Referring to fig. 1 to 3, the present embodiment provides a platform door, where the platform door includes a full length guide unit 1 laid along an edge of a platform and a plurality of movable door modules 2 sequentially arranged along a length direction of the full length guide unit 1, each movable door module 2 has a movable box 21, each movable box 21 is matched with the full length guide unit 1 through a main driving module 3 hung at a bottom of the movable box 21, and left and right sides of each movable box 21 are respectively connected to movable doors 22 retractable in the movable boxes 21 through auxiliary driving modules. The main driving module 3 is used for driving the movable box 21 to slide along the full-length guiding unit 1, and the auxiliary driving module is used for driving the movable door 22 to extend and retract in the movable box 21. Specifically, the movable doors 22 on two sides of the movable box 21 are telescopically and movably arranged in the corresponding movable box 21 in a front-back dislocation manner, so that the movable doors 22 can be completely accommodated in the movable box 21, and the movable door module 2 has an oversized door opening. The platform door can be in communication connection with an upper computer so as to open and close the door according to the control of the upper computer.
The movable box 21 and the movable door 22 of this embodiment both include a corresponding door body and a frame, and the door body is disposed on the frame. Referring to fig. 4 to 11, the full-length guide unit 1 includes a platform board assembly 11, a guide wheel assembly 12, a support wheel assembly 13, a guide shoe assembly 14 and a support assembly 15, the platform board assembly 11 is mounted on the support assembly 15 located below the platform board assembly, the guide wheel assembly 12, the support wheel assembly 13 and the guide shoe assembly 14 are respectively mounted at the bottom of a mobile box 21 and are matched with the platform board assembly 11, holes 211 for the guide wheel assembly 12, the support wheel assembly 13 and the guide shoe assembly 14 to pass through are respectively formed at the bottom of the mobile box 21, so that the guide wheel assembly 12, the support wheel assembly 13 and the guide shoe assembly 14 are conveniently mounted, and the mobile box 21 can move along the full-length guide unit 1 in a slidable and front-back limiting manner, so as to achieve door opening and door opening at any position. The upper part of the guide wheel bracket 121 is mounted on the moving box bottom plate 210 through a fixing bolt 20, the lower part of the guide wheel bracket 121 penetrates through the first guide gap 114, the first guide wheel 122 is matched with the optical axis guide rail 116, the wheel surface of the second guide wheel 123 is abutted against the lower end surface of the guide rail seat 111, the first guide wheel 122 and the second guide wheel 123 vertically clamp the guide rail seat 111 and leave a rolling gap, so that the guide wheel assembly 12 moves on the guide rail seat 111 along the optical axis guide rail 116, and the guide wheel assembly 12 and the guide rail seat 111 jointly form a first guide wheel guide rail pair. The specific installation manner of the first support wheel 132 and the second support wheel 133 is also the same as that of the first guide wheel 122.
The supporting wheel bracket 131 is installed on the moving box bottom plate 210 through a fixing bolt 20 and penetrates through the second guide gap 115, the wheel surface of the first supporting wheel 132 is abutted against the upper end surface of the second threshold step plate 113, and the wheel surface of the second supporting wheel 133 is abutted against the lower end surface of the second threshold step plate 113; the first support wheels 132 and the second support wheels 133 vertically clamp the second threshold step plate 113 and leave rolling gaps, so that the support wheel assembly 13 moves on the second threshold step plate 113, and the support wheel assembly 13 and the second threshold step plate 113 jointly form a second guide wheel guide rail pair. The guide shoe assembly 14 includes a guide shoe bracket 141 and a guide shoe sleeve 142, the guide shoe bracket 141 is mounted on the movable box bottom plate 210, and the guide shoe sleeve 142 is nested on the guide shoe bracket 141 and placed in the guide gap. The main driving module 3 of each moving box 21 is fixed on the moving box bottom plate 210 and extends out of a set of gear assemblies 32, and each set of gear assemblies 32 together with the main motor 33 move on the racks 312 which are in full length butt joint with the moving box 21. And through the cooperation between each main drive module 3 to only after every removal box 21 is mutually supported the motion, just can solve the platform door demand that multi-vehicle type stopped at the track platform, satisfy the multiposition even arbitrary position demand of opening the door and the platform door function demand that the wide aperture was opened the door.

