The front end of the main body is used for installing a massage head 8, the massage head 8 is fixedly connected to one end of the transmission assembly 6 through a massage head installation structure, and the other end of the transmission assembly 6 is connected with the driving assembly 5. The inner wall of the piston hole is provided with a longitudinal oil filling groove 721, one function of the shockproof sleeve 73 is to reduce the shock of the piston 71 during reciprocating motion, and the other function is to prevent the solid or paste lubricating oil in the oil filling groove 721 from being carried out of the piston hole during the back and forth movement of the piston body. Specifically, an annular step is arranged inside the front end of the shockproof sleeve 73, the annular step extends inwards, the inner diameter of the shockproof sleeve is equal to or slightly smaller than the inner diameter of the steel sleeve 72, and the front end face of the steel sleeve 72 can be abutted against the rear end face of the annular step, so that the front end face of the steel sleeve 72 can be completely covered by the surface of the annular step; the rear end of the shockproof sleeve 73 is internally provided with an annular groove, the rear end of the steel sleeve 72 is provided with an annular boss, the outer edge of the annular boss is embedded into the annular groove, the inner diameter of the rear end face of the shockproof sleeve 73 is equivalent to that of the steel sleeve 72, even can be slightly smaller than that of the steel sleeve 72, and the rear end face of the shockproof sleeve 73 can completely cover the rear end face of the annular boss.
The piston 71 comprises a piston main body and a connecting block, the piston main body is detachably connected with the connecting block through a screw, the tail end of the connecting block is rotatably connected with the front end of the connecting rod 62, and the piston main body is driven to reciprocate in the piston hole under the action of the connecting rod 62. The piston main body is of a hollow structure, so that the massage head 8 can be conveniently inserted and connected, and meanwhile, a screw connected with the connecting block is exposed. When in use, the massage head 8 is detached to expose the screw, the screw is screwed down by a tool, the piston main body is taken out, oil is injected into the oil injection groove 721, and then the piston main body is reset. The main function of the front and rear ends of the anti-vibration sleeve 73 wrapping the steel sleeve 72 is to prevent the solid or paste lubricating oil in the oil filling groove 721 from being carried out of the piston hole when the piston body moves back and forth, and to prolong the lubricating time.
A press-connection ring 74 is further disposed in the head cover 16, the press-connection ring 74 is located at the rear end of the shockproof sleeve 73 and is fixedly connected with the rear end of the head cover 16, specifically, the press-connection ring 74 is a triangular hollow structure and has three circumferential fixing holes, and a fastener penetrates through the fixing holes to fix the press-connection ring 74 at the rear end of the head cover 16 during implementation. The connecting block and the piston body can pass through the middle gap of the crimp ring 74 to reciprocate, and the main function of the crimp ring 74 is to limit the shockproof sleeve 73 and the steel sleeve 72 in the mounting cavity of the head cover 16.
By adopting the head cover 16 and the piston 71, lubrication can be conveniently added between the piston main body and the piston hole, a certain sealing effect can be achieved on the piston hole, the leakage of lubricating oil is reduced, cleanness and sanitation are realized, and the lubricating oil does not need to be frequently added; the effect of shock attenuation and noise reduction is better.
In another embodiment, the oil groove 721 may not be provided on the inner wall of the steel sleeve 72, but a piston sleeve 75 may be provided in the steel sleeve 72, the piston sleeve 75 may be fixedly provided in the steel sleeve 72, and the piston body may reciprocate in the piston sleeve 75. The piston sleeve 75 may be made of a smooth and wear resistant material.
Referring to fig. 13, the housing further includes a hump 17, and the hump 17 is integrally formed with the upper shell 11. The end part of the lower shell 12 close to the elongated shell 13 is provided with a buckle 111, and the buckle 111 is clamped in the clamping groove 135. The specific installation mode of the elongated shell 13, the upper shell 11 and the lower shell 12 is as follows: the buckle 111 of the upper shell 11 is firstly clamped in the clamping groove 135 of the elongated shell 13, and then a fastener passes through the mounting hole 121 to realize detachable connection. The upper shell 11 with the inferior valve 12 is close to still encircle on the tip of lengthening shell 13 and be equipped with a plurality of strengthening ribs, the strengthening rib with the medial surface butt of lengthening shell 13, in order to increase the upper shell 11 inferior valve 12 with the frictional force between the lengthening shell 13.
