For example, when a parent forgets a child in the car, the child can be prevented from choking in the car by opening the window or opening the door in time through the mobile control terminal 7. For example, when an abnormal alarm of the automobile is received in a home, the state information of each door or window can be checked on the mobile phone, and whether the alarm is false or not or what the alarm is specific is judged. The mobile control terminal 7 can also transmit control signals to each automobile door through installed software to control partial functions, so that a driver can operate each automobile door without using the automobile.

The side in the battery mounting cavity 106 is provided with a clamping groove, and when the battery 10 is inserted into the battery mounting cavity 106, the clamping claws are clamped with the clamping grooves, so that the battery 10 can be stably fixed in the battery mounting cavity 106.
Because the electric quantity of the battery 10 is consumed in use, the battery 10 in the door needs to be replaced when a certain time comes, the battery 10 needs to be taken out of the battery mounting cavity 106 conveniently, the unlocking button 108 is arranged on the inner side of the door, the unlocking button 108 can be directly arranged on the side edge of the battery mounting cavity 106, and the battery 10 can be taken out of the battery mounting cavity 106 by pressing the clamping jaws of the clamping mechanism 107 to be separated from the clamping grooves. The unlocking button 108 may also be a key arranged on the inner side of the vehicle door, the key is connected with the ejection device, the key and the ejection device are connected through the wire harness 4, the ejection device is operated by pressing the key, the ejection device can press the jaws of the clamping mechanism 107 to separate the jaws from the clamping groove, and the battery 10 can be taken out of the battery mounting cavity 106.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 8, the battery 10 is provided with an electrode contact 109, an electrode spring 110 is disposed at a corresponding position in the battery mounting cavity 106, and when the battery 10 is clamped in the battery mounting cavity 106, the electrode contact 109 contacts the electrode spring 110 and is electrically connected.
In order to connect the power supply of the battery 10 to the wiring harness 4 inside the door after the battery 10 is inserted into the battery mounting cavity 106, the bottom of the battery 10 is provided with electrode contacts 109, namely a positive electrode contact and a negative electrode contact, and the corresponding positions in the battery mounting cavity 106 are provided with electrode elastic pieces 110, namely a positive electrode elastic piece and a negative electrode elastic piece, which are made of elastic metal sheets, have certain elasticity, and can be stably connected with the electrode contacts 109 under the vibration condition. After the battery 10 is completely inserted into the battery mounting cavity 106, the electrode contact 109 is in contact with and electrically connected to the electrode spring 110, and power is supplied to the electric load device and the sub-controller 2 in the door through the wire harness 4 connected to the electrode spring 110.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 7, the battery 10 is further provided with a power monitoring device 103, the power monitoring device 103 can monitor the remaining power of the battery 10, and the power monitoring device 103 is electrically connected to the battery 10 and the sub-controller 2 through the wire harness 4 and feeds back the information of the remaining power of the battery 10 to the sub-controller 2.
The battery 10 may be a dry battery 10 or a rechargeable battery 10, and the rechargeable battery 10 may be a lead-acid battery 10, a nickel-cadmium battery 10, a nickel-hydrogen battery 10, a lithium-ion battery 10, or the like. In order to enable the battery 10 to be used repeatedly, the rechargeable battery 10 is used in the present invention, and when the rechargeable battery 10 is used to a predetermined period, the electric power inside the battery 10 is consumed, so that the electric load device and the sub-controller 2 cannot be driven, and thus the remaining electric power in the battery 10 needs to be monitored frequently. The electric quantity monitoring device 103 is connected to the electrodes of the battery 10, and its internal detection device can detect the voltage and current states of the battery 10, and calculate the remaining electric quantity of the battery 10 by means of a pre-stored calculation method, and through the wiring harness 4,
the remaining capacity information of the battery 10 is fed back to the sub-controller 2. The sub-controller 2 transmits the residual capacity information of the battery 10 to the main controller 1 through the wireless network 5, and the main controller 1 displays the residual capacity information on a man-machine interface, so that a driver can monitor the residual capacity of the battery 10 carried by each vehicle door in real time.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 7, the battery 10 is further provided with a power display device 104, the power display device 104 is disposed inside the vehicle door, and the power display device 104 is electrically connected to the sub-controller 2 and can display the remaining power of the battery 10 through a display interface.

In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 7, the battery 10 is further provided with an electric quantity alarm device 105,5, the electric quantity alarm device 105 is electrically connected to the sub-controller 2, the sub-controller 2 sets an alarm value of the remaining electric quantity of the battery 10, when the remaining electric quantity of the battery 10 is lower than the alarm value, the sub-controller 2 sends out alarm information through the current display device, and/or the sub-controller 2 feeds back an alarm signal to the main controller 1 through a wireless network, and the main controller 1 sends out the alarm information through the automobile display terminal.