The motor brake assembly and the manual unlocking assembly are introduced, so that the locking of a power-off motor is realized, and meanwhile, the emergency escape unlocking function on the basis of the motor locking function is realized, and the problems of difficult drive control, difficult in-place locking and poor safety and reliability of a fully-open movable novel platform door are fundamentally solved.
The motor brake assembly comprises a motor brake 4 and an absolute value encoder 5, a motor shaft 332 of the main motor penetrates through the motor brake 4 and is connected with the absolute value encoder 5, and the motor brake 4 is used for locking the motor shaft 332 of the main motor after power failure, so that the in-place locking function of the door body is realized; the absolute value encoder 5 is used for memorizing the rotation angle of the motor shaft 332 of the main motor, outputting corresponding position parameters, and has a power-off memory function, so that even if the door body is manually moved after power-off, an accurate relative zero position can be obtained according to specific position information output by the absolute value encoder 5 after power restoration. The absolute value encoder 5 is a gear multi-turn absolute value encoder, and the specific model can be selected from Shanghai's 281565630 automatic GME-58-RS-13/12-0.5-10/28-SGM-65-B absolute value encoders. By introducing the motor brake 4 and the absolute value encoder 5 module, a hardware basis for controlling the driving and locking functions is laid for the platform door with bidirectional movement and indefinite travel; the prior design of locking the structure of the movable box 21 is overturned, and the function of locking the box body is realized by combining a gear rack transmission mechanism and utilizing the braking locking of a motor shaft. The main motor 33 adopts a direct-current brushless speed reducing motor, is low in cost, simple to control, free from losing position information in power failure, capable of being automatically locked in power failure, capable of guaranteeing the safety protection function of the platform door in an accident situation, and high in safety and reliability.
The motor brake 4 comprises a magnetic yoke assembly 401, an armature 403, a shaft sleeve 402, a friction plate 404, a spring 406 and a connecting plate 405, wherein the magnetic yoke assembly 401 and the armature 403 are sequentially sleeved on a motor shaft 332 of a main motor, a spring groove for accommodating the spring 406 is formed in the side, close to the armature 403, of the magnetic yoke assembly 401, one end of the spring 406 is abutted against the magnetic yoke assembly 401, and the other end of the spring 406 is abutted against the armature 403; the bushing 402 is fixed to the motor shaft 332 of the main motor by a set screw 407 so that the armature 403 can move between the bushing 402 and the yoke assembly 401 when power is lost, the friction plate 404 is located between the coupling plate 405 and the armature 403 and fixed to the armature 403, and the coupling plate 405 is fixed to the main motor 33. Under the condition of electrification, the magnetic yoke assembly 401 attracts the armature 403, a gap is reserved between the friction plate 404 and the connecting plate 405, and the motor shaft 332 of the main motor rotates smoothly; after the power failure, the magnetic yoke assembly 401 loses the effect, the adsorption force between the magnetic yoke assembly 401 and the armature 403 disappears, the spring 406 recovers deformation and presses the armature 403 to enable the friction plate 404 to be attached to the connecting plate 405, the braking of the motor shaft 332 of the main motor is achieved, and the effect of power failure braking is achieved.
The manual unlocking assembly comprises a manual unlocking wrench 61, the manual unlocking wrench 61 penetrates through the magnetic yoke assembly 401 through a connecting bolt 611 to be connected with the armature 403, the distance between the manual unlocking wrench 61 and the motor brake 4 is gradually increased from the side close to the connecting bolt 611 to the side far away from the connecting bolt 611, and the armature 403 can be pulled back towards the magnetic yoke assembly 401 by pressing the manual unlocking wrench 61. At this time, a gap is generated between the friction plate 404 and the coupling plate 405, the motor shaft 332 of the main motor rotates smoothly, the main motor 33 is in a free state, the unlocking is successful, and the movable box 21 can be moved arbitrarily. The manual unlocking assembly solves the emergency escape function of the platform door.
