As shown in fig. 2, the second electrical row 300 is mounted in the cabinet 100 above each first electrical row 200; the second electrical bar 300 comprises main circuit switches 310, second detectors 320 equal in number to the incoming busbar 610, terminal groups 330 and fuse groups 340; the second detectors 320 are arranged along a first direction, and the second detectors 310 are hall sensors; the main path switch 310 and the second detectors 320 are arranged from top to bottom; the terminal group 330, the main switch 310, and the fuse group 340 are arranged in a first direction; the top end and the bottom end of the main switch 310 are respectively provided with input ends 211 and output ends 212 which are equal to the number of the incoming busbar 610, the input end 211 of the main switch 310 is connected with the input end 211 of the power distribution cabinet, and the output ends 212 of the main switch 310 are correspondingly connected into the incoming busbars 610 through copper bars; the second detectors 320 are sleeved on the incoming busbar 610 in a one-to-one correspondence manner and are in signal connection with the monitoring module 700; the terminal group 330 is electrically connected to each second detector 320; the input end 211 and the output end 212 of the fuse set 340 are respectively connected to the incoming busbar 610 and the monitoring module 700. In actual operation, the main switch 310 forms the main switch of the entire power distribution cabinet. The fuse set 340 can protect the monitoring module 700 and take power for the monitoring module 700. In practical operation, the second electrical bar 300 is installed in the cabinet 100 through the third mounting rack 570 along the first direction, wherein the terminal group 330, the main switch 310 and the fuse group 340 are arranged on the front surface of the third mounting rack 570 along the length direction of the third mounting rack 570, similarly, as shown in fig. 3, the sixth wire organizer 560 is installed on the back surface of the third mounting rack 570, the structure of the sixth wire organizer 560 is the same as that of the second wire organizer 520, and is not described herein again, and the arrangement of the sixth wire organizer 560 is convenient for separating cables introduced into the second electrical bar 300, arranging the cables regularly, and facilitating wiring. In this embodiment, the zero row 630 is also located above the second electrical row 300.
The door panel 20 is rotatably connected to the cabinet 100 at the front side of the cover plate 10 and rotates around a vertical axis to open or close the cabinet 100; the display module 800 is embedded in the door panel 20 and electrically connected to the monitoring module 700 and the fuse set 340. The display module 800 can display the values collected by the monitoring module 700, so as to facilitate real-time understanding of the operating states of the electronic devices in the cabinet 100. Likewise, the fuse set 340 may protect the display module 800 and supply power to the display module 800.
In actual operation, the cover plate 10 is provided with windows 11 corresponding to the micro-switches 210, the main circuit switch 310 and the fuse set 340 for exposing the micro-switches, so that the power distribution cabinet can be operated without opening the cover plate 10. The cabinet 100 is further provided with a wire binding plate or a wire binding groove at one side of each of the first electrical row 200 and the second electrical row 300 to arrange and fix the cables output by each of the micro-switches 210, and the top side of the cabinet 100 may also be provided with a wire binding plate or a wire binding groove to further arrange and support the cables led out of the cabinet 100. The structure of the wire binding plate may be the same as that of the first wire organizer 510, and the structure of the wire binding groove may be the same as that of the second wire organizer 520, except that the wire binding groove is vertically installed in the cabinet 100.
The power distribution cabinet of the embodiment is mainly an alternating current device power distribution cabinet.

The cables led out from the output ends 212 of the micro-breaks 210 penetrate through the corresponding first detectors 220, the first wire arranging device 510 assembles the cables led out from the output ends 212 of the micro-breaks 210 of the corresponding first electric row 200 penetrating through the first detectors 220 into a wire harness, the wire harness is arranged and output by the wire binding plate or the wire binding groove on the top side of the cabinet 100 after being arranged by the wire binding plate or the wire binding groove on the side plate of the cabinet 100, so that the wiring of customers is facilitated, the micro-breaks 210, the first detectors 220 and the first wire arranging device 510 are sequentially arranged from top to bottom, the device layout is reasonable, the wiring is facilitated, the cables are regularly arranged, the wiring is orderly, and the maintenance is facilitated; the monitoring module 700 is corresponding to the first electrical bar 200 at the lowest position to avoid each electrical unit of the first electrical bar 200 and is installed on the back of the cover plate 10, the second electrical bar 300 is arranged above each first electrical bar 200, the zero bar 630 and the ground bar 620 are positioned above the second electrical bar 300, the electronic devices in the cabinet 100 are arranged in a staggered manner, the structure is compact, the volume is small, and the wiring is convenient, and it is unnecessary to separately leave an installation space for the monitoring module 700 in the vertical direction of the cabinet 100, the depth space of the cabinet 100 is fully utilized, thereby reducing the vertical height of the cabinet 100, making the cabinet 100 smaller, the layout of the devices in the cabinet 100 more compact, and the wiring of the electric unit cannot be influenced, the monitoring module 700 can detect the electronic devices in the power distribution cabinet, the maintenance is convenient, and the display module 800 is arranged to facilitate the real-time understanding of the operating state of each electronic device in the cabinet body 100.