Whether it is a man-machine interface or the power display device 104, it only displays the current 0 remaining power information of the battery 10, if the driver does not notice that the remaining power information of the battery 10 is lower than the current remaining power information
The threshold value may cause the electric load device or the sub-controller 2 to stop operating due to power shortage, and control of the door or window or the like may be disabled during the running of the vehicle, thereby affecting the operation of the driver, and possibly making an erroneous determination. Therefore, the battery 10 is also provided with a power alarm device 105, and the power alarm device 105 is connected
The harness 4 is connected to the sub-controller 2, and sets a threshold value of the remaining capacity information 5 of the battery 10, that is, an alarm value, in the sub-controller 2. If the remaining capacity of the battery 10 is lower than the alarm value, it is necessary to prompt the driver to charge the battery 10 in time or to replace the charged battery 10. The information for the power alarm device 105 to issue an alarm includes, but is not limited to, highlighting or flashing a portion of the display, whistling or voice prompting.
In one embodiment, a battery charging device (not shown) is further provided in the vehicle body, and the battery 10 is placed in the battery charging device and charged.
When the residual capacity of the battery 10 in the door is lower than the alarm value, the battery 10 is not necessarily charged with time, so that a battery charging device can be arranged in a trunk or other positions of the automobile, the battery 10 placed in the battery charging device can be charged through a generator in the running state of the automobile, when the residual capacity of the battery 10 in the door is lower than the alarm value, the charged standby battery 10 in the battery charging device can be taken out and replaced in time, and the use of the electric load device or the sub-controller 2 in the door cannot be delayed.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 5, a wireless charging coil 102 is disposed on the battery 10, and the wireless charging coil 102 is electrically connected to the electrode contact 109.
The wireless power receiving coil 101 may be disposed at a side of the battery 10 and connected to an electrode of the battery 10 for wirelessly charging the battery 10. The wireless power receiving coil 101 may wirelessly charge the battery 10 based on a wireless charging method such as electromagnetic induction coupling or magnetic resonance coupling.
The electromagnetic induction coupling means that when the wireless charging coil 102 approaches the wireless power receiving coil 101, the energy signal emitted by the wireless charging coil 102 is coupled to the wireless power receiving coil 101 in an electromagnetic induction manner and is provided to the battery 10.
The magnetic resonance coupling means that a power transmission side resonance capacitor connected with the wireless charging coil 102 in series is arranged in the wireless charging coil 102, so that a power transmission side LC resonance circuit is formed; a power receiving side resonant capacitor connected in series with the wireless power receiving coil 101 is arranged in the wireless power receiving coil 101, so that a power receiving side LC resonant circuit is formed; and the power transmission-side LC resonance circuit and the power reception-side LC resonance circuit have the same resonance frequency. When the wireless charging coil 102 is powered on, the LC resonance circuit on the power transmission side can generate a high-frequency vibration magnetic field; the magnetic field and the electric field at any time at any position in the high-frequency vibration magnetic field are in an orthogonal relation, the phase difference is 1/2 pi, the magnetic field intensity is far higher than the electric field intensity, the space electromagnetic field can store energy, the power flow density of the combined electromagnetic wave is zero, and no energy is transmitted, namely the field cannot radiate outwards and cannot be lost inwards. When the wireless charging coil 102 approaches the wireless receiving coil 101, the wireless receiving coil 101 may fall into the range of the high-frequency vibration magnetic field, and since the receiving-side LC resonant circuit has the same resonant frequency as the transmitting-side LC resonant circuit, the receiving-side LC resonant circuit will generate resonance of the same frequency magnetic field, so that energy is coupled from the wireless charging coil 102 to the wireless receiving coil 101 in the form of magnetic resonance and provided to the battery 10.
In one embodiment, the batteries 10 within each door are all identical. In order to make the batteries 10 in the doors interchangeable, all the batteries 10 may be the batteries 10 of the same specification and the same model, all the batteries 10 can be charged in the battery 10 charging device, and when the remaining capacity of the battery 10 in a certain door is lower than the alarm value, the charged battery 10 may be directly replaced without checking the size and the model of the battery 10.
Although some specific embodiments of the present invention have been described in detail by way of example, it should be understood by those skilled in the art that the above examples are for illustration only and are not intended to limit the scope of the invention. It will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that modifications may be made to the above embodiments without departing from the scope and spirit of the invention. Claims (21)
1. A vehicle door system controlled through a wireless network is characterized by comprising a main controller and a first electric load device which are arranged on one of a plurality of vehicle doors, and at least one sub-controller and at least one second electric load device which are arranged in the other vehicle doors, wherein the main controller is connected with the first electric load device, the sub-controller is connected with the at least one second electric load device, and the main controller performs data and signal transmission with the sub-controllers through the wireless network.
2. The wireless network controlled door system of claim 1, wherein the sub-controller is electrically connected to the second electrical load device by a wiring harness.