For more convenient operation, the manual unlocking assembly further comprises a manual unlocking device 62 and a manual unlocking steel cable 63, one end of the manual unlocking steel cable 63 is movably connected with the manual unlocking device 62, and the other end of the manual unlocking steel cable is movably connected with the side, far away from the connecting bolt 611, of the manual unlocking wrench 61; manual unlocking device 62 includes manual unblock handle 621, unblock connecting rod 622 and manual unblock base 623, the rotatable installation of manual unblock handle 621 one end is on manual unblock base 623, and the manual unblock handle 621 other end and unblock connecting rod 622 one end butt, the rotatable installation of unblock connecting rod 622 is on manual unblock base 623, unblock connecting rod 622 other end and manual unblock cable 63 swing joint. The manual unlocking handle 621 of the manual unlocking device 62 is pressed to drive the unlocking connecting rod 622 to rotate, the unlocking connecting rod 622 pulls the manual unlocking steel cable 63, the other end of the manual unlocking steel cable 63 drives the pressing manual unlocking wrench 61, the armature 403 of the motor brake 4 is pulled back, the motor brake 4 is released, the motor shaft 332 of the main motor is unlocked by the motor brake 4, and the motor shaft 332 of the main motor rotates smoothly.
When the platform door system receives a door opening instruction and calls corresponding door unit position parameters, the system drives the direct-current brushless speed reducing motor to rotate so that the moving box 21 reaches a specific position, the position of the moving box 21 is checked according to position information in the absolute value encoder 5, the motor brake 4 is de-energized after the moving box 21 reaches a required position, the motor output shaft is locked, and the moving box 21 achieves the in-place locking function.
The position information of the absolute value encoder 5 is determined by the mechanical position, and when power failure and electric signal loss occur, the system can also determine the specific position of the movable box 21 after power restoration and continue to complete the next action.
Manual unblock cable wire 63 one end is connected with manual unlocking means 62, and one end is connected with manual unblock spanner 61, touches and presses manual unlocking means 62, and manual unblock cable wire 63 compresses tightly manual unblock spanner 61, releases motor brake 4, and DC brushless gear motor belongs to free state this moment, and removal box 21 can remove wantonly.
Referring to fig. 3 and 18 to 21, the auxiliary driving module includes a driving device 7 for driving the corresponding side movable door 22 to move and extend into the movable box 21, and a linear guide assembly 8 for moving the corresponding side movable door 22 along and extending into the movable box 21; the driving device 7 is located between the top of the corresponding side movable door 22 and the movable box 21, and the linear guide assembly 8 is located between the bottom of the corresponding side movable door 22 and the movable box 21. The movable door 22 runs stably, safely and reliably through the driving device 7 and the linear guide rail assembly 8.
The driving device 7 comprises a transmission case 71, a synchronous toothed belt 72 and an auxiliary motor 73, wherein the transmission case 71 is installed at the top of the inner side of the moving box 21 and is close to the movable door 22 at the corresponding side, the synchronous toothed belt 72 enters and winds through a transmission wheel set in the transmission case 71 along one end of the transmission case 71 and then penetrates out along the other end of the transmission case 71, so that the synchronous toothed belt 72 is parallel to the left side and the right side of the transmission case 71, and two ends of the synchronous toothed belt 72 are clamped and installed on the movable door 22 through a belt 721; the auxiliary motor 73 is connected with the transmission case 71 and used for driving a transmission wheel set in the transmission case 71 to drive the synchronous toothed belt 72 to stretch left and right so as to drive the movable door 22 to move left and right, and thus door opening and closing actions are completed. The transmission part of the movable door 22 is completely integrated in the transmission box 71, so that the transmission box 71 has a compact structure, a flexible installation position and simple and convenient installation, is particularly suitable for a platform door with a tense space in the movable box 21, and saves effective space.