In a preferred embodiment, the fascial gun further comprises a display assembly and an operating assembly, which are preferably disposed within the hump 17. The display assembly mainly functions to display the remaining capacity of the battery 2 and the rotation speed level of the motor 51, and includes a display member 91 and a display circuit board 92. The operation assembly is used for controlling the rotating speed of the motor 51, the display assembly comprises an operation piece 93 and a main control board 94, and the main control board 94 is provided with a wiring port which is used for leading out a signal wire and is electrically connected with a display circuit board 92 and other structures. In this embodiment, the operating element 93 is a touch switch with elasticity and integrally formed with the cover plate, and a device (e.g., a metal spring) for transmitting a touch signal is disposed on the surface of the circuit board integrally formed with the cover plate. By pressing the operation member 93, the corresponding fascia gun operation logic can be realized. In this embodiment, the display circuit board 92 and the main control board 94 may be the same circuit board.
In a preferred embodiment, the display member 91 and the operation member 93 are both disposed on an upper side surface of the display circuit board 92. The hump 17 is hollow inside, a threaded hole is formed in the top surface of the hump 17, a threaded hole is also formed in the corresponding part of the display circuit board 92, the display circuit board 92 is fixedly connected with the top surface of the hump 17 through a fastening piece, and the display circuit board 92 is located inside the hump 17.
More preferably, the top surface of the hump 17 is provided with a display opening and an operation opening corresponding to the display member 91 and the operation member 93, and the display member 91 can pass through the display opening, so that the user can clearly see the information displayed by the display member 91 from the outside. The operating member 93 can also pass through the operating opening and extend to the outer side of the top surface of the hump 17, so that a user can press the operating member 93 conveniently.
In order to prevent the display member 91 and the operation member 93 from being damaged and prevent foreign matters such as external dust from entering the first cavity through the display port and the operation port, the housing further includes a protective cover 18, the protective cover 18 is fixedly connected to the uppermost end of the hump 17, and the protective cover 18 is located on the upper side of the top surface of the hump 17. And a display window and an operation button for displaying the display member 91 and pressing the operation member 93 are also provided at corresponding positions on the protective cover 18.
In a second embodiment, both the display assembly and the operating assembly may be located between the elongated housing 13 and the rear cover 14. Specifically, the display component and the operation component are located inside the rear cover 14, and a light-transmitting portion is provided at a position of the rear cover 14 corresponding to the display member 91, so that the content of the display member 91 can be transmitted through the rear cover 14 or the display surface of the display member 91 itself is exposed to the rear cover 14. A touch area is arranged at the position between the inner side of the rear cover 14 and the operating element 93, the rear cover 14 can be made of a hard material with a display area and a touch function, and when a user touches the corresponding position of the rear cover 14, the operating element 93 is pressed by a pressing block for operation. The outside of back lid 14 has the sign of plus sign and subtracting the sign, and the sign position corresponds with the position of pressing the briquetting, and convenience of customers discerns the operation. In a second embodiment, the hump 17 may not be provided, and the charging assembly 3 may be provided in the handle 15, and the lower end surface of the handle 15 may be provided with corresponding holes for charging and pressing switches.
Referring to the third embodiment shown in fig. 14-17, the display component is located on the side of the housing, and the operation component is located on the handle 15. The display assembly comprises a display 91 and a display circuit board 92, wherein the display 91 can be an LED display screen, a nixie tube, a liquid crystal screen and other elements capable of displaying information, and is used for displaying the running state of the fascial gun.
Specifically, for convenient installation, the display module is located at the junction of the upper shell 11 and the lower shell 12, and the part of the shell provided with the first cavity is defined as a main body. The side of main fuselage has first demonstration mounting groove 115 for the installation display element 91, display circuit board 92 is located first cavity, with display element 91 electricity is connected, display circuit board 92's fixed mode can be for one or more combinations of modes such as joint, butt, fastener connection, bonding, also can be other fixed modes. The operating assembly includes the operating member 93 and the main control board 94, and further includes one or more operating buttons 95, and the operating buttons 95 may be disposed at any position of the handle 15, such as a side edge, an upper edge, and a lower edge, and preferably may be disposed at a position of the handle 15 close to the main body and at a lower side of the rear cover 14. Wherein, the position of the handle 15 close to the main body can be divided into an arc area or a polygonal area at the connection position. The operating button 95 corresponds to the operating element 93, and the main control board 94 includes a wiring port for leading out a signal line and electrically connected to the display circuit board 92 and other structures. In this embodiment, the operating element 93 is a key switch with elasticity, and the corresponding operating logic of the fascial gun can be realized by pressing the operating element 93. One of the operating logics is as follows: when the fascia gun is not in operation, the switch is pressed to activate the fascia gun, and the fascia gun is pressed again to adjust the strength or frequency of the fascia gun and move between the set gears until the fascia gun is turned off. The plurality of operation buttons 95 may also have different functions, thereby realizing functions such as speed adjustment, power on and off, cold hot compress, and the like.
