The steam generated by the steam care module 300 enters the laundry care cavity 111 through the steam outlet 310, and is continuously sprayed on the surface of the laundry and permeates into the inside of the fibers of the laundry, and the fibers of the laundry recover after absorbing the water vapor, so that wrinkles are removed, and wrinkles on the laundry can be removed. The steam can absorb part of dust and smoke dust particles on the clothes fiber, and moisture which is not absorbed by the clothes fiber is condensed into condensed water to take away the dust and smoke dust particles, so that the dust and smoke dust particles carried on the clothes are removed. In addition, the steam airflow can also effectively adsorb odor molecules so as to remove odor on clothes.
Optionally, a small vibrator is provided on the clothing support frame. Under the condition that the steam nursing module 300 operates, the vibrator is started to drive the clothes support frame to vibrate, so that clothes shake, the clothes to be washed are stretched by using the shaking inertia force, and the wrinkle removing efficiency is improved.
Optionally, after the steam care module 300 is turned off, the high temperature air flow provided by the heat pump module 400 may be introduced into the laundry care cavity 111 through the first air inlet, and further drying of the laundry is achieved through the flow of the high temperature air flow.
Optionally, the laundry care apparatus further comprises a first door 810 and a second door 820. The first door 810 is provided at a front sidewall of the housing 100 for opening or closing the laundry care cavity 111. In some embodiments, as shown in connection with fig. 1-8, the partition 200 is internally configured with a hollow partition compartment 210, the partition 200 comprising a partition top wall arranged towards the laundry care cavity 111. The steam care module 300 includes a steam injector 320, a steam delivery pipe 330, and a condensate recovery cartridge 340.
The steam ejector 320 is provided to the separation chamber 210. The first accommodating cavity is communicated between the water box and the first water pump through the first flow channel so as to provide the detergent for protecting the softener in the process of washing clothes.
Optionally, the second accommodating cavity is used for storing the aromatherapy agent. In this way, the molecules of aromatherapy are mixed in the steam generated by the steam injector, so that the aromatherapy can be sprayed onto the laundry spread into the laundry care chamber simultaneously with the steam. Therefore, the aromatherapy care of the clothes can be realized in the process of removing wrinkles from the clothes by steam, and the deodorizing effect of the clothes is improved.
In some embodiments, a drain pipe for draining the condensed water is provided at the bottom of the condensed water recovery box 340, and includes a first branch and a second branch.
The first branch is provided with a first drain valve, and the first branch can be communicated to the water box 500. A second drain valve is provided on the second branch, and the second branch is communicated with a drain pipeline of the laundry drying cavity 112.
Optionally, a filtering member is disposed at the water collecting port of the condensed water recycling box 340, and a water quality detecting device is disposed inside the filtering member and electrically connected with a controller of the laundry care device. Under the condition that the water quality of the condensed water detected by the water quality detecting device is greater than or equal to a preset value, that is, under the condition that the water quality of the condensed water in the condensed water is better, the impurities in the condensed water are fewer, the first drain valve is controlled to be opened, so that the condensed water flows to the water box 500 through the first branch, and the condensed water is used for washing or generating steam, thereby improving the utilization rate of the condensed water. In the case that the water quality of the condensed water detected by the water quality detecting device is less than the preset value, that is, in the case that the water quality of the condensed water recovered from the condensed water recovery box 340 is poor, the second drain valve is controlled to be opened so as to drain the condensed water.
In some embodiments, the laundry care apparatus further comprises a sterilization module 700. The sterilization and disinfection module 700 is disposed in the laundry care chamber 111, and is used for sterilizing and disinfecting the interior of the laundry care chamber 111. Thus, the disinfection and sterilization operation of the clothes placed in the clothes box is realized, some diseases caused by bacteria on the clothes by a user are avoided, and the breeding of the bacteria on the clothes is reduced.
In some embodiments, the sterilization module 700 includes an ultraviolet lamp 710 and a photocatalyst coating.
The ultraviolet lamp 710 is disposed at the top of the laundry care cavity 111. The photocatalyst coating is coated on the inner side of the case 100.
Alternatively, the ultraviolet lamp 710 is provided at the top of the laundry care chamber 111, and the laundry is sterilized by the generated ultraviolet rays when it is energized.
Optionally, the photocatalyst is a general term of a photo-semiconductor material with a photocatalysis function, and the material can generate a strong catalytic degradation function under the action of ultraviolet rays, so that not only can toxic and harmful gases in the air be effectively degraded, but also various bacteria can be effectively killed, and toxins released by the bacteria or fungi can be decomposed and subjected to harmless treatment; meanwhile, the multifunctional deodorizing and anti-pollution air-purifying agent also has the functions of deodorizing, resisting pollution, purifying air and the like.
Optionally, to enhance contact of the photocatalyst with ultraviolet rays, the inner side of the housing 100, that is, the side of the inner wall plate facing the laundry care cavity 111 is coated. Thus, the peculiar smell carried in the air can be removed, and a certain disinfection and sterilization effect can be achieved.
Optionally, the side of the partition top wall facing the laundry care cavity 111 is coated with a photo-catalyst coating.
In some embodiments, the heat pump module 400 further includes a first exhaust outlet 430.
The first air outlet 430 is disposed at an upper portion of the laundry care chamber 111 and communicates with an external environment. The first air inlet 410 and the first air outlet 430 provide air flow to circulate between the laundry care cavity 111 and the external environment. Wherein, the first air inlet 410 is disposed at the lower portion of the laundry care cavity 111.