The transmission case 71 comprises a case body 711, a case cover 712 and transmission wheel sets, a space for mounting the transmission wheel sets and a synchronous toothed belt 72 to pass around is arranged in the case body 711, two ends of the case body 711 are provided with an opening 7111, and the case cover 712 is fixedly covered on the case body 711 through fastening screws 720; the transmission wheel set comprises a driving gear 713, a driven gear 714 and a guide wheel 715, and the driven gear 714 and the guide wheel 715 are both rotatably arranged in the box body 711; the driving gear 713 is located in the middle of the box 711 and directly connected with the sub-motor 73, a plurality of sets of driven gears 714 and guide wheels 715 are symmetrically installed on two sides of the driving gear 713, and the guide wheels 715 are arranged on two sides of the driving gear 713 and two sides of each driven gear 714. The transmission is stable and reliable through the transmission of the transmission wheel set; the auxiliary motor 73 is directly connected with the driving gear 713, the rotary motion of an output shaft of the auxiliary motor 73 is directly converted into the linear motion of the synchronous toothed belt 72, all door machine beams and installation female seat structures are omitted, the occupied space of an auxiliary driving module in the movable box 21 is greatly reduced, the whole set of replacement is allowed, the maintenance efficiency of an engineering field is greatly improved, and the replacement and maintenance time is shortened. The sub motor 73 in the present embodiment is a reduction motor.
The driving gear 713 is installed in the box 711 through a third bearing 716 and a retaining ring 717, the inner ring of the third bearing 716 is sleeved on the axle of the driving gear 713, and the outer ring of the third bearing 716 is abutted against the retaining ring 717. In this embodiment, a set of driven gears 714 are symmetrically installed on two sides of the driving gear 713, each driven gear 714 is installed on a corresponding wheel shaft through a flat key two 718, two ends of each wheel shaft are respectively connected with an inner ring of a bearing three 716, an outer ring of a lower bearing three 716 is fixed on the box body 711, and an outer ring of an upper bearing three 716 is abutted against a retaining ring 717; the guide wheels 715 are symmetrically arranged between the driving gear 713 and the driven gear 714 and at an opening 7111 at the end part of the box 711, each guide wheel 715 is arranged on a corresponding axle two 719 through a flat key two 718, two ends of each axle two 719 are respectively connected with an inner ring of a bearing three 716, an outer ring of a lower bearing three 716 is fixed on the box 711, and an outer ring of an upper bearing three 716 is abutted against a retaining ring 717.
The length of the timing belt 72 is determined by the actual width of the movable door 22. The synchronous toothed belt 72 enters along an opening 7111 at one end of the box 711, sequentially winds through each driving wheel in a certain direction and sequence, and then penetrates out along an opening 7111 at the other end of the box 711, so that the synchronous toothed belt 72 is in a parallel direction at the left side and the right side of the box 711.
The driving device 7 further comprises a height adjusting device 74, and the height adjusting device 74 is connected with the transmission case 71 and is used for adjusting the height of the driving device 7. The height adjusting device 74 is composed of a fine-thread adjusting stud 741 and a locking nut 742, a through hole 7121 through which the fine-thread adjusting stud 741 passes is formed in the case cover 712 of the transmission case 71, an internal thread through hole 7112 matched with the fine-thread adjusting stud 741 in a threaded connection mode is formed in the case body 711 of the transmission case 71, and the fine-thread adjusting stud 741 passes through the through hole 7121 to be in a threaded connection with the case body 711 and then passes through the case body 711 to be in a threaded connection with the locking nut 742. The bottom of the fine thread adjusting stud 741 is provided with a hexagonal head 7411. The fine thread adjusting stud 741 passes through the through hole 7121 of the box cover 712, is in threaded connection and matching with the internal thread through hole 7112 on the box body 711, and rotates the fine thread adjusting stud 741 clockwise or anticlockwise through the hexagonal head 7411 to achieve the purpose of height adjustment. The height adjusting device 74 is provided to enable free adjustment of the height of the drive device 7. Two height adjustment devices 74 are provided in this embodiment, symmetrically mounted.