The operating element 93 is intended to interact with the user via an operating button 95 located on the outside thereof. The side of handle 15 has operating button mounting groove 153, operating button 95 is concentric round platform, corresponds key cap and annular border respectively, the key cap with annular border fixed connection, the annular border is followed the key cap is close to the border circumference distribution of main control board 94 one side. The diameter of the annular edge is larger than that of the keycap, and the outer diameter of the annular edge is larger than that of the operating button mounting groove 153. In addition, the diameter of the key cap should be smaller than that of the operation button mounting groove 153, which enables the annular rim of the operation button 95 to move on the inner surfaces of the operation member 93 and the operation button mounting groove 153, preventing falling off.
In this embodiment, in order to realize the interaction function, the inner surface of the operation button 95 should further have an abutting member 951, where the abutting member 951 may be one or more parallel or crossed strip-shaped structures, or may be a column-shaped structure, and the extreme end of the abutting member 951 abuts against the surface of the operation member 93, and when pressed, the force acting on the surface of the operation button 95 is indirectly applied to the operation member 93 through the action of the abutting member 951, so as to realize the interaction.
In this embodiment, the employed abutting pieces 951 are two mutually perpendicular abutting strips, and extend to the inner surface of the keycap, which is equivalent to a reinforcing rib, so that the strength of the keycap can be increased while the interaction is realized.
Referring to the fourth embodiment shown in fig. 18, the display component and the operation component are both located on the handle 15, the display component is located on the front side of the handle 15, and the operation component is located on the front side or the rear side of the handle 15. If the operating components are located on the front side of the handle 15, the display circuit board 92 and the main control board 94 may be the same circuit board and are collectively referred to as the display circuit board 92. The display element 91 and the operation element 93 are both arranged on the display circuit board 92, the protective cover 18 is of a light-transmitting structure and made of an elastic material, marks of plus signs and minus signs are arranged on the protective cover 18, and a user can press the operation element 93 by pressing the protective cover 18. If the operating assembly is located at the rear side of the handle 15, the display circuit board 92 and the main control board 94 may be two separate circuit boards and electrically connected by a wire harness. And the specific structure of the operation assembly is the same as the installation manner of the operation assembly in the third embodiment, and is not described herein again.
Of course, in other embodiments, the display assembly and the operating assembly may be both disposed on the left or right side of the handle 15, and it is preferable to dispose the display assembly and the operating assembly on the right side of the handle 15 in consideration of the majority of right-handed users. The front, rear, left and right sides of this are all described with reference to the orientation of the transverse axis. The specific structures of the display assembly and the operation assembly are unchanged. The display assembly comprises a display part 91 and a display circuit board 92, the display circuit board 92 comprises a control chip, a plug connector and other related devices, the display part 91 can be an LED display screen, a nixie tube, a liquid crystal screen and other elements capable of displaying information and used for displaying the running state of the fascial gun, the operation assembly comprises an operation part 93 and a main control board 94, and the operation part 93 can be a touch switch, a mechanical switch and other switch devices.
As shown in fig. 18, the display component is located at the front side of the handle 15, the operation component is located at the rear side of the handle 15 as an example, the front side of the handle 15 has a second display installation groove 154 penetrating through, the inner edge of the second display installation groove 154 has second installation edges distributed circumferentially, and the thickness of the second installation edge is slightly thinner than the thickness of the surrounding handle 15 and is slightly lower than the surface where the second display installation groove 154 is located. The display circuit board 92 is located in the second cavity, the display element 91 is located in the second display mounting groove 154, the protective cover 18 is further fixed outside the second display mounting groove 154, the protective cover 18 is of a light-transmitting structure, the protective cover 18 directly covers the second display mounting groove 154 from the outside of the handle 15, the edge of the protective cover is abutted to the second mounting edge of the second display mounting groove 154, or the outer edge of the second display mounting groove 154 is provided with second mounting edges distributed circumferentially, the outer surface edge of the protective cover 18 is provided with edges distributed circumferentially, the protective cover 18 can be mounted from the inside of the handle 15, the outer surface of the second mounting edge is abutted to the inner surface of the mounting edge of the second display mounting groove 154, a sealing ring can be arranged at the joint of the two to enhance the sealing performance of the joint, and can be fixed by using one or more modes such as bonding, clamping and the like, the sealing performance of the connection part is better ensured.
