Therefore, how to provide a handle assembly with better sealing effect and a cooker thereof become a problem to be solved urgently.
SUMMERY OF THE UTILITY MODEL
The present invention aims at least solving one of the technical problems existing in the prior art or the related art.
Therefore, an object of the present invention is to provide a handle assembly.
Another object of the utility model is to provide a pot.
To achieve the above object, the present invention provides a handle assembly, including: the handle is provided with an accommodating cavity and a window communicated with the accommodating cavity, the side wall of the accommodating cavity is provided with a bearing surface, the bearing surface comprises an inner end close to the center of the accommodating cavity and an outer end far away from the center of the accommodating cavity, the direction from the outer side of the handle to the inner side of the handle is a first direction, and the bearing surface extends from the inner end to the outer end to the inner side of the handle along the first direction; and the cover body is arranged on the bearing surface so as to open or close the window.
According to the handle subassembly that this application provided for structures such as intelligent pan. Particularly, the handle subassembly includes the handle, is provided with on hand and holds the chamber to installation battery module, automatically controlled board isotructure, simultaneously, be provided with on hand and hold the window of chamber intercommunication, in order to make things convenient for the business turn over of battery module, automatically controlled board isotructure. And a cover is installed at the window for opening and closing the window. Meanwhile, in order to install the cover body, the handle is provided with the bearing surface, the bearing surface extends from the inner end to the outer end to the inner side of the handle along the first direction, namely the inner end to the outer end of the bearing surface extends from the outer side of the handle to the inner side of the handle along the first direction, namely the inner end of the bearing surface is closer to the outer side of the handle, and the outer end of the bearing surface is closer to the inner side of the handle, namely the inner end of the bearing surface is higher than the outer end, so that when water exists on the handle, the water on the handle can flow to the lower part, namely the water on the handle is more difficult to flow to the cover body side, and therefore the water can be prevented from flowing into the handle along the edge of the cover body, the bearing surface can form a waterproof surface, and the waterproof effect of the handle at the cover body is improved.
In addition, the handle assembly provided by the application can also have the following additional technical characteristics:
in the above technical scheme, the bearing surface gradually inclines and extends towards the inner side of the handle from the inner end to the outer end along the first direction, so that the bearing surface forms an inclined surface.
In the technical scheme, the bearing surface is an inclined surface which is obliquely arranged, the inner side of the bearing surface is high, and the outer side of the bearing surface is low, so that water entering from a gap between the handle and the cover body can flow into the groove along the inclined surface, and the sealing effect on the cover body is realized. Of course, the carrying surface can also be stepped from the inner side to the outer side, so that the water can be prevented from flowing into the accommodating cavity.
In above-mentioned technical scheme, the handle includes the lateral wall face of being connected with the loading face, and the lateral wall face is followed first direction by the loading face and is extended to the outside of handle, and the lateral wall face forms the slot with the loading face.
In the technical scheme, the handle comprises a bearing surface and a side wall surface which are arranged in an L shape or a similar L shape, and the side wall surface and the bearing surface form a groove, so that water entering from a gap between the handle and the cover body can flow into the groove along the bearing surface, and the water in the groove can be discharged through guidance subsequently, thereby realizing the waterproof effect.
Further, the cover and the outer surface of the handle are flush, i.e., the cover and the outer surface of the handle are smoothly transitioned, thereby ensuring the aesthetic appearance of the handle assembly.
Furthermore, a flow guide surface extending along the circumferential direction of the handle is arranged on the handle and connected with the groove, and water in the groove can be discharged along the flow guide surface.
Further, the groove is an arc-shaped groove extending in the circumferential direction of the handle.
Furthermore, the side wall surface and the bearing surface are arranged at a preset angle, the side wall surface extends from the bearing surface to a position far away from the bearing surface to the center of the accommodating cavity from the center direction deviating from the accommodating cavity, namely the outer side of the side wall surface inclines towards the center direction of the window, so that the opening of the window is inwards shrunk from inside to outside, and therefore part of water can be shielded through the side wall surface, and the waterproof performance of the cover body is improved.
Further, the preset angle is smaller than 90 °, i.e. the preset angle is an acute angle.
In the above technical scheme, the bearing surface is annularly arranged along the circumferential direction of the cover body, or the bearing surface is arranged corresponding to one end of the cover body close to the pot.
In this solution, only a part of the carrying surface may be present, while the other part may be provided with a normal support structure. Of course, the bearing surface can also be arranged along the whole direction of the window, so that the waterproof along all directions of the window can be realized.
In the above technical solution, the handle assembly further includes: the electronic part is arranged in the accommodating cavity; and the sealing ring is arranged between the electronic part and the cover body, and/or between the electronic part and the handle, and/or between the handle and/or the cover body.

Meanwhile, the handle 1 is designed with a certain inclination, and when the handle is matched with a waterproof cover (with a display window), a certain waterproof ditch is formed;
further, the handle 1 is designed to be circular arc, so that water in the water-proof ditch can flow to two sides through the guide flow and can not enter the electric control board 42.
Further, the second sealing ring 54 is assembled with the handle 1, and the second sealing ring 54 is embedded into the handle 1 through plasticity of the material of the second sealing ring 54, so that the second sealing ring 54 is prevented from falling off when the battery cover is detached. The battery cover is buckled with the handle 1, and the second tight sealing ring is pressed by the pressing force, so that the sealing effect is achieved.
As shown in fig. 1 to 7, the technical solution of the second aspect of the present invention provides a pot, including a handle assembly provided by any technical solution of the first aspect. Because this pan includes the handle subassembly that any technical scheme of first aspect provided, so have all beneficial effects of above-mentioned handle subassembly, no longer describe herein.
Further, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the pot further includes: the pot comprises a pot body 6, wherein the bottom of the pot body 6 is provided with a mounting groove 62; and the temperature sensor 7 is arranged at the mounting groove 62 and used for detecting the temperature of the pot body 6.
In this technical scheme, the pan still includes pot body 6, and the handle subassembly is installed on pot body 6. The bottom of the pan body 6 is provided with a mounting groove 62. And the temperature sensor 7 is installed at the installation groove 62 for detecting the temperature of the pot body 6. Can detect the temperature of pot body 6 through temperature sensor 7 to alright realize the intelligent control to the pan heating based on this temperature.
Further, the temperature sensor 7 is connected to the electric control board 42 on the handle assembly through a connection wire or wirelessly, so that a temperature signal detected by the temperature sensor 7 can be transmitted to the electric control board 42, and further the heating power and the like can be controlled.
Further, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the mounting groove 62 extends from the bottom edge of the pan body 6 to the center of the pan body 6, and the temperature sensor 7 extends from the center of the pan body 6 to the bottom edge of the pan body 6 within the mounting groove 62. By the arrangement, the temperature sensor 7 can detect the temperature at the center of the pot body 6, and the temperature at the center of the pot body 6 is generally higher, so that the temperature measurement accuracy can be ensured by the arrangement.
Further, the temperature sensor 7 comprises an NTC sensor.
Further, the pan includes intelligent pan. The intelligent pot can be used for heating of induction cookers and the like.
