Abstract
本实用新型公开了一种新型的洗墙灯,包括外壳、透镜、光源组件、驱动组件和底座组件,散热底座的一端设有一斜面;所述光源组件固定于斜面;所述透镜设有凹槽,所述光源组件的出光面设置于凹槽内,凹槽的底部凸起形成弧面;所述外壳扣合于底座组件,包括发光面和安装面,所述安装面与底座组件所在平面平行,发光面与安装面的夹角为90~160°。根据LED特性设计,外形分圆形和方形两种,创新型外观设计,一体化透镜,安装方便,装配简单,成本低,照明效果好。并且具有良好的客户体验,适合客户不同的安装环境的选择,及适合房屋顶部安装,又适合墙壁的安装,根据客户的不同角度要求,可以进行从5度‑120度角度的切换。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种新型的洗墙灯。
背景技术
目前市场上的现有产品,大多是长条型,金属外壳,大透镜,价格昂贵,应用场景局限,其次就是室内的也是旋转一定角度后才起到洗墙灯的作用,但这样操作麻烦,而且,光通会损失,没有根据LED 特性设计出新的专用的洗墙灯。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服现有技术的不足之处,提供了一种新型的洗墙灯,解决了上述背景技术中的问题。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:提供了一种新型的洗墙灯,包括外壳、透镜、光源组件、驱动组件和底座组件;
所述底座组件包括散热底座,所述散热底座的一端设有一斜面;
所述光源组件固定于斜面,光源组件上设有定位孔;
所述透镜罩设于光源组件,透镜开设有凹槽,所述凹槽边缘向上凸起形成定位凸台,所述定位凸台插接于定位孔,所述光源组件的出光面设置于凹槽内,所述凹槽的底部向靠近光源组件方向凸起形成弧面;
所述外壳扣合于底座组件,包括发光面和安装面,所述发光面对应透镜位置开设让位窗口,透镜的出光面嵌入让位窗口且与发光面平行,所述安装面与底座组件所在平面平行,发光面与安装面的夹角为 90~160°。
在本实用新型一较佳实施例中,还包括驱动上盖和驱动下盖,所述驱动下盖的一面固定于散热底座,另一面固定有所述驱动组件,所述驱动上盖由驱动组件所在方向扣合于驱动下盖。
在本实用新型一较佳实施例中,所述底座组件还包括安装板,所述安装板设有镂空部,所述镂空部套设于驱动上盖外周,所述安装板通过挂簧与散热底座贴合。
在本实用新型一较佳实施例中,所述挂簧包括固定部和弹片部,所述固定部与驱动下盖锁接,所述弹片部由固定部向上延伸至驱动上盖的外周,且弹片向远离驱动上盖中心的方向凸起。
在本实用新型一较佳实施例中,所述驱动上盖的周壁向内凹陷形成让位槽,所述弹片部设置于让位槽且凸起部分伸出驱动上盖周壁所在的表面。
在本实用新型一较佳实施例中,所述驱动上盖为圆柱型,所述镂空部为与驱动上盖相适配的圆形。
在本实用新型一较佳实施例中,所述驱动组件设有电位器、开关或AI智能小卡。
在本实用新型一较佳实施例中,所述底座组件与外壳间填充有防水泡棉。
在本实用新型一较佳实施例中,所述外壳为圆形或方形。
在本实用新型一较佳实施例中,所述光源组件采用两种以上光源。
本技术方案与背景技术相比,它具有如下优点:
1.本方案根据LED特性,采用一体化透镜设计,光源照射到透镜后,光通过透镜的光学处理,发出的光均匀,照射到物体上,无重影、成本低、照明效果好;发光面和安装面成一定的角度,角度范围 90-160度,结合不同折射角度的透镜,可以进行从5~120度角度的切换,满足客户的不同角度要求;
2.本灯具设计外形设计了方形和圆形,根据客户不同的安装环境,选择不同的外形,增加产品的场景适应性;
3.散热底座采用一体化设计,不但外观美观,而且散热好,和面环外壳好装配,兼用防水设计,这样既能保证功能要求,整个结构件安装方便、可以自动化生产,生产效率高;
4.光源组件由两种以上光源组成,抛弃以前一灯只有一个色温的单一照明模式,本灯具可以实现两种以上色温的切换,切换模式通过驱动上的手动开关或数字开关、电位器(无级)等控制装置,实现定档切换或无级区域切换;也可以采用带有智能AI小卡的驱动,通过外部控制器,手机APP等模式,实现对灯的色温的切换,和对功率的大小的调节,实现调光的控制。

具体实施方式
实施例1
请查阅图1~8,本实施例的一种新型的洗墙灯,其外观采用圆形设计,包括外壳1、透镜9、光源组件8、驱动组件5和底座组件;
所述底座组件包括散热底座7、安装板3,所述散热底座7的一端设有一斜面71;
所述光源组件8固定于斜面71,光源组件8上设有定位孔;
所述透镜9设于光源组件8带LED光源的一面,请查阅图4,透镜9采用透明或半透明塑料一体成型,透镜9开设有一长条型凹槽91,所述凹槽91边缘向上凸起形成定位凸台92,所述定位凸台92插接于定位孔,使得光源组件8预组装到透镜上,通过紧固件与外壳1固定,所述光源组件8的出光面设置于凹槽91内,所述凹槽91的底部向靠近光源组件8方向凸起形成弧面,使光源照射到透镜9后,光通过透镜9的光学处理,对光进行折射,使发出的光更加均匀,照射到物体上,无重影,提供光学品质;本实施例透镜9的出光面为弓形,所述透镜9在靠近出光面的外周还设有一圈卡接凸条93,用于透镜9 和外壳1间的固定;