3. The wireless network controlled door system of claim 1, wherein the sub-controller is connected to the second electrical load device via a wireless network.
4. The wireless network controlled door system of claim 1, wherein the first and second electrical load devices each comprise one or more of a door lock module, a power window module, an audio module, a door light module, and a rearview mirror adjustment module.
5. The door system controlled by the wireless network according to claim 1, wherein the main controller includes a wireless transmitting unit, the sub-controller includes a wireless receiving unit, an output end of the main controller is connected with the wireless transmitting unit and transmits a control signal through the wireless network, and an input end of the sub-controller is connected with the wireless receiving unit and receives the control signal.
6. The door system controlled by the wireless network according to claim 1, wherein the main controller includes a wireless receiving unit, the sub-controller includes a wireless transmitting unit, an output end of the sub-controller is connected with the wireless transmitting unit and transmits the status information through the wireless network, and an input end of the main controller is connected with the wireless receiving unit and receives the status information.
7. The door system controlled by the wireless network according to any one of claims 5 or 6, wherein the wireless transmitting unit further comprises an encryption module, the output ends of the main controller and the sub-controllers are connected with the wireless transmitting unit through the encryption module, and the encryption module encrypts the control signal or the status information; the wireless receiving unit comprises a decryption module, the input ends of the main controller and the sub-controllers are connected with the wireless receiving unit through the decryption module, and the decryption module decrypts the received control signal or the state information.
8. The door system controlled by the wireless network according to claim 1, further comprising a key, wherein a wireless transmitting unit is arranged in the key, and the wireless transmitting unit is connected with the sub-controller through the wireless network.
9. The door system controlled by the wireless network according to claim 8, wherein the sub-controller is based on the control signal of the main controller when the key and the main controller simultaneously transmit the control signal through the wireless network.
10. The door system of claim 8, wherein the sub-controller further comprises a signal strength detector, the sub-controller comprises a wireless receiver, the signal strength detector is connected to the wireless receiver of each door, the control signal of the key is received by the wireless receiver, transmitted to the sub-controller through the signal strength detector, and then transmitted to the main controller through the wireless network, and the main controller determines the position of the key.
11. The door system controlled by the wireless network according to claim 1, further comprising a mobile control terminal, wherein the mobile control terminal is connected to the sub-controllers through the wireless network, and the sub-controllers feed back status information to the mobile control terminal through the wireless network.
12. The system of claim 11, wherein the sub-controllers are based on the control signal of the main controller when the mobile control terminal and the main controller simultaneously transmit the control signal.
13. The wireless network controlled door system of claim 1, further comprising a battery removably mounted in each of the doors, the battery being electrically connected to the first electrical load device, the second electrical load device, and the sub-controller by a wiring harness and supplying electrical power to the first electrical load device, the second electrical load device, and the sub-controller.
14. The vehicle door system controlled by the wireless network according to claim 13, wherein a battery installation cavity is arranged at the inner side of the vehicle door, and the battery installation cavity and the battery are provided with a clamping mechanism which can clamp the battery in the battery installation cavity; the car door inner side is further provided with an unlocking button, and the unlocking button can unlock the clamping mechanism to enable the battery to be taken out of the battery installation cavity.
15. The door system controlled by the wireless network according to claim 14, wherein the battery is provided with an electrode contact, an electrode spring is arranged at a corresponding position in the battery installation cavity, and when the battery is clamped in the battery installation cavity, the electrode contact contacts the electrode spring and is electrically connected with the electrode spring.
16. The door system controlled by the wireless network according to claim 13, wherein the battery is further provided with a power monitoring device, the power monitoring device can monitor the remaining power of the battery, the power monitoring device is electrically connected with the battery and the sub-controller through a wire harness, and feeds back the remaining power information of the battery to the sub-controller.
17. The door system controlled by the wireless network according to claim 16, wherein the battery is further provided with a power display device, the power display device is arranged on the inner side of the door, and the power display device is electrically connected with the sub-controller and can display the residual power of the battery through a display interface.
18. The door system controlled by the wireless network according to claim 17, wherein the battery is further provided with an electric quantity alarm device, the electric quantity alarm device is electrically connected with the sub-controller, the sub-controller sets an alarm value of the remaining electric quantity of the battery, when the remaining electric quantity of the battery is lower than the alarm value, the sub-controller sends alarm information through the electric quantity display device, and/or the sub-controller feeds back an alarm signal to the main controller through the wireless network, and the main controller sends the alarm information through the automobile display terminal.
19. The wireless network controlled door system of claim 13, wherein a battery charging device is further provided in the vehicle body, and the battery is placed in the battery charging device and charged.
20. The door system controlled by the wireless network according to claim 15, wherein a wireless charging coil is arranged on the battery, and the wireless charging coil is electrically connected with the electrode contact.
21. A door system controlled by a wireless network according to any of claims 13-20, wherein the batteries in each door are all the same.