In this embodiment, the operating element 93 is a key switch with elasticity, and the corresponding operating logic of the fascial gun can be realized by pressing the operating element 93. One of the operating logics is as follows: when the fascia gun is not in operation, the switch is pressed to activate the fascia gun, and the fascia gun is pressed again to adjust the strength or frequency of the fascia gun and move between the set gears until the fascia gun is turned off.
In other embodiments that are not shown, the display component and the operation component are both located in the handle 15 and are disposed in a manner of being matched with the lower end surface of the handle 15, the specific structures of the display component and the operation component may refer to the above embodiments, and the installation structure may be adjusted correspondingly according to the above embodiments, which is not described again.
In some embodiments, the fascial gun further comprises a cold heat pack. The cold and hot compress component can be arranged in the massage head 8 or the lengthening shell 13 or the lower end of the handle 15.
Referring to the first embodiment shown in fig. 19, the fomentation assembly is disposed at the lower end of the handle 15. The shell further comprises a bottom cover 19 positioned at the lower end of the handle 15, and the cold and hot compress assembly is fixedly connected with the handle 15 through the bottom cover 19.
Specifically, the cold compress assembly includes a contact pad 96, a temperature control structure 97, a mounting plate 98, and a switch 99. The contact piece 96 is fixed on the outermost side of the bottom cover 19 for contacting with the human body and conducting heat, and preferably, the contact piece 96 used herein may be made of a material having good thermal conductivity and flame retardancy. The contact piece 96 is fixed in the bottom cover 19. The inner side of the bottom cover 19 is provided with a plurality of steps which are distributed circumferentially and have different heights, and the steps are respectively abutted against different parts of the cold and hot compress assembly so as to realize the fixation of different parts.
The switch 99 has three positions for switching and adjusting the temperature control structure 97, and cooperates with the mounting plate 98 to perform at least three functions of turning on, turning off, and switching between the cold and hot modes.
One side of the temperature control structure 97 is fixedly connected with the mounting plate 98, and the other side thereof is abutted against the contact piece 96. In this embodiment, the temperature control structure 97 is a semiconductor cooling plate, which has a small size, and can control cooling or heating by controlling the flowing current, and can control the magnitude of the current, thereby controlling the temperature variation range.
The cold and hot compress pack can independently have power supply, also can utilize battery 2 is as the power, mounting panel 98 also can with battery circuit board 31 is connected, and the lead-out wire can be followed mounting panel 98 with the clearance of casing is drawn forth. During the equipment cold and hot compress subassembly, can in proper order with contact piece 96 temperature control structure 97 with mounting panel 98 is fixed on the bottom 19, then will bottom 19 is fixed the lower extreme of handle 15, the inside of handle 15 has the card wire casing, and the lead-out wire of accomplishing the wiring can be retrained in the card wire casing, avoids the interior wiring harness confusion of casing.
Referring to fig. 20, in a second embodiment, the cold and hot compress unit is disposed in the massage head 8. The massage head 8 comprises a massage head cover 81, a massage head rod 82 and a massage head bottom cover 83, the massage head cover 81 and the massage head rod 82 are connected and fixed by a clamping buckle, and the massage head bottom cover 83 and the massage head rod 82 are clamped and fixed. The first body of rod of massage 82 is interior and has the cavity of intercommunication between the first lid 81 of massage, and cold hot compress subassembly is located the cavity, and temperature control structure 97 is the semiconductor refrigeration piece, and this device is small, and can refrigerate or heat through the control of the electric current flow direction control that flows in to can control the size through control current, thereby control temperature variation range. The temperature control structure 97 is attached to the massage head cover 81, and transmits the temperature to the human body with the massage head cover 81 as a contact surface with the human body. The mounting plate 98 is located in the cavity and is fixedly connected with the massage head cover 81 or the massage head rod body 82, the temperature switch is fixed on the side surface of the mounting plate 98, and a switch notch is formed in the corresponding position of the side edge of the massage head cover 81 and is used for the temperature switch to penetrate out of the massage head cover 81, so that the operation of a user is facilitated.
