The folding guitar of claim 6, wherein said rotary portion includes a connector, a plurality of first fasteners and at least two first shafts, both of said first shafts being rotatably mounted on said connector, and both ends of said first shafts extending beyond said connector, one of said first shafts being positioned in said first mounting slot, one of said first shafts being positioned in said second mounting slot, said neck body and said body each having a plurality of said first fasteners mounted therein, and both ends of said first shafts being supported by said first fasteners.
8. The folding guitar of claim 7, wherein the extension end of the first securing member extends in the direction of the first pivot axis and is penetrated by the first pivot axis.
9. The folding guitar of claim 8, wherein the rotating portion further comprises a plurality of first concave-convex cams, a plurality of first limiting members and a plurality of first damping members, wherein the first concave-convex cams, the first damping members and the first limiting members are sequentially mounted at two ends of the first rotating shaft, the first concave-convex cams are abutted with the extending ends of the first fixing members, and the first damping members are located between the first concave-convex cams and the first limiting members.
10. The folding guitar of claim 9, wherein said first cam is in abutment with one side of said first damping member and the other side of said first damping member is in abutment with said first retainer.
11. The folding guitar of claim 9, characterized in that said first cam is provided with a plurality of protrusions spaced adjacent to the surface of said first fastener, and said first fastener end surface is provided with a plurality of recesses spaced adjacent to the surface of said first cam, each of said protrusions being inserted into a corresponding one of said recesses.
12. A musical instrument comprising a folded guitar as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 11.
