The connector is one of the common structures of the switching lead and has wide application.
The inventor of the present application finds that when the current connector and the wire are assembled to form a circuit assembly, the problem of low assembly efficiency exists, and one of the main reasons is that the current assembly process needs to expose one end of the wire to form an exposed end, then assemble and connect the exposed end with the crimping terminal, and then connect the exposed end with the connector, so that not only is the operation efficiency low, but also the risk of assembling errors between the exposed end and the crimping terminal exists, and the assembly efficiency is low.
In order to improve the assembly efficiency and reliability of the connector and the wire, the inventor designs a connector through intensive research, sets multiple groups of clamping and fixing structures stacked in the height direction in the connector, and directly clamps and fixes the wire through a first installation part and a second installation part which are separately arranged, thereby omitting the step of connecting the wire and a crimping terminal in the assembly process, and also ensuring the reliability of a circuit assembly formed by fixedly connecting the connector and the wire, and the reliability of a battery and a power utilization device comprising the circuit assembly.
The connector disclosed in the embodiment of the present application can be used in batteries and electric devices including batteries, and can also be other devices having wires and connectors, for example, for connecting with circuit boards of various devices.
The embodiment of the application provides an electric device using a battery as a power supply, and the electric device can be but is not limited to a mobile phone, a tablet, a notebook computer, an electric toy, an electric tool, a battery car, an electric vehicle, a train, a ship, a spacecraft and the like. The electric vehicle may include a pure electric vehicle, a hybrid electric vehicle, a plug-in hybrid electric vehicle, an electric bicycle, an electric scooter, an electric golf cart, an electric truck, etc., the electric toy may include a stationary or mobile electric toy, such as a game machine, an electric car toy, an electric ship toy, an electric airplane toy, etc., and the spacecraft may include an airplane, a rocket, a space shuttle, a spacecraft, etc. The power utilization device can also be an energy storage system, such as large-scale commercial energy storage, microgrid energy storage, base station products, household uninterruptible power supply energy storage, and the like.
According to some embodiments of the present application, referring to fig. 1 to 3, the present application provides a connector 10 including a plurality of sets of clamping fixing structures 101, 102, the sets of clamping fixing structures 101, 102 being stacked in a height direction of the connector 10. Each set of clamping and fixing structures comprises a first mounting part 1 and a second mounting part 2, wherein the first mounting part 1 and the second mounting part 2 are separately arranged, and when the first mounting part 1 and the second mounting part 2 are assembled, connected and fixed adjacently in the height direction, a lead 20 connected with a connector 10 is clamped and fixed in a mounting space S between the first mounting part 1 and the second mounting part 2 in the height direction of the connector.
The height direction, such as that shown in fig. 1, is the Z direction, and the multiple sets of clamping fixtures 101, 102 are stacked in the Z direction. A description of the lengthwise direction, which is the X direction, and the widthwise direction, which is the Y direction, for example, as shown in fig. 1, will also appear in the following.
The first mounting part 1 and the second mounting part 2 are provided separately, and the separate installation is referred to herein as a concept of being integrally provided, and means that the first mounting part 1 and the second mounting part 2 are not integrally connected but separately manufactured, and are connected by an assembling process.
The number of sets of the clamping fixture structures is not limited to the two sets of the clamping fixture structures 101, 102 shown in the drawings, and the number of the clamping fixture structures may be further increased according to the actual number and structure of the wires 20. The following description will be given by way of example of two sets of stacked clamping fixtures 101, 102 shown in the figures.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the clamping and fixing structure 101 has a first mounting part 11 and a second mounting part 12, which form a mounting space S1, and the clamping and fixing structure 102 has a first mounting part 111 and a second mounting part 122, which form a mounting space S2, the clamping and fixing structure 101 clamps the lead 201 in the mounting space S1, and the clamping and fixing structure 102 clamps the lead 202 in the mounting space S2. The wires 201 and 202 also have a height difference in the height direction.
Through setting up the tight fixed knot of multiunit pile-up at connector 10, and the tight first installed part 11 of every group clamp, second installed part 12 that the structure components of a whole that can function independently set up, can make the wire can directly assemble in the connector, avoided if need assemble with binding post earlier in the current assembly process, then with the technology of connector assembly to the assembly efficiency of connector with the wire has been improved, also promoted connector and wire erection joint's reliability simultaneously, and the reliability of battery and power consumption device. In addition, the clamping and fixing structures of the multiple groups enable a single connector to correspondingly connect more wires, so that the arrangement of the circuit assembly in the battery is more compact.
According to some embodiments of the present application, optionally, with continuing reference to fig. 2 and fig. 3, one of the first mounting element 11 and the second mounting element 12 is provided with a plurality of grooves 13, the plurality of grooves 13 are arranged at intervals in the width direction of the connector, and the grooves 13 provide a placement space for placing the wires 20.
