Seats, such as car seats, typically include a seat body and a seat headrest positioned above a backrest of the seat body to provide support for the head and neck of the occupant and/or driver, enhancing the user experience.
In the conventional solution, as shown in fig. 5, a headrest rod 202 is generally integrated with a headrest body 201 of a seat headrest 200, but the assembly of the seat headrest having the headrest rod with the seat body is complicated, and the cost is high. The inventor finds that the reason is mainly due to the need to provide a corresponding headrest rod guide sleeve assembly in the seat body, which is relatively complex and costly.
Aiming at the problems, the inventor finds that the headrest rods can be integrated with the seat body to form an assembly unit, and the seat headrest and the headrest rods can be assembled with the seat body only by inserting during assembly, so that the assembly process is simple and the cost is low.
Based on this, the inventor has invented a seat headrest, which does not need to integrate a headrest rod, but arranges an opening on a headrest body, and arranges a locking mechanism inside, so as to realize the switching between a first surrounding dimension and a second surrounding dimension through the elastic deformation of an elastic ring of the locking mechanism, thereby realizing the locking and unlocking of the headrest rod, so that the seat headrest can be assembled on the seat body only by being inserted into the headrest rod, and the defects of complex assembly and high cost caused by the need of arranging a headrest rod guide sleeve component on the seat body in the existing scheme are avoided, so that the assembly process is simple, and the seat headrest can be free from integrating the headrest rod. In addition, the user can replace the seat headrest by himself or herself conveniently.
The locking mechanism disclosed by the embodiment of the application has the advantages of compact structure and reliable locking effect, realizes the direct assembly of the seat headrest on the assembly unit of the seat body integrated with the headrest rod, ensures that the seat is easy to assemble, and the seat headrest is convenient to disassemble and replace.
According to some embodiments of the present application, illustrated with reference to fig. 4, the seat 100 includes a seat body 20 and a seat headrest 10. The seat headrest 10 is detachably connected to the seat body 20. Unlike the prior art shown in fig. 5, the seat body 20 of the embodiment is integrated with the headrest rods 3, that is, when assembling, the seat body 20 and the headrest rods 3 form an assembly unit, and then the seat headrest 10 is inserted from the top end of the headrest rods 3, so as to realize the detachable connection of the seat headrest 10 and the headrest rods 3. It is to be understood that the specific structure of the seat headrest 10, the seat body 20, and the headrest rods 3 may take various forms, and is not limited to the specific shape and size shown in fig. 4.
Referring to fig. 1A to 3C, a seat headrest 10 includes a headrest body 1 and a lock mechanism 2. As shown in fig. 1A, 2A, the headrest body 1 has an opening 11, and the opening 11 for allowing insertion of the headrest rods 3 is connected to the headrest body 1. It is to be understood that fig. 1A and 2A are simplified in order to show the structure of the opening 11, and are viewed from the bottom of the resting state of the headrest body 1 shown in fig. 4, and in addition, the number of openings 11 is provided corresponding to the number of the headrest rods 3, and generally, the number of the headrest rods 3 is two, and then the number of the corresponding openings 11 is also two, and the number of the locking mechanisms 2 is also two, and one of them is shown in the figures as an example.
As shown in fig. 1A and 2A, the lock mechanism 2 is located inside the headrest body 1. As shown in fig. 1B, 2B, and 3A to 3C, the locking mechanism 2 includes a base plate 21, an elastic ring 22, and an operating piece 23. The operating member 23 is operable to bring the elastic ring 22 into elastic deformation, so that the elastic ring 22 has a first surrounding dimension S1 shown in fig. 1A and 1B and a second surrounding dimension S2 shown in fig. 2A and 2B.
As shown in fig. 1A and 1B, the elastic ring 22 may be in an initial state of a first enclosing size S1, when the seat headrest 10 is assembled, the seat headrest 10 moves towards the headrest rod 3, so that after the headrest rod 3 enters from the opening 11, the elastic ring 22 of the first enclosing size S1 is expanded, the headrest rod 3 is provided with a positioning groove at a certain position in the length direction thereof, the moved seat headrest 10 moves the expanded elastic ring 22 to the position of the positioning groove, at this time, the elastic ring 22 falls into the positioning groove, so as to return to the first enclosing size S1, and as shown in fig. 1A, the seat headrest rod 3 is locked by clasping, so that the fixed connection assembly of the seat body 20 and the seat headrest 10 is completed.