所述外壳1扣合于底座组件,通过紧固件与底座组件固定,所述底座组件与外壳1间填充有防水泡棉21,有效保证防水密封,提高产品的适用场所,增加产品的竞争力;外壳1包括发光面11和安装面 12,所述发光面11对应透镜9位置开设让位窗口13,透镜9的出光面嵌入让位窗口13,通过卡接凸条 93定位透镜9位置,保证透镜9的出光面与发光面11平行;所述安装面12与底座组件所在平面平行,发光面11与安装面12的夹角为90~160°,保证了光照射到墙面后,无阴影,无暗区死角,提高光的质量,增加产品的适用场所。
请查阅图8,本实施例的驱动组件5装设于驱动上盖41和驱动下盖42之间,所述驱动下盖42的一面设于散热底座7的上表面,另一面固定有所述驱动组件5,所述驱动上盖41由驱动组件5所在方向扣合于驱动下盖42,驱动上盖41和驱动下盖42通过紧固件固定于散热底座7的上表面;挂簧6通过紧固件固定于驱动上盖41的两侧。
所述安装板3上开设通孔,用于连通接地线22,安装板3中心设有镂空部31,所述镂空部31套设于驱动上盖41外周,所述安装板3通过挤压挂簧6,使挂簧6伸缩,安装板3抵接与挂簧6,且安装板 3与散热底座7贴合;所述安装板3设有多组的U型安装孔,可以适配不同的开孔,满足客户的不同开孔需求,提高产品的竞争力,减少产品库存。所述挂簧6包括固定部和弹片部,所述固定部与驱动下盖42锁接,所述弹片部由固定部向上延伸至驱动上盖41的外周,且弹片的两端靠近驱动上盖,中部向远离驱动上盖41中心的方向凸起。本实施例的挂簧6在固定部设有螺孔,驱动下盖42相应位置也设置螺孔,驱动上盖41的让位部设置开孔向下的螺丝座231。
在本实施例中,所述驱动上盖41为圆柱,驱动下盖42采用相适配的圆形,所述镂空部31为与驱动上盖41相适配的圆形。所述驱动上盖41的周壁向内凹陷形成让位槽43,所述弹片部设置于让位槽 43且中部的凸起部分伸出驱动上盖41周壁所在的表面。
本实施例的工作方式如下:
一、光源组件8通过螺丝23固定在散热底座7斜面71上;
二、驱动下盖42固定于散热底座7上表面,把驱动组件5上的正负极线焊接在光源组件8对应正负极位置上,挂簧6与驱动下盖42、驱动上盖41锁接;
三、把透镜9放置到光源组件8对应定位孔位置内;
四、面环外壳1按相应位置和散热底座7扣合在一起,通过螺丝23固定;
五、安装板3的镂空部31穿过驱动上盖41向散热底座7方向套接,镂空部31的周壁挤压挂簧6,挂簧6被压入镂空部31,安装板3向下运动,挂簧6复位,安装板3与散热底座7贴合;
六、通过防水泡棉21等进行密封。
实施例2
实施例2与实施例1的区别在于:所述驱动组件5包括驱动板,所述驱动板的两端开设让位槽,用于使螺丝23通过,驱动板上设有电位器或开关,所述光源组件8采用两种以上光源,抛弃以前一灯只有一个色温的单一照明模式,本灯具可以实现两种以上色温的切换,切换模式通过驱动上的手动开关或数字开关、电位器(无级)等控制装置51,实现定档切换或无级区域切换。
实施例3
实施例3与实施例2的区别在于:所述驱动组件5设有AI智能小卡52,创新采用带有智能AI小卡的驱动,通过外部控制器,手机APP等模式,实现对灯的色温的切换,和对功率的大小的调节,实现调光的控制。
实施例4
实施例4与实施例1的区别在于:本实施例的灯具采用方形外壳1,其散热底座7对应为方形,客户可以根据不同的安装环境,选择不同的外形,增加产品的场景适应性,提高产品的竞争力,所述透镜 9为长条形。

1.一种新型的洗墙灯,包括外壳、透镜、光源组件、驱动组件和底座组件,其特征在于:
所述底座组件包括散热底座,所述散热底座的一端设有一斜面;
所述光源组件固定于斜面,光源组件上设有定位孔;
所述透镜设于光源组件带LED光源的一面,透镜开设有凹槽,所述凹槽边缘向上凸起形成定位凸台,所述定位凸台插接于定位孔,所述光源组件的出光面设置于凹槽内,所述凹槽的底部向靠近光源组件方向凸起形成弧面;
所述外壳扣合于底座组件,包括发光面和安装面,所述发光面对应透镜位置开设让位窗口,透镜的出光面嵌入让位窗口且与发光面平行,所述安装面与底座组件所在平面平行,发光面与安装面的夹角为90~160°。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型的洗墙灯,其特征在于:还包括驱动上盖和驱动下盖,所述驱动下盖的一面固定于散热底座,另一面固定有所述驱动组件,所述驱动上盖由驱动组件所在方向扣合于驱动下盖。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种新型的洗墙灯,其特征在于:所述底座组件还包括安装板,所述安装板设有镂空部,所述镂空部套设于驱动上盖外周,所述安装板通过挂簧与散热底座贴合。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种新型的洗墙灯,其特征在于:所述挂簧包括固定部和弹片部,所述固定部与驱动下盖锁接,所述弹片部由固定部向上延伸至驱动上盖的外周,且弹片向远离驱动上盖中心的方向凸起。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种新型的洗墙灯,其特征在于:所述驱动上盖的周壁向内凹陷形成让位槽,所述弹片部设置于让位槽且凸起部分伸出驱动上盖周壁所在的表面。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种新型的洗墙灯,其特征在于:所述驱动上盖为圆柱型,所述镂空部为与驱动上盖相适配的圆形。
