The disclosed embodiment provides a window type air conditioner, as shown in fig. 1 and 2.
In some embodiments, the window type air conditioner includes an outdoor side housing 10 and an indoor side housing 50, and further includes:
a first air inlet 11 provided at one end of the outdoor side housing 10 remote from the indoor side housing 50;
an outdoor heat exchanger 20 disposed in the outdoor housing 10;
an axial fan 30 having a rotating shaft penetrating the outdoor heat exchanger 20;
the second air inlet 12 is arranged at one side of the outdoor side shell 10 far away from the fan blades of the axial flow fan 30;
and an outlet 14 provided at a side of the outdoor-side casing 10 close to the blades of the axial fan 30.
The common window air conditioner generally adopts an outdoor side blowing type air supply system, is provided with an air supply structure with air inlet at two sides and air exhaust at the rear, and performs air blowing and heat exchange through an axial flow fan 30. In the actual action of the air supply mode, the air outlet side is blocked, the axial flow fan cannot enable air flow to smoothly reach the central position through rotation, an air flow blind area is formed, the heat exchanger and air exchange is conducted, the air flow cannot uniformly pass through the air flow, and high noise is caused while the whole heat exchange effect is influenced.
According to the embodiment of the disclosure, the first and second air inlets 12 and the air outlet 14 are arranged on the outdoor side shell 10 of the window type air conditioner, and the axial flow fan 30 penetrates through the outdoor side heat exchanger 20, and air suction and heat exchange without a dead zone are performed between the axial flow fan 30 and the outdoor side heat exchanger 20, so that air flow can uniformly pass through the outdoor side heat exchanger 20, the air inlet amount outside the window type air conditioner is effectively increased, air inlet is more uniform, noise is lower under the same power, and heat exchange efficiency is improved.
In some embodiments, a third air inlet 13 is further included and is disposed at the top of the outdoor side housing 10.
Through setting up the air intake at the top, further increased the intake, make the air inlet more even simultaneously.
In some embodiments, the outdoor side heat exchanger 20 is an L-shaped heat exchanger, comprising:
the first heat exchanging part 21 is arranged at the first air inlet 11;
and the second heat exchanging part 22 is arranged at the second air inlet 12.
Airflow is sucked from the first air inlet 11 and the second air inlet 12 by the axial flow fan 30, passes through the outdoor heat exchanger 20 from the outside, and the heat exchange area of the air at the air inlet can be fully enlarged by arranging the L-shaped heat exchanger, so that the air inlet is more uniform, the noise is reduced, and the heat exchange efficiency is improved.
In some embodiments, further comprising:
the water receiving disc 23 is arranged on one side, close to the second air inlet 12, of the outdoor heat exchanger 20;
and the water ring 31 is arranged at one end of the rotating shaft close to the second air inlet 12.
The water ring 31 is used for beating the condensed water in the water receiving disc 23 in the rotating process, so that the condensed water is uniformly sprayed on the condenser to improve the heat exchange efficiency.
Optionally, the water ring 31 is disposed in the projected area of the first heat exchanging portion 21 of the outdoor heat exchanger 20.
By arranging the water beating ring 31 in the projection area of the first heat exchanging part 21, the outdoor heat exchanger 20 can fully accept the water beating spray of the water beating ring 31, and meanwhile, the beaten condensate water cannot splash outdoors under the semi-surrounding environment formed by the first heat exchanging part 21 and the second heat exchanging part 22.
In some embodiments, further comprising:
the air guide cover 32 is provided at one end of the outdoor casing 10 close to the indoor casing 50 and is provided on the discharge side of the axial fan 30.
The wind scooper 32 is disposed on the exhaust side of the axial flow fan, so as to twist the rotating airflow flowing out from the impeller of the axial flow fan, so that a part of the kinetic energy of the deflected airflow is converted into static pressure energy, and at the same time, the kinetic energy of friction and vortex loss caused by the rotation of the airflow can be reduced, and finally, the airflow is exhausted from the air outlet 14 disposed on the outdoor side housing 10, thereby realizing the heat exchange between the outdoor side heat exchanger 20 and the air.
In some embodiments, further comprising:
the compressor 40 is provided at one end of the outdoor casing 10 remote from the indoor casing 50.
The compressor 40 is disposed in the rear area of the outdoor side housing 10, further reducing the influence of the noise of the compressor 40 on the indoor side of the window type air conditioner.
In some embodiments, further comprising:
a cross flow fan 51 provided in the indoor casing 50;
the indoor-side heat exchanger 52 is provided in the indoor-side casing 50 and is located on the discharge side of the cross flow fan 51.
The indoor side of the window air conditioner adopts a cross flow fan 51 with lower noise to supply air, so that the noise of the whole air conditioner is further reduced.
In the window type air conditioner provided by the embodiment of the disclosure, during the refrigeration operation, the axial flow fan in the outdoor side shell 10 rotates, the airflow enters from the first air inlet 11, the second air inlet 12 and the third air inlet 13 which are arranged at the rear part, the top part and one side of the outdoor side shell 10, is sucked by the axial flow fan through the outer side of the L-shaped heat exchanger, passes through the air guide cover 32 at the outlet of the axial flow fan, reduces the friction and vortex loss kinetic energy caused by the rotation of the airflow, and finally is discharged through the air outlet 14 arranged at the other side of the outdoor side shell 10, thereby realizing the heat exchange between the outdoor side heat exchanger 20 and the air.
The present invention is not limited to the structures that have been described above and shown in the drawings, and various modifications and changes can be made without departing from the scope thereof. The scope of the present invention is limited only by the appended claims.