The top of the fine thread adjusting stud 741 is provided with an internal thread counter bore 7412, and the driving device 7 is mounted on the movable box 21 through the internal thread counter bore 7412. The whole driving device 7 can be installed on the movable box 21 through the internal thread counter bore 7412, and the installation and the fixation are convenient.
The linear guide rail assembly 8 comprises a slide rail 81 and a slide block 82, the slide rail 81 is installed at the bottom of the movable door 22, the slide block 82 is installed at the bottom of the movable box 21, and the slide rail 81 and the slide block 82 are matched with each other. The linear guide rail assembly 8 plays a role in guiding and supporting the movement of the movable door 22, and further ensures the running stability of the movable door 22.
The two ends of the part of the synchronous toothed belt 72, which is exposed out of the box body 711, are installed on the movable door 22 through belt clamps, the transmission box 71 is installed at the top of the movable box 21, and the synchronous toothed belt 72 is driven by the auxiliary motor 73 to stretch left and right through the transmission of the transmission box 71 to drive the movable door 22 to slide left and right under the support and guide of the linear guide rail assembly 8, so that the door opening and closing action is completed.
The platform door control system records the information of each type and marshalling of train and the corresponding door opening position parameters of the movable door module 2 (door unit) in advance. Before a train arrives at a station, the type and marshalling information of the train currently arriving at the station are obtained in advance through a main control center, a platform door control system calls corresponding door opening parameters, the distance between the current position of each door unit and a target position is judged, an instruction is output to a door unit controller, if the current position of each door unit is the same as the target position, a main driving module 3 is locked, a movable box 21 is fixed at the current position, and only an auxiliary driving module is controlled to control the movable door 22 to be opened and closed. If the door units are not consistent with the target position, the main driving module 3 is controlled to drive the movable box 21 to move towards the target position, and meanwhile, the auxiliary driving module is controlled to drive the movable door 22 to make corresponding movement, and the door units are mutually matched, so that the door body is opened at the position corresponding to the train door.
Referring to fig. 22-24, examples of typical door opening methods for platform doors are shown. Fig. 22 shows a 2m opening of the platform, in which case the main driving module 3 of each door unit receives a control command and is in a locked state, so that the position of each moving box 21 is kept unchanged; the auxiliary driving module is matched with the linear guide rail assembly 8 to control the movable door 22 to do contraction movement relative to the movable box 21, so that the switching of the door opening and closing states is realized. Fig. 23 shows the form of the platform door opening needing to be adjusted to 4m, in this case, the position of a certain door unit relative to the platform door is changed, firstly, the movable door 22 of the door unit needs to be retracted in the movable box 21 by controlling the auxiliary driving module, then, the movable box 21 is driven to move towards the door unit on the side adjacent to the door unit by controlling the main driving module 3, so that the two door units are adjacently arranged and combined into a new door unit, and at this time, the form of the 4m opening is formed between the door unit and the door unit on the other side, the door opening action is completed, and in the whole movement process, the main driving module 3 of the door unit without the position adjustment is in a locking state; similarly, the door closing motion acts as the inverse of the control process. Fig. 24 shows a form in which the opening degree of the platform is adjusted to 6m, and in this case, the door unit on the other side is adjusted to move to the other side door unit in the same manner as the control in the case of fig. 24, thereby forming the opening degree form of 6m therein.
It should be noted that the above three cases are only the opening forms that are commonly used, and in the actual corresponding process with the vehicle type, a more flexible door opening position and opening form may be needed, and the platform door system can adjust the opening distance between the door units by changing the position change of each door unit relative to the platform, thereby implementing any combined opening form.
In conclusion, the platform door of the utility model enables the whole platform door to operate more stably and reliably, has the functions of automatic power-off locking, power-off memory and emergency escape, greatly improves the safety coefficient, and greatly reduces the difficulty of site construction; the movable door modules 2 can move and open the door at any position of the edge of the platform according to the specific train type, the door opening position can be flexibly adjusted, and the opening degree of the platform door is very large; can form different combination schemes that open the door according to concrete demand, be applicable to various train motorcycle types and size, the practicality is strong, is favorable to realizing safe and reliable and correspond the platform door process of closing the door that matches with different trains.

