Description

Top toy
Technical Field
The utility model relates to a top toy.
Background
Conventionally, there is known a top toy (referred to as a "top" in patent document 1) in which a top toy is configured by a main body portion and a shaft portion (referred to as a "stem" in patent document 1), and a bottom portion of the shaft portion (stem) is formed in a flat shape while the shaft portion (stem) is rotatable with respect to the main body portion (see, for example, patent document 1).
By configuring the top toy as described above, unlike a general top toy that stably rotates at one point, the top toy can be moved linearly while rotating, and the interest as a game tool can be improved.

SUMMERY OF THE UTILITY MODEL
Problem to be solved by the utility model
However, the top toy described in patent document 1 is a top toy that moves linearly according to a moving element in a tangential direction by a peripheral portion of a planar bottom portion of a shaft portion (stem) contacting a ground surface when the shaft portion (stem) is inclined.
That is, the top toy is characterized by continuing a movement that is almost always traveling, and the interest of the top toy is focused on enjoying the movement.
In this regard, in the case of a game in which the top toys are collided with each other, such as a so-called top match game, the defense force against the attack by the other top toy is also important, and when the bottom portion of the shaft portion (stem) is flat, the balance is easily lost by the impact.
Further, when the top toy is out of balance, the top toy moves while traveling in a straight line and rotating as described above, and is likely to pop up from a predetermined battle field.
Therefore, the top toy described in patent document 1 is disadvantageous in the case of applying a game method of colliding and competing top toys with each other.
The present invention has been made in view of the above problems, and an object of the present invention is to provide a spinning top toy which is difficult to fall down even when an attack is received from the other side and has excellent defensive power.
Means for solving the problems
A first aspect is a top toy, wherein,
the disclosed shaft device is provided with a shaft part that has: a shaft main body portion having an axis line coincident with the rotation center as a shaft center, and a shaft holding portion for holding the shaft main body portion,
a grounding member having a ring-shaped grounding portion that is elastically deformable when grounded to a ground surface is provided at a lower end portion of the shaft main body portion,
at least the grounding member is configured as a rotating member that is rotatable around an axis with respect to the shaft holding portion.
A second aspect is based on the first aspect, and is characterized in that,
the shaft body portion has a shaft core member having an axis line coincident with the rotation center as a shaft center, the grounding member is disposed below the shaft core member,
the shaft main body is configured as a whole as the rotating member that is rotatable around an axis with respect to the shaft holding portion.
A third aspect is the first or second aspect, characterized in that,
further, the bearing member is interposed between the rotating member and the shaft holding portion.
The fourth aspect is characterized in that, in any one of the first to third aspects,
in the grounding member, the grounding portion is a suction cup that can be attracted to the ground surface.
The fifth aspect is characterized in that, in addition to any one of the first to fourth aspects,
the shaft main body portion is disposed to have a space that is vertically movable with respect to the shaft holding portion.
Effect of the utility model
According to the present invention, the ground contact portion of the ground contact member of the top toy is formed to be elastically deformable when the ground contact portion is grounded, and at least the ground contact member freely rotates around the shaft with respect to the shaft holding portion.
Thereby, the following top toy can be realized: the shaft portion is inclined with respect to the ground surface, and the top toy rotates, so that the top toy can be prevented from colliding with the side surface of the top toy of the object to be combated, and the top toy is less likely to be damaged by the collision and can continue to rotate for a long time.
Further, the shaft main body portion has a shaft core member having an axis line coincident with the rotation center as a shaft center, and when the entire shaft main body portion including the grounding member is rotatable about the shaft with respect to the shaft holding portion, the top toy can be rotated in a state in which the shaft portion is inclined with respect to the ground surface, and is less likely to be damaged by a collision, and can be rotated continuously for a long time.
Further, in the case where the spinning top toy further includes a bearing member interposed between the shaft holding portion and a rotating member such as the shaft body portion which is a portion capable of rotating freely, friction of the rotating member such as the shaft body portion against the shaft holding portion can be reduced, and the spinning top toy can continue to rotate smoothly for a long time.
