The water purification and cleaning device for precision pipe polishing in the embodiment is used in the following processes: storing raw water in a water tank 6, starting a raw water pump 5 to enable the raw water in the water tank 6 to enter a water distributor 3 in a water quality purification unit through a pipeline, adjusting the water distributor 3 to have a running function, enabling the raw water to enter a medium filter 1 through a first-stage pipeline between the water distributor 3 and the bottom of the medium filter 1 to be subjected to first-stage filtration, enabling the raw water to flow out of the top of the medium filter 1, enabling the raw water to flow back into the water distributor 3 through the first-stage pipeline between the water distributor 3 and the top of the medium filter 1, performing circulation of the first-stage filtration again to obtain first-stage filtered water, adjusting the water distributor 3 to enable the first-stage filtered water to enter a cartridge filter 2 through a second-stage pipeline between the water distributor 3 and an inlet of the cartridge filter 2 to be subjected to second-stage filtration to obtain pure water; pure water is introduced into a cleaning pipe 9 in an auxiliary in-line cleaning unit installed in the polishing machine 4 through a pipe and sprayed from a nozzle 10, and the surface of the pipe falling during the polishing process is cleaned and cooled.
When the adsorption capacity of the filter medium in the medium filter 1 is large or is close to adsorption saturation, the water distributor 3 is adjusted to have a forward washing function, so that raw water sequentially flows through the pump pipeline, the water distributor 3, the first-stage pipeline at the bottom of the medium filter 1, the first-stage pipeline at the top of the medium filter 1, the water distributor 3 and the sewage discharge pipeline 8 to be positively washed, and impurities in the first-stage pipeline and the medium filter 1 are driven by the raw water to flow down through the sewage discharge pipeline 8 to enter the sewage discharge tank 7; and then the water distributor 3 is adjusted to have a backwashing function, so that raw water flows through the pump-in pipeline, the water distributor 3, the first-stage pipeline at the top of the medium filter 1, the first-stage pipeline at the bottom of the medium filter 1, the water distributor 3 and the sewage discharge pipeline 8 in sequence for reverse cleaning, and impurities adsorbed by the filter media in the first-stage pipeline and the medium filter 1 are driven by the raw water to flow through the sewage discharge pipeline 8 to enter the sewage discharge pool 7, thereby realizing the backwashing function.
The effects of the water quality purification and cleaning apparatus for precision pipe polishing of the present example are discussed by the following practical use examples.
(1) 600 zirconium alloy pipes with the diameter of 10mm multiplied by 4000mm (the diameter multiplied by the length) are taken for polishing experiments, and the set quality requirements are as follows:
(1) the outer surface of the polished pipe is uniform and has no color difference, and the proportion of circumferential scratch defects is less than or equal to 2 percent;

(2) 500 titanium alloy pipes with the diameter of 8.5mm multiplied by 3000mm (the diameter multiplied by the length) are taken to carry out a polishing experiment, and the set quality requirements are as follows:
(1) the outer surface of the polished pipe is uniform and uniform without chromatic aberration, and the ratio of circumferential scratch defects is less than or equal to 2 percent;
(2) carrying out ultrasonic detection on the pipe after polishing, wherein the density/grass-shaped defect ratio of the pipe is less than or equal to 3%;

(3) the removal amount of the outer diameter of the zirconium alloy pipe with the diameter of 8.5mm multiplied by 3000mm is inspected by 10% in a sampling mode, and the removal amount of the outer diameter of the pipe is stabilized at 9-123 mu m.
