The hollow chamber extends along a first direction a and penetrates through the housing body 1, so that an opening part is formed on the housing body 1, and the hollow chamber inside the housing body 1 can be communicated with the outside of the housing body 1 through the opening part; the PCB 2 includes side portions perpendicular to the surface of the PCB at both sides of the first direction a, and the side portions of the PCB 2 at both sides of the first direction a are fitted with the opening, so that the end portion of the PCB 2 in the first direction a can be inserted into the housing body 1 through the opening portion. Therefore, when assembling the PCB 2 and the housing body 1, the end of the first direction a of the PCB 2 is opposite to the opening, and then the PCB 2 is inserted into the housing body 1 along the first direction a, thereby completing the assembly of the PCB 2 and the housing body 1, so as to encapsulate the PCB 2 through the housing body 1, and protect the PCB, and because the housing body 1 is an integrally formed hollow housing, the housing body 1 has higher strength, and is not easy to deform and damage, and further can effectively protect the PCB 2, and prevent the PCB 2 from being damaged.
In an embodiment of the present application, preferably, as shown in fig. 2, the inside of the housing main body 1 is provided with a limiting portion, the limiting portion is adapted to the PCB 2, and when the PCB 2 is inserted into a predetermined position in the housing main body 1, the PCB 2 can be limited and mounted in the limiting portion, so as to limit and restrict the placement position of the PCB 2 in the housing main body 1 through the limiting portion, so that two side plate surfaces of the PCB 2 can be opposite to and spaced from the inner side walls of two sides of the housing main body 1 in the second direction b by a predetermined distance.

The limiting groove 13 has a width along the second direction b, and the width of the limiting groove 13 is matched with the thickness of the PCB 2, when the PCB 2 is inserted into the hollow chamber in the housing body 1, one end of the PCB 2 in the third direction c can be inserted into the limiting groove 13 through the socket, and then inserted into the housing body 1 along the length extending direction of the limiting groove 13, i.e., the first direction a; so that the end of the PCB 2 opposite to the limiting groove 13 is inserted into the limiting groove 13, and the PCB 2 is limited at a predetermined position in the housing body 1 through the limiting groove 13.
Preferably, the casing main body 1 has the limiting grooves 13 formed in the side walls of the two sides of the third direction c, the limiting grooves 13 on the two sides are arranged oppositely, and the two ends of the third direction c of the PCB 2 can be respectively inserted into the corresponding limiting grooves 13, so that the PCB 2 is more stably limited at the preset position in the casing main body 1, and the two side plate surfaces of the PCB 2 are ensured to be spaced from the side walls of the corresponding casing main body 1 by a preset distance.
In one embodiment of the present application, the PCB 2 is preferably provided with first communication connectors (not shown) on two sides of the first direction a of one side plate surface, and the first communication connectors are used for electrically connecting with output electrodes on two sides of the first direction a of the battery cells in the battery pack. As shown in fig. 1 and fig. 3, first openings 11 are formed at two ends of the casing main body 1 in the first direction a, and the first openings 11 at two ends of the casing main body 1 are respectively opposite to the first communication connectors at two sides of the PCB board 2, so that the first communication connectors at two sides can be respectively exposed to the outer side of the casing main body 1 through the first openings 11 opposite to the first communication connectors, and thus, the first communication connectors and the output electrode of the battery cell are conveniently wired to electrically connect the PCB board 2 and the battery cell.
In one embodiment of the present application, preferably, as shown in fig. 5, the BMS housing further includes a protective cover 3, the protective cover 3 is disposed at the first slits 11 at both sides of the housing main body 1, respectively, to cover the first communication connecting device exposed at the first slits 11 through the protective cover 3, and the protective cover 3 is detachably connected to the housing main body 1. When the first communication connector is connected with the output electrode of the battery cell, the protective cover 3 at the first notch 11 can be detached to expose the first communication connector, so that the connection can be completed conveniently. After the wiring of first communication connector and electric core was accomplished, install protective cover 3 in the 11 departments of the first opening that correspond to cover first communication connector through protective cover 3, prevent that personnel's mistake from touching first communication connector and danger takes place.
In an embodiment of the present application, preferably, as shown in fig. 3 and 4, the protective cover 3 is respectively formed with insertion portions 31 on side portions of two sides of the third direction c, and two sides of the third direction c of the housing main body 1 are respectively provided with insertion slots 14 adapted to the insertion portions 31, so that the insertion portions 31 can be inserted into the insertion slots 14, and thus the protective cover 3 is detachably mounted on the housing main body 1, so as to cover the first communication connector on the PCB board 2 through the protective cover 3, and prevent a person from touching the first communication connector by mistake to cause a danger.
In one embodiment of the present application, the protective cover 3 is preferably made of an insulating material, for example, the protective cover 3 is made of PC + PA66, so as to avoid the danger of electric shock caused by touching the protective cover 3.
In an embodiment of the present application, preferably, the PCB 2 is further provided with second communication connectors (not shown) on two sides of a side plate surface of the PCB in the third direction c, and the second communication connectors and the first communication connectors are located on the same side plate surface of the PCB 2.
As shown in fig. 1, a second opening 12 is opened at a position of the housing body 1 opposite to the second communication connectors at two sides, so that the second communication connectors can be exposed to the outside of the housing body 1 through the second opening 12, so as to connect the second communication connectors with external electrical components for electrical connection.
Preferably, a detachably connected protecting cover (not shown) may also be disposed at the second gap 12 of the housing body 1, and when the second access connector on one side is in an unsuitable state, the protecting cover may be mounted at the gap opposite to the second access connector for sealing and protecting.

9. The BMS housing according to claim 1, characterized in that the housing body is of an aluminum alloy.
10. A battery pack comprising the BMS housing of any one of claims 1 to 9.
