The apparatus of claim 7, wherein the 555 timer further comprises an RET pin, a GND pin and a VCC pin, the RET pin being connected with a positive pole of the power supply, the GND pin being connected with a negative pole of the power supply, the VCC pin being connected with a positive pole of the power supply.
10. An electric machine comprising a motor speed regulation device, wherein the speed regulation device is as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 9.
11. A vehicle comprising an electric machine, characterized in that the electric machine is an electric machine according to claim 10.