In fig. 2, the first mounting part 11 of the clamping fixture 101 has a plurality of recesses 13, but it is understood that the recesses 13 may also be provided in the second mounting part 12 of the clamping fixture 101. In fig. 2, the first mounting part 111 of the clamping fixture 102 also has a similar plurality of recesses 13, but is not visible in fig. 2 for reasons of perspective. The plurality of grooves 13 are "spaced" herein in the sense that adjacent grooves 13 are spaced apart. The beneficial effect of such a structure is that as shown in fig. 3, each groove 13 is correspondingly provided with the exposed end 21 of the lead 20, so that the lead is more reliably mounted and fixed, and the adjacent exposed ends 21 of the lead 20 in the Y direction are separated to form a protection function among the exposed ends 21, thereby improving the reliability of the circuit assembly, the battery and the electric device. In addition, those skilled in the art will appreciate that a specific example of the exposed end 21 may be, for example, what is commonly referred to in the art as a PIN.
According to some embodiments of the present application, optionally, with continuing reference to fig. 2 and fig. 3, the groove 13 has a limiting elastic sheet 14 at a downstream end of the connector 10 in the length direction, i.e., the X direction, and the limiting elastic sheet 14 and the groove bottom of the groove 13 form a limiting structure, so that the exposed end 21 of the wire 20 can be limited and fixed between the limiting elastic sheet 14 and the groove 13. The meaning of the limiting elastic sheet 14 is that the limiting elastic sheet is a component with elastic force action, and the limiting elastic sheet plays a limiting role through an elastic force lead. When the lead 20 is not assembled, the preset elastic force of the limiting elastic sheet 14 acts on the groove bottom of the groove 13 even if the limiting elastic sheet is pressed tightly at the groove bottom of the groove 13, in the process of assembling the lead 20, the exposed end 21 of the lead 20 extends into the space between the groove 13 and the limiting elastic sheet 14 from the downstream end in the X direction, at the moment, the limiting elastic sheet 14 deforms due to the extending of the lead, so that the elastic force is accumulated, and after the exposed end 21 reaches the installation position close to the downstream end of the groove 13 in the X direction and then the extending process of the lead 20 is completed, the elastic force of the limiting elastic sheet 14 releases and presses the exposed end 21 of the lead 20. The beneficial effects like this lie in, not only can constitute limit structure and fix exposed end 21 steadily to spacing shell fragment 14 also can play the separation effect, and similar with the effect of recess 13, constitutes the protection between the adjacent exposed end 21 of X direction, and spacing shell fragment 14 compresses tightly exposed end 21 and can also play waterproof sealing's effect, has promoted circuit assembly, battery and power consumption device's reliability.
According to some embodiments of the present application, optionally, with continuing reference to fig. 2 and fig. 3, the other of the first mounting member 111 and the second mounting member 122 is provided with a plurality of protrusions 15, the plurality of protrusions 15 are disposed corresponding to the plurality of grooves 13, and the clamping and fixing structure includes a first clamping and fixing portion formed by the protrusions 15 and the grooves 13 in an assembling manner, so that the wires 20 can be clamped and fixed between the protrusions 15 and the grooves 13. Taking the example shown in fig. 2, the second mounting part 122 of the clamping fixture 102 has a plurality of projections 15, and the second mounting part 12 of the clamping fixture 101 also has a similar plurality of projections 15, but is not visible in fig. 2 for reasons of perspective. A second mounting member. It will be understood that "the other" means that one of the first and second mounting elements 111, 122 is provided with a recess 13 and the other is provided with a projection 15, the projection 15 being arranged to mate with the recess 13, as shown in figure 2, the recess 13 being square and the corresponding projection 15 also being square. It will be appreciated that the location of the recesses and projections is not limited to that shown in the figures, and that the first mounting member 111 may provide the projections 15 and the second mounting member 122 may provide the recesses 13. The first clamping and fixing means that the recess 13 and the projection 15 provide a site for clamping and fixing the conductor 20 in the clamping and fixing structure. When assembling, the second mounting part 122 provides the protrusion 15, the first mounting part 111 provides the groove 13, and the protrusion 15 presses the wire 20 placed in the groove 13, i.e. the wire 20 is clamped and fixed by the groove 13 and the protrusion 15 at two sides in the height direction. The groove-protrusion matching structure is simple in structure, stable in fixing effect and easy to position during assembly. It will be appreciated that the clamping and fixing structure may also include other portions for clamping and fixing the wires, and is not limited to the groove-protrusion mating structure.
According to some embodiments of the present application, optionally, as shown with continued reference to fig. 2, the connector 10 further comprises a filler piece 16, the position of the filler piece 16 comprising being located between two adjacent mounting spaces S1, S2 in the height direction of the connector 10 and being located upstream of the clamping fixture 101, 102 and being connected with the clamping fixture 101, 102 in the length direction of the connector 10.