When the seat headrest 10 needs to be detached from the seat body 20, the operation element 23 is operated, as can be seen from a comparison between fig. 1A and 2A and fig. 1B and 2B, the operation of the operation element 23 causes the elastic ring 22 to drive the elastic ring 22 to elastically deform, the first surrounding dimension S1 shown in fig. 1A and 1B is enlarged to the second surrounding dimension S2 shown in fig. 2A and 2B, the elastic ring 22 releases the lock on the headrest rod 3, the seat body 20 and the seat headrest 10 are released, and the seat headrest 10 can be detached from the seat body 20.
It is understood that the term "ring" in the term "elastic ring" is not intended to be a strictly circular ring structure, but rather an enclosing structure.
The scheme of embodiment above is adopted, set up opening 11 and headrest body 1 through headrest body 1 inside and set up locking mechanical system 2, and elastic ring 22 has the synergism of the structure of first envelope size S1 and second envelope size S2, seat headrest 10 only need with headrest pole 3 peg graft can assemble in seat body 20, the assembly that need set up headrest pole guide sleeve subassembly in the seat body in current scheme leads to is complicated, with high costs shortcoming, make assembly process simple, seat headrest 10 can need not integrated headrest pole 3. In addition, the user can replace the seat headrest 10 by himself or herself.
In some embodiments, the elastic ring 22 may be in the form of a wire, such as the steel wire shown in the figures, and the material used may be a spring steel wire, in a manner similar to that commonly used in the art, such as 65Mn, which is typically 1mm to 3mm in diameter. The elastic ring 22 adopting the steel wire structure is compact in structure, occupies a small space, is easy to be matched with the operating part 23, has a good locking effect on the headrest rod 3, and the force for deforming the elastic ring 22 from the first surrounding dimension S1 to the second surrounding dimension S2 is generally 40N-50N, namely the unlocking force of the locking mechanism 2 is 40N-50N. In this way, it is not easy to cause an erroneous operation and erroneously release the fixed connection relationship between the seat headrest 10 and the seat body 20.
Referring to fig. 1A, 1B, 2A, 2B, and 3C, in some embodiments, the elastic ring 22 may have a structure including a base portion 221 and an enclosing portion 222. The base 221 and the substrate 21 are fixedly connected, and for example, the base 221 may be in contact with a flat surface of the substrate 21 as shown in the drawing. The surrounding portion 222 is an annular structure having a notch 2221, and as can be seen from fig. 1A and 2A and fig. 1B and 2B, the operating element 23 can be operated to adjust the size of the notch 2221, that is, compared to fig. 1A and 1B, the notch 2221 of the surrounding portion 222 in fig. 2A and 2B is expanded by the operating element 23, so that the elastic ring 22 is expanded from the first surrounding size S1 to the second surrounding size S2. The use of the base 221 fixed to the base plate 21 and the annular surrounding portion 222 having the notch 2221 allows the elastic ring 22 to be stably positioned in the lock mechanism 2, thereby achieving switching between the first surrounding dimension S1 and the second surrounding dimension S2 simply and reliably.
With continued reference to FIGS. 1A, 1B, 2A, 2B and 3A, 3B, in some embodiments, the operating member 23 may also be wire-like in structure, such as a wire-like shape. It will be understood that the operating member 23 needs to be more rigid, at least than the elastic ring 22, in order to avoid a large deformation of the operating member 23 itself when the elastic ring 22 is driven to deform elastically. The operating member 23 includes a first dimension 231 and a second dimension 232, and the operating member 23 can be operated to make the first dimension 231 or the second dimension 232 abut against the surrounding portion 222. For example, as shown in fig. 1A and 1B, when the first dimension 231 of the operating element 23 abuts against the surrounding portion 222, the elastic ring 22 has a first surrounding dimension S1. When the operating member 23 is operated to move downward, the portion abutting against the elastic ring 22 changes from the first dimension 23 to the second dimension 232, and the corresponding elastic ring 22 expands from the first dimension S1 to the second dimension S2. The linear actuator 23 is used, and has a simple structure, and can be compactly arranged on the base plate 21, thereby reducing the size and weight of the lock mechanism 2. It will be understood that the operating member 23 is not limited to include only the linear structure described above, and may include, for example, a slider having a first dimension and a second dimension, and the position where the slider abuts against the elastic ring is switched between the first dimension and the second dimension by sliding the slider on the base plate, so that the corresponding elastic ring 22 is switched from the first envelope dimension S1 to the second envelope dimension S2.