1. A power distribution cabinet is characterized by comprising
A cabinet body having a front side open;
the incoming busbar is vertically arranged in the cabinet body;
the first electric rows are arranged in the cabinet body along the vertical direction, each first electric row comprises a plurality of electric units arranged along the horizontal first direction, and each electric unit comprises a micro-breaker and a first detector which are arranged from top to bottom; the input end of each micro-break is connected with the incoming busbar, and a cable led out from the output end of each micro-break passes through the corresponding first detector;
the first wire arranging devices extend along the first direction and are arranged below the first electric rows in the cabinet body in a one-to-one correspondence manner, and the first wire arranging devices are used for gathering the cables led out by the output ends of the micro-breaks of the corresponding first electric rows through the first detectors into wire harnesses;
the cover plate is rotatably connected with the cabinet body in front of each micro-break and rotates around a vertical axis, and is used for covering the opening of the cabinet body;
and the monitoring module is arranged on the back surface of the cover plate corresponding to one of the first electric rows and avoiding each electric unit of the first electric row, and is in signal connection with the first detector of each electric unit of each first electric row so as to monitor each first electric row.

A cabinet according to claim 1, wherein each micro-breaker has at least one input and a number of outputs equal to the number of inputs; the number of the incoming line busbars is equal to the number of the input ends which are slightly broken, each incoming line busbar is positioned behind each first electric row and is arranged along a first direction, each incoming line busbar is provided with incoming line terminal groups which correspond to the first electric rows in a one-to-one mode and are equal to the number of the first electric rows, each incoming line terminal group is arranged along a vertical direction, and each incoming line terminal group is provided with incoming line terminals which are equal to the number of the electric units of the corresponding first electric rows so as to be connected into the input ends which are slightly broken of the corresponding first electric rows.

The switch board of claim 2, further comprising a number of wiring modules equal to the number of the first electrical rows, wherein the wiring modules are arranged in a vertical direction, each wiring module comprises a first mounting rack and a second mounting rack arranged from top to bottom, and the first mounting rack and the second mounting rack both extend in the first direction and are fixedly connected in the cabinet body;
each first electric row is installed on each wiring subassembly one-to-one, and the front of first mounting bracket is laid along the length direction of first mounting bracket to the little disconnected each electric unit of every first electric row, and the front of second mounting bracket is laid along the length direction of second mounting bracket to the first detector of each electric unit of every first electric row.

The power distribution cabinet according to claim 3, further comprising second wire managers, the number of which is equal to that of the first installation racks, the second wire managers are installed on the back surfaces of the first installation racks in a one-to-one correspondence manner, the second wire managers extend along the first direction and are provided with first wire passing grooves extending along the first direction, first ports for cables to be led in are arranged in the first direction, a plurality of second ports are formed in the vertical direction and are close to the input ends of the micro-breaks, the number of the second ports is not less than the sum of the number of the cables led in the input ends of the micro-breaks, and the cables are led out so that the cables are separated before the cables led out from the wire inlet terminals are led into the input ends of the micro-breaks.

The power distribution cabinet according to claim 4, further comprising third wire arranging devices with the number equal to that of the second mounting racks, wherein the third wire arranging devices are mounted on the back surfaces of the second mounting racks in a one-to-one correspondence manner, the third wire arranging devices extend in the first direction and are provided with a plurality of third ports and fourth ports arranged at intervals in the first direction along the vertical direction, the third ports and the fourth ports are arranged oppositely, and the number of the third ports is not less than the sum of the number of the first detectors of each electrical unit of each first electrical row so as to separate the signal cables between each first detector and the monitoring module.

The power distribution cabinet according to claim 5, further comprising a fourth wire organizer and a fifth wire organizer, wherein the fourth wire organizer and the fifth wire organizer are respectively mounted on the back of the cover plate at the upper side and the lower side of the monitoring module, one of the fourth wire organizer and the fifth wire organizer is used for separating cables leading into the monitoring module, and the other is used for separating cables leading out of the monitoring module.
7. The electrical distribution cabinet according to claim 6, wherein said input terminal and said output terminal are provided at the top end and at the bottom end of said micro-breaks, respectively.

The electrical distribution cabinet of claim 7, further comprising a second electrical bar, said second electrical bar being mounted in the cabinet body above each first electrical bar; the second electric bar comprises main circuit switches, second detectors, terminal groups and fuse groups, wherein the number of the second detectors is equal to that of the incoming busbar; each second detector is arranged along the first direction; the main circuit switch and the second detectors are arranged from top to bottom; the terminal group, the main circuit switch and the fuse group are arranged along a first direction; the top end and the bottom end of the main circuit switch are respectively provided with input ends and output ends which are equal to the number of the incoming busbar, the input end of the main circuit switch is connected with the input end of the power distribution cabinet, and the output end of the main circuit switch is correspondingly connected into each incoming busbar one by one through a copper bar; the second detectors are sleeved on the inlet wire busbars in a one-to-one correspondence manner and are in signal connection with the monitoring modules; the terminal group is electrically connected with each second detector; the input end and the output end of the fuse set are respectively connected with the incoming busbar and the monitoring module; the number of the first electric rows is at least two, and the monitoring module is arranged on the back face of the cover plate corresponding to the first electric row at the lowest position.

The switch board of claim 8, further comprising a third mounting bracket and a sixth wire organizer, wherein the third mounting bracket extends along the first direction and is fixedly connected to the cabinet body; the terminal group, the main circuit switch and the fuse group are sequentially arranged on the front face of the third mounting rack along the length direction of the third mounting rack; the sixth wire arranging device is installed on the back face of the third installation frame, extends along the first direction and is provided with a plurality of fifth ports and sixth ports which are arranged at intervals along the first direction, the fifth ports and the sixth ports are arranged oppositely, and the number of the fifth ports and the sixth ports is not less than the sum of the number of cables introduced into the second electrical bar.

The power distribution cabinet according to claim 9, further comprising a door panel and a display module, wherein the door panel is rotatably connected to the cabinet body at the front side of the cover plate and rotates around a vertical axis to open or close the cabinet body; the display module is embedded in the door plate and is electrically connected with the monitoring module and the fuse.