1. A platform door comprises a full-length guide unit laid along the edge of a platform and a plurality of movable door modules sequentially arranged along the length direction of the full-length guide unit, and is characterized in that each movable door module is provided with a movable box, each movable box is matched with the full-length guide unit through a main driving module hoisted at the bottom of the movable box, and the left side and the right side of each movable box are respectively connected with movable doors which can stretch into the movable boxes through auxiliary driving modules;
the full-length guide unit comprises a platform plate assembly, a guide wheel assembly, a supporting wheel assembly, a guide shoe assembly and a supporting assembly, wherein the platform plate assembly is installed on the supporting assembly located below the platform plate assembly, the guide wheel assembly, the supporting wheel assembly and the guide shoe assembly are respectively installed at the bottom of the mobile box and matched with the platform plate assembly, and the mobile box is driven by the main drive module to move along the full-length guide unit, so that the door opening and the door opening at any position are realized.

A platform door according to claim 1, wherein the platform plate assembly is formed with at least two guide gaps throughout its length; the guide wheel assembly penetrates through a guide gap close to the side of the railway track, and a guide part of the guide wheel assembly clamps the platform plate assembly and leaves a rolling gap so that the guide wheel assembly moves on the platform plate assembly; the supporting wheel assembly passes through a guide gap close to the edge side of the platform, and the supporting part of the supporting wheel assembly clamps the platform plate assembly and leaves a rolling gap so that the supporting wheel assembly moves on the platform plate assembly; the guide shoe assembly extends into any one or more of the guide gaps.
3. A platform door according to claim 1 or claim 2, wherein the platform panel assembly is provided with a circular arc-shaped recess at a location corresponding to the guide wheel assembly, and the recess is fitted with the optical axis guide rail by clearance fit.

A platform door according to claim 3, wherein the platform plate assembly is comprised of a plurality of platform plates with their ends butted in sequence; and one end of the optical axis guide rail installed in the groove extends out of the end face of the platform plate to form a butt joint male joint, the other end of the optical axis guide rail is recessed into the groove to form a butt joint female joint, and the butt joint female joint and the butt joint male joint are spliced to enable the optical axis guide rail to be located on the same straight line.

A platform door according to claim 3, wherein the guide wheel assembly comprises a guide wheel bracket mounted on the mobile cassette floor and a guide member mounted on the guide wheel bracket, the guide member comprising a first guide wheel and a second guide wheel; the first guide wheel is a concave guide wheel, can be rotatably arranged on the upper part of the guide wheel bracket around the axis of the first guide wheel at the side corresponding to the optical axis guide rail and is matched with the optical axis guide rail; and the second guide wheel is rotatably arranged at the lower part of the guide wheel bracket around the axis of the second guide wheel on the same side with the guide wheel, and the wheel surface of the second guide wheel is abutted against the platform plate component.

A platform door according to claim 2, wherein the support wheel assembly comprises a support wheel bracket mounted on the mobile cassette floor and a support member comprising a first support wheel and a second support wheel; the first supporting wheel is rotatably arranged at the upper part of the supporting wheel bracket around the axis of the first supporting wheel, and the wheel surface of the first supporting wheel is abutted against the platform plate assembly; and the second supporting wheel and the supporting wheel are arranged on the same side of the supporting wheel and can rotate around the axis of the second supporting wheel and are arranged at the lower part of the supporting wheel bracket, and the wheel surface of the second supporting wheel is abutted against the platform plate assembly.
7. A platform door according to claim 1 or claim 2, wherein the guide shoe assembly comprises a guide shoe bracket mounted on the mobile box floor and a guide shoe sleeve nested on the guide shoe bracket.