Thus, when the clothes are further dried, the dried high-temperature air flows into the clothes care cavity from the upper part and then moves downwards, water in the clothes is taken away, wet air flows are formed at the lower part of the clothes care cavity 111, the density of the wet air flows is high, the wet air flows have a sinking trend, and then the wet air flows directly flow out from the first air outlet 430, and the arrangement positions of the first air inlet 410 and the first air outlet 430 are adapted to the flowing trend of the air flows, so that the energy loss can be reduced, and the drying efficiency is improved.
In some embodiments, the laundry care appliance further comprises a first door 810, a pressure sensor, and a control module.
The first door 810 is provided at a front sidewall of the housing 100 for opening or closing the laundry care cavity 111. The pressure sensor is disposed on the housing 100 and is used for detecting the pressure between the first door 810 and the housing 100. The control module is electrically connected to the pressure sensor and the steam care module 300, and is configured to control the steam care module 300 to operate when the pressure sensor detects that the pressure between the first door 810 and the housing 100 reaches the set pressure value. Optionally, the tightness of the garment care cavity needs to be maintained when steam wrinkle removal, ultraviolet sterilization, and drying of the garment are performed. Thus, when the pressure sensor detects that the pressure between the first door 810 and the housing 100 reaches the set pressure value, indicating that the first door 810 is in close contact with the housing 100, the control module controls the operation of the steam care module 300 and/or the sterilization and disinfection module 700, or the heat pump module.
Optionally, the control module is a controller of the laundry care apparatus, or the control module is electrically connected with the controller of the laundry care apparatus.
Optionally, the laundry care appliance further comprises a second door 820 provided at the front sidewall of the housing 100 for opening or closing the laundry drying chamber 112.
Optionally, the first door 810 and the second door 820 are respectively provided with a visual window.

Claims (10)
1. A garment care device, comprising:
a housing (100) having a hollow interior (110);
a partition (200) which is provided inside the housing (100) and which partitions the hollow interior (110) into a laundry care chamber (111) and a laundry drying chamber (112) which are arranged up and down;
a steam care module (300) provided inside the partition (200) and having a steam outlet (310) communicating with the laundry care chamber (111), the steam care module (300) supplying high-temperature steam to the laundry care chamber (111) through the steam outlet (310);
the heat pump module (400) is arranged in the partition part (200) and comprises a first air inlet (410) communicated with the clothes care cavity (111) and a second air inlet communicated with the clothes washing and drying cavity (112), and the heat pump module (400) is used for providing high-temperature air flow for the clothes care cavity (111) and/or the clothes washing and drying cavity (112).
2. Laundry care apparatus according to claim 1, characterized in that the partition (200) is internally configured with a hollow partition cavity (210), the partition (200) comprising a partition top wall arranged towards the laundry care cavity (111);
the vapor care module (300) includes:
a steam injector (320) disposed in the partition chamber (210), wherein the steam outlet (310) is disposed on a rear side wall of the housing (100), and a steam delivery pipe (330) is disposed between the steam injector (320) and the steam outlet (310);
the condensed water recycling box (340) is embedded in the separation cavity (210), a water collecting port is arranged on one side of the clothes care cavity (111), wherein an opening matched with the water collecting port is arranged on the separation top wall, and the side edge of the water collecting port is fixedly connected with the side edge of the opening.
3. The garment care device of claim 2, wherein the dividing top wall is an arcuate plate recessed downwardly from a periphery thereof to a side of the opening.
4. The garment care device of claim 2, further comprising:
a water box (500) connected with an external water source, the water box (500) comprising a first flow passage for guiding water flow into the laundry drying cavity (112) and a second flow passage for guiding water flow into the steam injector (320);
the first water pump is arranged at the water outlet end of the first flow channel;
and the second water pump is arranged at the connecting end of the second flow passage, and the connecting end is connected with the steam injector (320).
5. The laundry care appliance of claim 4, further comprising a dispenser (600) for storing a wash care solution, the dispenser (600) comprising:
a dispenser box (610) having a first receiving chamber for storing a detergent or softener and a second receiving chamber for storing a fragrance;
wherein the first accommodating cavity is communicated between the water box and the first water pump through the first flow passage, and the second accommodating cavity is communicated between the water box and the steam injector (320) through the second flow passage.
6. Laundry care apparatus according to claim 4, characterized in that the bottom of the condensate recovery box (340) is provided with a drain pipe draining condensate, the drain pipe comprising:
a first branch, wherein a first drain valve is arranged on the first branch, and the first branch can be communicated to the water box (500);
the second branch is provided with a second drain valve, and the second branch is communicated with a drain pipeline of the clothes drying cavity (112).
7. The laundry care apparatus according to any one of claims 1 to 6, further comprising:
and the sterilization module (700) is arranged in the clothes care cavity (111) and is used for sterilizing the inside of the clothes care cavity (111).
8. The laundry care appliance of claim 7, characterized in that the sterilization and disinfection module (700) comprises:
an ultraviolet lamp (710) disposed at a top of the laundry care cavity (111);
and a photocatalyst coating layer coated on the inner side surface of the shell (100).
9. The laundry care appliance according to any one of claims 1 to 6, characterized in that the heat pump module (400) further comprises:
a first air outlet (430) disposed at an upper portion of the laundry care chamber (111) and communicating with an external environment, the first air inlet (410) and the first air outlet (430) circulating an air flow between the laundry care chamber (111) and the external environment;
wherein the first air inlet (410) is arranged at the lower part of the clothes care cavity (111).
10. The laundry care apparatus according to any one of claims 1 to 6, further comprising:
a first door body (810) provided at a front side wall of the housing (100) for opening or closing the laundry care chamber (111);
a pressure sensor provided in the housing (100) for detecting a pressure between the first door (810) and the housing (100);
the control module is electrically connected with the pressure sensor and the steam nursing module (300), and is used for controlling the steam nursing module (300) to operate when the pressure sensor detects that the pressure between the first door body (810) and the shell (100) reaches a set pressure value.
