Abstract
The application relates to the technical field of air conditioners, and particularly provides an air conditioner indoor unit. Fig. 2 is a schematic view of the rear side of the air conditioning indoor unit according to the present invention, and the portion of the frame located on the rear side is not shown for clarity.
In order to solve the problem that the length of an air conditioner indoor unit is usually much larger than the height and width of the air conditioner indoor unit, so that the installation position layout is limited and the appearance is affected, the application provides the air conditioner indoor unit. As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the air conditioning indoor unit 1 includes a cabinet 10, an evaporator 20 disposed inside the cabinet 10, a motor 30 disposed at a first end inside the cabinet 10, a duct 40, and an electric box 50. The cabinet 10 includes a housing 11, a first end cap 12, a second end cap 13, and a bobbin 14, the housing 11 housing a front side, an upper side, and a lower side, the first end cap 12 being connected to the housing 11 to cover a left side end shown in fig. 2, the second end cap 13 being connected to the housing 11 to cover a right side end shown in fig. 2, the bobbin 14 being located inside the housing 11, and the housing 11, the evaporator 20, and the motor 30 all being connected to the bobbin 14. The duct 40 is disposed at a first end inside the cabinet 10 and includes two pipes 41, two evaporator connection ports 42, and two air conditioner outdoor unit connection ports 43. More specifically, both ends of each pipe 41 are respectively connected to an evaporator connection port 42 and an outdoor unit connection port 43, each evaporator connection port 42 is connected to the evaporator 20 through a plurality of thin pipes (not shown in the drawings), and each outdoor unit connection port 43 is connected to the outdoor unit through an outdoor unit connection pipe (not shown in the drawings), so that the evaporator 20 and the outdoor unit are connected to exchange refrigerant therebetween. The appliance case 50 is disposed at a first end inside the cabinet 10 and in front of the motor 30 and the duct 40.
By disposing the electrical box 50 at the first end inside the cabinet 10 and in front of the motor 30 and the duct 40, the length of the air conditioning indoor unit 1 is greatly reduced without restricting the installation position layout and affecting the aesthetic appearance.
Referring further to fig. 1, the first end cap 12 of the housing 10 is removed to view the construction and installation of the appliance casing 50. The electrical box 50 includes a box body 51 in which a circuit board and other electronic devices (not shown in the drawings) are disposed, and a box opening 52 at the first end cover 12 of the box body 51 facing the first end of the cabinet 10. In maintenance, a maintenance person can open the first end cap 12 to repair or remove the circuit board or other electronic devices in the box body 51 through the box opening 52.
By arranging the box opening 52 at the first end cover 12 of the box body 51 facing the first end of the cabinet 10, a maintenance person can conveniently maintain or take out a circuit board or other electronic devices in the box body 51 through the box opening 52 after opening the first end cover 12, and meanwhile, the rear part of the electrical box 51 is isolated from the pipeline 40, so that the refrigerant leakage caused when the pipeline 40 is broken is prevented from diffusing into the internal electrical box 51.
In a preferred embodiment, a lid (not shown in the drawings) is provided at the tank opening 52 to close and open the tank opening 52. When the air-conditioning indoor unit 1 does not need maintenance, the box cover is used for closing the box opening 52 to protect the circuit boards and other electronic devices in the box body 51, and when the air-conditioning indoor unit 1 needs maintenance, the box cover is opened to prevent the box opening 52 from being closed, so that a maintenance worker is allowed to repair or take out the circuit boards or other electronic devices in the box body 51 through the box opening 52.
By providing a box cover at the box opening 52, the box opening 52 can be closed to protect the circuit boards and other electronic components inside the box body 51 and the box opening 52 can be opened to allow a service person to service or take out the circuit boards or other electronic components inside the box body 51 through the box opening 52.