8. A platform door according to claim 7, wherein elongate projections are provided on both sides of the shoe support in the longitudinal direction, and correspondingly recesses are provided on both sides of the inside of the shoe cover for engaging with the projections.
9. A platform door according to claim 1 or claim 2, wherein the bottom of the mobile box is provided with a hole through which each of the guide wheel assembly, the support wheel assembly and the guide shoe assembly passes.

The platform door of claim 2, wherein the main drive module is mounted on the bottom plate of the mobile box and drives the platform plate assembly through a guide gap near the edge side of the platform; the main driving module comprises a rack assembly, a gear assembly and a main motor, the rack assembly is installed below the platform plate assembly, the gear assembly is installed on the moving box bottom plate and penetrates through a guide gap of the platform plate assembly, a gear of the gear assembly is meshed with a rack of the rack assembly, the gear is in transmission connection with the main motor, and the main motor drives the gear to move along the rack under the action of the full-length guide unit.
11. A platform door according to claim 10, wherein the gear assembly comprises a gear seat on which the main motor is mounted and a gear mounted on the mobile box floor, the gear being disposed horizontally within the gear seat and coaxial with the output shaft of the main motor.

A platform door according to claim 11, wherein the gear seat has a circular double-layer flange structure with a through hole at the center, the upper flange is used for mounting the main motor, the output shaft of the main motor passes through the through hole to be connected with the gear, and the lower flange is used for mounting the gear seat on the bottom plate of the movable box;
the lower part of the gear seat is of a plate-type clip structure, the plate-type clip structure penetrates through the guide gap, and the gear is horizontally arranged at the lower part of the inner side of the plate-type clip structure;
the lower part of the gear seat is vertically arranged and rigidly connected with the upper part of the gear seat, and the upper part of the gear seat covers the lower part of the gear seat.
13. A platform door according to claim 12, wherein the upper flange has a smaller diameter than the lower flange.

A platform door according to claim 12, wherein the bottom of the plate-type return structure is provided with a mounting hole, a bearing is mounted in the mounting hole, a bushing is arranged between the bearing and the gear, one end of the bushing is abutted against the inner ring of the bearing, the other end of the bushing is abutted against the gear, and the output shaft of the main motor is connected with the gear through a flat key, sequentially passes through the gear and the bushing, and is connected with the bearing.
15. A platform door according to claim 10, wherein the rack assembly includes a rack mount mounted on the support assembly below the platform plate assembly and a rack mounted on the rack mount, the rack being aligned for full length docking by the flanges of the rack mount.

A platform door according to claim 10, wherein the main motor is provided with a motor brake assembly and a manual unlocking assembly, the motor brake assembly is used for locking a motor shaft of the main motor after power failure, and the in-place locking function of the door body is realized; a motor shaft of the main motor is connected with an output shaft of the main motor; the manual unlocking assembly is used for manually unlocking the motor braking assembly to the motor shaft of the main motor, so that the motor shaft of the main motor can rotate smoothly.

A platform door according to claim 16, wherein the motor brake assembly comprises a motor brake and an absolute encoder, the motor shaft of the primary motor passing through the motor brake and being connected to the absolute encoder; the motor brake is used for locking a motor shaft of the main motor after power failure, so that the in-place locking function of the door body is realized; the absolute value encoder is used for memorizing the rotation angle of the motor shaft of the main motor, outputting corresponding position parameters and having a power-off memory function.

A platform door according to claim 17, wherein the motor brake comprises a yoke assembly, an armature, a shaft sleeve, a friction plate, a spring and a coupling plate, the yoke assembly and the armature are sequentially sleeved on the motor shaft of the main motor, the yoke assembly is provided with a spring groove for accommodating the spring on the side close to the armature, one end of the spring abuts against the yoke assembly, and the other end abuts against the armature; the shaft sleeve is fixedly connected with a motor shaft of the main motor through a set screw, so that the armature can move between the shaft sleeve and the magnetic yoke assembly when power is lost, the friction plate is positioned between the connecting plate and the armature and is fixed on the armature, and the connecting plate is fixed on the main motor.
