substantially completely within the furniture carcass 8; and the second end position corresponds to a position of the at least one receiving container 14 in which the at least one receiving container 14 is arranged outside the furniture carcass 8 and below the mounting body 4. How the adjusting mechanism is specifically constructed also plays only a secondary role for the invention. However, it is essential to the invention that the adjusting mechanism is designed such that the at least one receiving container 14 connected to the adjusting mechanism via the at least one fastening interface is movable from a first end position on a first straight line 15 oriented substantially parallel to the longitudinal extension of the mounting body 4, from a second end position on a second straight line 16 oriented substantially perpendicular to the first straight line 15, and can be moved between these two straight lines 15, 16 on a transition curve 17, wherein the transition curve 17 has radii 18 of different sizes at least two points 60.
The overall resulting movement path, which is composed of straight lines 15 and 16 and a transition curve 17, is highlighted in this figure and in the following figures by relatively thick lines.
The intermediate position and the second end position of the receiving container 14 are shown in dashed lines on the left side in fig. 2.
Furthermore, three successive points 60 of the transition curve 17 are shown by way of example, together with the corresponding osculating circle and its radius 18.
In the transition from the first straight line 15 to the transition curve 17, the point 60 has a very large radius 18. The radius 18 decreases continuously up to the reversal point, at which the tangent 66 forms an angle 67 of approximately 45 ° with the two lines 15 and 16. From this reversal point, the radius 18 increases continuously again in the direction of the second straight line 16.
Starting from the two lines 15 and 16 up to the reversal point, the transition curve 17 corresponds accordingly to a clothoid curve. Furthermore, the transition curve 17 transitions into the two straight lines 15, 16 in a stepless manner.
The first straight line 15 preferably extends, as in the illustrated case, over substantially the entire width 68 of the mounting body 4 and merges into the transition curve 17 immediately before reaching the visible end face of the mounting body 4.
At or just below the level of the underside 69 of the mounting body 4, the transition curve 17 transitions into the second straight line 16.
In the installed position of the furniture fitting 1, the first straight line 15 is oriented horizontally, while the second straight line 16 is oriented vertically.
The combined system according to the invention is obtained by two furniture fittings 1 and at least one receiving container 14, wherein the two furniture fittings 1 are connected with the at least one receiving container 14 via the at least one fastening interface at opposite locations of the at least one receiving container 14. In this case, it can be provided that the opposing points are arranged on two opposing side walls 52 of the at least one receiving container 14.
By means of this combination system and the furniture carcass 8, a piece of furniture according to the invention is obtained, wherein the two furniture parts 1 are each fixed on opposing inner sides 7 of the furniture carcass 8 via a mounting body 4, 5, 6.
According to a preferred embodiment, which is schematically illustrated in fig. 2, a storage space 53 for accommodating at least one object is provided below the mounting bodies 4 of the two furniture fittings 1, said storage space being directly adjacent to the mounting bodies 4 and being of substantially cuboid shape, wherein the at least one accommodating container 14 is arranged completely outside the substantially cuboid-shaped storage space 53 in each intermediate position, wherein the at least one accommodating container 14 occupies the intermediate position when the at least one accommodating container 14 is moved between a position in which it is arranged substantially completely inside the furniture carcass 8 and a position in which it is arranged outside the furniture carcass 8 and below the mounting bodies 4, 5, 6.
Alternatively or additionally (as is also schematically shown in fig. 2), it can be provided that, if the at least one receiving container 14 is in a position in which the at least one receiving container 14 is arranged substantially completely within the furniture carcass 8, above the at least one receiving container 14 there is a substantially cuboid free space 55 directly adjacent to the upper side 54 of the at least one receiving container 14, wherein the at least one receiving container 14 is arranged completely outside the substantially cuboid-shaped free space 55 in each intermediate position, wherein said at least one containing vessel 14 occupies said intermediate position when moving between a position in which said at least one containing vessel 14 is arranged substantially completely inside the furniture body 8 and a position in which said at least one containing vessel 14 is arranged outside the furniture body 8 and below the mounting body 4.
As already described, the adjusting mechanism can be designed completely differently. A first embodiment is shown in fig. 3a) to 3 f):
in this embodiment, the adjusting mechanism 9 comprises a plurality of levers 19, 20, 21, 22, 23, 24, 25, 26 which are movable relative to one another. Two levers 19 and 25 are provided, via which the adjusting mechanism 9 is movably connected to the mounting body 5. The levers 19 and 25 are pivotably supported on the mounting body 5 at fixing points 33 and 34.
