The sealing ring 511 is mainly used to prevent the knob 51 from shaking during the rotational movement.
Referring to fig. 8, the second clamping member 31 of the present embodiment is provided with a plurality of pressing arms 310 and a pressing block 320, and the pressing block 320 is disposed between the pre-tightening ball sleeve 20 and the inner wall of the cavity 11 and abuts against the knob assembly 50. One end of the pressing arm 310 is connected with one end of the pressing block 320, and the other end is arranged between the first clamping piece 30 and the pre-tightening ball sleeve 20. The pressing block 320 is mainly used for pressing the pre-tightening ball sleeve 20 by pressing the transmission knob assembly 50, and the pressing arm 310 is mainly used for clamping the pre-tightening ball sleeve 20 by matching the pressing block 320 and the first clamping piece 30.
In this embodiment, at least one end of the pressing block 320 is provided with a connection protrusion 321, the pressing arm 310 is provided with a connection portion 311 matching with the connection protrusion 321, and the connection portion 311 of the pressing arm 310 is movably connected with the connection protrusion 321 of the pressing block 320 through a pin 322. The connection portion 311 is mainly used for connecting the pressing arm 310 and the pressing block 320, and enables the pressing arm 310 and the pressing block 320 to freely rotate.
In this embodiment, a protrusion 303 is provided on a side of the first clip member 30 opposite to the pre-tightening ball socket 20, and a cleat 312 is provided on an end of the pressing arm 310 between the first clip member 30 and the pre-tightening ball socket 20, the protrusion 303 being matched with the cleat 312. When the second clip member 31 slides relative to the first clip member 30, the anti-slip groove 312 on the pressing arm 310 of the second clip member 31 slides arcuately along the anti-slip boss 303 of the first clip member 30.
In this embodiment, the ball joint lever 2 is disposed in a pre-tightening cavity 21 of a pre-tightening ball socket 20 at one end of the body 10. The adapter rod 1 is screwed with the other end of the main body 10.

The universal ball clamping device is characterized by comprising a main body, a strip screw, a pre-tightening ball sleeve for clamping a universal ball, a clamping assembly for clamping the pre-tightening ball sleeve, and a knob assembly for clamping the pre-tightening ball sleeve by being matched with the strip screw and screwed into the clamping assembly;
the main body is internally provided with a cavity, an opening is arranged upwards, and a through hole is arranged on the side wall; the cavity is folded towards the opening; the pre-tightening ball sleeve is arranged in the cavity and provided with a pre-tightening cavity facing the opening and used for accommodating the universal ball in a matching manner; the clamping assembly comprises a first clamping piece and a second clamping piece, and the first clamping piece is arranged on the inner wall of the cavity opposite to the through hole and abuts against the pre-tightening ball sleeve; the second clamping piece is arranged between the pre-tightening ball sleeve and the inner wall of the cavity and is arranged at one side close to the through hole; the tail part of the strip screw sequentially passes through the through hole, the second clamping piece and the pre-tightening ball sleeve from outside to inside and is arranged on the first clamping piece; the knob assembly is arranged in the through hole, the long screw is sleeved with threads, and the screwing side of the knob assembly abuts against the second clamping piece.
2. The ball clamp device of claim 1, wherein the first clamp member and the second clamp member are each configured as an arc, and wherein the second clamp member is configured with arcuate ends disposed between the first clamp member and the pre-tensioned ball sleeve.

The universal ball clamping device according to claim 2, wherein the second clamping piece is provided with a plurality of pressing arms and pressing blocks, and the pressing blocks are arranged between the pre-tightening ball sleeve and the inner wall of the cavity and are abutted with the knob assembly; one end of the pressing arm is connected with one end of the pressing block, and the other end of the pressing arm is arranged between the first clamping piece and the pre-tightening ball sleeve.

The universal ball clamping device according to claim 3, wherein at least one end of the pressing block is provided with a connecting protrusion, the pressing arm is provided with a connecting portion matched with the connecting protrusion, and the connecting portion of the pressing arm is movably connected with the connecting protrusion of the pressing block through a pin.

A ball clamping device according to claim 3, wherein a slip-resistant protrusion is provided on a side of the first clamping member opposite the pre-tightening ball sleeve, and an anti-slip groove is provided at an end of the pressing arm between the first clamping member and the pre-tightening ball sleeve, the anti-slip groove being arranged in a matching manner with the slip-resistant protrusion.
6. The ball clamping device of claim 1, wherein the first clamping member is provided with a thread groove and a first screw from bottom to top, the elongated screw is threaded into the thread groove, and the first screw is disposed in the thread groove to lock the elongated screw.
7. The ball clamping device of claim 1, wherein the pre-tightening ball sleeve is provided with a plurality of clamping arms, and a plurality of clamping arms form an arc surface structure matched with the ball.
8. The ball clamp of claim 1, wherein the knob assembly includes a knob, a knob driver, and a second screw, the knob driver being threadably received on the elongated screw, the second screw passing through the knob from top to bottom to lock the knob to the knob driver.
9. The universal ball clamping device according to claim 8, wherein a circular ring groove is formed in the outer circumference of the knob, a sealing ring for preventing the knob from shaking is arranged on the circular ring groove, and the sealing ring is abutted with the through hole.

A connecting device, which is characterized by comprising a switching rod, a universal ball connecting rod and the universal ball clamping device according to any one of claims 1-9, wherein the universal ball connecting rod is arranged in a pre-tightening cavity of a pre-tightening ball sleeve at one end of the universal ball clamping device; the switching rod is in threaded connection with the other end of the universal ball clamping device.
