With reference to fig. 1 and fig. 2, an embodiment of the present application provides a water pump with a novel sealing structure, including: the pump comprises a shell 10, a power source 20, a pump shaft 30, an impeller 40, a support seat 50, a sealing structure 60 and a sealing cover 70. Wherein a power source 20 is mounted on the housing 10 and has a drive shaft 21. A pump shaft 30 is in dynamic communication with the drive shaft 21. An impeller 40 is mounted on the pump shaft 30. Between the power source 20 and the impeller 40, a support seat 50 is provided at the periphery of the pump shaft 30 to support the pump shaft 30. The sealing structure 60 is disposed along the periphery of the pump shaft 30 at one side of the support seat 50. The sealing cover 70 is installed on the supporting seat 50 and on the same side as the sealing structure 60, and the sealing cover 70 covers the periphery of the sealing structure 60 to form a cavity 71 around the periphery of the sealing structure 60; the cavity 71 contains a lubricating fluid 72 therein.
In the embodiment, the supporting seat 50 is disposed at the periphery of the pump shaft 30 to support the pump shaft 30. The support seat 50 is embodied as a bearing seat, allowing the pump shaft 30 to rotate freely. The impeller 40 is installed on the pump shaft 30, and under the driving of the power source 20, the impeller 40 is driven by the pump shaft 30 to rotate, and the pressure of the fluid is increased after the fluid is pressurized by the impeller 40, so that high-pressure water is discharged. A sealing structure 60 is disposed along the outer periphery of the pump shaft 30 at one side of the support seat 50 to prevent internal fluid from entering the power source 20 side and protect the power source 20. Further, a sealing cover 70 is mounted on the supporting seat 50 and on the same side as the sealing structure 60, and covers the periphery of the sealing structure 60 to form a cavity 71 around the periphery of the sealing structure 60; the cavity 71 is provided with the lubricating liquid 72, so that the sealing structure can be lubricated continuously, and the damage to the sealing structure is reduced.
