The dust collection station 200 includes an upper section 4, a lower section 6, and a connecting wand 5 located between the upper section 4 and the lower section 6. The connecting hard tube 5 is a hollow hard tube; in this embodiment, the upper part 4 is supported only by the stiff tube 5.
As shown in fig. 3, the handheld dust collection main body 1 applies negative pressure to the floor brush 3 through the rod assembly 2, so that the floor brush 3 sucks dust and debris on the floor into the handheld dust collector 100, and the dust and debris are collected in the dust cup 11 of the handheld dust collection main body 1. The dirt cup 11 includes a cup body 111 having an opening at the bottom thereof and a bottom cover 112 hinged to the bottom of the cup body 111, the bottom cover 112 hinged to the bottom of the cup body 111 being capable of opening and closing the opening of the cup body 111.
The lower section 6 of the dust collecting station 200 is located at the lower side of the upper section 4, and the lower section 6 can support the entire dust collecting station 200 on the ground. The upper portion 4 comprises a first housing 41, a debris transfer chamber 42 and a dirt bag 43, the debris transfer chamber 42 and the dirt bag 43 each being disposed within the first housing 41, the debris transfer chamber 42 being located above the dirt bag 43; during docking of the hand-held cleaner 100 with the dust collection station 200, the debris transfer chamber 42 is located between the dust cup 11 and the dust bag 43, and is capable of being in fluid communication with both the dust cup 11 and the dust bag 43.
As shown in fig. 3 and 4, the upper portion 4 further includes a bottom lid closing mechanism 44 disposed on the first housing 41, the bottom lid closing mechanism 44 being configured to enable the bottom lid 112 to close the opening of the cup 111. The bottom cover closing mechanism 44 includes a movable member 441 and a drive motor 442, the movable member 441 being movably disposed within the first housing 41 and capable of contacting the bottom cover 112 to cause the bottom cover 112 to close the opening; drive motor 442 is drivingly connected to movable member 441, and drive motor 442 provides power to movable member 441 to move movable member 441 toward and away from bottom cover 112.
The first housing 41 has a first cavity 410 therein for accommodating the dust bag 43, and the dust bag 43 is detachably disposed in the first cavity 410. The first housing 41 includes a side door 411 for closing and opening the first cavity 410, and the side door 411 is opened so that the user can take the dust bag 43 out of the first cavity 410, clean the dust and debris in the dust bag 43, and then reinstall the dust and debris into the first cavity 410.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the first housing 41 further has a pair of engaging portions 412, the pair of engaging portions 412 are disposed opposite to each other and extend forward, when the handheld vacuum cleaner 100 is docked with the dust collecting station 200, the pair of engaging portions 412 receive and engage with at least a portion of the handheld vacuum cleaner main body 1, so that the handheld vacuum cleaner main body 1 is fixed on the first housing 41, and the dust collecting station 200 can clean the dust cup conveniently.
As shown in fig. 1 and 3, the lower portion 6 includes a second housing 61 and a dust suction motor 62 located in the second housing 61. The connecting hard pipe 5 is detachably arranged between the first shell 41 and the second shell 61, the upper end part and the lower end part of the connecting hard pipe 5 are respectively inserted into the first shell 41 and the second shell 61, and the dust collection motor 62 and the dust collection bag 43 are communicated through a fluid passage in the connecting hard pipe 5; the second housing 61 has a mounting hole for inserting the connection hard tube 5, and the lower end of the connection hard tube 5 passes through the mounting hole to be connected with the dust suction motor 62.
The lower portion 6 further comprises a second cavity 610 within the second housing 61, the second cavity 610 being for receiving an accessory fitted on the hand-held cleaner 100. The second cavity 610 is located at an upper side of the suction motor 62 and does not communicate with the suction motor 62 and the connection hard pipe 5, and the second housing 61 further includes a knock-out door 611 for opening and closing the second cavity 610, the knock-out door 611 being disposed avoiding the mounting hole of the second housing 61.
