The direction in which the first handle case 310 and the second handle case 320 are separable is the direction of arrows a and B in fig. 1. Specifically, the cover 200 is detachably disposed on one side of the casing 100 in a direction parallel to the axis of the casing 100. The separable direction of the first handle case 310 and the second handle case 320 is parallel to the axis of the cabinet 100. The axis of the housing 100 is shown as O-O in fig. 2.
And a motor provided on the casing 100 for providing power. The motor includes a rotor 410, a stator 420, and a motor shaft 430 that are used in conjunction. As shown in fig. 2, the motor is preferably an external rotor motor, and the rotor 410 is sleeved outside the stator 420. Rotor 410 includes conventional components such as magnetic steel. The stator 420 includes conventional components such as a core. The motor shaft 430 includes oppositely disposed first and second ends.
The reduction gearbox 500 is connected with the motor shaft 430 and the saw blade and is used for transmitting motor power to drive the saw blade to rotate. The reduction gearbox 500 also includes other conventional structures such as an output shaft, a driving gear, a driven gear, and the like. The specific construction of the reduction gearbox 500 can be adapted by those skilled in the art according to the specific work requirements. For example: the driving gear is sleeved at one end of the motor shaft 430, the driving gear is meshed with the driven gear, the driven gear is sleeved on the output shaft, and the output shaft is connected with the saw blade. When the motor is started, the motor shaft 430 drives the driving gear to rotate, the driving gear drives the driven gear to rotate, the driven gear drives the output shaft to rotate, and the output shaft drives the saw blade to rotate, so that electric operation is realized.
The first handle case 310 is integrally formed with the housing 100, omitting a portion of the housing 100 where the handle is mounted, and reducing the overall size of the hand-held electric circular saw. Specifically, the casing 100 has a cylindrical shape as a whole, and the first handle case 310 includes a first body for holding and a first edge located at one side of the first body. The first side is integrally formed with the arcuate surface of the housing 100. The integral molding is preferably injection molded as one piece. Of course, other integrally formed arrangement modes such as screws, bolts and the like can also be adopted.
The second handle case 320 is integrally formed with the cover 200, so that the handle is positioned closer to the saw blade, the operation is convenient, the assembly process of the hand-held electric circular saw is simplified, and the manufacturing cost is lower. Specifically, the second handle case 320 includes a second body for gripping and a second edge located at one side of the second body.
