The smart lock 100 of the present invention is described in detail below with reference to fig. 1 to 7.
The smart lock 100 may include a panel assembly 110, a sealing cover 131, and a cover 120. Fig. 1 shows an exploded perspective view of a smart lock 100. As shown in fig. 1, the panel assembly 110 is provided with a battery compartment 111 having an opening through which the battery is placed in the battery compartment 111. The sealing cover 131 is located at one side of the panel assembly 110 and covers the opening of the battery compartment 111 to close the battery compartment 111. The sealing cover 131 may be removably mounted to the panel assembly 110 by a fastening connection such as a snap fit, screws, etc. The cover 120 is located on one side of the panel assembly 110, specifically on one side of the sealing cover 131 far away from the panel assembly 110. The panel assembly 110 can be mounted to the cover 120. The cover 120 has a receiving space, and a portion of the panel assembly 110 is received in the cover 120. The cover 120 can be assembled to an external device such as a door, a cabinet, etc. Thus, the cover 120 may be first assembled to an external device, and then the panel assembly 110 may be mounted to the cover 120.
It should be noted that, if not otherwise limited, the directional terms "inner" in "toward, outward", "inward", "outward", "inside", "outside", etc. refer to being closer to the center of the smart lock 100, and "outer" refers to being farther from the center of the smart lock 100.
However, it is understood that the installation state of the smart lock 100 may be different from the illustrated placement state, for example, the smart lock 100 may be installed in a horizontal state in which the panel assembly 110 is located at the upper side of the cover 120; the smart lock 100 may be installed in a vertical installation state in which the panel assembly 110 is located at one side of the cover 120 in a horizontal direction.
In order to prevent external liquid such as water from entering the battery compartment 111 to damage the battery, the smart lock 100 may further include a sealing ring 132, and the sealing ring 132 is disposed between the panel assembly 110 and the sealing cover 131 and is located outside the battery compartment 111. Optionally, the surface of the panel assembly 110 facing the side of the cover 120 may be provided with a peripheral groove 112, and the sealing ring 132 is limited in the peripheral groove 112.
The smart lock 100 may be integrally configured in a substantially rectangular parallelepiped shape. Thus, the smart lock 100 has a length direction D1, a width direction D2, and a height direction D3 perpendicular to each other. The lid 120 has a lid end wall 121 disposed opposite to each other and extending in the height direction D3, and a lid side wall 122 disposed opposite to each other and extending in the height direction D3. The cover end wall 121 is connected to the cover side wall 122 to form a receiving space of the cover 120.
In the present invention, the panel assembly 110 may be detachably mounted to the cover 120 through a telescopic locking structure. The locking structure may include a catch 140, an elastic member 150, and a positioning member 160. The panel assembly 110 is provided with a mounting hole 113, and the inner side surface of the cover 120 is provided with a clamping portion 123. The lock 140 is movably disposed in the mounting hole 113 between a locking position (see fig. 3) where it is latched to the latch portion 123 and an unlocking position (not shown) where it is disengaged from the latch portion 123. The latches 140 in the locked position can extend out of the mounting holes 113, and the latches 140 in the unlocked position can retract into the mounting holes 113. That is, the latch 140 is retractable and is exposed when extended to engage the cover 120 and is hidden within the mounting hole 113 when retracted.
When the panel assembly 110 is moved towards the cover 120, the latch 140 extending from the mounting hole 113 is pressed by the cover 120 and can move towards the mounting hole 113, and the mounting action of the panel assembly 110 is smoothly mounted to the panel assembly 110 without being blocked by the latch 140; when the panel assembly 110 is located at the installation position, the latch 140 extends out of the installation hole 113 and is latched with the latching portion 123 on the cover 120, so that the panel assembly 110 is locked to the cover 120, and automatic locking of the panel assembly 110 is achieved.
A resilient member 150 can be disposed within the mounting hole 113 for biasing the latch 140 toward the latched position. Thereby, the panel assembly 110 can be securely and reliably locked to the cover 120, and the panel assembly 110 is maintained in the locked state even when the smart lock 100 as a whole is subjected to an external force such as a collision. The positioning member 160 can be mounted to the panel assembly 110 for retaining the catch 140 within the mounting hole 113. Therefore, the latch 140 can be mounted to the panel assembly 110 without being separated from the mounting hole 113, and the fixing structure of the latch 140 is simple.
The cover 120 may be provided with an opening 124, and the opening 124 corresponds to the position of the latch 140. At least a portion of the latch 140 is visible as viewed looking inwardly from the aperture 124. In other words, a projection of the aperture 124 onto a plane perpendicular to a centerline of the aperture 124 at least partially overlaps a projection of the catch 140 onto the plane. Therefore, the latch 140 can be pressed by an auxiliary tool through the opening 124, so that the latch 140 moves towards the mounting hole 113 to the unlocking position, and at this time, the panel assembly 110 can be easily separated from the cover 120, thereby opening the panel assembly 110.
The retractable locking structure described above may be provided at any suitable location on the panel assembly 110. For the intelligent lock 100 having a rectangular parallelepiped shape, the retractable locking structure is preferably adapted to be provided at the end of the panel assembly 110 in the length direction D1. In this embodiment, the opening 124 is provided in the lid end wall 121. The clamping portion 123 is disposed on the inner side of the cover end wall 121.
As shown in fig. 2 and 3, the mounting hole 113 is shaped to fit the shape of the latch 140. In the illustrated embodiment, the shackle 140 is configured in a flat shape, and correspondingly, the mounting hole 113 is configured as an elongated hole extending in the width direction D2 of the smart lock 100. The mounting hole 113 can receive the flat-shaped lock 140 and restrict movement of the lock 140 in the width direction D2 and the height direction D3. Therefore, the space occupied by the locking structure in the height direction D3 of the panel assembly 110 can be reduced, so that the size of the panel assembly 110 in the height direction D3 can be minimized, which is beneficial to the miniaturization of the smart lock 100.