In a preferred embodiment, the lid is hingedly or snap-fit connected to the mouth 52. In the case of a hinged lid, the lid 52 can be rotated by a service person to close or open the opening, and in the case of a snap-fit, the lid 52 can be removed or attached by the service person to close or open the opening.
By having the lid hingedly or snap-fit attached to the mouth 52, the lid can be securely attached to the mouth 52 and the mouth 52 can be easily closed and opened as desired.
In yet another preferred embodiment, the electrical box 50 is made of a metal material such as iron or aluminum alloy, which is widely used and relatively inexpensive.
By making the electrical enclosure 50 from a metallic material, electromagnetic shielding can be formed to avoid interference between circuit boards and other electronic components within the electrical enclosure 50 and other components outside the electrical enclosure 50. Of course, in other embodiments, the electrical box 50 may also be made of a plastic material.
Referring still further to FIG. 1, the electronics box 50 is connected to the backbone 14 in a snap-fit manner. Specifically, the framework 14 further includes an electrical box fixing portion located on the right side in fig. 1 and adjacent to the first end cover 12, the electrical box fixing portion being connected to a portion (not shown in the drawings) of the framework 14 located on the rear side of the air conditioning indoor unit 1, and the casing 51 being connected to the electrical box fixing portion of the framework 14 in a snap-fit manner. It is also possible to connect the box body 51 to the electrical box fixing portion of the framework 14 in a screwed manner (not shown in the drawings). The bolt or snap fit between the cassette 51 and the frame 14 may be disengaged to remove the cassette 51 from its installed position when the cassette 51 needs to be removed for servicing, and the cassette 51 may be installed in its installed position again by bolt or snap fit when servicing is complete.
By connecting the electrical box 50 to the frame 14 of the cabinet 10 in a screw or snap manner, a convenient, reliable and easily detachable installation of the electrical box 50 is achieved.
Alternatively, the electrical box 50 may be connected to the frame 14 by riveting, welding, or gluing, etc., and the purpose of mounting the electrical box 50 to its mounting position may be accomplished by using the same.
Referring further to fig. 2, a portion of the framework 14 located at the rear side of the air conditioning indoor unit 1 is not shown in the drawing for clarity, the evaporator 20 is disposed in the casing 10 along the length direction of the casing 10, the air conditioning indoor unit 1 further includes a cross flow fan 60 disposed in the evaporator 20 along the length direction of the casing 10, one end of the cross flow fan 60 is connected to the motor 30 in a transmission manner, and the other end of the cross flow fan 60 is connected to a bearing (not shown in the drawing) mounted to the framework 14, and the motor 30 drives the cross flow fan 60 to rotate. The cross flow fan 60 rotates and thus draws indoor air to finally enter the cross flow fan 60 through an air inlet (not shown in the drawing) on the casing 10 and the evaporator 20, and the air in the cross flow fan 60 is finally discharged to the indoor through the evaporator 20 and an air outlet (not shown in the drawing) on the casing 10, so that heat is transferred to the refrigerant in the evaporator 20 when the air conditioner cools because the air passes through the evaporator 20 in the entire process from entering to being discharged out of the indoor unit 1 of the air conditioner or heat is absorbed from the refrigerant in the evaporator 20 when the air conditioner heats, so that the temperature of the air discharged through the air outlet is greatly lowered when the air conditioner cools compared to the temperature of the air drawn through the air inlet to cool the indoor air and is greatly raised when the air conditioner heats the indoor air.
By disposing the cross flow fan 60 in the evaporator 20 along the length direction of the casing 10 and by drivingly connecting one end of the cross flow fan 60 to the motor 30, the motor 30 drives the cross flow fan 60 to rotate, so that the air flow passes through the evaporator 20 and is thermally interacted with the refrigerant therein, thereby cooling the indoor air when the air conditioner is cooling or heating the indoor air when the air conditioner is heating.
