In the production and manufacturing of automobiles, automobile bodies need to be assembled, in the process of assembling the automobile bodies, a rear tail lamp needs to be fixedly installed on an installation support, then a rear bumper moves from the direct rear of the automobile to the direct front of the automobile, so that the rear bumper can be installed on the automobile bodies, and a lamp is used for generating and emitting light rays to achieve functions of lighting, identification and the like.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, an embodiment of the present invention provides a vehicle body 100, wherein the vehicle body 100 has a length direction. Specifically, in a state of driving or parking on a horizontal road, the longitudinal direction may be a direction from a tail portion of the vehicle body 100 to a head portion of the vehicle body 100, the width direction may be a horizontal direction, and the width direction is a direction from one side to the other side of the vehicle body 100.
The vehicle body 100 includes: a light fixture 110 and a bumper 120.
The lamp 110 may be a rear tail lamp or other lamps such as a headlamp, and the present application does not limit the specific position of the lamp 110, and for convenience of description, the lamp 110 is described as an example of a rear tail lamp in the present application. Specifically, the lamp 110 may be any one of a brake lamp and a turn lamp, and the brake lamp and the turn lamp may also be combined at the same time, and the specific form of the lamp 110 is not limited in the present application. The lamp 110 may be disposed on the left side of the vehicle body 100, or may be disposed on the right side of the vehicle body 100, and the description in this application will be given by taking the example in which the lamp 110 is disposed on the left side of the vehicle body 100.
The lamp 110 has a first abutting end 112 and a protrusion portion protruding from the first abutting end 112 along the width direction. Specifically, the first abutting end 112 may be disposed on the left side of the lamp 110, or may be disposed on the right side of the lamp 110. In the case where the first abutting end 112 is provided on the left side of the lamp 110, the projecting portion projects from the first abutting end 112 toward the left side of the vehicle body 100 in the width direction; in the case where the first abutting end 112 is provided on the right side of the lamp 110, the projecting portion projects from the first abutting end 112 toward the right side of the vehicle body 100 in the width direction. In the present application, the first abutting end 112 is disposed on the left side of the lamp 110 as an example.
The bumper 120 is of an integrally formed plastic construction. Specifically, the bumper 120 is a safety device for absorbing and attenuating external impact and protecting the front and rear portions of the vehicle body 100, and thus the bumper 120 needs to have a certain structural strength and a certain elasticity, and since the plastic material has a good structural strength and a good elasticity, it is suitable for manufacturing the bumper 120; the bumper 120 having an integrally formed structure is more advantageous for the uniformity of appearance, and the aesthetic appearance of the vehicle body 100 can be improved.
The bumper 120 has a second abutting end 122, and the second abutting end 122 is used for abutting against the first abutting end 112. Specifically, the position of the second abutting end 122 corresponds to the first abutting end 112, that is, in the case that the lamp 110 is disposed on the left side of the vehicle body 100, the second abutting end 122 is disposed on the left side of the bumper 120; when the lamp 110 is disposed on the right side of the vehicle body 100, the second contact end 122 is disposed on the right side of the bumper 120. In the present application, the second contact end 122 is provided on the left side of the vehicle body 100 as an example.
As shown in fig. 1 and 3, during the installation process, the bumper 120 moves from the front of the vehicle body 100 to the front of the vehicle body 100 along the length direction from the front of the vehicle body 100, so as to complete the mutual abutting of the first abutting end 112 and the second abutting end 122, eliminate a large gap between the lamp 110 and the bumper 120, and complete the appearance of the lamp 110 and the bumper 120. The bumper 120 moves from the front to the back of the vehicle body 100 along the length direction to form a moving path towards the front of the vehicle body 100, and since the protrusion protrudes out of the first abutting end 112 along the width direction, the path of the second abutting end 122 moving to the first abutting end 112 is interfered by the protrusion, that is, the protrusion is partially located in the moving path, so that the second abutting end 122 cannot move forward continuously under the condition of moving to contact with the protrusion, and cannot abut against the first abutting end 112; since the bumper 120 has a certain elasticity, at this time, the portion of the bumper 120 located on the left side of the second abutting end 122 can be bent by bending the bumper 120, so that the second abutting end 122 of the bumper 120 can move a certain distance to the left, and the second abutting end 122 can bypass the protruding portion and smoothly abut on the first abutting end 112. Of course, since the bumper 120 has a certain elastic range, the bumper 120 cannot be bent without limitation, and the bumper 120 can be mounted without damage only when the portion of the protrusion located in the movement path is within a certain size range.