Further, in the case where the ground portion of the grounding member in the top toy is a suction cup that can be attracted to the ground surface, the ground member is attracted to the ground surface, and therefore, the top toy has toughness even when an impact is applied thereto due to an attack or the like by the top toy to be combated, and can stay in the field.
In addition, when the shaft main body portion is disposed with a room for vertically moving the shaft holding portion, the top toy can be rotated more easily, and the top toy can be rotated continuously and smoothly for a long time.

As shown in fig. 3, in the present embodiment, the shaft portion 10 includes, as the shaft holding portion 50, an upper case 14, a pressing member 15, a columnar member 16, a shaft support member 17, and the like. The configuration of the shaft holding portion 50 is not limited to this, and all of these members are not necessarily required to be provided, and members other than the upper member may be provided.
In the outer appearance of the shaft portion 10, the flange portion 12 and the cylindrical portion 13 are integrally formed as an upper case 14 to constitute an upper portion of the shaft portion.
The cylindrical portion 13 and the flange portion 12 of the upper case 14 have projecting portions 141 formed at two positions facing each other in the left-right direction with respect to the axis of the shaft portion 10 therebetween. The outer surface of the protruding portion 141 is substantially flush with the outer peripheral surface of the flange portion 12.
As shown in fig. 2 (a), 2 (b), and 3, notches 142 are formed in the cylindrical portion 13 and the flange portion 12 of the upper case 14 at two positions facing each other in the front-rear direction with respect to the axis of the shaft portion 10 therebetween. The cutout portion 142 extends along the axis of the shaft portion 10.
The pressing member 15 is formed in a substantially cylindrical shape, and includes a cylindrical portion 151, a top portion 152, and a leg portion 153.
In the present embodiment, the pressing member 15 is formed of synthetic resin, and the pressing member 15 may be made of metal or the like.
The outer diameter of the cylindrical portion 151 is smaller than the inner diameter of the cylindrical portion 13 of the upper housing 14, and the cylindrical portion 151 of the pressing member 15 is disposed in the cylindrical portion 13 of the upper housing 14 in an assembled state.
The inner diameter of the cylindrical portion 151 is larger than the outer diameter of an upper end portion of the columnar member 16 described below, and the upper end portion of the columnar member 16 is fitted into the cylindrical portion 151.
The top portion 152 is provided at the upper end of the cylindrical portion 151. An opening 154 having a shape corresponding to the upper end of the columnar member 16 is formed in the top portion 152.
The leg 153 is provided at the outer peripheral lower end of the cylindrical portion 151.
The leg portions 153 are formed on the outer periphery of the cylindrical portion 151 at two positions where the axis of the clamping shaft portion 10 faces in the front-rear direction.
In the pressing member 15 configured as described above, the leg portion 153 is provided so as to be inserted into the notch portion 142 of the upper case 14 in the assembled state. The cutout 142 is set to have a dimension in the vertical direction larger than the length dimension of the leg portion 153, and the leg portion 153 is guided in the vertical direction in the cutout 142, whereby the pressing member 15 can move in the vertical direction along the axis of the shaft portion 10.
The pressing member 15 is biased upward by a spring not shown. The upward movement of the pressing member 15 is restricted by the leg portions 153 abutting against the upper edge of the notch portion 142, and the upper end of the pressing member 15 and the upper end of the cylindrical portion 13 of the upper case 14 are normally arranged at substantially the same height.
Further, on the upper surface of the top portion 152 of the pressing member 15, convex strips (protrusions) 157 extending in the radial direction are formed at two positions opposing each other in the left-right direction with respect to the axis of the grip shaft portion 10.
The columnar member 16 includes: a cylindrical portion 161 formed in a substantially cylindrical shape, a top portion 162, and a leg portion 163.
The outer diameter of the cylindrical portion 161 is smaller than the inner diameter of the cylindrical portion 151 of the pressing member 15, and in the assembled state, the cylindrical portion 161 of the columnar member 16 is disposed inside the cylindrical portion 151 of the pressing member 15. Then, as described above, the upper end portion of the columnar member 16 is fitted into the opening portion 154 of the pressing member 15.
