钢丝帘线广泛用作橡胶产品(比如橡胶带、橡胶轮胎、软管等)的增强件。
作为橡胶产品的增强件,要求钢丝帘线具有一定的强度、耐腐蚀性、耐疲劳性、橡胶渗透性能、橡胶粘合性能等。橡胶渗透性能是钢丝帘线的一种性能,表示橡胶可以渗入钢丝帘线中的程度。橡胶渗入钢丝帘线并填充钢丝之间的间隙,从而减少钢丝帘线内部的空腔,从而防止水分进入钢丝帘线,并且这避免了钢丝帘线的钢丝被腐蚀,确保钢丝帘线的寿命长。钢丝帘线通常需要高橡胶渗透性能。

具体实施方式
钢丝帘线的钢单丝由盘条(或线材,wire rod)制成。
首先通过机械除锈和/或在H2SO4或HCl溶液中化学酸洗以去除表面存在的氧化物来清洁盘条。然后将盘条在水中漂洗并干燥。然后使干燥的盘条经受第一系列的干法拉拔操作以便减小直径直至第一中间直径。
在该第一中间直径D1下,例如在约3.0mm至3.5mm下,经干法拉拔的钢单丝经受第一中间热处理,称为铅淬火(或铅浴淬火,patenting)。铅淬火是指首先奥氏体化直至约1000℃的温度,然后在约600℃至650℃的温度下从奥氏体转变为珠光体。然后钢单丝准备好进行进一步的机械变形。
此后,在第二多个直径减小步骤中将钢单丝从第一中间直径进一步干法拉拔直至第二中间直径。第二直径的范围通常从1.0mm至2.5mm。

通过现有的钢丝帘线制造工艺(即成缆或成束工艺)将多根钢单丝加捻以形成钢丝帘线,并且在加捻形成帘线之前以现有的预成型方法对钢单丝进行预成型。通过调整钢单丝的预成型,实现钢单丝的预定波高,通过调整钢单丝的预成型和加捻工艺来实现钢单丝的预定波长,从而实现具有预定空间体积的解开的钢单丝。虽然钢单丝的波长和波高是在将钢单丝从钢丝帘线拆开时测量的,但解开操作不会给钢单丝的波长和波高带来任何实质性的变化。

-准备大小为203mmx35mmx6.4mm(长x宽x高)的橡胶条和大小与橡胶条相同的橡胶盖;
-将小钢丝帘线样本(长度为12.5mm,包括切割端)的端部部分放在橡胶条上,将15个小钢丝帘线样本分别沿橡胶块的一侧布置,并沿着橡胶条的相对侧分别放置另外15个小钢丝帘线样本,确保橡胶条一侧的一个小钢丝帘线样本与相反侧的相应的小钢丝帘线样本具有相同的水平轴线,将橡胶盖放在橡胶条和小钢丝帘线样本上制成橡胶块,然后将橡胶块固化;
-沿着橡胶块的长度标识2、4、6、9、11、13号小钢丝帘线样本,切割橡胶块以取出长约22mm的小块,确保每个小块在其中心位置插入两个小钢丝帘线样本,然后用两个夹具沿竖直轴线固定每个小块的钢丝帘线,然后在室温下以预定的频率和振幅对小块施加振动力,并且记录振动力的重复循环,直到钢丝帘线与小块分离。
与参考钢丝帘线相比,本实用新型的钢丝帘线具有更好的承受更多次振动的能力,直到它们与橡胶块分离,这证明本实用新型的钢丝帘线有助于更好的应力分布。
Claims (14)
1.一种钢丝帘线,所述钢丝帘线的结构为nx1,n是所述钢丝帘线的钢单丝数量,所述钢丝帘线是在2.5N至50N下的伸长率小于1.2%的钢丝帘线,并且捻距大于16mm,当从所述钢丝帘线解开时,每根所述钢单丝具有螺旋波的形式,螺旋波具有以mm为单位表示的波长L和以mm为单位表示的波高H,其特征在于,所述L大于16mm,每根所述钢单丝的空间体积Vs满足:
Vs=LxH2xπ/4且Vs>20mm3。
2.如权利要求1所述的钢丝帘线,其特征在于,所述Vs大于23mm3。
3.如权利要求2所述的钢丝帘线,其特征在于,所述Vs大于30mm3。
4.如权利要求3所述的钢丝帘线,其特征在于,所述Vs大于35mm3。
5.如权利要求1所述的钢丝帘线,其特征在于,所述Vs小于200mm3。
6.如权利要求1至5中任一项所述的钢丝帘线,其特征在于,所述波长L大于20mm。
7.如权利要求6所述的钢丝帘线,其特征在于,所述波长L大于24mm且小于40mm。
8.如权利要求1至5中任一项所述的钢丝帘线,其特征在于,所述钢丝帘线的捻距大于20mm。
9.如权利要求8所述的钢丝帘线,其特征在于,所述钢丝帘线的捻距大于24mm且小于40mm。
10.如权利要求1至5中任一项所述的钢丝帘线,其特征在于,所述钢丝帘线是具有小于5.0%的断裂伸长率的钢丝帘线。
11.如权利要求1至5中任一项所述的钢丝帘线,其特征在于,n的范围为2至7。
12.如权利要求1至5中任一项所述的钢丝帘线,其特征在于,所述钢单丝是从所述钢丝帘线解开时的抗拉强度大于4000-2000xD MPa的钢单丝,D是以mm为单位表示的钢单丝直径。
13.如权利要求12所述的钢丝帘线,其特征在于,所述钢单丝是具有大于4200-2000xDMPa的抗拉强度的钢单丝。
14.一种轮胎,包括至少一个带束层、至少一个胎体层、至少一个胎面层和一对胎圈部分,其特征在于,所述带束层和/或所述胎体层包含至少一根如权利要求1至13中任一项所述的钢丝帘线。