With continued reference to fig. 1B, 2B and 3A, 3B, in some embodiments, the first dimension 231 of the operating member 23 can include a U-shaped first portion 2301, and the second dimension 232 can include a second portion 2302 that extends from the first portion 2301 through the flared section 2303. Through the structure of flaring section 2303 transition, can make operating parts 23 prop big elastic ring 22 and realize expanding to the in-process that the second surrounds size S2 from first surrounding size S1, it is comparatively even to elastic ring 22 'S application of force, has improved the reliability of process and elastic ring' S life. With continued reference to fig. 1B, 2B and 3A, 3B, the base plate 21 and the operating member 23 may be configured such that the base plate 21 includes a first track 211, a second track 212, and the second portion 2302 of the second sized section 232 further includes a straight section 2304; the first rail 211 and the second rail 212 are respectively matched with the straight sections 2301 and 2304 of the first portion 2301 and the second portion 2302 of the operating portion 23, so that the operating portion 23 can be operated along the extending direction of the first rail 211 and the second rail 212. As shown in fig. 1B and 2B, in the process of the operating element 23 being operated to move, the first portion 2301 moves along the extending direction defined by the first rail 211, i.e., the up-down direction in the drawing, and moves downward from fig. 1B to fig. 2B, and at the same time, the straight section 2304 also moves along the extending direction of the second rail 212 and moves downward from fig. 1B to fig. 2B. Here, straight section 2304 is relative to flared section 2303 above, straight section 2304 defining a constant caliber dimension, and flared section 2303 extends from first portion 2301 to straight section 2304 with an enlarged caliber. With the structure described in the above embodiment, it is ensured that the operating member 23 can move stably even when it receives the reaction force of the elastic ring 23 during the operation, and the reliability of the locking mechanism is ensured. Referring to fig. 3A, in some embodiments, the first track 211 is located in the middle area A1 of the substrate 21, and the second tracks 212 are symmetrically located at two sides of the middle area A1. The force applied by the operating member 23 to the elastic ring 22 is also symmetrical, so that the force applied by the elastic ring 22 is relatively uniform. With continued reference to fig. 1B and 3B, when the elastic loop 22 is at the first envelope dimension S1 and the elastic loop 22 clasps the locking headrest pole 3, the distance L of the U-shaped first portion 2301 beyond the base plate 21 is less than 2cm. Such an advantageous effect is that the locking mechanism 2 can be prevented from being unlocked by a misoperation, and some small tools, such as a prying bar, a prying sheet and the like, are required to be pried on the U-shaped first portion 2301 to pull the operating member 23 downward and move, so that the operating member cannot be directly operated by fingers and the like.
Referring to fig. 1B and 2B, in some embodiments, the substrate 21 further includes a limiting groove 213, and the limiting groove 213 limits the extending direction of the surrounding portion 222 in the track, for example, the up-down direction in the figure. As shown in fig. 3B, the straight section 2304 has a first section 23041 that lies in the same plane as the first portion 2301 and a second section 23042 that projects from that plane. As shown in fig. 1B and 2B, the side surface of the second segment 23042 abuts against the second rail 212 and moves along the extending direction of the second rail 212, for example, the vertical direction in the drawing, and the end surface of the second segment 23042 is a rough surface. Thus, in the process from fig. 1A, 1B to fig. 2A, 2B, the force applied to the operating member 23 by the user needs to overcome the reaction force of the resilient ring 22 against the flared section 2303, and the friction of the end face of the second section 23042 against the substrate. The rough surface is referred to as a smooth surface, for example, for the above embodiment, the elastic ring 22 and the second section 23042 can be regarded as smooth surfaces, and the friction force is small. The friction between the end surface of the second section 23042 and the base plate is much larger than the friction between the smooth surfaces, and the specific structure of the rough surface may be, for example, that the end portion of the second section 23042 is designed to be tapered and has a larger surface roughness, the contact between the end portion of the second section 23042 and the base plate 21 may generate scratches on the base plate, and the larger friction causes the operator to play a role in keeping the locking mechanism in the unlocking state after canceling the application of force to the first operating element 23 when the elastic element has the second surrounding dimension S2, so as to prevent the locking mechanism from being slightly disturbed, i.e., losing the unlocking state. The friction force between the second section 23042 and the base plate 21 is used as the acting force for keeping the unlocking state, so that the structure is simple, the cost is low, and a keeping structure is not required to be additionally arranged. Although the end surface of the second section 23042 may be scratched with the base plate 21, the inventors have found that it is rare that the seat headrest 10 is actually detached and reattached for reuse, and that it is generally the case that the old seat headrest 10 is detached and replaced with a new one, and therefore, even if scratches are generated, no practical effect is exerted.
Although particular embodiments of the present invention have been described above, it will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that these are examples only and that the scope of the present invention is defined by the appended claims. Various changes and modifications to these embodiments may be made by those skilled in the art without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention, and these changes and modifications are all within the scope of the invention.