The leg 163 is provided at the outer peripheral lower end of the cylindrical portion 161.
The leg portions 163 are formed on the outer periphery of the cylindrical portion 161 at two positions facing each other in the left-right direction with respect to the axis of the shaft portion 10 interposed therebetween.
The leg 163 extends substantially horizontally from the cylindrical portion 161, and a through hole 164 penetrating in the axial direction is formed at a substantially symmetrical position of the pair of legs 163.
The shaft support member 17 supports a shaft core member 21 of a shaft main body portion 20 described below.
The shaft support member 17 includes a cylindrical columnar portion 171 and a pair of protruding portions 172 protruding outward from the outer periphery of the columnar portion 171.
The columnar portion 171 is internally formed as a through hole 173 that penetrates from the upper end portion of the columnar portion 171 to the lower end portion of the shaft support member 17, and a concave portion 174 is formed at a position corresponding to the columnar portion 171 as the lower side surface of the shaft support member 17 (i.e., substantially the center portion of the lower side of the shaft support member 17) (see fig. 2 (b)).
The outer diameter of the columnar portion 171 is smaller than the inner diameter of the cylindrical portion 161 of the columnar member 16, and in the assembled state, the columnar portion 171 of the shaft support member 17 is disposed in the cylindrical portion 161 of the columnar member 16.
The columnar portion 171 has an inner diameter larger than an outer diameter of an axial core member 21 of an axial body portion 20 described below, and the axial core member 21 is inserted into the columnar portion 171 in an assembled state.
The recess 174 is formed to have an inner diameter larger than an outer diameter of a cylindrical portion 243 of the ground support member 24 of the shaft body portion 20 described below, and the cylindrical portion 243 of the ground support member 24 is fitted into the recess 174 in an assembled state.
Through holes 175 are formed in the pair of extensions 172.
The through hole 175 is formed at a position corresponding to the through hole 164 of the columnar member 16 and the hole 143 of the upper case 14 in an assembled state, and as shown in fig. 3, the upper case 14, the columnar member 16, the shaft support member 17, and the pressing member 15 disposed between the upper case 14 and the columnar member 16 are fixed and integrated by inserting the screw 18 through the through hole 175, the through hole 164, and the hole 143.
Fig. 4 (a) is a perspective view of the shaft body in the present embodiment, and fig. 4 (b) is a cross-sectional view of the shaft body shown in fig. 4 (a).
As shown in fig. 3 and 4 (a) and 4 (b), in the present embodiment, the shaft body portion 20 is configured to include a shaft core member 21, a cushioning member 22, a bearing member 23, a ground support member 24, a ground member 25, and the like. The structure of the shaft body 20 is not limited to this, and all of these members may not be provided, or members other than these members may be provided.
In the present embodiment, the shaft body portion 20 is disposed to have a room for the shaft holding portion 50 to move up and down. This makes it easier to rotate the shaft body 20, and the top toy 1 can continue to rotate smoothly for a long time.
The shaft core member 21 has a shaft core portion 211 provided so as to substantially coincide with the shaft center of the shaft portion 10, and a head portion 212 provided at the upper end of the shaft core portion 211 and having a diameter larger than that of the shaft core portion 211.
An annular cushion member 22 is inserted into the axial core portion 211.
As described above, in the assembled state, the shaft core portion 211 of the shaft core member 21 is disposed in the cylindrical portion 161 of the cylindrical member 16 in a state of being inserted into the cylindrical portion 171 of the shaft support member 17.
At this time, since the outer diameter of the shock-absorbing member 22 is larger than the inner diameter of the columnar portion 171 and smaller than the inner diameter of the cylindrical portion 161, the shock-absorbing member 22 is disposed between the upper end surface of the columnar portion 171 and the lower surface of the head portion 212, and the shaft core member 21 is stably disposed.