Specifically, the length of the part of the protrusion located in the movement path in the length direction is a preset length (i.e., H1 in fig. 3), and the preset length may be 0mm to 50mm; the width of the portion of the projection located in the movement path in the width direction is a preset width (i.e., H2 in fig. 3), and the preset width may be 0mm to 20mm. It has been verified through many experiments that the bumper 120 can be bent to some extent without damage (for example, the portion of the bumper 120 located at the left side of the second abutting end 122 is bent by 0-30 °) if the size of the protrusion located in the moving path is within the range.
In some embodiments of the present application, the predetermined length may be 20mm to 40mm; the preset width may be 5mm to 10mm.
Multiple experiments prove that under the condition that the size of the protruding part in the movement path is within the range, the three-dimensional effect of the lamp 110 can be guaranteed, and the bumper 120 can be quickly restored to the initial state after being bent to a certain degree, so that the assembly difficulty is reduced, and the yield is improved.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, in some embodiments of the present application, the vehicle body 100 also has a height direction. Specifically, the height direction of the vehicle body 100 is a direction from the bottom of the vehicle body 100 to the top of the vehicle body 100, and the height direction is a vertical direction when the vehicle body 100 is in a normal working state and is placed on a horizontal plane.
The luminaire 110 extends at least partially in the height direction. Specifically, the lamps 110 may all extend in the height direction, that is, the lamps 110 are strip-shaped, and the extending direction of the lamps 110 is the height direction. The lamp 110 may also extend partially in the height direction, that is, a part of the lamp 110 extends in other directions, and another part extends in the height direction. In the present application, only a portion of the lamp 110 is illustrated in the height direction. The portion of the lamp 110 extending in the height direction forms a protrusion 111, and the first abutting end 112 is located on one side of the protrusion 111 in the height direction. Specifically, the first abutting end 112 may be located on the left side of the protrusion 111 in the height direction, or may be located on the right side of the protrusion 111 in the height direction. In the present application, the first contact end 112 is located on the left side of the projection 111 in the height direction as an example.
The bumper 120 is at least partially recessed in the height direction, and the recessed portion of the bumper 120 in the height direction forms a groove 121. Specifically, in the case where the lamp 110 is located above the bumper 120, the groove 121 is formed by the top wall of the bumper 120 being depressed downward; in the case where the lamp 110 is located under the bumper 120, the recess is formed by the bottom wall of the bumper 120 being recessed upward. In the present application, the recess 121 is described as being formed by recessing the top wall of the bumper 120 downward. The recess 121 is adapted to receive at least a portion of the projection 111. Specifically, the groove 121 may be configured to accommodate all the protrusions 111, that is, all the protrusions 111 are located in the groove 121, and a sidewall of the groove 121 is attached to the protrusions 111, so as to ensure complete shapes of the two; the groove 121 can also be used for accommodating a part of the protrusion 111, that is, only a part of the protrusion 111 is located in the groove 121, and the other part of the protrusion 111 is located outside the groove 121, in this case, the side wall of the groove 121 and the protrusion 111 are also required to be attached to ensure the shape integrity of the two, and the part of the protrusion 111 that is not attached to the side wall of the groove 121 can be attached to the sheet metal of the vehicle body 100 to ensure the shape integrity of the whole body. The second abutting end 122 is located on one side of the groove 121 in the height direction. Specifically, the second abutting end 122 may be located on the left side of the groove 121 in the height direction, or may be located on the right side of the groove 121 in the height direction, and since the second abutting end 122 needs to correspond to the position of the first abutting end 112, the second abutting end 122 is located on the left side of the groove 121 in this application as an example for description.
Because the protrusion 111 extends in the height direction, the length of the protrusion 111 may be longer, that is, the length of the first abutting end 112 may be longer, in this case, if the existing scheme is adopted, the longer structure cannot embody the stereoscopic impression, and by adopting the method of the present application, the stereoscopic impression can still be expressed under the condition that the protrusion 111 is longer, so that the personalized requirements of the user can be better satisfied.
