Fig. 1 and 2 show a schematic structural diagram of a support 100 according to an embodiment of the present invention, fig. 3 shows an exploded schematic diagram of the support 100, and fig. 4 shows a cross-sectional view of the support 100. As shown in fig. 1 to 4, the bracket 100 includes a mounting assembly 1000, an adjustment assembly 2000, and a first swivel joint 3000. The mounting assembly 1000 is used for mounting the bracket 100 to an object 200 (as shown in fig. 9 and 10), and the mounting assembly 1000 includes a fixing portion 1100. The adjusting assembly 2000 connects the fixing portion 1100 and the first adaptor 3000. Part of the structure of the adjusting assembly 2000 is configured to move relative to the fixing portion 1100, so as to drive the first rotating joint 3000 to move relative to the fixing portion 1100, thereby changing the relative orientation of the first rotating joint 3000 and the mounting assembly 1000, and enabling the first rotating joint 3000 to be in a predetermined orientation. In actual use, the connecting portion 3100 is used to connect with a target device (not shown) which is a desired installation orientation of the target device and can be used normally when the target device is connected to the first adapter 3000 in the desired orientation.
In the bracket 100 provided by the embodiment of the present invention, by setting the adjusting assembly 2000, the relative position between the first adapter 3000 and the mounting assembly 1000 is not fixed, so that when the bracket 100 is mounted on the target 200, the position of the first adapter 3000 relative to the mounting assembly 2000 can be adjusted by the movement of the movable structure in the adjusting assembly 2000 according to the position of the target 200, and the first adapter 3000 is located in the mounting position required by the target device. In this way, when the target device is connected to the first adaptor 3000, it is possible to ensure that the target device can be normally used. That is to say, the bracket 100 provided by the embodiment of the present invention has no strict limitation on the orientation of the object 200 in actual use, and the object 200 may be a transversely-arranged member as shown in fig. 9, a vertically-arranged member as shown in fig. 10, or an obliquely-arranged member (not shown in the figure), which greatly improves the application range and the application scenario of the bracket 100. Additionally, the target device includes, but is not limited to, a medical device.
Optionally, with continued reference to fig. 1-4, the adjusting assembly 2000 includes a first sub-adjusting assembly 2100, a second sub-adjusting assembly 2200, and a second adapter 2300. The first sub-adjustment assembly 2100 is connected to the fixing portion 1100, and a partial structure of the first sub-adjustment assembly 2100 is configured to be rotatable about a first rotation axis with respect to the fixing portion 1100. The second adapter 2300 connects the rotatable structure of the first sub-adjustment assembly 2100 with the second sub-adjustment assembly 2200. The first rotating joint 3000 is connected to the rotatable structure of the second sub-adjustment assembly 2200, i.e., rotatably connected thereto. In actual use of the stand 100, the rotatable structure of the first sub-adjustment assembly 2100 may be rotated about the first rotation axis to rotate the first rotary joint 3000 about the first rotation axis, so as to ensure that the orientation of the first rotary joint 3000 is in a predetermined orientation, which is a desired installation orientation of the medical device, and thus, ensure that the medical device connected to the first rotary joint 3000 is within a range of normal use orientations. In practical use, the rotatable structure of the second sub-adjustment assembly 2200 may be rotated to drive the Su Soudi rotating joint 3000 and the medical device connected thereto to rotate around the second rotation axis, so that the orientation of the medical device is further adjusted within the available range, and the operation convenience of the user is improved.

The movable clamp 1210 is configured to be movable in a predetermined direction to approach or separate from the fixed clamp 1110, so that an area between the movable clamp 1210 and the fixed clamp 1110 constitutes a clamping space to clamp the target 200. That is, the mounting assembly 1000 may grip the object 200 when the movable clamp 1210 approaches the fixed clamp 1110, and may release the object 200 when the movable clamp 1210 moves away from the fixed clamp 1110, so that the bracket can be detached from the object 200. Optionally, the predetermined direction is perpendicular to the direction of extension of the first axis of rotation.
Any suitable means may be used to drive the movable clamp 1210 in the predetermined direction in embodiments of the present invention. The second adapter 2300 includes a first adapter block 2310 and a second adapter block 2320. The first transition piece 2310 may have a cylindrical shape, and is coupled to the second coupling portion 2122. The second adaptor block 2320 is disposed at an end of the first adaptor block 2310 far from the rotation shaft 2120 and extends along an extending direction of the first rotation axis, and the second adaptor block 2320 is connected to the second sub-adjustment assembly 2200.
In a further modification, the first sub-adjustment assembly 2100 further includes a positioning portion 2400 (shown in fig. 3), and the positioning portion 2400 is used for keeping the rotating shaft 2120 and the fixing portion 1100 relatively stationary.