Further, since the outer diameter of the shaft core portion 211 is smaller than the inner diameter of the cylindrical portion 243 of the ground support member 24 fitted in the recess 174 of the shaft support member 17, the shaft core portion 211 penetrates from the columnar portion 171 into the recess 174 in the shaft support member 17, and further fits in the cylindrical portion 243 fitted in the recess 174.
An annular bearing member 23 is fitted to the distal end side of the axial core portion 211. The outer diameter of the bearing member 23 is smaller than the inner diameter of the recess 174 of the shaft support member 17 and larger than the inner diameter of the cylindrical portion 243 of the ground support member 24 and the inner diameter of the through hole 173 of the shaft support member 17. Therefore, the bearing member 23 is disposed so as to be interposed between the upper end surface of the cylindrical portion 243 and the lower side surface (bottom surface) in the recess 174.
Thus, the bearing member 23 is interposed between the shaft core member 21 (the shaft core portion 211 of the shaft core member 21) and the shaft holding portion 50 (the shaft supporting member 17 of the shaft holding portion 50) constituting the shaft body portion 20, and the shaft body portion 20 is configured as a rotating member that smoothly rotates around the shaft with respect to the shaft holding portion 50.
The bearing member 23 may have any configuration, and various configurations may be applied as long as the shaft main body 20 can smoothly and freely rotate with respect to the shaft holding portion 50. The bearing member 23 is not necessarily provided, and the bearing member 23 may not be provided.
The ground support member 24 is a member that supports the ground member 25.
In the present embodiment, the ground supporting member 24 is composed of two members, i.e., the first member 241 and the second member 242, and can be divided into substantially half parts. This provides excellent productivity of parts and enables easy assembly at the time of assembly.
In a state where the first member 241 and the second member 242 are assembled, a cylindrical portion 243 is formed at substantially the center of the upper portion of the ground supporting member 24.
In the examples shown in fig. 3, 4 (a) and 4 (b), the case where the cylindrical portion 243 is formed on one side of the second member 242 is illustrated, but the shapes of the first member 241 and the second member 242 are not limited to the illustrated examples. For example, the first member 241 and the second member 242 are substantially equal in shape in which the ground support member 24 is formed in two parts at a substantially central portion, and the cylindrical portion 243 may be formed only by matching the two parts.
Further, inside the ground supporting member 24, a housing portion 244 is formed which houses and holds a head portion 252 of the ground member 25 described below.
As described above, the cylindrical portion 243 of the ground support member 24 is formed smaller than the inner diameter of the recess 174 of the shaft support member 17, and the cylindrical portion 243 of the ground support member 24 is inserted into the recess 174 at the time of assembly.
The inner diameter of the cylindrical portion 243 is formed larger than the outer diameter of the shaft core portion 211 of the shaft core member 21, and the distal end side of the shaft core portion 211 is fitted into the cylindrical portion 243.
The grounding member 25 is disposed at the lower end of the top toy 1 and is grounded to a ground plane F (see fig. 6 and the like).
Fig. 5 (a) is a perspective view of the grounding member 25 in the present embodiment.
As shown in fig. 4 (a), 4 (b), and 5 (a), in the present embodiment, the ground member 25 includes: a grounding portion 251 and a head portion 252 locked to the grounding support member 24.
As described above, the head portion 252 of the grounding member 25 is accommodated in the accommodating portion 244 held inside the grounding support member 24, whereby the grounding member 25 is locked to the grounding support member 24.
The grounding portion 251 is provided at the lower end portion of the shaft portion 10 of the shaft body portion 20, and is formed in an elastically deformable annular portion when grounded to the ground plane F. In the present embodiment, the land portion 251 is formed in a tapered shape having a larger diameter as it goes toward the lower end.
At least the grounding portion 251 of the grounding member 25 is formed of a flexible material that can be elastically deformed. The soft material is not particularly limited, and may be, for example, silicon.
When the top toy 1 of the present embodiment is rotated, the grounding portion of the grounding portion 251 is deformed by the weight of the top toy 1 itself, and falls down so as to curl in a direction away from the axial center of the top toy 1 (i.e., outward).