The protruding end of the locker 140 may be provided with a guide surface F1 facing the side of the cover 120. The guide surface F1 is inclined with respect to the center line of the opening 124. Specifically, the guide surface F1 can extend in the width direction D2 and be inclined in the height direction D3. Referring to fig. 4, when the panel assembly 110 is not mounted to the cover 120, the guide surface F1 can be exposed. When the panel assembly 110 moves toward the cover 120, the guide surface F1 of the latch 140 first contacts the cover 120, and the latch 140 is gradually retracted into the mounting hole 113 under the guide of the guide surface F1. Therefore, the self-locking action of the panel assembly 110 can be more stable, and the damage to the lock catch 140 is less, so that the service life of the intelligent lock 100 is prolonged.
The elastic member 150 may be a spring. The latch 140 is provided with a mounting post 142, and the mounting hole 113 has an abutment wall 114 intersecting with the hole depth direction of the mounting hole 113. One end of the spring is sleeved on the mounting post 142, and the other end is abutted to the abutting wall 114.
The positioning member 160 further includes a fixing portion 161 and a rod portion 162, and the fixing portion 161 can be connected to the rod portion 162. The fixing portion 161 is used for fixing the positioning member 160 to the panel assembly 110. The lever 162 serves to limit the movement of the latch 140. Specifically, the latch 140 may be provided with a positioning hole 141. The positioning hole 141 is an elongated hole, specifically, an elongated hole extending in the length direction D1 of the smart lock 100. The rod portion 162 can be positioned within the positioning hole 141 to limit the movement of the latch 140.
The panel assembly 110 may also be provided with fixing holes 115 and stopper holes 117. The fixing hole 115 communicates with the mounting hole 113 and is located at one side of the mounting hole 113, and the stopper hole 117 communicates with the mounting hole 113 and is located at the other side of the mounting hole 113 opposite to the one side. The center line of the stopper hole 117 is collinear with the center line of the mounting hole 113. The rod portion 162 may extend to the stopper hole 117 via the fixing hole 115 and the positioning hole 141. That is, the rod portion 162 can be restricted by the fixing hole 115 and the restricting hole 117 at the same time, whereby the mounting stability of the rod portion 162 can be improved, and the rod portion 162 can maintain a stable state when the locker 140 is moved to collide with the rod portion 162.
The surface of the panel assembly 110 facing the side of the cover 120 may be provided with a groove 116. In other words, the panel assembly 110 is provided with the groove 116 recessed from the surface facing the side of the cover 120. The fixing portion 161 can be fixed in the recess 116. Therefore, on one hand, the groove 116 can limit the movement of the positioning piece 160 in the length direction and the width direction, and glue distribution is convenient; on the other hand, the overall size of the panel assembly 110 in the height direction D3 can be reduced, so that the smart lock 100 can be miniaturized. In this embodiment, the fixing hole 115 is located on a surface of the groove 116 intersecting with the groove depth direction.
The fixing portion 161 may be configured in a plate shape. The shape of the recess 116 is adapted to the shape of the fixing portion 161. Therefore, the contact area between the positioning member 160 and the panel assembly 110 can be increased, which is beneficial to glue distribution, and the overall size of the panel assembly 110 in the height direction D3 can be further reduced.
In order to prevent liquid such as water, which enters the mounting hole 113 from the opening hole 124 of the cover 120, from entering the inside of the panel assembly 110, a waterproof adhesive layer 170 may be disposed between the fixing portion 161 and the recess 116. The waterproof adhesive layer 170 is shaped like a sheet. Before the positioning member 160 is installed, waterproof glue may be first coated on the bottom surface of the groove 116, and then the positioning member 160 is placed in the groove 116, and the waterproof glue is cured to form the sheet-shaped waterproof glue layer 170. By means of the waterproof glue layer 170, not only the fixing portion 161 can be adhered to the panel assembly 110, but also the liquid inside the mounting hole 113 can be prevented from entering the inside of the panel assembly 110 from the fitting gap between the portion of the positioning member 160 including the fixing portion 161 and the panel assembly 110, which prevents the battery inside the panel assembly 110 from being short-circuited or damaged. Since the stability of the positioning member 160 is improved by the limitation of the limiting hole 117 at the end of the rod portion 162, the separation of the waterproof adhesive layer 170 at the fixing portion 161 can be avoided, and the waterproof effect can be improved.
In the illustrated embodiment, the limiting hole 117 may be a through hole. The end of the rod 162 can pass through the stopper hole 117. And waterproof glue is arranged between the piercing side and the limiting hole 117. A waterproof glue may be disposed around the stem 162. The waterproof glue can be disposed between the end of the rod portion 162 and the limiting hole 117 by means of dispensing, so that not only the rod portion 162 can be fixed, but also, most importantly, the liquid in the mounting hole 113 can be prevented from entering the inside of the panel assembly 110 from the assembly gap between the end of the positioning member 160 and the panel assembly 110, namely, the gap between the end of the rod portion 162 and the hole wall of the limiting hole 117, and therefore, the battery inside the panel assembly 110 is prevented from being short-circuited or damaged.
The utility model provides a locking structure has dual waterproof function, has improved water-proof effects greatly.
In an embodiment not shown, the limiting aperture 117 may be a blind aperture. The end of the stem portion 162 is positioned within the retaining hole 117 but does not pass out. The blind hole arrangement also prevents liquid in the mounting hole 113 from entering the interior of the panel assembly 110 from the end of the positioning member 160.