As shown in fig. 1 and fig. 2, in some embodiments of the present application, the lamp 110 further has a first connecting portion 113, and the first connecting portion 113 is fixedly connected to the first abutting end 112. Specifically, the first connecting portion 113 is used for being fixedly connected to the bumper 120, and the first connecting portion 113 may be a slot or may be a screw hole, and for convenience of installation, the first connecting portion 113 is taken as a slot in the present application as an example for explanation.
The bumper 120 further has a second connecting portion 123, and the second connecting portion 123 is fixedly connected to the second abutting end 122. Specifically, the second connecting portion 123 is configured to be fixedly connected to the first connecting portion 113, so as to fixedly connect the lamp 110 and the bumper 120, and further fixedly mount the bumper 120 on the vehicle body 100. The second connection portion 123 may be a snap or a screw hole, and the second connection portion 123 is described as an example in the present application in order to be fitted to the first connection portion 113.
In the process of installing the bumper 120, the second abutting end 122 is gradually close to the first abutting end 112, and at the same time, the second connecting portion 123 is also gradually close to the first connecting portion 113, and while the second abutting end 122 abuts on the first abutting end 112, the second connecting portion 123 is also fixedly connected with the first connecting portion 113, so that the connection between the first connecting portion 113 and the second connecting portion 123 and the abutment between the first abutting end 112 and the second abutting end 122 can be realized through one-time assembly.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, in some embodiments of the present application, the first connection portion 113 is located at one side of the protrusion 111 in the height direction. Specifically, the first connecting portion 113 and the first abutting end 112 may be located on the same side of the protrusion 111 in the height direction, that is, the first connecting portion 113 may be located on the left side of the protrusion 111 in the height direction, so that the relative positions of the first connecting portion 113 and the first abutting end 112 are kept fixed, so that the first connecting portion 113 and the first abutting end 112 are assembled together.
The second connection portion 123 is located at one side of the groove 121 in the height direction. Specifically, the second connecting portion 123 and the second abutting end 122 may be located on the same side of the groove 121, that is, the second connecting portion 123 may be located on the left side of the groove 121, so that the relative positions of the second connecting portion 123 and the second abutting end 122 are kept fixed, so that the second connecting portion 123 and the second abutting end 122 are assembled together.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, in some embodiments of the present application, the lamp 110 further has a third connecting portion 114, and the third connecting portion 114 is fixedly connected to the first abutting end 112. Specifically, the third connecting portion 114 is used for being fixedly connected to the bumper 120, and the third connecting portion 114 may be a slot or may be a screw hole, and for convenience of installation, the third connecting portion 114 is taken as a slot in the present application as an example for description.
The bumper 120 further has a fourth connecting portion 124, and the fourth connecting portion 124 is fixedly connected to the second abutting end 122. Specifically, the fourth connecting portion 124 is configured to be fixedly connected to the third connecting portion 114, so as to fixedly connect the lamp 110 and the bumper 120, and further fixedly mount the bumper 120 to the vehicle body 100. The fourth connecting portion 124 may be a snap or a screw hole, and the fourth connecting portion 124 is described as an example in the present application in order to fit the third connecting portion 114.
In the process of installing the bumper 120, the second abutting end 122 is gradually close to the first abutting end 112, and at the same time, the fourth connecting portion 124 is also gradually close to the third connecting portion 114, and while the second abutting end 122 abuts against the first abutting end 112, the fourth connecting portion 124 is also fixedly connected with the third connecting portion 114, so that the connection between the third connecting portion 114 and the fourth connecting portion 124 and the abutment between the first abutting end 112 and the second abutting end 122 can be realized through one-time assembly.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, in some embodiments of the present application, the third connection portion 114 is located on the other side of the protrusion 111 in the height direction. Specifically, the third connecting portion 114 is located at the right side of the protrusion 111 in the height direction, that is, the third connecting portion 114 and the first connecting portion 113 are oppositely disposed, so as to improve the stability of the connection between the bumper 120 and the lamp 110.
The fourth connection portion 124 is located at the other side of the groove 121 in the height direction. Specifically, the fourth connecting portion 124 may be located at the right side of the groove 121 in the height direction, that is, the fourth connecting portion 124 and the second connecting portion 123 are oppositely disposed, so as to improve the stability of the connection between the bumper 120 and the lamp 110.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, in some embodiments of the present application, the protrusion 111 and the groove 121 transition fit.