The adjusting mechanism 9 further comprises a plurality of fixing interfaces 11, via which the adjusting mechanism 9 is movably fixed on the receiving container 14. In particular, as in the case shown, a total of three fastening interfaces 11 can be provided, which are each formed on one lever 20, 21 and 22.
The levers 19 and 25 and 20, 21 and 22 are connected to each other via a plurality of intermediate levers 23, 24 and 26.
The adjusting mechanism 9 has the lock receivers 2, 3 and 31 and stop elements 32, 33 and 34, wherein the stop elements 32, 33, 34 can be arranged in the lock receivers 2, 3, 31 in one of the end positions. The receiving container 14 can thereby be supported in the end position. The locking receptacles 2, 3 and 31 can be formed on the levers 19 and 25 as in the illustrated case. The fastening point 33 or 34 or a part of the lever 19 can act as a stop element 32, 33 and 34.
The adjusting mechanism 9 has guide rails 35, 36 and sliding bodies 41, 42, which interact with the guide rails 35, 36, respectively. The sliding bodies 41, 42 here interact with the guide rails 35, 36 only in a partial section between the two end positions. The guide rails 35, 36 can, as in the case shown, each have an opening 47, 48 for the passage of the corresponding slide body 41, 42.
Fig. 3d) shows the slide body 42 entering the guide rail 36, and fig. 3e) shows the slide body 41 exiting from the guide rail 35.
As can be seen from the sequence of fig. 3a) to 3f), the adjusting mechanism 9 is designed in such a way that the receiving container 14, which is connected to the adjusting mechanism 9 via the fastening interface 11, is moved from a first end position on a first straight line 15, which is oriented substantially parallel to the longitudinal extension of the mounting body 5, is moved from a second end position on a second straight line 16, which is oriented substantially perpendicular to the first straight line 15, and can be moved between these two straight lines 15, 16 on a transition curve 17, wherein the transition curve 17 has a variable radius 18.
Fig. 4a), fig. 4b), fig. 5, fig. 6, fig. 7, fig. 8, fig. 9a) and fig. 9b) show a second embodiment.
The adjusting mechanism 10 comprises fixing interfaces 12, 13, via which the adjusting mechanism 10 can be movably fixed on a receiving container 14. In particular, the receiving container 14 can be connected to the adjusting mechanism 10 on the side wall 52 by means of the fastening interfaces 12, 13 (see fig. 4 a)).
In this case, the adjusting mechanism 10 is pivotably connected to the receiving container 14 at the fastening interface 12.
At the fixed connection 13, a coupling element 64 having a guide 70 is provided, in which the movable component 51 is movably mounted (see in particular fig. 9 b)). The member 51 is pivotally connected to the adjustment mechanism 10. In general, the adjusting mechanism 10 is pivotably and movably connected with the receiving container 14 at the fixing interface 3.
The adjusting mechanism 10 of the furniture fitting 1 comprises a plurality of levers 27, 28, 29, 30 which are movable relative to one another. The levers 28, 29 and 30 are pivotable relative to one another about a rotational axis 65. A sequence of movements of the receiving container 14 along the second line 16 (see fig. 7, 8 and 9a) is substantially effected via said levers 28, 29, 30).
The adjusting mechanism 10 further comprises a plurality of guide bodies 6, 49, 50 which are linearly movable relative to each other. Via said guide bodies 6, 49, 50, a movement of the receiving container 14 along the first straight line 15 is substantially effected (see fig. 4b), the sequence of fig. 5, 6 and 7).
Fastening means 38, 44, 30, 45, 39 are provided, via which the relative position of the two guide bodies 49, 50 can be releasably fastened, to be precise when the receiving container 14 reaches the end of the first straight line from the first end position and is moved along the transition curve 17 in a guided manner.
The fastening means 38, 44, 30, 45, 39 can be realized as shown by means of a fastening lever 30, at the ends of which a sliding body 44, 45 is respectively arranged, which is mounted in a limited movement in the guide rails 38, 39. The fixed lever 30 is mounted on the guide body 49 so as to be pivotable about a pivot point 71.
In addition to the guide rails 38, 39 and the sliding bodies 44, 45, the adjusting mechanism 10 comprises further guide rails 40, 57, 59 and sliding bodies 46, 56, 58, which interact with the further guide rails 40, 57, 59, respectively.
As is shown with reference to fig. 7, 8 and 9a), the actuating mechanism 10 comprises movable parts 43, 51 which are mounted so as to be movable such that they each have a movement component parallel to the first straight line 15 when the receiving container 14 connected to the actuating mechanism 10 via the fastening interfaces 12, 13 is moved from the second end position on the second straight line 16. By this horizontal compensating movement of the adjusting mechanism 10, a purely vertical movement of the receiving container 14 along the second straight line 16 can be achieved.