The filler 16 here means a member for filling a space, for example, as shown in fig. 2, the clamping and fixing structure 101 provides the installation space S1 for installing the lead 201, the clamping and fixing structure 102 provides the installation space S2 for installing the lead 202, after the step of fixing the lead 20 to the connector 10, there is a space S3 between the lead 201 and the lead 202 in the height direction, the filler 16 fills the space, and the filler 16 is connected to the lead 201 at one end in the height direction, connected to the lead 202 at the other end in the height direction, and connected to the clamping and fixing structure at one end in the length direction. The material of the filler member 16 may be a relatively soft material, such as rubber, plastic, etc., so that it can be more tightly connected to the wires 201, 202 and the clamping fixture. The beneficial effect of adopting above embodiment lies in that through the setting of filler 16 for it is waterproof to have between the wire adjacent, fixed by the tight fixed knot structure of different groups of clamp in the direction of height, avoids intaking and leads to taking place the short circuit in the connector, has promoted circuit module, battery and power consumption device's reliability.
According to some embodiments of the present application, optionally, as illustrated with reference to fig. 1, 2, one of the first and second mounts of two adjacent sets of clamping and fixing structures 101, 102 is integrated in one piece. For example, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the first mounting part 11 of the clamping and fixing structure 101 and the first mounting part 111 of the clamping and fixing structure 102 are integrally integrated into the integral piece 17. However, the present invention is not limited to this, and one first mounting device and the other second mounting device may be integrated, and for example, if another clamp fixing structure is stacked above the clamp fixing structure 101, the second mounting device 12 of the clamp fixing structure 101 and the first mounting device of the other clamp fixing structure may be integrated integrally with the integrated member 170. Similarly, if another clamping and fixing structure is stacked below the clamping and fixing structure 102, the second mounting part 122 of the clamping and fixing structure 102 and the first mounting part of the other clamping and fixing structure may be integrally integrated into the integral part 171.
The integral piece 17 means a part obtained by an integral molding process, for example, an integral molding process by injection molding. As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the upper half of the integral piece 17 in the height direction constitutes the first mounting part 11 of the clamping and fixing structure 101, and the lower half constitutes the first mounting part 111 of the clamping and fixing structure 102. When assembling, the second mounting parts 12 of the clamping and fixing structures 101 and the second mounting parts 122 of the clamping and fixing structures 102 are respectively arranged on the integrated part 17 from the upper side cover and the lower side cover in the height direction to form two groups of adjacent and stacked clamping and fixing structures 101 and 102 in the height direction, so that the beneficial effects are that the integrated part 17 simultaneously provides the first mounting parts of the two groups of clamping and fixing structures, the structure of the connector 10 is more compact, the spatial arrangement of the battery and the power utilization device is optimized, and the assembling process is further simplified.
According to some embodiments of the present application, optionally, referring to fig. 2 and 3, the connector 10 has a limiting body 181 and a corresponding limiting hole 182, and the combination of the limiting body 181 and the limiting hole 182 enables the multiple sets of clamping and fixing structures 101 and 102 stacked in the height direction to be limited in the width direction and the length direction of the connector 10.
The fitting of the limiting body 181 and the limiting hole 182 is, for example, a structure of fitting a shaft hole shown in fig. 2 and 3, but not limited thereto. The structure of the position-limiting body 181 and the position-limiting hole 182 may be a cylinder, a circular hole, or other shapes, such as a prism and a square hole. Although the limiting body 181 is described as a single component, it is not meant to be manufactured separately, for example, as shown in fig. 2, the limiting body 181 may be a part of the first mounting parts 11, 111 formed integrally and distributed at both ends of the first mounting parts 11, 111 in the width direction, and the second mounting parts 12, 122 provide corresponding limiting holes 182, and the assembly structure of the first mounting parts and the second mounting parts can be limited in both the X direction and the Y direction by the matching of the limiting body 181 and the shaft holes of the limiting holes 182, so that the formed clamping and fixing structure is stable and reliable, and is also beneficial to being accurately positioned in the assembly process.
According to some embodiments of the present application, optionally, with continued reference to fig. 2, among the multiple sets of clamping and fixing structures 101 and 102 stacked in the height direction, the clamping and fixing structures 101 and 102 at both ends in the height direction respectively have a first locking portion 1011 and a second locking portion 1021, the connector 10 further includes a locking piece 19, the locking piece 19 includes a first matching portion 191, a second matching portion 192, and a body portion 190 connecting the two, the first matching portion 191 and the first locking portion 1011 can be in locking connection, and the second matching portion 192 and the second locking portion 1012 can be in locking connection, so that the multiple sets of clamping and fixing structures 101 and 102 stacked in the height direction are limited in the height direction by the locking piece 19 and the locking of the first locking portion 1011 and the second locking portion 1021. Specifically, the assembling method may be to lock the locking members 19 to the first and second matching portions 191 and 192 after the assembling of the plurality of clamping and fixing structures 101 and 102 is completed.
As shown in fig. 2, since the number of the plurality of sets of clamping and fixing structures shown in the drawing is two, the clamping and fixing structures 101 and 102 are simultaneously, that is, the clamping and fixing structures at both ends in the height direction. The locking piece 19, the first locking portion 1011 and the second locking portion 1021 form a structure for locking the relative positions of the stacked plural sets of clamping and fixing structures in the height direction.