The second housing 61 defines an open platform 612, the open platform 612 being located on a front side of the suction motor 62, the open platform 612 receiving the abutment portion of the brush 3 during docking of the hand-held cleaner 100 to the dust collecting station 200. The open platform 612 of the second housing 61 and the pair of engaging portions 412 of the first housing 41 enable the hand-held cleaner 100 to be stably engaged with the dust collection station 200, thereby preventing the hand-held cleaner 100 from being detached from the dust collection station 200 when the dust collection station 200 cleans the dust cup 11.
When the handheld vacuum cleaner 100 is docked to the dust collection station 200, the bottom cover 112 pops open to open the opening of the cup body 111, the dust cup 11 is communicated with the debris transfer chamber 42, the dust collection motor 62 applies suction to the dust collection bag 43 through the connection rigid pipe 5, the suction causes dust and debris in the dust cup 11 to be transferred into the dust collection bag 43 through the debris transfer chamber 42, the dust and debris are blocked in the dust collection bag 43, clean air escapes through the dust collection bag 43 and is sucked into the dust collection motor 62 through the connection rigid pipe 5, and the dust collection station 200 is released by the dust collection motor 62 to prevent the connection rigid pipe 5 from being blocked. When the dirt and debris in the dirt cup 11 is removed, the bottom cover closing mechanism 44 drives the bottom cover 112 to close the opening of the cup body 111.
The dust collecting bag 43 is arranged at the upstream of the connecting hard pipe 5, the dust collecting motor 62 is arranged at the downstream of the connecting hard pipe 5, when the handheld dust collector 100 is docked on the dust collecting device 200, dust and debris in the dust cup 11 enter the dust collecting station 200 under the suction of the dust collecting motor 62, and the dust and debris are blocked and collected by the dust collecting bag 43 before entering the connecting hard pipe 5, so that the dust and debris are prevented from blocking the connecting hard pipe 5, and the safety of the device and the use comfort of a user are improved; the dust bag 43 disposed adjacent the dirt cup 11 provides for better collection of dirt and debris within the dirt cup 11, improving cleaning efficiency.

Claims (7)
1. A dust collection station for a hand-held vacuum cleaner, the hand-held vacuum cleaner comprising a hand-held vacuum cleaner main body having a dust cup, a floor brush, and a wand assembly connecting the hand-held vacuum cleaner main body and the floor brush, the dust collection station being capable of docking with the hand-held vacuum cleaner and effecting removal of debris from the dust cup; the dust collecting station is characterized by comprising a lower part capable of being supported on the ground, an upper part positioned on the upper side of the lower part and a connecting hard pipe positioned between the lower part and the upper part, wherein the upper part comprises a first shell, a dust collecting bag positioned in the first shell and a debris transferring chamber positioned in the first shell and positioned above the dust collecting bag, the debris transferring chamber is positioned between the dust cup and the dust collecting bag during the docking of the handheld dust collector and the dust collecting station and can be simultaneously in fluid communication with the dust cup and the dust collecting bag, the lower part comprises a second shell and a dust collecting motor positioned in the second shell, and the dust collecting motor is communicated with the dust collecting bag through a fluid passage in the connecting hard pipe.
2. The dust collection station of claim 1, wherein said dirt cup comprises: the cup body is provided with an opening at the bottom, and the bottom cover is hinged to the bottom of the cup body and can open and close the opening; the upper portion includes a bottom cover closing mechanism disposed on the first housing, the bottom cover closing mechanism configured to close the bottom cover; the bottom cover closing mechanism comprises: a movable member movably disposed within the first housing and contactable with the bottom cover; and a driving motor for providing power to drive the movable part to move.
3. The dust collection station of claim 2, wherein said upper portion includes a first cavity within said first housing, said first housing including a side door for closing said first cavity, said dust bag being removably disposed within said first cavity.
4. The dust collection station of claim 1, wherein said lower portion includes a second cavity in said second housing, said second housing including a top opening for closing said second cavity.
5. The dust collection station of claim 1, wherein said suction motor is located on a lower side of said second cavity.
6. The dust collection station of claim 1, wherein said connecting wand is removably positionable between said first housing and said second housing.
7. The dust collection station of claim 1, wherein said second housing defines an open platform, said open platform being located on a front side of said suction motor; the open platform receives an abutment portion of the floor brush during docking of the hand-held cleaner with the dust collection station.