Referring further to fig. 2, the first end cap 12 is opened with an access opening 121, and an access cover (not shown in the drawing) is provided at the access opening 121 to close and open the access opening 121. Accordingly, as shown in fig. 1, the electrical box fixing portion of the framework 14 is separately provided with a through hole 141, and the shape, position and size of the through hole 141 are matched with the service opening 121. When servicing the motor 30 and the cross flow fan 60, the service person first opens the access cover, then holds the motor 30 by hand through the access opening 121 and the through hole 141 and pulls it outward, the motor 30 drives the cross flow fan 60 with its end portion out of the bearing, and the service person continues to pull the motor 30 and the cross flow fan 60 outward to pull them out of the casing 10 through the access opening 121 and the through hole 141 for servicing the motor 30 and the cross flow fan 60.
By providing the access opening 121 on the first end cover 12 and providing an access cover at the access opening 121, a serviceman can open the access cover to conveniently and quickly take out the motor 30 and the cross flow fan 60 through the access opening 121 for maintenance.
In a preferred embodiment, the access cover is hingedly or snap-fit connected to the access opening 121. During maintenance, the maintenance personnel can rotate the access cover to close or open the access opening 121 under the hinged condition, and the maintenance personnel can take down or mount the access cover to close or open the access opening 121 under the clamping condition.
By connecting the access cover to the access opening 121 in a hinged or snap-fit manner, the access cover can be reliably connected to the access opening 121 and the access opening 121 can be easily closed and opened as needed.
In another preferred embodiment, the access opening 121 is circular, the access cover is a round cover, and the through hole 141 formed in the appliance box fixing portion of the frame 14 is a circular hole.
By providing the access opening 121 in a circular shape and providing the access cover in a circular shape, the shape of the access opening 121 is matched to the cross-sectional shapes of the motor 30 and the cross-flow fan 60, which are substantially cylindrical, so that the access opening 121 can be smoothly taken out with an area slightly larger than the cross-sectional shapes of the motor 30 and the cross-flow fan 60 without providing the access opening 121 having a larger area.
Alternatively, the access opening 121 may be configured to have other shapes such as a square shape, a regular pentagon shape, etc. and the access cover may be configured to have the same shape and size, the through hole 141 provided in the electrical box fixing portion of the framework 14 has the same shape and size as the access opening 121, and the maintenance personnel may take out the motor 30 and the cross flow fan 60 through the access opening 121 and the through hole 141 having other shapes.

a housing;
an evaporator disposed within the enclosure;
a motor disposed at a first end within the enclosure;
the pipeline is arranged at the first end in the shell and comprises an evaporator connecting port and an air conditioner outdoor unit connecting port, the evaporator connecting port is connected with the evaporator, and the air conditioner outdoor unit connecting port is connected with an air conditioner outdoor unit so as to realize the connection of the evaporator and the air conditioner outdoor unit; and
an electrical box disposed at a first end within the enclosure and forward of the motor and the conduit.
2. An indoor unit of an air conditioner according to claim 1, wherein the electric appliance box is provided with a box opening at a first end cover facing the first end of the cabinet.
3. An indoor unit of an air conditioner according to claim 2, wherein a tank cover is provided at the tank opening so as to close and open the tank opening.
4. An indoor unit of an air conditioner according to claim 3, wherein the case cover is connected to the case opening in a hinge-fitting or snap-fitting manner.
5. An indoor unit of an air conditioner according to claim 1, wherein the electric appliance case is made of a metal material.
6. An indoor unit of an air conditioner according to claim 1, wherein the electric appliance box is connected to the frame of the cabinet in a screw or snap manner.
7. The indoor unit of any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein the evaporator is disposed in the casing along a length direction of the casing, the indoor unit further comprises a cross-flow fan disposed in the evaporator along the length direction of the casing, and one end of the cross-flow fan is in transmission connection with the motor.
8. An indoor unit of an air conditioner according to claim 2, wherein an access opening is opened in the first end cover, and an access cover is provided at the access opening so as to close and open the access opening.