The power supply is arranged in the massage head rod body 82 along the transverse axis, the power supply can be a rechargeable battery, the charging wire is connected with a power supply charging port and a power supply, and the power supply charging port is fixed on the massage head bottom cover 83. When the massage head 8 is not used, the massage head 8 can be detached to charge the power supply independently. In this embodiment, the knocking function and the hot compress function of the massage head 8 can be independently operated.
In a third embodiment, the coldness and hotness pack is disposed within the elongated envelope 13. The present embodiment is substantially the same as the hot compress assembly of the first embodiment, except that: the cold and hot compress assembly is arranged between the elongated shell 13 and the rear cover 14.
The above embodiments are only preferred embodiments of the present invention, and the protection scope of the present invention cannot be limited thereby, and any insubstantial changes and substitutions made by those skilled in the art based on the present invention are all within the protection scope of the present invention.

1. A battery-backed fascia gun, comprising:
the shell comprises an upper shell (11), a lower shell (12) and a lengthened shell (13), wherein the upper shell (11) is fixedly connected with the lower shell (12), and the lengthened shell (13) is provided with an accommodating cavity (133);
and the battery (2) is fixedly arranged in the accommodating cavity (133).

The fascial gun of claim 1, wherein the elongated shell (13) comprises an outer shell (131) and an inner shell (132), the outer shell (131) is fixedly connected with the rear ends of the upper shell (11) and the lower shell (12), the inner shell (132) is fixedly arranged in the outer shell (131), and the accommodating cavity (133) is formed in the inner shell (132).

The fascia gun as recited in claim 2, wherein the upper casing (11) and the lower casing (12) form a first cavity opened along a transverse axis, a thread passing hole (134) is formed on an end portion of the inner casing (132) close to the upper casing (11), and the accommodating cavity (133) and the first cavity are communicated through the thread passing hole (134).

The fascia gun as claimed in claim 3, wherein a slot (135) is provided on the end of the outer shell (131) close to the upper shell (11), a buckle (111) is provided on the corresponding part of the upper shell (11), and the buckle (111) is clamped in the slot (135); mounting holes (121) are formed in the end part, close to the lower shell (12), of the shell (131) and the corresponding part of the lower shell (12), and the shell (131) is detachably connected with the lower shell (12) through fasteners;
or a clamping groove (135) is formed in the end part, close to the lower shell (12), of the shell (131), a buckle (111) is arranged at the corresponding part of the lower shell (12), and the buckle (111) is clamped in the clamping groove (135); the shell (131) is close to the end part of the upper shell (11) and the corresponding part of the upper shell (11) are respectively provided with a mounting hole (121), and the shell (131) is detachably connected with the upper shell (11) through a fastener.

Fascia gun according to claim 1, characterized in that the housing further comprises a rear cover (14), the fascia gun further comprising a charging assembly (3), the charging assembly (3) being fixedly arranged in the elongated housing (13), the rear cover (14) being fixedly arranged on the end of the elongated housing (13) remote from the upper housing (11); the charging assembly (3) comprises a battery circuit board (31), a charging head (32) and a charging switch (33), the charging head (32) and the charging switch (33) are arranged on the battery circuit board (31), a corresponding charging hole (141) and a corresponding switch hole (142) are formed in the rear cover (14), the charging head (32) is embedded in the charging hole (141), and the charging switch (33) penetrates through the switch hole (142) and extends to the outer side of the rear cover (14).
6. The fascia gun according to claim 1, wherein the fascia gun further comprises a light emitting assembly (4), wherein the light emitting assembly (4) is located between the rear end of the elongated housing (13) and the rear cover (14) of the housing, and wherein the light emitting assembly (4) is electrically connected to the battery (2).
7. The fascial gun of claim 1, wherein the housing further comprises a handle (15), wherein the handle (15) is integrally formed with the inferior shell (12), and wherein the handle (15) has a second cavity therein at an angle to the lateral axis.

the display component and the operation component are jointly positioned on a rear cover (14) of the shell or positioned on the side surface of the shell or positioned on the top surface of a hump (17) of the shell or positioned on the side surface of a handle (15) of the shell or positioned at the bottom of the handle (15) of the shell.

The fascia gun as claimed in claim 12, wherein an oil filling groove (721) for placing lubricating oil is formed on the inner surface of the steel sleeve (72) by recessing along the thickness direction thereof, the surface of the piston (71) is disposed in contact with the lubricating oil in the oil filling groove (721), and the shock-proof sleeves (73) cover both ends of the steel sleeve (72).