19. A platform door according to claim 16, wherein the manual release assembly comprises a manual release wrench connected to the armature by a connecting bolt passing through the yoke assembly, the spacing between the manual release wrench and the motor brake increasing from the side closer to the connecting bolt to the side further from the connecting bolt, such that pressing the manual release wrench pulls the armature back toward the yoke assembly.
20. A platform door according to claim 19, wherein the manual unlocking assembly further comprises a manual unlocking device and a manual unlocking cable, the manual unlocking cable having one end connected to the manual unlocking device and one end connected to a side of the manual unlocking wrench remote from the connecting bolt; the manual unlocking device comprises a manual unlocking handle, an unlocking connecting rod and a manual unlocking base, wherein one end of the manual unlocking handle is rotatably installed on the manual unlocking base, the other end of the manual unlocking handle is abutted against one end of the unlocking connecting rod, the unlocking connecting rod is rotatably installed on the manual unlocking base, and the other end of the unlocking connecting rod is connected with a manual unlocking steel cable.
21. A platform door according to claim 20, wherein the ends of the manual release cable are movably connected to the release link and the manual release wrench, respectively.
22. A platform door according to claim 17, wherein the absolute value encoder is a geared multi-turn absolute value encoder.
23. A platform door according to claim 1, wherein each secondary drive module includes drive means for driving the respective side flap to move telescopically within the moving box and a linear guide assembly for moving the respective side flap therealong telescopically within the moving box; each driving device is positioned between the top of the corresponding side movable door and the movable box, and each linear guide rail assembly is positioned between the bottom of the corresponding side movable door and the movable box.
24. A platform door according to claim 23, wherein the drive means includes a gear box, a timing belt and a secondary motor, the gear box being mounted at the top of the interior of the travelling cassette and adjacent the respective side of the travelling door, the timing belt passing into and around the gear wheel set in the gear box along one end of the gear box and then out along the other end of the gear box such that the timing belt is in a parallel orientation on the left and right sides of the gear box, and the two ends of the timing belt being mounted on the travelling door by belt clips; and the auxiliary motor is connected with the transmission box and is used for driving the transmission wheel group in the transmission box to drive the synchronous toothed belt to stretch left and right so as to drive the movable door to move left and right, and the door opening and closing action is completed.
25. A platform door according to claim 24, wherein the drive housing includes a housing, a housing cover, and a drive wheel set, wherein a space for mounting the drive wheel set and a synchronous cog belt is provided in the housing, both ends of the housing are provided with an opening, and the housing cover is fixed to the housing cover by a fastening screw; the transmission wheelset includes driving gear, driven gear and leading wheel, the driving gear is located the centre of box and directly links with the auxiliary motor, a plurality of groups of driven gear and leading wheel of bilateral symmetry installation of driving gear, the both sides of driving gear and every driven gear all are provided with the leading wheel.
26. A platform door according to claim 24, wherein the drive means further comprises height adjustment means connected to the gear box for effecting height adjustment of the drive means.
27. A platform door according to claim 26, wherein the height adjustment device comprises a fine-pitch adjustment stud and a lock nut, a through hole through which the fine-pitch adjustment stud passes is provided on the cover of the transmission box, an internally threaded through hole which is in threaded connection and fit with the fine-pitch adjustment stud is provided on the box body of the transmission box, and the fine-pitch adjustment stud passes through the through hole and is in threaded connection with the box body, and then passes through the box body and is in threaded connection with the lock nut.
28. A platform door according to claim 27, wherein the bottom of the fine pitch adjustment stud is provided with a hex head.
29. A platform door according to claim 27, wherein the top of the fine pitch adjustment stud is provided with an internally threaded counter bore through which the drive means is mounted on the mobile cassette.
30. A platform door according to claim 24, wherein the length of the timing belt is determined by the actual movable door width.
31. A platform door according to claim 23, wherein the linear guide assembly includes a slide rail mounted to the bottom of the moveable door and a slide block mounted to the bottom of the mobile box, the slide rail and slide block cooperating with each other.
