The wiring of the embedded part 33 is installed at one time, and is not easy to damage in the using process, so the wiring can be hidden in the electric control box body 2. Alternatively, as shown in fig. 11, the terminal block holder 3 further includes a substrate 31. The multi-split terminal block combination is fixedly arranged on the substrate 31, and the substrate 31 is fixedly arranged on the surface of the electronic control box body 2.
The material of the substrate 31 may be sheet metal, plastic, or the like.
Therefore, the combination of the multi-split terminal block and the substrate 31 can be combined into a whole, so that the substrate 31 on the terminal block bracket 3 can be conveniently and subsequently installed on the surface of the electronic control box body 2.
Alternatively, as shown in fig. 12, the substrate 31 is provided with a first fixing hole 19 and a second fixing hole 20. The first fixing holes 19 are used for fixing the power supply wiring bar 7, the second fixing holes 20 are used for fixing the power supply wiring bar 8, and the number of the second fixing holes 20 is equal to that of the power supply wiring bars 8 and corresponds to the number of the power supply wiring bars 8 one by one.
The shape of the first fixing hole 19 and the plurality of second fixing holes 20 may be a rectangle similar to the terminal block.
The power supply terminal block 7 is fixedly mounted on the substrate 31 through the first fixing hole 19. The plurality of power supply terminal blocks 8 are fixedly attached to the substrate 31 through the plurality of second fixing holes 20.
Thus, the power supply line bank 7, the plurality of power supply line banks 8, and the substrate 31 can be integrated through the first fixing holes 19 and the second fixing holes 20.
Alternatively, as shown in fig. 12, the first fixing hole 19 and the second fixing hole 20 are inclined in different directions.
The first fixing hole 19 is used for fixing the power supply connection bank 7, and the second fixing hole 20 is used for fixing the power supply connection bank 8. In the case where the first fixing hole 19 and the second fixing hole 20 are inclined in the same direction, it is difficult to instantaneously distinguish the power supply terminal block 7 from the power supply terminal block 8. Under the condition that the first fixing hole 19 and the second fixing hole 20 are different in inclination direction, the power supply wiring bar 7 and the power supply wiring bar 8 can be distinguished instantly by naked eyes, and therefore efficiency is improved in the subsequent wiring installation process and the like.
Alternatively, as shown in fig. 12, the plurality of second fixing holes 20 are inclined in the same direction.
The second fixing holes 20 are used for fixing the power supply line bank 8, and the power supply line bank 8 are connected with each other. The second fixing holes 20 are inclined in the same direction, so that the power supply wiring bars 8 can be connected by lines conveniently, and the wiring is seen to be regular and orderly without disorder.
Alternatively, as shown in fig. 11, the terminal block holder 3 further includes a plurality of marks 21 provided on the surface of the substrate 31, corresponding to the power supply wiring block 7 and the power supply wiring block 8.
The terminal strip support 3 can distinguish the power supply wiring strip 7 from different power supply wiring strips 8 by means of lettering, labeling and the like. The lettering positions correspond to the power strip 7 and the plurality of power strips 8, and may be at positions above and below the power strip 7 and the plurality of power strips 8. The ground symbol marks 21 may also be made on the substrate 31.
For example, 1 power supply line bank 7 and 5 power supply line banks 8 are provided, and 5 power supply line banks 8 correspond to the indoor units B to F, respectively. In order to distinguish the 5 power supply and connection banks 8, letters B, C, D, E, F are respectively engraved on the base plate 31 of the terminal block holder 313 at positions corresponding to each power supply and connection bank 8, i.e., below each power supply and connection bank 8. The letter a is inscribed below the power supply connection bank 7.
In this way, the power supply terminal block 7 and the plurality of power supply terminal blocks 8 can be effectively distinguished. And meanwhile, different power supply wiring rows 8 can be distinguished, and the indoor unit corresponding to each power supply wiring row 8 can be clearly known, so that errors are not easy to occur in wiring.
Alternatively, as shown in fig. 8, the outdoor unit of a multi-split air conditioner further includes a wire clamp 6, and the wire clamp 6 is disposed at the casing 1 for fixing the wires of the multi-split terminal block combination to the casing 1.
The specific position of the wire clamp 6 can be set according to the shape of the wire clamp 6, and the lead combined by one dragging more wiring terminal rows is fixed on the shell 1 of the outdoor unit of the air conditioner.
Therefore, the conducting wires combined by the one-drag-multiple wiring terminal block are tidier in carding, and the wiring combined by the one-drag-multiple wiring terminal block is more attractive. And when the maintenance is carried out, the regular wiring is convenient for maintenance personnel to find out faults.
The present disclosure provides an air conditioner having a multi-split air conditioner outdoor unit according to any one of the foregoing embodiments, so that the air conditioner has all the advantages of the multi-split air conditioner outdoor unit according to any one of the foregoing embodiments, and further description is omitted here.