Accordingly, the shaft portion 10 of the top toy 1 is inclined, and the ground portion 251 is greatly collapsed in accordance with the inclination amount, thereby increasing the ground contact area. Therefore, the top toy 1 continues to rotate so that the head (main body 40) swings at the position with the shaft portion 10 inclined.
In the present embodiment, the grounding portion 251 of the grounding member 25 is a suction cup that can be attached to the ground surface F.
Therefore, when the head is attracted to the ground surface F by the attraction force, the head (main body 40) is merely swung at the site, and the head does not move around in the site (battle site) constituting the ground surface F, and is hardly popped out from the site.
Then, as described above, the bearing member 23 is interposed between the shaft core member 21 (the shaft core portion 211 of the shaft core member 21) and the shaft holding portion 50 (the shaft support member 17 of the shaft holding portion 50) constituting the shaft main body portion 20, and the shaft main body portion 20 is configured to be rotatable around the shaft with respect to the shaft holding portion 50, so that the spinning top toy 1 does not stop rotating but continues to rotate even if the grounding portion 251 is attracted to the ground contact surface F.
Further, the shape of the ground member 25 is not limited to the case shown in (a) in fig. 5.
For example, as shown in fig. 5 (b), when the external appearance is viewed from the side, the grounding portion 251a may be provided in a cylindrical shape.
In this case, when the shaft portion 10 of the top toy 1 is inclined, the grounding portion 251a preferably falls so as to curl in a direction (i.e., outward) away from the axial center of the top toy 1.
Therefore, as shown in fig. 5 (c), the inner side of the land portion 251a is formed into a tapered shape having a diameter that increases as it goes toward the lower end, and the land portion 251a is preferably formed so as to be easily curled in a direction (i.e., outward) away from the axial center of the top toy 1.
The shape of the grounding member 25 may be any shape other than the shapes exemplified herein as long as the grounding portion 251 is inclined in a direction (i.e., outward) away from the axial center of the top toy 1 and the grounding surface area is increased when the grounding portion 251 is grounded.
Method of Assembly
Next, an example of a method of assembling the top toy 1 will be described. Here, the assembly of the shaft 10 will be mainly explained.
First, the upper case 14, the pressing member 15, and the columnar member 16 are assembled. After the cushioning member 22 is inserted through the shaft core portion 211 of the shaft core member 21, the shaft core portion 211 is inserted into the columnar portion 171 of the shaft support member 17 from above, and the tip end side of the shaft core portion 211 is projected into the recess 174 on the lower side of the shaft support member 17.
Further, the head portion 252 of the grounding member 25 is accommodated in the accommodating portion 244 held in the grounding support member 24, and the grounding member 25 is locked to the grounding support member 24.
The bearing member 23 is attached to the distal end side of the shaft core portion 211 protruding in the recess 174, and the distal end side of the shaft core portion 211 is press-fitted into the cylindrical portion 243 of the ground supporting member 24.
Thereby, the shaft body 20 shown in fig. 4 (a) and 4 (b) is mounted on the shaft support member 17.
In this state, the shaft support member 17 to which the shaft body portion 20 is attached is assembled to the upper housing 14, the pressing member 15, and the columnar member 16, and the screw 18 is inserted through the through hole 175, the through hole 164, and the hole portion 143. Thereby, the shaft body portion 20, the upper case 14, the columnar member 16, the shaft support member 17, and the pressing member 15 disposed between the upper case 14 and the columnar member 16 are fixed.
This integrates all the components constituting the shaft portion 10, and the assembly of the shaft portion 10 is completed.
Then, the performance variable ring 30 is assembled in a fitted state on the upper portion of the shaft 10 thus assembled.
Further, the assembly is assembled to the body 40 from below, and the body 40 and the performance variable ring 30 are set to the locked state so as not to easily come off from the shaft 10.
Thus, the assembly of the top toy 1 in the present embodiment is completed.
Game method and action
Next, an example of a game method using the top toy 1 and an operation of the top toy 1 will be described.
In one example of this game method, the top toy 1 is rotated to play a match with the other top toy.