Optionally, the second adapter 2300 is provided with at least one first pin hole 2311 extending along the extending direction of the first rotation axis, and in this embodiment, the first pin hole 2311 is disposed on the first adapter 2310. The fixing portion 1100, in particular, an end surface of the second section 1123 of the first connecting member 1120, which is far away from the first section 1122, is provided with a plurality of second pin holes (not labeled) which are arranged at intervals around the first rotation axis, and any one of the second pin holes can be selectively aligned with one of the first pin holes 2311. The positioning part 2400 may be a pin, and when the pin is inserted into one of the first pin holes 2311 and the second pin hole aligned with the first pin hole 2311, the rotational shaft 2120 cannot rotate around its central axis (i.e., the first rotational axis), so that the rotational shaft 2120 and the fixing part 1100 remain relatively stationary. Preferably, the pin in this embodiment is a knob plunger (also referred to as an index pin), and the type of the knob plunger is not particularly limited, and may be a reset type, a self-locking type, or another type. Alternatively, the number of the second pin holes is eight, and eight second pin holes are uniformly arranged around the first rotation axis, so that eight angles of the first rotary joint 3000 can be adjusted by rotating the rotary shaft 2120.
Fig. 8 shows the overall structure of the second sub-adjustment assembly 2200. As shown in fig. 8, the second sub-adjustment assembly 2200 includes a second fixed shaft 2210 and a rotating disc 2220. The second fixing shaft 2210 is connected to the second adapting block 2320 of the second adapter 2300, and the second fixing shaft 2210 and the second adapter 2300 are kept relatively still. The rotating disc 2220 is fitted over the second fixed shaft 2210, and the rotating disc 2220 can rotate around the central axis of the second fixed shaft 2210, such that the central axis of the second fixed shaft 2210 is the second rotation axis. The first joint 3000 may be connected to the rotating disc 2220 by screws or any other suitable means, and the first joint 3000 and the rotating disc 2220 are kept relatively stationary.
The second fixed shaft 2210 may include a shaft body 2211 and a third joint 2212. Referring to fig. 4, the shaft body 2211 includes a first shaft section (not labeled) and a second shaft section (not labeled) connected to each other, and the diameter of the first shaft section is larger than that of the second shaft section, so that the intersection of the first shaft section and the second shaft section is formed as a limit step (not labeled). The rotating disc 2220 is sleeved on the second shaft section. The third engagement portion 2222 is provided on the first shaft segment and extends outward in the radial direction of the shaft body 2211. The third joint 2212 can be connected to the second adapter 2320 of the second adapter 2300 by screws or any other suitable means. The embodiment of the present invention does not specifically limit the shape of the third engaging portion 2122, and it may be provided as needed. Meanwhile, as shown in fig. 4 and 8, the second sub-adjustment assembly 2200 further includes a second position-limiting part 2230, the second position-limiting part 2230 is disposed on a side of the rotating disc 2220 away from the position-limiting step, and the second position-limiting part 2230 cooperates with the position-limiting step to prevent the rotating disc 2220 from being separated from the second fixed shaft 2210. Further, the second position-limiting portion 2230 is also configured to adjust damping between the second fixed shaft 2210 and the rotating disk 2220.
Optionally, the configuration of the second stopper portion 2230 is substantially the same as the configuration of the first stopper portion 2130. In other words, the second shaft section of the shaft body 2211 is provided with a screw thread, the second position-limiting portion 2230 includes a second pre-tightening nut 2231 and a second pre-tightening member 2232, the second pre-tightening nut 2231 is connected to the second shaft section through the screw thread, the second pre-tightening member 2232 is sleeved on the outer peripheral surface of the second shaft section, and two axial ends of the second pre-tightening member 2232 are respectively abutted to the second pre-tightening nut 2231 and the rotating disc 2220. The second pretightening member 2232 includes a second elastic part 2232a and a second lubricating part 2232b, the second elastic part 2232a and the second lubricating part 2232b are both sleeved on the outer peripheral surface of the second shaft segment, and the second lubricating part 2232b is located at two axial ends of the second elastic part 2242 a. When the second pretension nut 2231 is rotated to move the second pretension nut 2231 in a direction to approach the rotating disc 2220, the elastic potential energy stored in the second elastic member 2242a increases, so that the damping between the second fixed shaft 2210 and the rotating disc 2220 increases. Conversely, when the second nut 2231 is moved away from the rotating disc 2220, the elastic potential energy stored in the second elastic member 2242a is decreased, so that the damping between the second fixed shaft 2210 and the rotating disc 2220 is decreased.
In practice, damping between the rotating disk 2220 and the second fixed shaft 2210 may be set to be greater than damping between the rotating shaft 2120 and the first fixed shaft 2110. When the damping between the rotating disc 2220 and the second fixed shaft 2210 is sufficiently large and appropriate, the rotating disc 2220 can be kept relatively stationary with respect to the second fixed shaft 2210 without being subjected to an external force by the interaction of the self weight of the medical equipment connected to the first rotating joint 3000 and the damping between the rotating disc 2220 and the first fixed shaft 2210. In this case, if the user needs to adjust the orientation of the medical device by driving the rotating disc 2220 to rotate, a force can be directly applied to the medical device, and the force is transmitted to the rotating disc 2220 through the medical device to drive the rotating disc 2220 to rotate, so that the operation is more directly convenient.
