The utility model relates to a building roofing drainage technology field, in particular to gutter device.
Background
The roof drainage can be carried out in a free drainage mode or an organized drainage mode. The organized drainage is that rainwater is collected in a ditch of a roof and then drained by a rainwater pipe, and the ditch for collecting the rainwater is called a gutter.
The gutter can enable rainwater from the roof to be discharged orderly, and the effect of centralized treatment of the rainwater is achieved. However, the gutter must have a groove exposed to the outside, based on the basic requirement that the gutter needs to take up rainwater. However, in an outdoor environment, in addition to a rain phenomenon, foreign materials such as fallen leaves and floating plastic waste may be generated. These impurities can easily accumulate in gutters with grooved structures. Along with the extension of time, accumulational debris can block up the downspout with the gutter intercommunication, and then influence the normal drainage work of gutter, and serious meeting leads to the gutter to take place the phenomenon of falling because of a large amount of rainwater and debris are piled up.
In order to ensure that the gutter can work normally, a manual cleaning mode is usually adopted at the present stage to clean the sundries in the gutter. However, in the mode, the sundries in the gutter can be cleaned up only by manually climbing the gutter and carrying the cleaning tool, so that the method is time-consuming and labor-consuming, and has a great safety risk.

fig. 2 is a schematic cross-sectional view of a gutter device according to an embodiment of the present invention.
Detailed Description
As can be seen from the above analysis, the conventional gutter is likely to cause a phenomenon of clogging the rainwater pipe due to accumulation of foreign matter such as fallen leaves and floating plastics. In order to avoid the blockage phenomenon caused by the accumulated fallen leaves and other impurities in the gutter, people are usually required to frequently clean the impurities in the gutter. Therefore, the time and labor are wasted, and the frequent climbing operation of cleaning personnel is also faced with greater safety risk due to the higher position of the gutter.
The utility model discloses to the problem that prior art exists, provide a gutter device, on the basis of current gutter promptly, through adding filter equipment, keep apart debris such as fallen leaves, showy plastics outside the gutter, avoid the gutter to produce blocking phenomenon, also be favorable to prolonging the life of gutter simultaneously, reduce the frequency of artifical clearance debris.
The gutter device according to the present invention will be described in further detail with reference to the accompanying drawings and specific embodiments. The advantages and features of the present invention will become more apparent from the claims and the following description. It should be noted that the drawings are in simplified form and are not to precise scale, and are provided for convenience and clarity in order to facilitate the description of the embodiments of the present invention.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, fig. 1 is a top view of the gutter device provided in this embodiment; fig. 2 is a schematic cross-sectional view of the gutter device provided in this embodiment. The gutter device comprises a gutter 1, wherein a filtering device allowing rainwater to freely pass through is arranged at the position of a notch 11 of the gutter 1, so that sundries such as fallen leaves, floating plastics and the like can be isolated outside the gutter 1, and the rainwater can smoothly flow into the gutter.
The filter device is provided for the purpose of isolating fallen leaves, floating plastics and the like, but it is necessary to ensure that the flow of rainwater is not hindered, and therefore the filter device may include a filter net 2 covering the notch 11. Impurities such as fallen leaves can be isolated by utilizing the filtering effect of the meshes of the filter screen 2, and meanwhile, rainwater can smoothly flow into the gutter 1. As time goes by, the filter net 2 may bear a large pressure from external impurities (fallen leaves, floating plastics, etc.), so that a steel wire mesh having a sufficient deformation resistance may be used as the filter net 2 having an isolation function.
Through analysis and research on the sundries actually accumulated in the gutter, the sundries accumulated in the gutter are generally flat sundries which are easy to adhere to the surface of the gutter or the rainwater pipe, and the area of the sundries is generally more than 4cm2. Therefore, in order to save the cost for manufacturing the filter screen 2, the length and the width of the meshes of the steel wire mesh can be set to be 20mm, and the thickness of the steel wire mesh can be set to be 1.6 mm.
In fact, in the above solution, although the filtering net 2 with a relatively large area can be directly covered on the gutter, and the filtering net 2 and the gutter 1 can be fixedly connected by welding, bundling, etc., the installation efficiency can be improved, and the structure of the filtering device can be simplified. However, such a design is difficult to achieve optimal economic efficiency and also affects the aesthetic appearance of the original gutter. For this reason, the present embodiment also provides an optimized solution for the filtering apparatus, that is, the filtering net 2 is formed by a plurality of rectangular filtering net units 21 connected in sequence; meanwhile, the width of the filter screen unit 21 is smaller than the width of the notch 11 of the gutter 1, so that the filter screen 2 and the gutter 1 can be better matched, a better visual effect is obtained, and the utilization rate of the filter screen 2 is improved. Of course, since such a rectangular filter unit 21 may lack necessary supports when mounted to the gutter 1 at the notch 11, some supports may also need to be provided in the gutter 1 to enable support of the filter unit 21.
Next, in order to support the filter screen unit 21, the filter apparatus further includes a keel installed at the notch 11 of the gutter 1 to support the filter screen unit 21.
The concrete scheme is that the keel comprises a plurality of supporting plates 31, and the supporting plates 31 are distributed at intervals along the extending direction of the gutter 1; and finally, the filter screen unit 21 is set on the support plate 31, so that the purpose of supporting the filter screen unit 21 by using the support plate 31 is achieved.
Further, in order to fix the support plate 31 to the gutter 1 more easily, the support plate 31 is provided with protrusions 311, and the protrusions 311 are located at positions of the support plate 31 close to both sides of the gutter 1; the protrusions 311 are fixedly connected with two side edges of the gutter 1. Specifically, the fixing may be performed by using rivets, that is, the protrusions 311 are connected to two sides of the gutter 1 by rivet anchoring.
In the above, the filter screen units 21 need to be set on the support plate 31, and in order to avoid a gap between two connected filter screen units, an overlap of 50mm between two adjacent filter screen units 21 is needed. It will be readily appreciated that the length of the overlap may also be greater than 50 mm.
Next, in order to obtain better structural design effect, so as to facilitate large-scale and rapid industrial production, the embodiment also provides a preferable scheme. Namely, a plurality of the supporting plates 31 are uniformly arranged at the notches 11 of the gutter 1; the length of the filter screen unit 21 is integral multiple of the distance between two adjacent support plates 31; the joint of two adjacent filter screen units 21 is located on the support plate 31. The size and the position relation between the filter screen unit 21 and the support plate 31 are unified, and meanwhile, the industrial production is facilitated, and the input cost is reduced.
The joint between two adjacent filter screen units 21 may be tied to the corresponding support plate 31 by using steel wires. At least three steel wire binding points are arranged between the joint of the two adjacent filter screen units 21 and the corresponding support plate 31, so that the filter screen units 21 are more firmly arranged at the notches 11 of the gutter 1.
In summary, in the gutter device provided by this embodiment, the filtering device can be used to isolate the sundries such as leaves, so as to prevent the sundries such as leaves from accumulating in the grooves of the gutter 1, and ensure the normal drainage function of the gutter 1. Meanwhile, the frequency and the safety risk of manually cleaning sundries on the gutter are reduced, manpower and material resources are saved, and the service life of the gutter is prolonged.
The above description is only for the preferred embodiment of the present invention and is not intended to limit the scope of the present invention, and any modification and modification made by those skilled in the art according to the above disclosure are all within the scope of the claims.