In this case, the application of the rotational force of the top toy 1 is performed by a launcher (not shown) or the like, and the top toy 1 is rotated and launched to a predetermined site (battle site).
When the top toy 1 thus launched rotates on the field and collides with another top toy, an impact force or the like generated by the collision acts on the top toy 1. Then, the locked state of the top toy 1 is released by repeated collisions, and as shown in fig. 1 (b), the top toy 1 is disassembled into the shaft portion 10, the performance variable ring 30, and the body 40.
As shown in fig. 6, when the top toy 1 of the present embodiment is launched on the ground and the ground contact portion 251 of the ground contact member 25 is grounded to the ground contact surface F of the ground, the ground contact portion 251 is elastically deformed so as to be inclined (collapsed) in a direction (i.e., outward) away from the axial center of the top toy 1.
Accordingly, the shaft portion 10 is inclined, the ground contact area of the ground contact portion 251 increases in accordance with the inclination, and the top toy 1 continues to rotate while being inclined on the ground without falling down.
As shown in fig. 7 (a), when the top toys in play collide with each other in a state where the axis of the shaft portion 10 is perpendicular to the ground surface F of the field or the like, the side surfaces of the main body 40 of the top toys collide with each other. Therefore, the top toy is violently flicked by a large impact, and the locked state of the top toy is released and is easily disassembled.
On the other hand, as shown in fig. 7 (b), when the top toy 1 is rotated in a tilted state, the upper surface of the main body 40 of the top toy 1 collides with the side surface of the top toy of the play object. Therefore, the impact can be buffered, and the large damage is hardly received.
In addition, when the ground portion 251 is a suction cup, the ground portion 251 is attracted to the ground surface F of the field or the like, and even when the ground portion collides with the top toy of the battle object, the ground portion 251 does not pop out from the field, and can be stably rotated for a long time with toughness.
Effect of the present embodiment
As described above, according to the present embodiment, the shaft main body portion is configured to be rotatable about the shaft with respect to the shaft holding portion, and the grounding portion of the top toy is formed to be elastically deformable when the grounding portion is grounded to the ground surface.
Accordingly, the top toy 1 rotates with the shaft portion 10 inclined with respect to the ground surface F, and can avoid collision with the side surface of the top toy of the opponent, and thus is less likely to be damaged by the collision, and the top toy 1 can be continuously rotated for a long time.
Further, the spinning top toy 1 further includes a bearing member 23 interposed between the shaft main body portion 20 and the shaft holding portion 50.
Therefore, friction of the shaft main body portion 20 with respect to the shaft holding portion 50 is reduced, and the rotation of the shaft portion 10 is not hindered, and the top toy 1 can continue to rotate smoothly for a long time.
Further, in the case where the ground portion 251 of the ground member 25 in the top toy 1 is a suction cup that can be attracted to the ground surface F, the ground portion F can be attracted to the ground surface F, so that the top toy 1 can be retained in the ground with toughness even when an impact is applied thereto due to an attack or the like by the top toy as a battle object, and thus, the top toy 1 having excellent defensive power can be realized.
Further, since the shaft body portion 20 is disposed with a room to be movable up and down with respect to the shaft holding portion 50, the shaft body portion 20 is more easily rotated, and the spinning top toy 1 can be smoothly rotated continuously for a long time.
Although the embodiments of the present invention have been described above, the present invention is not limited to the above embodiments, and various modifications can be made without departing from the scope of the invention.
For example, although the above embodiment shows the example in which the bearing member 23 is provided around the shaft core portion 211 of the shaft core member 21, the ground member 25 or the shaft body portion 20 including the ground member 25 may be configured as a rotatable member that is rotatable with respect to the shaft holding portion 50. In this case, the bearing member 23 may be disposed so that a rotatable member can rotate freely with respect to the shaft holding portion 50, and the bearing member 23 is not limited to being disposed around the shaft core portion 211.
For example, the shaft core member 21 may be fixed to the shaft holding portion 50 side, and the bearing member 23 may be disposed around the grounding member 25 or the grounding support member 24 supporting the grounding member 25.