Optionally, the second sub-adjustment assembly 2200 may further include a third position-limiting portion (not shown in the drawings) for limiting a rotation angle of the rotating disc 2220. For example, the third position-limiting portion may include two first stoppers and one second stopper, the two first stoppers may be disposed on the outer circumferential surface of the second shaft section and spaced apart from each other in the circumferential direction of the first shaft section, the second stopper is disposed on a surface of the rotating disc 2220 that is far away from the first shaft section, and the second stopper is located between the two first stoppers. When the rotary disk 2220 is rotated in the first direction to be in contact with one of the first stoppers, the rotary disk 2220 cannot be continuously rotated in the first direction, and when the rotary disk is rotated in the second direction to be in contact with the other of the first stoppers, the rotary disk 2220 cannot be continuously rotated in the second direction. The second direction is opposite to the first direction. Optionally, two of the first stoppers are spaced 180 ° apart from each other, so that the maximum rotation angle of the rotating disk 2220 is 180 °.
In addition, a counter bore is provided on an end surface of the first adaptor 2310 facing the rotational shaft 2120 to receive the second engaging portion 2122. The second adaptor block 2320 is provided with a counterbore to accommodate the third engagement portion 2122. The first adapter 3000 is provided with a stepped counter bore to accommodate the portion of the second sub-adjustment assembly 2200 protruding from the second adapter 2320. This provides the advantage of concealing the screws, the first sub-adjustment assembly 2100 and the second sub-adjustment assembly 2200, etc., so that the bracket 100 has an aesthetically pleasing appearance.
Next, a practical application of the stent 100 will be described by way of example.
As shown in fig. 1, a connection portion 3100 is provided on the first joint 3000, and the first joint 3000 is connected to the medical device through the connection portion 3100. The connection portion 3100 may be a socket provided at an end of the first transfer joint 3000 away from the first transfer block 2310, the socket being used for inserting a plug of the medical device, thereby connecting the medical device to the cradle 100. When the interface is in a predetermined orientation, the medical device connected to the first adapter 3000 can be brought into a predetermined orientation and normal use can be ensured. Taking the medical device as an oxygenator for example, when the oxygenator is connected to the first adaptor 3000, the oxygenator should be arranged vertically and not inverted for normal use, which requires that the socket should be above the second adaptor 2320.
Referring again to fig. 9, when the bracket 100 is mounted to a transversely disposed elongated member, the first axis of rotation extends in a horizontal direction. The second adapter 2300 and the first adapter 3000 thereon are driven to rotate around the first rotation axis by the rotation of the rotation shaft 2120 of the first sub-adjustment assembly 2100, so that the first adapter 3000 rotates above the second adapter 2320, and thus the socket is located above the second adapter 2320. At the same time, the second axis of rotation extends in a vertical direction. When the oxygenator is actually used, the first swivel joint 3000 can be driven to rotate around the second swivel axis by the rotation of the rotating disc 2220, so that the first swivel joint 3000 swings on a horizontal plane, and in this process, the socket is always located above the second adaptor 2320, so that the oxygenator can be normally used.
Referring again to fig. 10, when the bracket 100 is mounted to a vertically disposed elongated member, the first axis of rotation still extends in a horizontal direction. In this case, the second adapter 2300 and the first adapter 3000 thereon can still be rotated around the first rotation axis by the rotation of the rotation shaft 2120 until the first adapter 3000 is rotated above the second adapter 2320, so that the socket is located above the second adapter 2320. While allowing the second axis of rotation to extend in a vertical direction.
As can be seen from this application example, the bracket 100 provided in the embodiment of the present invention drives the first adaptor 3000 to rotate through the rotation of the rotatable structure of the first sub-adjustment assembly 2100, so that the connecting portion 3100 on the first adaptor 3000 is in a predetermined orientation to meet the installation requirement of the medical device. And the first rotating joint 3000 and the medical device thereon can be driven to swing within a usable orientation range by the rotation of the rotatable structure of the second sub-adjustment assembly 2200, so as to further facilitate the operation of the user.
The embodiment of the utility model provides a support is whole small and exquisite succinct, portable. The bracket has two rotational degrees of freedom, so that the bracket can be connected to targets in various directions to ensure that medical equipment connected to the first rotating joint can still be normally used, and the application scene of the bracket is expanded. In addition, the damping of two sub-adjusting part of support is adjustable for the user can be according to individual habit, use scene adjustment two the damping of sub-adjusting part promotes the use impression.
Although the present invention is disclosed above, it is not limited thereto. Various modifications and alterations of this invention may be made by those skilled in the art without departing from the spirit and scope of this invention. Thus, if such modifications and variations of the present invention fall within the scope of the claims of the present invention and their equivalents, the present invention is also intended to include such modifications and variations.
